Manufacturing process of large-scale 3D computer animation is becoming sophistication, ramification because of development of manufacturing technique and extravagant budget. Form of manufacturing pipeline has been variously changed to production type, manufacturing scale, manufacturing form. But it is time that renewed discussion is needed because change and development for the organization is insufficient in small manufacturing company. The project aims to try to help understanding for manufacturing pipeline of internal small-scale 3D animation and to find a plan of organization for internal small-scale production of the real situation. Organization model and methodology of manufacturing pipeline of small manufacturing company is not absolute because it is enough possible to be changed to inclination of the project and its environment. People must fully understand the purpose for organization of manufacturing pipeline of 3D computer animation and it must be organized to the situation for small-scale production so that every worker in production can share the information perfectly.
This study aimed to analyze the functionality and healthiness of family rules through a relational analysis of the relationship between the rule frequency by sub-family system and the content properties shown in the 'family constitution', It also aimed to examine the relationship between the perception degree of healthy family elements and the family subsystem rules and prepare the project development plans. As a result, it was a found that there were many dysfunctional rules, and healthiness was not satisfied. Project development plans include specific project plans, delivery systems, an orientation for practitioners, the necessity of evaluation and feedback, family health diagnosis, association with other project areas, and small scale operations.
This study was conducted based on the 115 development projects of residential areas during 2001-2006 to investigate the current status of park green areas. Prior Environmental Review System (PERS) was categorized into regions, scales, and time of the projects, and regression model was used for a statistical analysis. The ratios of greenness of Seoul and Gyunggi province were greater than those of other regions whereas the ratios of greeness of Cheonnam, Chungbuk, and Jeonbuk provinces showed smaller percentage of green areas. Secondly as the scales of development get bigger areas of greenness become larger indicating a large scale residential development projects are favorable for securing green areas. Thirdly the correlation between planned area and green areas, and that between planned population and the ratio of greenness are relatively low (P>0.05). This implies green areas are not a good indicator but a concrete guideline for green areas. Fourthly the ratio of greenness of small scale project is not reached to 10% so that it is recommended to secure over one million $m^2$ areas for development project.

One of the problems associated with the current system of land development projects implemented by the public sector in Korea is that various service facilities are not ready in time for the occupation of residential dwelling. A major cause of the problem is the lack of financial arrangements which would smooth the cash-flow of the suppliers of the facilities during the project period. In this paper we present two schemes which will contribute to the optimal provision of service facilities by easing the financial constraint facing the land developers and suppliers of the facilities. The first scheme involves channeling a fraction of profits from a land development project and of the proceeds of mandatory sales of Type II National Housing Bonds as a loan to the suppliers of the service facilities. The second scheme considers the participation of the private sector in the project as a member of a consortium comprising the Korea Land development Corporation, the National Housing Fund, and private developers. It is proved that each scheme is superior to the current system. as well as entailing a very small cost.
Recently, as the paradigm of regional development has been transformed into characterization, decentralization and cooperation, small and medium scale development is in the spotlight. In particular, as the transfer of planning authority to local governments accelerates, LH is in the process of seeking to transform itself into a system that is in line with local government demand. The purpose of this study is to elaborate the regional pending projects that meet the demand of the region. The Jeju Special Self-Governing Province is the area where land and housing prices have increased more than three times recently, which is the area of interest in recent years due to the various demand for development projects. Another objective is to establish a local government based on LH's system, it is aimed to derive a collaboration method with local government, province corporation and local researchers. The criteria for deriving the cooperation projects between the local government and LH are basically the ones that can be carried out by LH and future-oriented projects. The process of deriving has undergone the process of statutory planning, unscrupulous plan analysis, and consultation of experts' advisory committees. In order to derive the regional cooperation project, four criteria such as local uniqueness, future possibility, business promotion efficiency, and local cooperation project were set. Major projects of the Jeju Special Self-Governing Province are improvement of the surrounding traffic system, construction of the hinterland due to the construction of the second airport, and establishment of Cruise Port(Jeju Port, Seogwipo Port). The role of each entity in the implementation of regional cooperation projects is as follows. Local government should request subsidies for the projects in case of lack of budget support and secure them through competition with other regions. In addition, it should be responsible for the operation and management of the facility once it has been supported and completed smoothly. The Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport affects each region through approval and subsidy of the development plan. After the development project is completed, it evaluates the development project through monitoring and plays a role of continuously improving the system. As a business operator, the provincial corporation will carry out small-scale projects including non-physical projects such as community participation. In the case of LH regional headquarters, the general manager of the region will establish a comprehensive business plan, secure development availability, and carry out large-scale growth promotion projects.

Systems engineering has been utilized in system development primarily for large-scale projects or commercial large-scale systems during the last several decades. We can understand why it would be useful to apply systems engineering to the development of a relatively small system. However, it is difficult to effectively carry out a project due to the complexity in applying the methods of systems engineering. To apply systems engineering to the development of a small system, the system engineering processes should be tailored. We established a requirements driven system design process(RDSDP) that can effectively carry out the system design far a small system. RDSDP is a system design process that treats all the requirements thoroughly and effectively. This is applied by the designer according to a standardized and systematized process during the first phase in design, in which system specifications are made. By using RDSDP, we can affect a reduction of the number of redesign phases in the process of the system design, shorten the period for to make specification, which will then cause the system to succeed in the actual application.

The accident risk at the construction workplace associated with agricultural engineering is comparatively higher than those of other fields due mainly to its complex work types and processes. Agricultural engineering deals with a variety of agricultural infrastructures from irrigation and drainage facilities to giant-scale coastal reclamation land infrastructures. The characteristics that most agricultural projects have conducted on a small-scale even worsen the situation drawing low attentions to risk management. Therefore, systematical risk assessment that focuses on details of agricultural construction work process is required in order to enhance safety management capacity and to prevent repetitive accidents ultimately. This study aims to categorize construction work types and processes of agricultural construction works, and to quantitatively assess the accident risk of them based on accident analysis. Regarding classification of construction works, actual 827 accident cases were thoroughly reviewed and coded by their construction site, facility and work type, project scale and so on. Most accidents (71.8 % of total cases) occurred in small-scale construction workplaces with less than 5 billion Korean won project budget. And those accidents related to agricultural infrastructure project (37.4%) and agricultural water development project (22.4%). In terms of work types, accidents frequently took place in form-work followed by pipe installation work, steel bar work and concrete work. The potential risks were compared with actual outbreak of accidents based on Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). The results show that the potential conditions of accident expected to be took place is somewhat different from the actual conditions where accidents actually happened. This implicates that risk management manuals or education needs to be adjusted by reflecting unexpected circumstances. Overall, this study is meaningful in that the results could be foundations as to strengthen risk management capacity for agricultural engineering projects.
This paper Proposes the individual roles for developing small web application systems based on the Client/Server architecture with the activities and artifacts of each role and cooperation. The roles of Web Server part (i.e. User Interface Designer, Web Designer, HTML Writer), the roles of Application Server part (i.e. Domain Expert, Application Developer, Tester) and the roles of DB Server part (i.e. Database Administrator, Data Designer) are described. Furthermore, the role of the Development Leader that participates in development and manages all works in project and finds the solutions of problems in project, is also discussed. The Domain Expert analyzes the domain of the application in order to send the artifacts to the Application Developer. Then the Application Developer analyzes, designs and implements the application based on the artifacts of the Domain Expert and integrates the implemented program modules. Roles are related each other in this way, and cooperate until the application development is completed. Finally, we analyzed and compared these roles with the roles of RUP(Rational Unified process) and web wave. Suggested roles in this paper turned out to be efficient compared to the roles of the existing large-scale methodology.
