  • It is difficult to crack down on emissions of air pollutants because it is quickly spreading into the atmosphere different from the other contaminants. We need improvement in the law for aggressive air pollution act because of difficult sampling.We study the measurement method which can measure the air pollutants and grasp the degree of contamination for preventing in advance the air pollution in this paper. We design and implement a module of mobile device for measuring Turbidity of plume with DOM in the way to take a photo in a convenient smart phone.

  • The digital door lock is an electronic door lock that uses a password system and has the function of automatically locking the door when the door is closed, thus eliminating the worry about the door lock. As the technology has gradually developed, various authentication technologies such as semiconductor key system, RFID, and fingerprint recognition have been introduced. However, there is a danger of copying the door lock key, and there are password stealing and infringement. In this paper, we develop a remote control system that can unlock or open a smartphone to supplement the user's risk. The system you are going to develop can use WiFi to check if the door is locked or open on your smartphone, and you can lock or unlock the door remotely.

  • 모바일 쇼핑의 급속한 성장으로 인해 스마트 쇼핑과 같은 쇼핑시장의 새로운 패러다임이 발생하였다. 본 연구에서는 모바일 쇼핑시장을 이루고 있는 주된 의류분야에서 오프라인과의 통합된 시스템을 개발하여 새로운 의류 IT의 출현을 도모하고, 이를 통해 고객 만족도와 서비스를 높일 수 있는 방안을 연구하였다. 오프라인 매장에 스캐너를 개발하여 오프라인 쇼핑의 활용도를 높이고 고객에게 브랜드의 새로운 차별성을 제시할 수 있는 방안을 모색하였다. 스캐너에 키넥트를 이용하여 인체 골격 구조에 따라 신체를 측정하고 신체 측정 시 발생하는 사용자 인식률 및 스캐너와의 거리에 따라 변하는 오차 범위를 연구하였다. 스캐너는 의류 매장 안에서 신체치수를 측정할 뿐 아니라 의류 RFID 태그를 이용하여 직접 입어보지 않고 가상 Fitting할 수 있는 기능을 가진다. 또한 측정된 치수를 스마트 폰과 블루투스로 연결하여 가상 아바타를 생성 할 수 있고 이는 또한 스마트폰에서 가상 Fitting이 가능하여 오프라인과 모바일 쇼핑의 통합성을 추구했다.

The Development of Bluetooth Router Capable of Communication between Broadband Network and Slave Devices for Companion Animals

  • Currently, many households raise their companion animals for personal reasons. In this environment, the companion animal is left alone in the home, the owner of the companion animal is increasingly curious about the behavior pattern of the companion animal left alone, and there are many devices that can solve this question. In this paper, we have designed and implemented a Bluetooth-based slave device (beacon in this paper) and a router capable of connecting to a broadband network that can observe behavior patterns of companion animals by using advanced ICT technology. The Bluetooth router designed and implemented in this paper installs a beacon in the home, receives the beacon signal from the device and the beacon installed by the companion animal, and transmits the moving line of the companion animal to the owner of the companion animal through the broadband network, so that it can be confirmed in real time through the app for the provided smart phone.

  • 고객관리가 대두되면서 고객유지 및 관리를 위한 마케팅 기법 중에서 중요한 것이 마일리지 적립마케팅이며, 대표적인 방식으로 자바 카드(Java card)와 같은 스마트 카드 방식 및 스티커 또는 쿠폰, 도장을 이용한 방식을 들 수 있다. 그러나 현재 많은 업계에서 도입한 마일리지 관리가 오히려 다수의 마일리지 카드 소지로 인해 고객에게 불편함을 주고 있다. 몇몇 기업에서는 같은 계열사의 마일리지를 통합 관리하는 방식을 선보였으나, 불편함을 줄이기엔 역부족이었다. 본 논문에서는 현재 국내 및 전 세계에서 스마트폰 이용이 확산되고 있는 시점에서 스마트 폰의 한 종류인 애플사의 아이폰 어플리케이션, 즉 앱(App)을 활용하여 개인의 마일리지를 보다 효율적으로 관리할 수 있는 마일리지 통합 관리 시스템을 제안한다.

  • 현재 코로나로 인한 각 나라의 입국 제한이 사라지면서 국내외 여행 예약률 증가에 따라 그만큼 비행기 예약도 늘어나고 있다. 그런데 객실 승무원의 근무 환경은 매우 열악하기 때문에 육체적, 정신적 피로를 누적되게 한다. 이는 승객에게 양질의 서비스를 제공할 수 없게 하고 안전사고를 대처하는 데 있어 문제가 된다. 본 논문은 객실 승무원이 스마트폰 앱을 이용하여 편리하게 객실 상황을 확인하고, 원격 제어하며 서빙카트를 조작하여 승객의 주문에 대한 서비스를 제공하는 '원격제어가 가능한 비행기 객실 관리 시스템'을 제안한다. 이 시스템을 이용함으로써 객실 승무원은 객실 상황을 판단하여 즉각적인 대처를 할 수 있고, 항공기 효율적 운용을 위한 안전성과 정시성을 확보하는 데 도움이 될 것이다.

  • We developed a portable card reader for the visually impaired. In South Korea, there is insufficient development of lifestyle aids for people with disabilities. Living aids for people with disabilities are being developed using information technology, smart phones, Internet of Things(IoT) devices, 3D printers, and so on. Blind people were interviewed, which showed that the card recognition function using a currently developed smart phone app was not able to recognize the screen of the smart phone by the hand of the visually impaired, and it was inconvenient to operate. In recent years, devices that enable the visually impaired to recognize cards have been studied in foreign countries and are emerging prototypes. But what is currently available is expensive and inconvenient. In addition, visually impaired people are most vulnerable to low-income families, which makes it difficult to purchase and use expensive devices. In this study, we developed a card reader that recognizes a card using a Raspberry Pi, which is an open-source hardware that can be applied to IoT. The card reader plays it by voice and vibration, and the visually impaired can use it at a low price.

  • For engineers in the knowledge-based society of the 21st century, not only the specialty in their major field, but also the capabilities of creative thinking/reading/writing, of communication and of understanding society/business/economy, and the knowledge of specialized liberal arts, like ethics, are required. For the specialized liberal arts knowledge, it is important to have interest in a field, read the relevant literature, and summarize and express thoughts, but in reality, it is difficult to accomplish a higher level of learning outcome within the limited regular curriculum. In this study, an application for smart phones that purports to cultivate the specialized liberal arts knowledge of the students enrolled in the college of engineering was developed and applied to classes. Under this environment, a teacher can interact with teacher's students through the structured knowledge on a real-time basis in any place at any time, and the students can reorganize the knowledge by themselves. In this way, this paper proposed a way of improving the level of specialized liberal arts knowledge in daily life.

  • This article reviewed issues in Korean geographical journals: web GIS and National GIS. Web GIS in Korea is now evolving to mobile GIS, which requires portable hardware, wireless Internet, and GPS receiver. The new trend of mobile GIS is using a smart phone. Recently, a variety of studies for the mobile App and mobile Web in Korea has been developed. With explosive information on the Web 2.0, the Korean government has built the Human-Oriented Geographic Information System (HOGIS) in which Ontology was implemented for semantic query on the Web. On the government side, Korean government has produced various nationwide data through 4-phase NGIS project. Current NGIS ($4^{th}$ phase: 2011-2015) moves toward a Korean Green Geospatial Society using geospatial information as a new growth engine for the future.

  • Smartphones which represent to the Mobile convergence, is the rapid spread, more than half of Korean are using. Accordingly, mobile apps that run on smartphone market is growing at a rapid pace. However, most studies on smartphone and mobile apps are focusing on the technology acceptance and improvement of function. So, this study is to suggest promotion strategy to each mobile apps, analyzed through three phases. First phase is the frequency analysis that deduct most frequently used mobile apps. Second phase is association rules that found to associate between mobile apps. Finally, to analyze deduction techniques for acquired 5 mobile apps to target variable in pre-2 phase use total 35 variables of 20 mobile apps categories, demographic variables, amount of PC, movie, music, book, game usage and fees per month.
