국내 전력부문의 스마트그리드 시장의 현주소와 활성화 방안 (Evaluation and Facilitation of the Korean Smart Grid Market)

  • 현재 정부는 본격적인 전력 스마트그리드 확대에 앞서 제주도 구좌읍 6,000호를 대상으로 스마트그리드 실증사업을 추진 중에 있다. 하지만, 관련 기업들은 정부와 한전 주도의 한국 전력시장의 한계, 기존 전력망의 높은 안정성 및 효율성, 신재생에너지 활용도 미흡, 전기요금 인상 우려 등을 이유로 스마트그리드 확산에 대한 부정적인 시각을 가지고 있다. 본 연구는 스마트그리드 시장을 활성화하기 위한 핵심 이슈들을 1) 이해관계자들의 대립 문제, 2) 실시간 요금제 도입에 따른 효과 문제, 3) 소비자들의 수요 반응 참여 부족, 4) 스마트그리드의 비즈니스 모델부재, 5) 스마트그리드 거점지구 확산 문제 등의 5가지로 분류하고, 이에 대한 전략적 방안을 제시하였다.

  • 본 연구는 스마트 밴드 구매에 있어서 구매자들이 어떤 요인으로 구매하는지를 알아보는 것에 목적을 두었다. 특히 요즈음 현대인들의 가장 큰 관심사 중 하나인 개인 헬스케어를 중심으로 스마트 밴드에 대한 인식을 조사하고 사용자들의 요구를 알아보기 위한 연구를 진행하였다. 스마트 밴드는 현재 웨어러블 디바이스 시장에서 가장 높은 점유율을 나타내는 제품이다. 이것은 현대인들이 얼마나 자신의 개인 헬스케어에 관심을 쏟고 있는지에 관한 반증이라고 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 스마트 밴드를 사용하고 있지 않은 사람들을 대상으로 어떠한 요소를 가장 고려하여 스마트 밴드를 구매할 것인가에 대해 알아보았다. 그 결과 스마트 밴드 구매에 있어서 스마트 밴드의 개인 헬스케어 기능보다는 제품의 외관적인 디자인과 하드웨어적인 성능을 더욱 중요시한다고 알 수 있었고 근본적으로 스마트 밴드 자체의 필요성을 느끼지 못했다. 이 연구로 인해 더 다양한 스타일의 스마트 밴드의 출시를 통해 모든 사용자들이 만족할 수 있는 제품 개발과 연구가 계속해서 이루어지길 희망한다.

패션 및 뷰티 제품의 모바일 쇼핑에 영향을 미치는 마켓 메이븐 및 시간지향특성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effects that Personal Characteristics of Market Maven and Time Orientation have on Mobile Shopping - With a Focus on Mobile Shopping -)

  • Mobile shopping, through the use of the smart phone, has become a very popular shopping method for consumers due to it not being limited by time or place. This research aims do the following:1)find the causes for consumers shifting to mobile shopping with the focus on fashion and beauty items; and in order to so, this research will use the TAM that was found by David et al (1989), and 2) distinguish any behavioral differences between consumer groups divided into purchasing intention of fashion and beauty items through smart phone. Path analysis was performed to verify the cause-and-effect relationship between the variables. Personal characteristics(i.e. market maven, time orientation), perceived usability, ease of use, attitude towards mobile shopping, and purchase intentions were all treated as dependant variables. The results showed that attitude towards mobile shopping was the most important variable on mobile shopping intentions. Time-oriented and Market Maven were thought to affect mobile shopping attitude and the dependent variables of purchase intention. Also, when purchasing smart phones, consumers highly valued smart phone's popularity; people with higher purchasing intention mainly used entertainment and utility apps. The following are the main reasons for not purchasing through mobile shopping: they are slower than computers, inconveniences in viewing due to small size of the screen, and security issues. The consumers used the internet as their main source of acquiring daily information. In this research, factors that affect the purchase intention were studied. However, it is difficult to firmly insist that this research correctly predicts the actual purchase intention-further studies need to be done to investigate the relationship between mobile purchase intention and actual purchase intention.

기술혁신성과 의복관여도에 따른 집단별 특성 분석: 스마트폰 패션 정보 애플리케이션 사용현황을 중심으로 (An Analysis of Group Characteristics according to Technological Innovativeness and Clothing Involvement: Focused on the Usage Status of Smart Phone Fashion Information Application)

  • As the smart phone market grows rapidly, the significance of the application (app) market also increases. The purposes of this study were to identify market segments according to technological innovativeness and clothing involvement, and to compare the differences in lifestyles, benefits of fashion information app sought, and intention to use. The data were collected from smart phone users in their 10s to 30s in 2013, and a total of 292 data sets were analyzed. The findings of this study were as follows. The respondents were divided into three groups, innovative group, clothing involvement group, and passive group. Significant differences were found among three segments in terms of age, marital status, education level, and monthly income. With respect to five lifestyle factors, innovative group and clothing involvement group had higher mean scores for rational purchase, personal relationship, and personality pursuit than passive group. However, these two groups showed differences in brand pursuit factor. The benefits of the fashion information app were generated into two factors, information benefit and enjoyment benefit. Innovative group and clothing involvement group had higher values than passive group in these two factors. Finally, innovative group had the highest value on the intention to use fashion information app. This study attempts to provide fundamental information about the potential market segment for managers or marketers developing fashion information apps.

효율적 의사결정을 위한 빅데이터 활용 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼 연구 (Smart Space based on Platform using Big Data for Efficient Decision-making)

  • 전 세계 4차 산업혁명의 도래에 맞춰 한국은 적극적으로 국가적 대응계획 I-Korea 4.0을 수립하여 2017년 11월에 발표하였다. 이 계획은 국가성장을 위한 산업혁신과 사회문제 해결을 목표로 하고 있다. 부동산산업도 예외는 아니며 산업혁신을 위해서는 스마트환경에서 주거, 상업, 업무, 복합 등 다양한 가용공간의 효과적 활용이 선행되어야 한다. 이를 위해서는 효율적 의사결정이 필요하고 이는 공간수요자 행태의 실시간 정보와 정확한 예측이 이루어 질 때 가능하다. 이에, 본 연구는 빅데이터 기반 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼을 제안하고 플랫폼의 구조와 서비스를 구체화 시키고자 한다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼도 스마트 트래픽, 스마트 시티, 스마트 헬스 등 다양한 스마트환경 적용사례처럼 급속히 발전하고 있는 정보통신기술(ICT)을 이용해 빅데이터의 효율적 저장, 접근, 분석, 활용이 가능하다. 스마트 스페이스 플랫폼의 구조는 6개 레이어 즉, Collection layer, Transfer layer, Storage layer, Service layer, Application layer, Management layer로 구성된다. 이 플랫폼은 의사결정자들이 행위기반(activity-based), 시장기반(market-based), 정책기반(policy-based) 빅데이터를 Searching, Mining, Integrating, Storing, Analyzing, Visualizing 할 수 있는 서비스체계를 가지고 있다.

  • Smart grid is a fully-automated, bi-directional, power transmission network based on the physical grid system, which combines sensor measurement, computer, information communication, and automatic control technology. Blockchain technology, with its security features, can be integrated with Smart Grids to provide secure and efficient power management and transmission. This paper dicusses the deployment of Blockchain technology in Smart Grid. It presents application areas and protocols in which blockchain can be applied to in securing smart grid. One application of each area is explored in detail, such as efficient peer-to-peer transaction, lower platform costs, faster processes, greater flexibility in power generation to transmission, distribution and power consumption in different energy storage systems, current barriers obstructing the implementation of blockchain applications with some level of maturity in financial services but concepts only in energy and other sectors. Wide range of energy applications suggesting a suitable blockchain architecture in smart grid operations, a sample block structure and the potential blockchain technicalities employed in it. Also, added with efficient data aggregation schemes based on the blockchain technology to overcome the challenges related to privacy and security in the smart grid. Later on, consensus algorithms and protocols are discussed. Monitoring of the usage and statistics of energy distribution systems that can also be used to remotely control energy flow to a particular area. Further, the discussion on the blockchain-based frameworks that helps in the diagnosis and maintenance of smart grid equipment. We have also discussed several commercial implementations of blockchain in the smart grid. Finally, various challenges have been discussed for integrating these technologies. Overall, it can be said at the present point in time that blockchain technology certainly shows a lot of potentials from a customer perspective too and should be further developed by market participants. The approaches seen thus far may have a disruptive effect in the future and might require additional regulatory intervention in an already tightly regulated energy market. If blockchains are to deliver benefits for consumers (whether as consumers or prosumers of energy), a strong focus on consumer issues will be needed.

  • The Smart UAV Program was motivated by a huge potential market, a various application and future core technologies. The Smart UAV system is defined as the advanced air vehicle with the smart technology such as collision awareness and avoidance, healthy monitering and self-recovering, intelligent active control. Due to the broad interest by government, industry and academia, Smart UAV development center and government steering committee were established. The organization of the Smart UAV program consists of domestic/international companies and academia. In this paper, the process and application of system engineering was introduced for Smart UAV development program.

  • 1990년대 후반 이후 스마트 의류는 인간과 컴퓨터의 상호작용, 사용자 중심의 디자인 등 다각적으로 연구, 개발되고 있다. 최근에는 보다 기능화, 감성화된 스마트 의류가 개발되기 시작하였으며, 이는 다양한 어플리케이션으로 연구, 개발되어 제시되고 있다. 그 중 센서를 기반으로 한 건강관리용 스마트 의류는 스마트 의류의 여러유형 중 가장 예상 수요가 높은 유형으로 예측되며, 이러한 전망으로 인해 연구, 개발이 가속화되고 있는 분야이다. 이에 따라 본 연구에서는 스마트 의류에 적합한 생체 신호 센서를 도출하고, 그를 기반으로 기본적인 생체신호, 심장질환, 호흡기 질환을 측정할 수 있는 스마트 의류 디자인을 개발하였다. 즉, 본 연구에서 개발된 스마트의류는 기존의 의류의 외관 형태는 그대로 유지하면서, 직물 신호선을 제작, 와이어의 이물감을 없애 착용성을 높였으며, 착장 시 생체신호가 컴퓨터로 무선 전송되어 이를 실시간으로 모니터링 할 수 있도록 고안되었다. 이 스마트 의류는 생체 신호 센서를 이용하여 심장질환, 호흡기 질환과 다양한 질병 예방을 보조할 수 있는 건강관리용 의류로서 센서기반 스마트 의류의 한 모형을 제시하였다.

Estimation of the Demand Function of the Information and Communication Construction Business

  • The smart convergence environment, in which all industries are converged around ICT infrastructure -- with the eventual inclusion of both industry and culture -- looms. With the emergence of new convergence industries such as smart medicine, smart cities, and smart automobiles, the ICT infrastructure is recognized as the foundation of the overall economy. As such, the importance of the next generation of information and communication construction businesses, which constructs the ICT infrastructure, is highlighted under the smart convergence paradigm environment; various multilateral policies to foster the information and communication construction business -- led by the Ministry of Science, ICT, and Future Planning -- are being implemented. Like other infrastructure industries, however, the estimation of the demand function of the information and communication construction business overall is essential for effectively establishing promotional policies for information and communication construction businesses. However, there has been no study which theoretically estimates the market demand function in the information and communication construction business thus far. The pursuit of a creative economy is a national agenda, as the significance of accelerating the ICT infrastructure is emphasized. Therefore, this paper seeks to estimate quantitatively the demand function in the information and communication construction business using empirical data and a statistical model and then to present policy implications which will aid the development of the information and communication construction business.

디지털 인체 계측 방법의 유형 및 특성 (Types and Characteristics of Digital Anthropometric Methods)

  • In this study, the characteristics of digital anthropometric methods were determined with case studies. These methods were broadly classified into two categories: non-wearable and wearable. Then, these categories were further classified into four types: 3D Scanning, mobile app, smart clothing, and smart tool Among the non-wearable types, the "3D scanning" technique was based on the use of 3D hardware equipment. With this technique, the body shape was measured and the internal body information was obtained. Therefore, it is used in fields of healthcare and fitness. Among the wearable types, "Smart clothing" involves a special clothing that measures human body and a smartphone application. Both the components are linked to a fashion platform, which is based on the measured sizes that help shoppers. The "Smart tool" has the characteristic of measuring only with smart tools and smartphone applications; it does not involve the measurement of images. The common advantage of digital anthropometric methods are as follows: they reduce the time and cost of measurement by enabling self-measurement. Moreover, simple measurements are used to determine the size of anthropometry. Thereafter, it accumulates this data to track the continuous changes in size. From an industrial point of view, digital anthropometric technology should be used to increase sales. The on-demand market can be expanded as global consumers would throng the Korean fashion market. For the consumer, an avatar should be created to fit the user's size. This would provide a fun experience to the user.
