중소건설기업의 직무배태성이 이직의도에 미치는 영향 : 조직몰입을 매개로 (The Effect of Job Embeddedness in Small and Medium Sized Construction Companies on Turnover Intention through Organizational Commitment)

  • 본 연구는 서울, 경기, 인천지역 소재 중소건설기업의 종사자를 대상으로 하여 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무배태성이 조직몰입을 매개로 이직의도에 미치는 영향을 규명하는데 목적이 있다. 표집방법은 유의 표집법을 활용하였으며 최종분석에 이용된 표본 수는 316명으로 입력된 자료 처리는 SPSS 20.0 프로그램을 이용하여 통계분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과, 첫째, 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무배태성의 하위요인 적합성, 희생과 이직의도 간의 상관관계에서 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 연계는 유의하지 않은 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무 배태성의 하위요인 적합성, 희생, 연계 순서로 조직몰입에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 조직몰입은 이직의도에 유의한 부(-)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 조직몰입은 직무배태성과 이직의도 간의 관계를 매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소건설기업 구성원의 직무배태성이 높을수록 이직의도에 영향을 미치는 요인임을 알 수 있었다. 이는 조직 구성원 개인이 추구하는 가치의 적합성, 업무열정, 조직에 대한 애착 등을 향상시킴으로써 이직의도에 긍정적인 영향을 미칠 수 있음을 시사한다.

  • 가족기업의 승계 개념에 대한 연구가 다방면에서 이루어져 온 반면, 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 논의와 정책적 접근은 거의 이루어진 바 없다. '19년부터 정부차원에서의 소상공인 가업승계 개념에 대한 정책을 수립하여 시행되는 가운데 소상공인 분야에 있어 가업승계에 대한 개념 수립을 위한 연구체계가 필요한 시점으로 볼 수 있다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 가업승계의 기존 논의를 바탕으로 소상공인에 적용하고자 하였으며 결과적으로 소상공인 또한 다른 조직과 마찬가지로 동일한 내적 요인인 기업가 정신과 장인 정신에서 파생되는 요인들이 승계를 지속하는데 중요함을 파악할 수 있었다. 다만, 소규모 조직 특성상 체계화나 조직화 이전의 단계로 인해 발생하는 권한의 모호성과 여러 역할을 수행하는데서 발생하는 역할 모호성이 기존 연구와는 다른 요소임을 밝혀내었다. 본 연구는 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 실증 연구에 앞서 소상공인 가업승계에 대한 정의와 개념화를 사례를 통해 제시함으로서 해당 분야의 연구 필요성에 대한 기초를 제시하고자 하였다.

  • This research aimed to propose an organizational system that implements a planning agreement in local small and medium sized city, Korea. To conduct this research, three successful cases were deduced using integration systems to investigate purpose and background of the planning agreement. Articles, reports, media, and participation in meetings and workshops related on this topic are used for collecting data and interview of regional activists and experts, and public officials were carried out. Among them, the case of Yeongju city that used the new integration system instead of pre-adminstration system was examined in detail. There are three local governments; Yeongwol-gun, Jeungpyeong-gun, and Yeongju city which have successfully fulfilled projects from various departments of central adminstration not projects of planning agreement. The similarity noticed between those three cases is to continue various projects from several departments of central adminstration for numerous years and contribute to regional revitalization. A successful factor was to establish organizational system and manage it for the integration plan and performance for appropriate regional and administrative characteristics. In particular, in the case of Yeongju city, organization for urban architectural management composed of civilian experts were formed, authorized status on administrative organization was established, and the function and role were identified. It is helpful to other local governments to carry out the projects of planning agreement as the case of Yeongju city is now a new method.

퍼지 ID3를 이용한 CEO핵심역량의 패턴분석 (Pattern Analysis of Core Competency of CEO Using Fuzzy ID3)

  • 중소기업에서도 시스템적으로 기업을 운영하는 곳도 있지만 대부분의 중소기업에서는 CEO 개인의 역량과 수준에 따라 기업의 경영패턴이 달라진다고 할 수 있다. 이러한 관점에서 중소기업의 CEO의 역량과 수준에 대한 연구는 매우 의미있다고 할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 중소제조업체의 CEO를 대상으로 설문을 통하여 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량을 발굴하고 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량을 평가할 수 있는 모델을 제안하였다. 또한 중소기업 CEO의 핵심역량과 수준에 대한 전문가 평가를 통하여 구한 데이터를 ID3와 퍼지ID3를 이용하여 패턴분석을 하였으며, 그 결과로 생성되는 if-then 퍼지룰과 의사결정트리가 중소기업의 CEO 핵심역량 평가에 유용하다는 것을 보였다.

중소병원의 2015 MERS 위기 대응: G병원의 사례 (A Small-and-medium-sized Hospital's Crisis Management during 2015 MERS Outbreak: A Case of G Hospital)

  • Purpose: Crisis is inevitable to every organization and therefore, successful crisis management is critical to the organizations' survival and prosperity. With the understanding, this study aims to draw propositions for successful crisis management of hospitals when facing infectious disease outbreak. For the purpose, a case of a small and medium sized hospital's experience of crisis management during 2015 Middle East Respiratory Syndrome outbreak was analyzed. Methodology/Approach: The detailed internal circumstances and experiences of the hospital during the MERS outbreak were identified by in-depth interview as well as the extensive material review, and analyzed under the view of the theories of accident, error, and crisis in relation of organization management Findings: Overall, nine propositions are drawn by the phase of crisis. In pre-crisis phase, for example, 'the hospital preparedness has positive influence on the effective responding to the crisis'. In detection phase, 'the mindfulness of the hospital organizations' as well as the individuals' has positive influence on detecting the crisis signals'. In crisis phase, for example, 'improvising naturally occurs in crisis by the unknown disease, therefore, a component site supervisor coordinating such improvision is important'. Lastly, in post-crisis phase, 'successful crisis responding experience facilitates the positive hospital culture'. Practical implication: From the experience of a small and medium size hospital, it is suggested that proactive system approach oriented by safety is beneficial for effective crisis management.

중소제조업의 기업문화가 조직성과에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Effect of Small Maufacturing Businesses' Company Culture on Organizational Performance)

  • 본 연구는 중소제조업의 기업문화가 조직성과에 미치는 영향을 분석하였다. 연구결과 개인적 문화, 즉 개인의 조직 몰입도가 높을수록 직무 만족도 및 창의성 향상 등의 조직 성과가 긍정적으로 나타났다(p<.001, ${\beta}=.493$). 조직적 문화(조직 화합도)와 환경적 문화(환경적 요인 중시 태도)는 조직성과에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치지는 못했다. 또한 근로자 개별 특성에 따라 개인의 조직 몰입도는 사원급보다 차장/부장 이상에서 더 높았으며 조직 화합도는 20대보다 40대, 전문대졸 이하보다 대졸 이상, 근속년수 5년 이하보다 10년 이상일 경우 더 높게 평가했다. 조직성과, 즉 직무 만족도와 창의성 향상과 같은 요소들은 고졸 이하보다 대졸 이상일 경우 더 높은 차이가 나타났다. 본 연구는 중소제조업의 기업문화가 조직성과에 미치는 영향력을 분석함으로써 개인 조직 환경적 요인의 중요도를 파악하고 근로자의 개별적 특성에 따른 차이를 알아본 데 연구의 의의가 있다.

Local Silencing of Connective Tissue Growth Factor by siRNA/Peptide Improves Dermal Collagen Arrangements

  • BACKGROUND: Collagen organization within tissues has a critical role in wound regeneration. Collagen fibril diameter, arrangements and maturity between connective tissue growth factor (CTGF) small interfering RNA (siRNA) and mismatch scrambled siRNA-treated wound were compared to evaluate the efficacy of CTGF siRNA as a future implement for scar preventive medicine. METHODS: Nanocomplexes of CTGF small interfering RNA (CTGF siRNA) with cell penetrating peptides (KALA and $MPG^{{\Delta}NLS}$) were formulated and their effects on CTGF downregulation, collagen fibril diameter and arrangement were investigated. Various ratios of CTGF siRNA and peptide complexes were prepared and down-regulation were evaluated by immunoblot analysis. Control and CTGF siRNA modified cells-populated collagen lattices were prepared and rates of contraction measured. Collagen organization in rabbit ear 8 mm biopsy punch wound at 1 day to 8 wks post injury time were investigated by transmission electron microscopy and histology was investigated with Olympus System and TS-Auto software. CONCLUSION: CTGF expression was down-regulated to 40% of control by CTGF siRNA/KALA (1:24) complexes (p<0.01) and collagen lattice contraction was inhibited. However, down-regulated of CTGF by CTGF $siRNA/MPG^{{\Delta}NLS}$ complexes was not statistically significant. CTGF KALA-treated wound appeared with well formed-basket weave pattern of collagen fibrils with mean diameter of $128{\pm}22nm$ (n = 821). Mismatch siRNA/KALA-treated wound showed a high frequency of parallel small diameter fibrils (mean $90{\pm}20nm$, n = 563). CONCLUSION: Controlling over-expression of CTGF by peptide-mediated siRNA delivery could improve the collagen orientation and tissue remodeling in full thickness rabbit ear wound.

e-비즈니스 채택요인과 성과에 관한 대기업과 중소기업의 차이분석 (A Comparative Analysis on the e-Business Adoption Factors and Performance in Large and Small Companies)

  • The majority of studies was undertaken on large companies that had adopted e-Business or on the specific case of dot.com companies. However, despite this interest in the effect of the size of an organization on its approach to e-Business, little direct comparison has been undertaken between small and large companies. This study examined the differences of e-Business adoption factors and e-Business performance between large and small companies. Reviewing the literature, we suggest a research model and develop nine hypotheses to be tested. Data are collected from 109 companies Implemented e-business. The results of hypothesis testing show as follows. First, e-Business performance of efficiency has a positive influence of perceived e-Business advantage, top management support, organizational learning ability and financial slack. Second, e-Business performance of sales performance has a positive influence of top management support. Third, e-Business performance of customer satisfaction has a positive influence of technology competence, perceived e-Business advantage, top management support, financial slack and institutional pressure. Finally, there are differences in the e-business factors(perceived e-Business advantage, top management support, institutional pressure) and e-Business performance(efficiency) between large and small companies.

노후 공동주택 리모델링 수직증축분 소형 평면 계획에 대한 연구 (A Study on Small Size Plans of Vertical Extension Remodeling for Aged Apartment)

  • This study suggested practical considerations in case of planning Small-Sized Household Units of the Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment along with selecting particular Age-Apartment Complex to plan Small-Sized Household Units. Four parts of consideration; (1) Architectural planning aspects, (2) Resident aspects, (3) Structural aspects, and (4) Facility aspects were thoroughly examined to apply in the remodeling construction period. Proposals for Small-Sized Household Units, in this study, covered two different combinations. One was the combination of six equal units, the other was the combination of eleven different types of household units which reflected resident aspects in plan organizations. Plan organization proposal could be chosen and applied to Vertical Extended units by Local Government, Remodeling Association, or Constructor based on their potential residents' aspect, such as family size, life style, age, amount to income and etc. to fulfill their satisfaction. Furthermore, this study had great significance of the adequately reflecting demand on Small-Sized Household Units in Vertical Extension of Aged Apartment.

중소병원 간호관리자의 직무경험에 대한 현상학적 연구 (A Phenomenological Study on the Job Experience of Nursing Managers in Small and Medium Hospitals)

  • Purpose: This is a phenomenological study to improve the quality of nursing and understand its essence by comprehensively analyzing job experience of nursing managers in small and medium. Methods: This study focused on deriving the common empirical attributes of all the study participants, rather than their individual attributes. Data on the job experiences of nine nurse managers in small and medium-sized hospitals were collected and analyzed using Colaizzi's phenomenological method. Result: The job experiences of nurse managers in small and medium hospitals were classified after analysis into 14 theme cluster sets and 34 themes in five categories. The categories derived were 'A feeling of pressure as if taking responsibility for the entire hospital', 'Taking on the difficulties of hiring a nurse alone.' 'Difficulty in mediating conflicts within the organization', 'Struggling to endure', 'To take root in the field with a sense of ownership'. Conclusion: This study is meaningful in helping nursing managers in small and medium hospitals perform their duties more efficiently and stably by understanding their job experience.
