이 논문은 WTO 서비스 협상에 대비하여 우리나라의 방송규제 정비의 필요성을 논의한 정책 연구이다. 커뮤니케이션의 세계화 추세가 진척됨에 따라, 그리고 세계 경제가 정보산업에 의지하는 비중이 커감에 따라, 미디어 정책이 WTO등 세계경제기구의 관심과 논의의 범주에 들게 되었다. 이 같은 변화는 오랫동안 방송영상산업을 문화로 규정, 국가의 정책적 개입을 인정해온 관행에 일대 변혁를 요구하는 것이어서 국제사회에서 큰 파장을 불러일으키고 있다. 방송정책이 문화와 정체성 유지를 위한 개별국가의 고유권한인지, 아니면 시장론자의 견해대로 자유로운 시장유통을 저해하는 무역장벽인지의 문제는 단순한 이론적인 논쟁에 그치지 않는다. 여기에는 각국의 문화적, 경제적 이익의 추구가 관여되어 있으며, 각국의 이해관계는 미국 대 프랑스, WTO 대 UNESCO를 최정점으로 하여 세계 영상산업 지적도 상의 각국의 위상에 따라 다양하게 나타난다. 우리나라는 입지 조건적으로 국가지원 모델을 채택하고 있는 나라와 입장을 같이 하나, 대미관계 때문에 WTO 협상 논의에서 전적으로 자유로울 수 없다. 한국의 전략적 선택을 위해 우리나라의 방송 규제의 제문제를 여타 OECD 국가의 방송규제와 비교, 분석하였다.

우리 사회에서 표출되고 있는 젠더의 문제는 일상성의 문화로 고착되어지고 있다. 또한 미디어에서도 젠더의 표출은 명백하게 드러나고 있다. 미디어 문화에서 표현하고 있는 젠더의 문제 또한 고정관념으로 한국의 가부장제 중심의 남성 지배구조를 표출하고 있다. 물론 드라마에서 쉽게 볼 수 있는 젠더의 고정 관념이 변화하고 있으나 우리 사회는 여전히 남성 중심의 가부장제의 의식세계가 깊숙이 자리매김하고 있는 상황이다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 젠더와 미디어와의 연관성을 중심으로 사회문화적 현상을 고찰하고자 한다.

미디어 문화는 대량 생산과 거대한 수용자 집단을 구성하고 있으며, 대중의 일상성의 문화로 자리매김 하고 있는 특징을 갖고 있다. 그러나 리얼리티 TV는 대량생산과 확산에 따른 다양한 사회문화적 현상을 야기하고, 비판적 견해도 따르고 있다. 그러므로 본 연구에서는 리얼리티 TV에 대한 재해석의 필요성이 요구됨을 인식하고, 이를 바탕으로 사회문화적으로 미치는 영향에 대해 고찰하고자 한다.

본 연구에서는 다이어트 리얼리티 프로그램 시청행위(단순시청과 사회적 시청)가 시청자의 심리(지각된 현실감, 지각된 동질성, 동일화 갈망)와 시청효과(시청 만족도)에 미치는 영향을 살펴보았다. 2019년에 중국에서 큰 인기를 끌었던 다이어트 리얼리티 프로그램 <오, 좋은 몸매;애아호신재(哎呀好身材)> 시청 경험이 있으며, 다이어트 경험이 있는 여성 시청자들을 대상으로 온라인 설문 조사를 진행하였으며, 201명의 데이터가 최종 분석에 사용되었다. 인구통계학적 질문을 통해 시청자의 나이, 월 소득, 직업, 학력, 신체질량 지수, 그리고 다이어트 경험을 통제변인으로 설정하였고, SPSS 20.0을 사용하였다. 연구 결과, 단순시청과 사회적 시청 모두 시청자의 심리에 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 그러나, 단순시청과 사회적 시청이 시청 만족도에 직접적인 영향을 미치지 않는 것을 확인하였다. 마지막으로, 단순시청과 시청 만족도 간의 관계와 사회적 시청과 시청 만족도 간의 관계를 시청자의 심리적 변인의 매개효과를 검증하였다. 이러한 연구 결과는 다이어트 리얼리티 프로그램 시청자의 시청행위로서의 단순시청과 사회적 시청, 그리고 시청자의 심리가 시청 만족도에 미치는 영향을 이해하는 데 함의가 있다.

본 연구에서는 한국사회적기업진흥원이 개발한 사회적가치지표(SVI: Social Value Index)를 이용하여 인천광역시에 있는 사회적경제기업의 사회적 가치를 측정하였다. 그 결과 사회적경제기업의 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성은 15점 만점에 평균 9.3점으로, 혁신 노력도는 10점 만점에 8.0점으로 나타났다. 사회적경제기업의 금전적 또는 비금전적 사회적 환원 노력도는 10점 만점에 평균 5.1점으로 나타났다. 업종별 평균 매출액 및 지표별 사회적 가치 점수를 비교해보면, 제조업 경우는 사회적기업의 평균 매출액 및 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성은 높지만, 사회적 환원 노력은 낮다. 사회사업시설관리 및 사업지원서비스업의 평균 매출액은 높지만, 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성과 금전적 또는 비금전적 사회적 환원 노력은 낮다. 한편, 교육서비스업, 예술, 스포츠 및 여가 관련 서비스업, 출판, 영상, 방송통신 및 정보서비스업은 평균 매출액은 낮지만 사업 활동의 사회적 가치 지향성은 사회적 가치 지향성은 높다. 이러한 SVI지표의 활용은 지자체에서는 잘 활용되지만 중앙부처는 아직 미진하다. 향후 정부나 공공기관에서는 사회적기업을 위한 정책을 수립할 때 업종에 따른 차이를 반영해야 한다.

In the recent years, as smart phones popularized, the number of people who use IMS (instant messaging service) and SNS (social network service) rapidly has increased as the usage of SMS (short message service) relatively decreased. That is why this thesis suggests a contact control service based on Android. It contains an inducing function that calls acquaintances, which were given a score based on the level of familiarity from saved contacts and call logs. And it provides an overall ranking of call log in order to grasp frequently called people. This developed system was tested on Samsung Galaxy S2 and LG Optimus LTE / Android 2.2 which were the main smart phone models.

The dynamic adaptation between various service environments using the application profiles for the service continuity is a key issue of the profile-based service continuity framework (PSCF) for N-screen service using next generation networks. PSCF offers an optimized service framework for providing continuous user services, which are multimedia video streaming, educational broadcasting, game, etc., using the various devices that are not restricted by the service environment of the user. This paper specifies the functional model of PSCF, service scenario and explains the experimental results of the service continuity for N-screen service using PSCF.

Journalism robot by using a computer algorithm, while maintaining the precision and reliability of the existing media refers to an article which is automatically created. In this paper, we introduce 'stock robot' of robot journalism which writes securities articles and describe artificial intelligence algorithms in stages. Key steps of stock robot implemented artificial intelligence algorithm through four steps of data collection and storage, key event extraction, article content production, and article production. This research has developed a stock robot that collects and analyzes data on social issues and stock indexes for the last 2 years. In the future, as the algorithm is further developed, it becomes possible to write securities articles quickly and accurately through social issues. It will also provide customized information tailored to the user's preferences.

This study aims to understand how an influencer's social and physical attractiveness, background and value homophily influences consumer's emotional attachment, which in turn causes user stickiness with regards the influencer's live commerce. We tested all proposed hypotheses among users of the online shopping platform "TaoBao". Ultimately, 297 questionnaires were collected by means of an online survey. The results revealed that social and physical attractiveness positively influence emotional attachment. Meanwhile only value homophily significantly affected emotional attachment, whereas background homophily did not significantly affect emotional attachment. Additionally, emotional attachment was found to significantly influence live commerce stickiness. We also investigated the moderation effect of perceived beauty trends of products sold on live commerce, where the results indicated that high beauty tends to have a higher effect on live commerce stickiness behavior. Lastly, theoretical and managerial implications have been offered.

Nowadays, wireless sensor networks (WSNs) have been widely adopted in structural health monitoring (SHM) systems for social overhead capital (SOC) public infrastructures. Structural health information, environmental disturbances and sudden changes of weather conditions, damage detections, and external load quantizing are among the capabilities required of SHM systems. These information requires an efficient transmission with which an efficient mobility management support for wireless networks can provide. This paper deals with the analysis of mobility management schemes in order to address the real-time requirement of data traffic delivery for critical SHM information. The host-based and network-based mobility management protocols have been identified and the advantages of network mobility (NEMO) enabled Proxy Mobile Internet Protocol version 6 (PMIPv6) have been leveraged in order to address the SHM information transmission needs. The scheme allows an efficient information transmission as it improves the handover performance due to shortened handover latency as well as reduced signaling overhead.
