IoT devices including smart devices are connected with internet, thus they have security threats everytime. Particularly, IoT devices are composed of low performance MCU and small-capacity memory because they are miniaturized, so they are likely to be exposed to various security threats like DoS attacks. In addition, in case of IoT devices installed for a remote place, it's not easy for users to control continuously them and to install immediately security patch for them. For most of IoT devices connected directly with internet under user's intention, devices exposed to outside by setting IoT gateway, and devices exposed to outside by the DMZ function or Port Forwarding function of router, specific protocol for IoT services was used and the devices show a response when services about related protocol are required from outside. From internet search engine for IoT devices, IP addresses are inspected on the basis of protocol mainly used for IoT devices and then IP addresses showing a response are maintained as database, so that users can utilize related information. Specially, IoT devices using HTTP and HTTPS protocol, which are used at usual web server, are easily searched at usual search engines like Google as well as search engine for the sole IoT devices. Ill-intentioned attackers get the IP addresses of vulnerable devices from search engine and try to attack the devices. The purpose of this study is to find the problems arisen when HTTP, HTTPS, CoAP, SOAP, and RestFUL protocols used for IoT devices are detected by search engine and are maintained as database, and to seek the solution for the problems. In particular, when the user ID and password of IoT devices set by manufacturing factory are still same or the already known vulnerabilities of IoT devices are not patched, the dangerousness of the IoT devices and its related solution were found in this study.

Technology that can determine the location of individuals is required in a variety of applications such as location based control, a personalized advertising. Missing-child prevention and support for field trips, and applications such as push events based on the user's location is endless. In particular, the technology that can determine the location without interruption in the indoor and outdoor spaces have been studied a lot recently. Because emphasizing on accuracy of the positioning, many conventional research have constraints such as using of additional sensing devices or special mounting devices. The algorithm proposed in this paper has the purpose of performing the positioning only with standard equipment of the smart phone that has the most users. In this paper, sensor Fusion with GPS, WiFi Radio Map, Accelerometer sensor and Particle Filter algorithm is designed and implemented. Experimental results of this algorithm shows superior performance than the other compared algorithm. This could confirm the possibility of using proposed algorithm on actual environment.
Purpose: purpose of this study was to propose the web application platform which can be to detect and discriminate various diseases and pest of tomato plant based on the large amount of disease image data observed in the facility or the open field. Methods: The deep learning algorithms uesed at the web applivation platform are consisted as the combining form of Faster R-CNN with the pre-trained convolution neural network (CNN) models such as SSD_mobilenet v1, Inception v2, Resnet50 and Resnet101 models. To evaluate the superiority of the newly proposed web application platform, we collected 850 images of four diseases such as Bacterial cankers, Late blight, Leaf miners, and Powdery mildew that occur the most frequent in tomato plants. Of these, 750 were used to learn the algorithm, and the remaining 100 images were used to evaluate the algorithm. Results: From the experiments, the deep learning algorithm combining Faster R-CNN with SSD_mobilnet v1, Inception v2, Resnet50, and Restnet101 showed detection accuracy of 31.0%, 87.7%, 84.4%, and 90.8% respectively. Finally, we constructed a web application platform that can detect and discriminate various tomato deseases using best deep learning algorithm. If farmers uploaded image captured by their digital cameras such as smart phone camera or DSLR (Digital Single Lens Reflex) camera, then they can receive an information for detection, identification and disease control about captured tomato disease through the proposed web application platform. Conclusion: Incheon Port needs to act actively paying.
The bidding phase for logistics outsourcing services is critical for both shippers and logistics companies. According to the logistics bidding phase, the shipper should provide logistics operation information to logistics companies to resolve uncertainty. In addition, the logistics company can win the contract volume that was placed in the bid by expressing their experience and know-how, and proposing to share the risks and benefits of the shipper's logistics operation. Therefore, it is necessary to examine the factors that can be identified during the bidding phase for logistics outsourcing and how these factors affect the satisfaction of logistics outsourcing services. Based on the factors identified in the preceding studies on logistics outsourcing partnership factors and those on logistics outsourcing determinants, a survey was conducted on experts engaged in logistics companies, performing logistics for domestic shippers and analyzed using Smart-PLS. This study presents the following implications. First, in the logistics bidding phase, the shipper should provide its logistics operation information to logistics firms to resolve uncertainties. Details An in-depth explanation of the operation details will be presented via the bidding presentation, and on-site tours of manufacturing plants and logistics centers should also be carried out if necessary. Second, in the bidding phase, logistics companies should appeal through proposals to their competitiveness, such as experience and knowledge of the logistics of the shipper, and also consider alliances with other logistics companies to supplement their insufficient logistics services. Third, logistics companies should make proposals to share profits and risks through logistics outsourcing during the bidding phase, propose accepting risks from environmental uncertainties of the shipper within its capacity to an acceptable extent, and share the benefits of carrying out the shipper's logistics.

This paper describes sensor network system implementation for the IEEE 1451.2 standard which guarantees compatibilities between various wired sensors. The proposed system consists of the Network Capable Application Processor(NCAP) in the IEEE 1451.0, the Transducer Independent Interface(TII) in the IEEE 1451.2, the Transducer Electronic Data Sheet(TEDS) and sensors. The research goal of this study is to minimize and optimize system complexity for IC design. The NCAP is implemented using C language in personal computer environment. TII is used in the parallel port between PC and an FPGA application board. Transducer is implemented using Verilog on the FPGA application board. We verified the proposed system architecture based on the standards.

In recent years, due to the spread of various renewable energy power sources and the pursuit of high efficiency and low-power consumption, not only trends in the electric power industry but also the consumption, control methods, and characteristics are diversified. However, in this diversified electric power industry, the fuse (which is the core part responsible for safety) has not developed significantly in classical operation mode, and thus, fires continue to occur. In this paper, the effects of low melting-point metal plating and high melting-point metal plating on operating characteristics and IT curve movement of the fuse are investigated in a cartridge fuse, which is a classic fuse manufacturing method. The effects of plating on the thickness of the fuse are investigated, and various operating characteristics of the fuse are implemented. In addition, it is suggested that the plating of the low melting-point metal moves the rated current line of the fuse to a low rating, and moves operating characteristics to characteristics of delay operation. It is possible to design various operating characteristics using this characteristic.

Bicycle has a large amount of kinetic energy available for energy harvesting technology in its speedy and balanced riding movement. Systematic and realistic analysis of its dynamic property is essential to improve the efficiency of energy harvester. However, there has not been enough researches about precise measurement or analysis of bicycle dynamics on real roads. This study aims to investigate the characteristics of vibrational movement of bicycle using MEMS-based accelerometer and to develop a prototype of electromagnetic energy harvester with nonlinear behavior which is proper to the random vibrations accompanied in bicycle riding. The vibrational components have average magnitude of 1 g and turn out to be independent of riding speed. The developed prototype of energy harvester was installed on a front port of a bicycle to use this ambient vibration and generated an average electrical power of 1.5 mW which is enough to support power for most of portable sensors and short range radio-frequency communication. Further study about isolation of vibration from a rider and conversion efficiency is ongoing. The developed energy harvester is expected to be a platform technology for sustainable portable power supply for various smart IT devices and applications.

The purpose of this study was to provide the basis for the vegetable seedlings export research and policy establishment by analyzing vegetable seedlings export status from the agricultural quarantine statistics in Korea and the changes of temperature and relative humidity during the vegetable seedlings shipping export transportation to Japan. From 2007 to 2016, various vegetable seedlings such as cabbage, tomatoes, cucumber, onion and etc., have been exported to more than 20 countries around the world. The main exporting country of vegetable seedlings for commercial purposes is Japan, and the major exported seedlings to Japan in 2016 were fruit vegetable grafted seedlings such as eggplant, tomato, cucumber, watermelon and pepper. Total export amount of the fruit vegetable seedlings to Japan in 2016 were 2,575,446 seedlings and it is approximately 0.7 to 1.6 million dollars. The grafted seedlings exported to Japan were consumed for urban agriculture and farm use. Shipping transportation took about 24 hours in the process of receiving the package ${\rightarrow}$ shipment ${\rightarrow}$ quarantine (Busan port) ${\rightarrow}$ Quarantine (Japan Shimonoseki Port). The growing demand for vegetable seedlings due to the development of urban agriculture in Japan and the growing interest and demand for vegetable grafting seedlings in neighboring countries such as Russia will be an opportunity to expand the export size of Korean vegetable grafting seedlings. In order to expand the export of vegetable seedlings in Korea, it is necessary to ensure further active government policy and research on the production of export seedlings, seedlings storage and transportation technology and analysis of exporting countries' market information.
Diverse research topics relating to Social Network Services (SNS) such as, social affective factors in relationships among internet users, social capital value of SNS, comparing attributes why users are intending to participate in SNS, user's lifestyle and their preferences, and the exploratory seeking potential of SNS as a social capital need to be focused on. However, these researches that have been undertaken only consider facts at a particular period of the changing computing environment. In accordance with this indispensability, the integrated view on what technical, social and business characteristics and attributes need to be acknowledged. The purpose of this study is to analyze the evolving attributes and characteristics of SNS from Web 1.0 to Mobile web 2.0 through the Web 2.0 and Mobile 1.0 period. Based on the relevant literature, the attributes that drive the changing technological, social and business aspects of SNS have been developed and analyzed. This exploratory study analyzed major attributes and relationships between SNS and users by changing the paradigms which represented each period. It classified and chronicled each period by representing paradigms and deducted the attributes by considering three aspects such as technological, social and business administration. The major findings of this study are, firstly, the web based computing environment has been changed into the platform attribute for users in the aspect of technology. Users can only read, listen and view information through the web site in the early stages, but now it is possible that users can create, modify and distribute all kinds of information. Secondly, the few knowledge producers of web services have been changed into a collective intelligence by groups of people in the aspect of society. Information authority has been distributed and there is no limit to its spread. Many businesses recognized the potential of the SNS and they are considering how to utilize these advantages toward channel of promotion and marketing. Thirdly, the conventional marketing channel has been changed into oral transmission by using SNS. The market of innovative mobile technology such as smart phones, which provide convenience and access-ability toward customers, has been enlarged. New opportunities to build friendly relationship between business and customers as a new marketing chance have been created. Finally, the role of the consumer has been changed into the leading role of a prosumer. Users can create, modify and distribute information, and are performing the dual role of customer and producer.

Among marine accidents caused by bad weather, visibility restrictions caused by sea fog occurrence cause accidents such as ship strand and ship bottom damage, and at the same time involve casualties caused by accidents, which continue to occur every year. In addition, low visibility at sea is emerging as a social problem such as causing considerable inconvenience to islanders in using transportation as passenger ships are collectively delayed and controlled even if there are local differences between regions. Moreover, such measures are becoming more problematic as they cannot objectively quantify them due to regional deviations or different criteria for judging observations from person to person. Currently, the VTS of each port controls the operation of the ship if the visibility distance is less than 1km, and in this case, there is a limit to the evaluation of objective data collection to the extent that the visibility of sea fog depends on the visibility meter or visual observation. The government is building a marine weather signal sign and sea fog observation networks for sea fog detection and prediction as part of solving these obstacles to marine traffic safety, but the system for observing locally occurring sea fog is in a very insufficient practical situation. Accordingly, this paper examines domestic and foreign policy trends to solve social problems caused by low visibility at sea and provides basic data on the need for government support to ensure maritime traffic safety due to sea fog by factually investigating and analyzing social problems. Also, this aims to establish a more stable maritime traffic operation system by blocking marine safety risks that may ultimately arise from sea fog in advance.
