국내 건설경기 침체로 조경건설업체의 수익성이 저하되면서 이를 극복할 수 있는 대안이 요구되고 있으며, 조경분야에서는 해외건설시장 진출을 적극적으로 추진하고 있다. 하지만 중소 조경건설업체들은 해외진출을 위한 내부 역량과 사전 준비가 미흡하여 다양한 리스크에 직면하고 있는 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 성장잠재력이 높은 베트남 건설시장을 대상으로 진출환경 및 리스크 요인을 분석하고, 중소 조경건설업체의 수주경쟁력 향상을 위한 대응방안을 마련하고자 하였다. 본 연구는 해외건설 전문가 6명을 대상으로 심층인터뷰를 수행하였으며, 베트남 진출환경 및 리스크 요인을 도출하고, 이에 대응할 수 있는 진출전략을 제시하였다. 연구결과, 첫째, 베트남은 인프라 및 주택 수요 증가에 따른 조경분야 진출기회가 확대될 것으로 예상되지만, 베트남의 사업 환경의 변화는 중소 조경건설업체의 진출가능성에 변수가 될 것으로 보인다. 둘째, 중소 조경건설업체의 베트남 진출 리스크 요인은 법과 규정, 정부재정상태, 시장변동, 행정체계, 최저임금 상승, 자금조달 및 보증, 계약, 수목 및 자재, 설계오류로 도출하였다. 셋째, 중소 조경건설업체의 베트남 진출전략은 단기 전략과 중장기 전략으로 제시되었다. 본 연구의 결과는 중소 조경건설업체의 베트남 진출을 위한 기초자료로 활용될 수 있으며, 향후 조경분야의 해외진출 활성화에 기여할 수 있다는 점에서 의의가 있다.

건설재해는 건설업 특성상 외부환경에 직접적으로 노출되어 있으며, 상시 가변적인 공정 과 인력투입의 다양성, 취약계층의 증가, 건설기계 장비의 위험성 등 복합적인 요소들로 인하여 재해발생 가능성이 더욱 높아지고 있다. 특히, 건설재해 중 120억 미만 중·소규모 건설현장의 재해는 전체 건설 재해의 88.9%(사망 73.4%)를 차지하고 있는 바, 이는 관리감독자의 부재로 인한 관리소홀과 사전 안전조치 미흡 등이 문제라 할 수 있다. 또한, 대규모 건설현장과 비교하여 상대적으로 안전관리 인력 및 기술체계가 부족한 중·소규모 건설현장의 안전조직 부재에 따라, 재해 예방을 위한 안전교육 및 안전시설물 설치 등 기본적인 안전관리도 자체적으로 해결하기 어렵기 때문이다. 따라서 건설재해를 저감하기 위해서는 중·소규모 건축공사의 재해예방이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 중·소규모 건축공사의 재해율 저감을 위해 건설현장 재해사례와 안전관리 문제점을 도출·분석하고 재해다발요인의 중점 위험항목을 제시하여 중·소규모 건축공사 현장의 안전을 확보하고자 한다.

This study compared the disasters in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won and the whole construction fields in order to improve the efficacy of various industrial safety and health policies and services and examined the characteristics of disasters in construction field under 300,000,000 won. It also examined, compared and analyzed the characteristics of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won that disaster prevention technical experts saw. The subjects of comparison were selected with statistical data of disaster for 2011 and those of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won from January to August of 2012. And questionnaire was conducted with technical instruction experts of small-sized construction field and priority was drawn, compared and analyzed with AHP. Consequently, the results of different views between actual disaster data and experts' views were obtained. Therefore, this study suggested the characteristics of disaster in construction field under construction amount of 300,000,000 won and presented the methods for improving disaster prevention technical experts.

정부와 안전보건공단에서는 건설현장의 안전사고 저감을 위하여 감독 점검, 기술지도 재정지원 등의 안전활동을 지속적으로 수행하여 왔으나, 건설현장의 재해자수는 매년 증가추세에 있으며, 특히 소규모 건설공사를 위주로 전체 재해자수의 80%이상을 차지하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 소규모 건설공사 현장에서의 안전 보건관리의 이행현황을 조사하고 해당 사업장에 정부의 적정한 기술지도 방안을 마련할 필요성이 있으며, 소규모 건설공사 현장에서의 재해를 줄이고 기술지도사업의 실효성을 확보하기 위한 건설현장에 부합하는 기술지도 최적안을 개발하는 것을 목적으로 한다.

이 연구는 소규모 건설현장 근로자의 화재안전관리 운영실태를 분석하고 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 제시함으로써, 향후 이들이 효율적으로 활용하기 위한 실무적 기초자료를 제시함을 목적으로 연구를 수행한 결과, 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 소규모 건설공사현장 근로자는 건설기능인력의 연령대가 고령자이고, 종사경력은 건설기능력이 짧았으며, 직종은 대다수가 건축공종에 작업을 하고 있으며, 고용형태는 비정규직 일당제로 근무를 하고 있는 것으로 분석 되었다. 둘째, 소규모 건설공사현장 근로자들의 화재안전관리 개선방안으로 화재 위험성 요인에 대한 허가와 관리를 체계화하고, 화재위험관리를 위해 소방안전관리자를 배치하여 관리감독하는 장치가 필요하겠으며, 화재시 다양한 피난통로 확보와 화재 발생을 건설공사 현장 내 모든 작업자들에게 알릴 수 있는 비상경보설비를 갖추고, 피난경로 접근과 시야 확보가 취약한 지하공간에 대해서는 간이피난유도선과 비상조명등을 임시소방시설로 설치를 강화하는 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 현실적인 대피훈련, 화재VR훈련, 흥미있는 교육프로그램 개발을 통해 산업재해를 줄이는 방안이 필요하다.

소형주택은 2009년 완화된 주택법 이후 꾸준히 공급되어져 오고 있다. 이에 본 연구는 소형주택 시공 관련 전문가 집단을 대상으로 설문조사를 실시하여 문제점을 도출하여 개선방안을 제시하고자 하였다. 첫째, 저가수주는 불리한 계약의 주요 원인이며 수주실적관리를 위해 저가수주를 하고 있었다. 저가입찰 및 저가수주는 건설 업체 유지를 위해 계약하게 되고 결국 건축물 안전 환경까지 위협하게 되는 것이다. 또한 적절한 기간의 입찰 및 공사 기간이 주어져야 할 것으로 판단된다. 둘째, 시공 프로세스를 준수하지 못한 사례가 많아, 중소건설업체의 업무 표준화가 필요한 상황이며, 관련 내용을 인지하지 못한 실무자가 많아 정기적인 교육이 필요한 것으로 판단된다. 셋째, 현재 가장 필요한 정책 방향에 대해 저가입찰 지양과 부실업체 시장퇴출이 가장 높게 나타났다. 안전 환경을 위해 저가입찰과 부실업체에 대한 개선이 필요하다고 판단된다. 대부분 소형주택을 짓는 중소건설업체는 업무 여건이 열악하다. 따라서 업무에 대한 표준화와 저가수주 지양으로 소형주택의 안전 환경을 제고해야 할 것이다.

Fast delivery of construction projects provides more value to project owners. Batch production, which is production not in single pieces, but in batches, is a common approach in repetitive construction projects such as multi-unit residential building construction projects. In batch production, the use of a small batch size allows the early start of subsequent activities, and thus can lead to early completion of projects. In addition to batch size, balance between productivities in construction activities can affect project duration. However, the impact of the balance between productivities with regard to their order on project duration has not been studied. The main goal of this study is to test a hypothesis, which is that the order of construction activities' unbalanced productivities affects the amount of time reduction that can be achieved by using a small batch size. A computer-based simulation model was developed, and five different cases were simulated to test the hypothesis. The conclusion of the simulation result is that the order of productivities does not affect the time reduction achieved by using a small batch size. It is expected that the findings of this study can help general contractors make decisions in terms of batch size.

Because of the recession of the Korean construction market, many construction companies are expediting overseas business. Despite the rapid growth of international markets, the polarization of profit with SMCCs (Small and Medium Construction Companies) and large construction companies in the international construction market has become more serious. This problem causes competition to provide the lowest prices, which makes the future of overseas business for the SMCCs uncertain. Thus, the SMCCs require a reasonable capability evaluation system for overseas business. However, the existing evaluation methods focus on large construction companies. To address this problem, this study proposes a system to evaluate the overseas business capabilities. The 27 indicators to evaluate the overseas business capabilities are derived from a literature review and are verified through expert interviews. The indicators are classified into 4 large categories, and a questionnaire-based survey of 50 Korean SMCCs is conducted to analyze the correlation between overseas business capability and the indicators. The system expects to provide the effect of the indicators on the overseas business capability and the chance to evaluate the capability for overseas business.

1996년 국내에 건설사업관리 제도가 도입된 이래 조속한 제도의 정착과 활성화가 필요한 실정이다. CM 적용은 건설산업제도의 변화와 선진화에 대한 기본적인 지표라고 볼 수 있다. 이는 공공건설의 경우 제도에 의한 CM 적용이 가능하지만, 민간건설의 경우 실질적인 필요성과 타당성에 대한 이해 없이는 성공적인 정착과 활성화를 기대하기 어렵다. 이에 따라 중소규모, 민간건설 사업관리를 중심으로 CM을 적용한 사례를 고찰하여 그 과정에서 나타난 효과와 문제점을 검토하여 실질적으로 적용 가능한 업무 항목표를 만들어 중소규모 민간공사에 적용 방안을 찾고자 한다.

This study focused on the fact that there are a lot of alleys in some areas of the Urban Renewal New Deal project. In this study, we proposed a method to construct a spatial module by combining small modules. It is expected that the combination of small modules developed in this way will help revitalize the New Deal of Urban Regeneration. In the future, additional joint details will be developed, structure review will be conducted.
