The purpose of the research was to investigate the characteristics of technology users, their knowledge about the technology and whether that affected technology adoption, and, through the measurement utilitarian value as a mediator, to find out whether the behavior toward mobile payment technology adoption is considered most effective during the COVID-19 pandemic, especially at this research locus, Central Java Province, Indonesian Batik SME consumers. The research methodology was quantitative with data processing using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the final sample of 294 respondents' answers. To the best of the researcher's knowledge, this was an initial attempt toward a holistic and integrative approach to explain the adoption of mobile payment in Indonesia with different consumer characteristics in each region of Indonesia and varying levels of knowledge about mobile payment applications. The results show that the utilitarian value as a mediating variable only affected the relationship between the characteristics of technology users and adoption behavior. The findings of this study suggest that the stronger the knowledge of technology users, the more influential the adoption behavior of the mobile payment technology for Indonesian Batik small-, and medium-sized enterprise (SME) consumers during the COVID-19 pandemic in the new normal era.

Market share is one of the most important measures in the valuation of prospering firm. It plays a role of composite indicator for the competitiveness of firm. So, the understanding of the underlying process of market share is inevitable factor for the econometricians and the business engager. Lately, the Korean Economy has been placed in the control of IMF. This shock will cause a lot of influence over the domestic economy. The idea that the information about the past shock-response experience will do us good for dealing with this kind of economic shocks is not new. Among numerous markets, we pay attention to the durable goods market, especially automobile market. The automobile market has large repercussion effect over the domestic economy on the issue of both national employment and technology integration. We divided the Korean automobile market into three segments: small, medium, and large-sized car, while each proportion of these segments has been changing slowly. We propose a Bayesian approach to detect and forecast structural changes in time series of the market shares in the domestic automobile market, especially for level shifts and drift changes, and compare the empirical results with other existing approaches.

As the globalization accelerates, many changes are taking place in the business environment. In particular, not only large companies, but also small and medium-sized enterprises are actively looking to overseas markets. Therefore, this study is to grasp the factors affecting the performance of export SMEs. The government's support policy and related experience are expected to have a significant impact on the performance of export SMEs. In this study, a questionnaire survey was conducted for the employees of SMEs and this was analyzed. The result of the analysis shows the government's export support policy had no significant effect. Experience (industry and overseas) was found to have a significant effect on corporate performance. The results of this study are expected to provide practical guidelines for SMEs preparing for export, and show that the role of government is not important at the policy level.

Globalization has been accelerated in today's business environment. In this situation, the opening of economies can be either an opportunity or a treat for small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) who have limited resources. Especially, managerial perception to the opening of economies carries on significant meaning because managerial perception determines future responses and strategies. Therefore, this study examined which innovation activities are related with SMEs' positive perception to the opening of economies. The activities of innovation are classified by types of generic strategy. Also, this study scrutinized the moderating effects of external search strategy and market entry strategy. In order to test hypotheses, this study analyzed data on Korean manufacturing firms collected in the Korean Innovation Survey (KIS). As a result, SMEs conducting innovation for differentiation strategy perceived the opening of economies positively. Search breadth and search depth moderated this relationship negatively and the first entry strategy moderated this relationship positively.

In this paper we analyzed the management performance as the result of the korean government's support policy for the small and medium sized business (SMB). The governmental support policy was carried out for the companies classified in 3 criterion. The first is the upbringing of dynamic SMB group, which are driven by creativity and innovation. The second is the enforcement of technology-innovation and cooperation for SMB. The last is the establishment of the growth basis for SMB like funds, human resources and distribution channels. After categorization of above 3 classes, the affect of support policy on the management performance is analyzed, in terms of 3 aspects, management performance, technical performance and policy satisfaction. This study shows that the governmental support policy has the remarkable effects on the financial support sector of SMB. The 5 major sectors, 1) the upbinging of venture-innobiz innovation company, 2) rearing funds of knowledge-based service company, 3) R&D support, 4) support of management stability fund, 5) expansion of distribution channel to the public sector, are designed from 24 variables. The 3 sectors of these 5 are have the main influences from governmental support policy.

Due to the continuous spread of COVID-19 and the overall decline of the global economy, the business environment of Chinese SMEs is poor, the level of abusive supervision among managers of Chinese SMEs has generally risen state. First of all, the management' abusive supervision has a negative impact on the members' trust in leader. Secondly, the members' trust in leader has a negative impact on the members' knowledge hiding. However, the members' trust in leader has a positive impact on job engagement. Accordingly, this study puts forward some revelations on how to reduce the management' abusive supervision in Chinese small and medium-sized enterprises and the members' knowledge hiding, as well as how to improve the members' knowledge hiding and job engagement.

The purpose of this study is to improve the efficiency of digital conversion by presenting factors that domestic small and medium-sized manufacturers should consider when attempting digital conversion. Using SME data from 2019 to 2021, we analyze the impact of digital transformation on the financialization of enterprises and which digital technologies affect financialization, and further analyze the mediating effect of green technology innovation between digital transformation and business finance. did The results of the study support the negative impact of digital technologies on corporate finance, and cloud computing technologies have been found to significantly inhibit the level of corporate finance. In addition, it was found that green technology innovation plays a mediating role in suppressing corporate financialization by promoting green technology innovation through digital transformation. Digital transformation influences corporate decision-making through green technology innovation, suggesting that the combination of digital technology and green projects should be considered.

Recently, in the global and digital business environment, we are in need of a single window through which we can exchange market information, make a contract, exchange foreign currency, clear customs and settle accounts. The "e-Trade platform" provides all the stakeholders in international trading circles with these series of trading processes by use of any available information technologies in an effective and seamless manner. The platform collectively includes e-trade infrastructures(e-trade documents repository, e-trade messaging system, e-trade standard documents repository) enabling small and medium sized companies as well as large enterprises to interface with government organizations and global trading institutions. The IT levels of the trading companies are significantly important in terms of benefiting the quality services from the e-trade platform.

The paper reviews the trend of youth employment in Korea in recent years and examines whether the change in labor demand through declining business dynamism is one of the causes. The analysis based on Employment Insurance database finds that the rate of job creation declined over the period from 1999 to 2014 and that the job creation of small- and medium-sized enterprises fell sharply. This is partly explained by entry of fewer firms than before given that young firms tend to experience rapid employment growth. In fact, it is confirmed that the share of firms under age 6 in employment level and job creation declined. The finding that young firms employ young workers more than old firms suggests that a smaller role of young firms in the economy had a negative effect on youth employment.

Around the Nakdong River which is one part of the repairing business of 4 Grand Rivers currently being constructed, sandy ground is distributed throughout the wide area. Many civil engineering structures such as small and medium sized dams, flood control basins, and redevelopment of reservoirs and retention reservoirs are scheduled to be constructed, so the prevention measures for liquefaction are surely needed. To identify such liquefaction, a lot of factor affecting the strength of liquefaction were studied through laboratory investigation. Most of the conducted study was about clean sands, but in the case of the real ground the sand can exist not in the clean conditions but in the conditions mostly including sand of fine grained soil. The sand of fine grained soil has become a significant factor to assess liquefaction because many cases of liquefaction happened in the silty and clayer soil. In this study, un-drained tests of plasticity index of fine grained particles were conducted with the sands from Nakdong River. In result, the study shows that dynamic shear strength characteristics differ according to the plasticity index.
