The recent interest in the design of filters is motivatied by the fact that such filter can be fully integrated using standard metal-oxide-semiconductor processing technology. This is due to replacing all the resistors in the active RC filter network by the switched capacitors. The voltage gain of a SC filter depends only on the rations of capacitance and these ratios can be obtained and maintained to high accuracy. Therefore, it is known that a switched capacitor is much better than a resistor in temperature and linearity characteristics. This paper proposed a programmable SC filter and proved the fact that ${omega}_0$ Q and G of this circuit can be controlled by digital signal. Experiments show that SC filter remains the low sensitivities but it can't avoid little influence of parasitic capacitance. As the transfer characteristic of the SC filter is varied with sampling frequency and resistor array, SC filtering technigue can be applied for digital processing, speech analysis and synthesis and so on.
In this paper, the 2.4GHz doppler radar system consisting of the doppler radar module and a baseband module were designed to detect heartbeat and respiration signal without direct skin contact. A bio-radar system emits continuous RF signal of 2.4GHz toward human chest, and then detects the reflected signal so as to investigate cardiopulmonary activities. The heartbeat and respiration signals acquired from quadrature signal of the doppler radar system are applied to the pre-processing circuit, amplification circuit, and the offset circuit of the baseband module. ECG(electrocardiogram) and reference respiration signals are measured simultaneously to evaluate the doppler radar system. As a result, the respiration signal of doppler radar signal is detected to 1m without complex digital signal processing. The sensitivity and calculated from I/Q respiration signal were $98.29{\pm}1.79%$, $97.11{\pm}2.75%$, respectively, and positive predictivity were $98.11{\pm}1.45%$, $92.21{\pm}10.92%$, respectively. The sensitivity and positive predictivity calculated from phase and magnitude of the doppler radar were $95.17{\pm}5.33%$, $94.99{\pm}5.43%$, respectively. In this paper, we confirmed that noncontact real-time heartbeat and respiration detection using the doppler radar system has the possibility and limitation.
Some environmental chemicals have been shown to cause liver-toxicity as the result of bioaccumulation. Particularly, fungicides have been shown to cause varying degrees of hepatictoxicity and to disrupt steroid hormone homeostasis in in vivo models. The principal objective of this study was to evaluate the liver-toxic responses of environmental chemicals-in this case selected fungicides and parasiticides-in order to determine whether or not this agent differentially affected its toxicogenomic activities in hepatic tumor cell lines. To determine the gene expression profiles of 3 fungicides (triadimefon, myclobutanil, vinclozolin) and 1 parasiticide (dibutyl phthalate), we utilized a modified HazChem human array V2. Additionally, in order to observe the differential alterations in its time-dependent activities, we conducted two time (3 hr, 48 hr) exposures to the respective IC20 values of four chemicals. As a result, we analyzed the expression profiles of a total of 1638 genes, and we identified 70 positive significant genes and 144 negative significant genes using four fungicidic and parasiticidic chemicals, using SAM (Significant Analysis of Microarray) methods (q-value<0.5%). These genes were analyzed and identified as being related to apoptosis, stress responses, germ cell development, cofactor metabolism, and lipid metabolism in GO functions and pathways. Additionally, we found 120 genes among those time-dependently differentially expressed genes, using 1-way ANOVA (P-value<0.05). These genes were related to protein metabolism, stress responses, and positive regulation of apoptosis. These data support the conclusion that the four tested chemicals have common toxicogenomic effects and evidence respectively differential expression profiles according to exposure time.

The purpose of this study is to present basic data to be used in the development of a sexual education program to create an affirmative sexual egoism. We classified the types of subjectivities and revelation attitudes of menstrual experience in 5th and 6th elementary school girls. The analytic method of data was a "Q-method" (William Stephenson). The results of this study classified four-types. The first type is an "open type". Girls of this type accepted menstrual experience as neither disease nor an embarrassment but as an important and natural course for a woman. The second type is the "concealing type". Girls of this type keep silent and conceal menstruation from persons because they consider it shameful or disgrace. The third type is the "conceited type". Girls of this type think that menstruation is painful-but only for them. Also, they accept such pains being 'grown-up'. The fourth type is the "tomboy type". Girls of this type want to be an eternal child; they hate being born a woman and think menstruation is troublesome. As a result of this research, we have concluded that it is necessary to educate girl students before they experience menstruation in order to develop positive attitudes towards sexuality and in so doing, aid them through adolescence.

In order to investigate the cause and magnitude of scale effect occurring in the model experiments of fishing nets, five pairs of Nylon pyramid nets and one pair of PE ones in which all the two nets paired were equal each other in the factors determining their flow resistance, i. e., the ratio d/l of diameter d to length l of bars, the angle f between two adjacent bars, the attack angle q of nettings to the water flow, and the wall area S of nets, and different in the values of d and l were prepared. Then, the nets were attached to the circular steel frame alternately and their flow resistances with shapes in water were measured on the sea ascribing no turbulent flows by using the tension meter made of a block bearing for the experiment. All the Nylon nets were spreads out easily in water to form a circular cone at relatively low velocity of water and showed the resistance smaller a little in the nets with larger d and l than them with smaller d and l, because the filtration of water through meshes become easier in nets especially with larger l. But PE nettings were not spread out sufficiently on account of their small flexibility and showed higher resistance especially in them with thicker twines. Therefore, the difference in bar length or mesh size and flexibility of nettings between prototype and model nets are regarded to become factors ascribing scale effect. Especially the influence of the difference in mesh size may become large significantly in actual model experiments because the mesh size of model nets is decided at much larger value than that given by scale ratio and so the difference of mesh size between the two nets become much larger than that between nets used in this experiment.

Background: Cyclosporine is an immunosuppressive agent used to treat and prevent graft versus host reaction (GVHR)-a complication associated with stem cell transplantation. This study aimed to develop a population pharmacokinetic model of cyclosporine and investigate factors affecting cyclosporine clearance in pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients. Methods: A total of 650 cyclosporine concentrations recorded in 65 patients who underwent hematopoietic stem cell transplantation were used. Data including age, sex, weight, height, body surface area (BSA), type of disease, chemotherapy before stem cell transplantation, type of donor, serum creatinine levels, total bilirubin concentration, hematocrit value, and type of concomitant anti-fungal agents and methylprednisolone used were retrospectively collected. Data related to cyclosporine dosage, administration time, and blood concentration were also collected. All data were analyzed using the non-linear mixed effect model; a two-compartment model with first-order elimination was used. Results: The population pharmacokinetic model of cyclosporine using the NONMEM program was as follows: $CL(L/h)=5.9{\times}(BSA/1.2)^{0.9}$, V2 (L) = 54.5, Q (L/h) = 3.5, V3 (L) = 1080.0, $k_a(h^{-1})=0.000377$. BSA was selected as a covariate of cyclosporine clearance, which increased with an increase in BSA. Conclusion: A population pharmacokinetic model for Korean pediatric hematopoietic stem cell transplant patients was developed, and the important factor affecting cyclosporine clearance was found to be BSA. The model might contribute to the development of the most appropriate dosing regimen for cyclosporine. Further studies on population pharmacokinetics should be carried out, prospectively targeting pediatric patients.

New single-source precursor, [AlCI3:NH2tBu] was synthesized for AlN thin f film processing with AICI3 (Aluminum Chloride) and tBuNH2 (tert-butylamine). AlN thin films for packaging aspplication were deposited on sapphire substrate by a atmosph하ie-pressure MOCVD. In most of other study methyl-based AI precursors w were used for source, But herein Aluminum Chloride was used for as AI source i in order to prevent the carbon contamination in the films and stabilize the p precursor. New precursor showed the very high gas vapor pressure so it allowed to m make the film under atmospheric-pressure and get the high purified film. High q quality AlN thin film was obtained at 700 to $900^{\circ}C$. The new precursor was p purified by a sublimation technique and help to fabricate high purity film. It s showed high vapor pressure, which is able to a critieal factor for the high purity a and atmospheric CVD of AlN. High Quality AIN thin film was obtained at $700-900^{\circ}C$. The AIN film was characterized by RBS

During cancer therapy by using high energy radiation, it is possible to improve the radiation therapy efficiency by performing a precise radiation therapy after verification of generated setup errors. In this paper, the video based electronic portal imaging device (EPID) which could display the portal image with near real time was developed to verify treatment position errors in radiation therapy instead of an analog typed portal film. This EPID system for applying QA tool of radiation therapy machine was consisted of a metal/fluorescent screen, $45^{\circ}$mirror, camera and image grabber. Radiation field verification has been performed to check quality assurance of the treatment machine itself by using this EPID system. The radiation field error was easily observed by edge detection of irradiated field size on EPID image when $0.6^{\circ}$ shift of collimator angle was generated. So, this implemented EPID system could be used as a radiation QA tool.

This paper describes measurement method of dielectric properties of dielectric materials using cylindrical cavity resonator's. Dielectric properties of concern here are relative permittivity, loss- tangent, quality factor and so on. An analysis of $TE_{011}$mode in dielectric properties of concentric dielectric-rod inserted cylindrical cavity resonator is presented. The frequency variation by the air gap at $TE_{011}$ mode turns out to be the least sensitive. A technique using a $TE_{011}$ mode of concentric dielectric-rod inserted cylindrical cavity resonator and an exact field representation of neo non-decaying mode are introduced for measurement of dielectric properties.
Recently, piezoelectric transformer is applied to wide fields. Multi layer piezoelectric transformer has the advantage of high step up ratio, electromechanical coupling coefficient(Kp) and mechanical quality factor(Qm), but is indicated of peeling-phenomenon of electrode, rising sintering temperature made price of costly electrode. So in this study, it discuss on method for fabrication of rosen type piezoelectric transformers. For the fabrication as rosen type piezoelectric transformers, synthesized the powder using 0.01Pb$(ni_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ - 0.08Pb$(Mn_{1/3}Nb_{2/3})O_3$ - 0.91Pb$(Zr_{0506}Ti_{0496})O_3$ (abbreviated as PNN-PMN-PZT) ceramics. The density, microstructure, dielectric and piezoelectric properties as a function of sintering temperature were investigated. The results indicated that the optimized properties of ceramics were obtained at sintering temperature of 1200$^{\circ}C$, showed the value of $d_{33}$=273pC/N, $K_p$=0.60 $Q_m$=1585, ${\varepsilon}_r$=1454, density=7.917$g/cm^3$ and $tan{\delta}$=0.0064.
