Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Denpasar City still face low mastery of technology and financial management, one of which is the application of technology-based accounting information systems (e-commerce) for small and medium enterprises. The research objective was to determine the relationship between environmental uncertainty, trust and ease of information technology moderating behavior in accounting information systems. Research with a quantitative approach, the method used is multiple linear regression with moderated regression analysis. The study population was 816 small and medium enterprises. The sampling method technique was the incidental sampling approach and the Slovin formula so that a sampling of 100 small and medium enterprises that had used e-commerce was determined in the city of Denpasar. The results of research that have been conducted determine the relationship between user behavior in accounting information systems that affect individual performance, the relationship between environmental uncertainty affects accounting information systems mediated by individual performance, while the ease of information technology and its ability to be mediated by individual performance has an effect on the behavior of using accounting information systems. The application of accounting information systems in small and medium enterprises is expected to improve individual performance so as to increase income.

This study suggests the methods of the assessment and creation of biotopes in small and medium sized cities, in Korea. For this purpose, Chonju city was selected to classify and asses the biotope types. Moreover, relevant legislations to conserve and enhance urban biotopes were examined. The results of this study are as follows: 1) There were two approaches to asses the potential of urban biotopes in medium-sized cities. One was the urban scale evaluation for urban green spaces and the other was the biotope scale evaluation for the classification and evaluation of biotopes. 2) The urban scale evaluation was developed through overlaping analysis of landuse and vegetation factors. This study also included the conception of watershed. In this conception, three watersheds in Chonju city were characterized. According to these characteristics, individual programs for conservation and enhancement of urban green space were suggested. 3) For the biotope scale evaluation, Selected site was inclusively mapped and field investigation actually was carried. There were total 9 types of bitopes. Especially landuse was appeared in various evaluation items were vegetation structure, area of green space, condition of vegetation and vegetation profile. Mt, Gonji and Dukjin park, Chonbuk national University and fields were evaluated highly I the potential. 4) The biotope programs were based on the results of assessment and physical characteristics of biotopes. The uniform and simple levels on vegetation must be modified with various levels of vegetation structure and vernacular plants. And the physical characteristics like Points, Corridors and Patches can be organized by the conception of biotope networking theory. 5) The proper legislative environment was the clue elements for the biotope programs. Until now, only five types of parks and two types of green space are defined and the minimum size of green space has been proposed by the law. So, it is necessary to enlarge the conception of green space in legislation and improve the quality of green space by amending the related regulations. This study has limitation because it was selected only in Chonju. Through the continuous studies, we need to apply this other small and medium sized cities, South Korea. Also the data collection and management of theme maps such as actual vegetation, landuse and a soil must be done preliminary.

This research aimed to propose an organizational system that implements a planning agreement in local small and medium sized city, Korea. To conduct this research, three successful cases were deduced using integration systems to investigate purpose and background of the planning agreement. Articles, reports, media, and participation in meetings and workshops related on this topic are used for collecting data and interview of regional activists and experts, and public officials were carried out. Among them, the case of Yeongju city that used the new integration system instead of pre-adminstration system was examined in detail. There are three local governments; Yeongwol-gun, Jeungpyeong-gun, and Yeongju city which have successfully fulfilled projects from various departments of central adminstration not projects of planning agreement. The similarity noticed between those three cases is to continue various projects from several departments of central adminstration for numerous years and contribute to regional revitalization. A successful factor was to establish organizational system and manage it for the integration plan and performance for appropriate regional and administrative characteristics. In particular, in the case of Yeongju city, organization for urban architectural management composed of civilian experts were formed, authorized status on administrative organization was established, and the function and role were identified. It is helpful to other local governments to carry out the projects of planning agreement as the case of Yeongju city is now a new method.

The concept of smart city is understood as an indispensable component of urban regeneration projects in small cities in terms of providing a better urban environment and efficient living systems with a limited budget. Recently, the Korean government revised the law that related to the construction of the smart city and started to implement the smart city concept not only to new-large urban development but also to small-existed regeneration projects. However, it is difficult for small and medium-sized cities that are suffering from the insufficient professional workforce; knowledge supports for high-tech and lack of professional networks to proceed smart city planning and project that containing regional characteristics. This paper aims to examine the effective way of urban regeneration for small and medium-sized cities through smart city planning and strategy. As an important case, this paper looks at the 'Smart City Challenge' competition that was hosted by the US Department of Transportation in 2015. It examines the background and operation process of the smart city challenge competition, and then analyses each city's strategy and characteristics of seven finalists. This paper highlights the several key lessons to Korean cities: 1) the importance of national government's support in financial and professional resources; 2) the cooperation with local governments and IT corporations which provides realistic and detailed technical solutions; 3) the holistic and integrated approach to urban regeneration starting from transportation issues; 4) the necessity of the government's clear visions and guidelines toward the smart city.
Currently, the consumer pattern is directed to small quantity and high variety these days. World market is led by technological innovations and changes rapidly. To survive in this environment, the raising of small and medium enterprises is highly desirable. In the context of nationwide restructuring, competitive medium and small industries which are in good financial status should lead the nation's economy. But general ignorance of the safety issues could lead to a miss management of this industry in this field. In this study, actual condition and improvement of safety management are as follows; We have to 1) find out the factors which endangers this industry, and set a proper guideline for safety management. 2) encourage safety management of these industries by themselves, and advertise and provide technical support for using PC and internet. 3) set a higher standard of safety issue when accrediting a prospective medium and small industry, and have a firm control of this issue once accredited. 4) supply more governmental financial aids to terms of safety issues for medium and small industries.
This experiment was to find out the complacency of wearing dentures and the linkage to the quality of life style of oldsters 60 years old and over. 122 numbers of oldsters who came to aid to the health center were put to survey. This was taken place within the areas of Deajun, Koonsan, Mooju and Jinahn, thus procured the following result. 1. The length of edentulous period of 1-6years of oldsters aged around 60s showed 26.0%. The oldsters with edentulous period of over 7years aged in the 70s showed 26.1 % and 56.0% on oldsters aged in the 80s. This shows that as the age increases the edentulous period lengthens. (P<0.05) The length of time of using the denture shows. llyears or over on women 41.9%, less than 6years on men 71.4% as the highest rate. 11 years or over on towns/subcounty show 57.5%, small and medium cities more than 1 year 63.6%, less than six years also 63.6% and Kwangyuk city 47.6%. 2. The complacency on medical treatment of dentures was highest in Kwangyuk city of 61.3%, compared to towns/subcounty of 50.8% and small and medium cities of 33.3%. (P<0.05) 3. The complacency on mastication and pronunciation appears, 2.74% in Kwangyuk city, 3.10% in towns/ subcounty which is higher than the small and medium cities showing 1.09% on average. Satisfaction rate tends to be higher as the length of time of using the denture is longer. 4. Inconvenience on eating habits caused by dentures were felt by women. Wanting to get a new denture was 25.6% by women showing much higher rate than that of men which is 2.8% by men. (P<0.05) 5. The complacency of change in their life style after wearing the dentures were higher in Kwangyuk city of 64.5% whereas it showed 27.0% in towns! subcounty and 16.7%in small and medium cities. (P<0.05)

Purpose: The purpose of this study was to identify moderating effects of work-family conflict in the relationship between job, organizational, career characteristics and turnover intention among nurses working in small and medium-sized hospitals. Methods: A self report questionnaire survey was completed by 286 nurses working in five small or medium-sized hospitals in P city. Data were gathered during October, 2014 and analyzed using the SPSS 21.0 program. Results: Work-family conflict had significant moderating effects between job, organizational, career characteristics and turnover intention of nurses working in small or medium-sized hospitals. Career commitment was the biggest factor in reducing turnover intention. Conclusion: The results of the study indicate that work-family conflict and career commitment are important factors in turnover intention among nurses working in small and medium-sized hospitals. Therefore, to understand job and organizational career characteristics of nurses in small and medium hospitals, consideration must be given to the role of conflict in the nurses' workplace and homes. Support from the organization focusing on career development, and provision of an innovative system for the environment of small hospitals are needed.

In order to foster the minor enterprises effectively we will have to take a proper step to control and adjust the excessive competitions of large-enterprises and minor as well as among minor enterprises, We should promote the relationship serialized between minor - and large - enterprises and establish mediation and control organizations and governmental policies to create re-subcontract among small and medium enterprises. To help the development of medium md small enterprises in Jeon-Buk area, therefore, Kunsan city should be designated as a Growth Position City. The reason is as follows. 1) Because Kunsan is located in Middle Western Seaside geographycally, and in the central place of our country as a key point of sea-transportation, we can cultivate the national land widely. 2) As an ocean gateway city of Kum River basin, Kunsan is a good place that can reform Hoh-nam inland of Kwang-iu, Jeon-ju, I-ri, and like places as well as central inland area of Dae-jeon, Chong-ju, etc.. 3) Kunsan is an advanced-base for constituting an industrial region of Weatern roast that has a spacious coastral industrial region and is connected with inland industrial park of Jeon-ju and I-ri and Jang-hang, Bi-in, etc.. From the above reason. Kunsan should be designated as a growth position city that can induce and promote the development of center of Western coast.

This study aims for proposing improvement method for streetscape in a small and medium city of Korea. According to this purpose, in chapter 2, by inspecting conservation of street environment and streetscape, deduce the frame for analyzing streetscape in commercial district. In chapter 3, analyzing present condition and problems of selected streets in Pohang City, derive the primary factors to induce desirable streetscape through problems and their reason between the analyzed elements of building form. Analyzed elements are composed of floor elements, wall elements, ceiling elements. The detailed elements are pavement of road, street furniture, height of buildings, color and material of building and outdoor advertisements. In chapter 4, by conducting a questionnaire survey of pedestrians about street images -choosing impressive physical elements and the feeling of the street by the list of adjective of semantic differential scale- and the preference, propose the direction of improvement about streetscape in commercial district.
The central government has implemented policies to strengthen the competitiveness of small and medium sized cities for balanced development at the national scale. However, since it is often difficult to enhance the competitiveness through partial projects of each jurisdiction, many local governments collaborate at the regional scale. This suggests that a regional approach is important for the management of small and medium sized cities. On the one hand, the concept of network city suggests that various functional networks can affect the growth of small and medium sized cities. Given this background, the purposes of this study are to delineate regional boundaries at national scale and identify their relations of growth by using functional network and Moran's I index. The study uses the Markov-chain model and cluster analysis to delineate the regions, and Moran's I is employed to identify the relations of growth. The results show that interactions between jurisdictions through networks could be crucial factors for growth of small and medium sized cities, while the networks based on passenger travel and freight movement have different implications. The results suggest that policy makers should not only consider local level investments, but also take the characteristics of networks between cities into account for achieving balanced development and developing regeneration policies.
