  • This research investigates the effects of fashion innovativeness and technology innovativeness on the attitude and the buying intention of smart clothing. This study employs TAM(Technology Acceptance Model) proposed by Davis(1989) as a theoretical framework. Two hundred sixty-five respondents comprised a sample used to examine a structural model. The structural equation model using AMOS was performed to test hypotheses. Fashion innovativeness was found to affect perceived usefulness while technology innovativeness affected perceived ease of use. Perceived usefulness was found to influence attitude towards smart clothing. Perceived ease of use was also found to affect attitude towards smart clothing. The attitude towards smart clothing has a direct effect on the buying intention of smart clothing. In addition, this study revealed that employing TAM to investigate the adoption of smart clothing was appropriate. Lastly, implications of this research and suggestions for future studies were discussed.

  • Infinite competition on ICT industries is starting again. The basis of competence over global dominance will be human resource, a global ecosystem for products and national agenda for science and technology, etc.. This paper presents the six solution for the Global Competitiveness and Coexistence of Korean ICT Industries. Korea should nurture the brand of "World Best Korean ICT Forever" to secure technical competency of ICT related fields in global market. All ICT technologies should be aligned to global standard and market demand from beginning and the ecosystem around product needs to be established. System framework for utilizing the resource of core SW experts must be established. Through global partnership with China as manufacturing base for Korea-developed products, technical competency can be maintained including product planning. Security measure for technical assets is mandatory. Finally, core technology that will drive the future of ICT industries in Korea should be regarded as core subjects.

  • Blockchain is a secure technology that enables transactions between parties without risking data corruption. Besides cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology is being widely adopted in various forms by diverse industries. One promising application is construction contracts. Given that construction projects are executed under strict contractual requirements, blockchain technology-based contracts can ensure that contractual requirements are executed among parties to the contract. The objective of this study is to apply blockchain technology to smart construction contracts and determine their potential feasibility in construction management. In this study, a prototype smart construction contract is presented and its applicability is explored. We conclude that smart construction contracts can be effective as a contractual tool to enhance payment flows in the construction process.

  • Because of increasing anxiety about infectious diseases and the demand for contactless service caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, it has become crucial for the tourism and hospitality sector to understand customers' psychological mechanism of contactless service during and post COVID-19. Thus, this paper proposes a conceptual model by integrating trust in the framework of the behavioral immune system. Interestingly, our study found that anxiety about infectious diseases during the COVID-19 pandemic has not only increased hotel customers' desire for contactless service and changed their behavioral intentions, but it has also impacted customers' trust in hotel service robots. Therefore, irrespective of how the hotel service environment changes, trust in technology has become the most fundamental factor for hotel customers' attitudes toward adopting technology. Based on the results, this paper provides salient theoretical and practical implications.

  • The current web implementation largely falls into process-oriented and object-oriented methods. Both ways implement the programs to be used for simple design of external outfit and auxiliary function of hybrid webs and it might lead to cost problems arising from waste of time and man-power to develop with it. Therefore, managed structural system programming which can be applied under .NET framework is suggested in a bid to solve these problems. The structural system design method under .NET environment by applying CS concept prefers to adopting the optimized design configuration suited to proper interfaces of UI configuration, which offers the environment to maintain the inheritance relationship by taking form of the balanced class allotment by domain, and continue to keep the connectivity between UX and UI which leads to application of interface of UX objects as form of objects through connection with objects in class design process. This development method enables programs to be implemented focused on representation methods of UI and UX, and helps relieve much of the burden on development costs.

  • With the advent of smart age, the competitiveness among companies and countries to preoccupy the advanced ICT technologies which lead the economic growth in the future have increased more than ever before. So have global standard competitiveness done under the situation of using international standardization as practical strategy for dominating market. It is essential to make standardization strategy and do systematic implementation for core technology which leads global market in order to fit such an environment and introduce smart society as soon as possible. Therefore, this paper suggests systematic approach and framework to make standardization roadmap in relation to R&D through analysing the current technology roadmap framework and standardization roadmap case and provides infrastructure to promote international standardization of domestic technology.

  • The purpose of this paper is to investigate the role of the internet based deviant behavior of smart phone during work hours on performance and the antecedents to deviant behavior mechanism. To do this, this paper proposes a theoretical model consisting of factors such as internet-based deviant behavior, work performance and intention, habit as it's influencing factors. It was analyzed via a survey of employees using smart phone at workplace. The results of this empirical study is summarized as followings. First, internet-based deviant behavior using smart phone has a negative effect on work performance. Second, intention and habit toward internet-based deviant behavior using smart phone are identified as the determinants of it's behavior. The findings have significant implications for the framework of internet-based deviant behavior using smart phone in the workplace.

  • Smart farming education service based on network are important factors for farming sector. The lack of time and space has to lead to their limited appliance to farmers. Limited information support and low background knowledge in farming production is a lot of trial and error in farming production. Smart farming education as a service based on cloud provide the farming information that is the farming knowledge, farming skill, and farmer's experiences and knowhow, etc. And real-time information such as climate change, soil environment and market trends is very important. This paper proposes a framework for applying farming education service based on cloud. It consists of smart farming function and smart farming education function

  • Many cities in the world have increased initiative to realize smart tourism. There are unexplored challenges for the people which lead and manage smart tourism projects and realize its value in tourism (we call them as 'Smart tourism initiatives'), such as orchestrating of tourism complexity, developing and sharing tourism strategy, sustaining tourism projects and innovation. Concerning these challenges, we aim to design a holistic capability maturity model for sustainable and smart tourism governance enabling sustainable tourism innovations via tackling the challenges above. We adopted Dynamic capability theory as a theoretical lens and introduced Design science research methodology in order to develop a new capability maturity governance model as a design artifact. As a result of the study, we could synthesize findings from iterations of the design research cycle based on the IT Capability Maturity Model. Our result proposes a potential capability maturity model supporting effective communication and strategic alignment for the initiatives with illuminating future paths with evaluation methods on tourism capabilities for the initiatives. Throughout this study, we contribute to the body of knowledge as well as practice by proposing a new tourism capability governance model.
