SPME에 기초한 VOC 및 주요 악취물질들의 상대적 검량특성에 대한 연구 (A Study of Relative Performance of SPME Method for the Analysis of VOC and Some Major Odorous Compounds)

  • In this study, the performance characteristics of solid phase microextraction (SPME) were investigated for three major odorous groups that consist of 10 individual compounds ([1] volatile organic compounds (VOC): benzene, toluene, p-xylene and styrene, [2] reduced sulfur compounds (RSC): hydrogen sulfide, methyl mercaptan, dimethylsulfide (DMS), dimethyldisulfide (DMDS), and carbon disulfide, and [3] amine: trimethylamine (TMA)). For the purpose of a comparative analysis, two types of SPME fiber ([1] polidimethylsiloxane/divinilbenzene (P/D) and [2] $Carboxen^{TM}$/polidimethylsiloxane (C/P)) were test ε d against each other for a series of standards prepared at different concentration levels (100, 200, and 500 ppb). To compare the analytical performance of each fiber, all standards were analyzed for the acquisition of calibration data sets for each compound. The results of P/D fiber generally showed that its calibration slope increased as a function of molecular weight across different VOCs; however, those of C/P fiber showed a fairly reversed trend. Besides, we confirmed that the application of SPME is limited to many sulfur compounds; only two compounds (DMS and DMDS) are sensitive enough to draw calibration results out of SPME. The calibration data for RSC show generally enhanced slop values for C/P relative to P/D fiber. However, in the case of TMA, we were not able to find a notable difference in their performance.

사면녹화 보강토공법의 보강재길이 산정에 관한 연구 (The Computation of Reinforcement Length of Afforestation Slope)

  • This study the change of the safety factor before and after the reinforcement were compared by performing the parameter research based on the limit equilibrium analysis regarding the same cross section after carrying out the safety factor before the reinforcement on the virtual section in order to observe the change of the safety factor of the slop reinforced with the slope planting reinforced earth, and the variation of the safety factor according to the increase of the length of the reinforcement materials and the change of the slope height was analyzed. As the result, the reinforcement effect was insignificant at no more than 0.6 of L/H, the reinforcement length ratio when the reinforcement length was increased, as the increase of the safety factor was slow comparing with the non-reinforced slope. At 3.0m of the slope height, reinforcement on the slope is not necessary, and at 3.0m to 5.0m of the slope height, the inclination was not influencing at no less than 0.6 of L/H. At 5.0m to 9.0m of the slope height, the safety factor was mostly secured on the slope at 0.8 of L/H and the over-reinforced slope appeared at no less than 1.0 of L/H. Also, the safety factor increased as the slope height increases and the slope gets steeper till 0.8 of L/H, but the slope steepness affects more on the increase of the safety factor than the reinforcement material, as the reinforcing force by the reinforcement material became steady.

  • This paper studied the safety management network system of infrastructure which constructed smart sensors, closed-circuit television(CCTV) and monitoring system. This safety management of infrastructure applied to bridge, cut slop and tunnel, embankment etc. The system applied to technologies of standardization guidelines, data acquirement technologies, data analysis and judgment technologies, system integration setup technology, and IT technologies. It was constructed safety management network system of various infrastructure to improve efficient management and operation for many infrastructure. Integrated safety management network system of infrastructure consisted of the real-time structural health monitoring system of each infrastructure, integrated control center, measured data transmission using i of tet web-based, collecting data using sf ver, early alarm system which the dangerous event of infrastructure occurred. Integrated control center consisted of conference room, control room to manage and analysis the data, server room to present the measured data and to collect the raw data. Early alarm system proposed realization of warning and response within 5 minute or less through development of sensor-based progress report and propagation automation system using the media such as MMS, VMS, EMS, FMS, SMS and web services of report and propagation. Based on this, the most effective u-Infrastructure Safety Management System is expected to be stably established at a less cost, thus making people's life more comfortable. Information obtained from such systems could be useful for maintenance or structural safety evaluation of existing structures, rapid evaluation of conditions of damaged structures after an earthquake, estimation of residual life of structures, repair and retrofitting of structures, maintenance, management or rehabilitation of historical structures.

무치악자의 하악전방운동시 관절융기와 과두운동로에 관한 컴퓨터 분석 (A CONFUTER ANALYSIS ON THE ARTICULAR EMINENCE AND THE CONDYLAR PATH OF THE EDENTULUS PATIENT IN MANDIBULAR PROTRUSIVE MOVEMENT)

  • The objective of this study was to compare the condylar path and the anterior angle of articular fossa and to analyze the pattern of condylar path in edentulus patients. Nineteen male and female edentulous patients with normal masticatory system ranging in age 42 to 78, without present symptoms and any history of TMJ disturbance were selected for this study. On the computer analysis on the transcranial radiographs of the TMJ, the angle of slope of articular eminance and condylar path to the Frankfort Horizontal Plane and the height of glenoid fossa was measured respectively, and stuied their interrelationship comparatively. Obtained results were asfollows. 1. The angle of the slope of articular eminence averaged 37.28 degree. and there was no significant difference between the right and left side. 2. The condylar path angle averaged 29.05 degree and there was no significant difference between the right and left side. 3. The height of the glenoid fossa averaged 8.11 mm and there was no significant difference between the right and left side. 4. The sequence of the frequence of condylar movement patterns were concavex curve(39.5% ), 'S' shape curve(34.2%), reverse 'S' shape(15.8%) and convex curve(10.5%). 5. The horizontal distance of the point of the changed curve of the condylar path averaged 2.91 mm. 6. The height of glenoid fossa was highly correlated to the slope of articular eminence and relatively highly correlated to tile condylar path and the condylar path was closely correlated to the slop of articular eminence.

Al Doped ZnO층 적용을 통한 ZnO 박막 트랜지스터의 전기적 특성과 안정성 개선 (Improvement of Electrical Performance and Stability in ZnO Channel TFTs with Al Doped ZnO Layer)

  • Recently, ZnO based oxide TFTs used in the flexible and transparent display devices are widely studied. To apply to OLED display switching devices, electrical performance and stability are important issues. In this study, to improve these electrical properties, we fabricated TFTs having Al doped Zinc Oxide (AZO) layer inserted between the gate insulator and ZnO layer. The AZO and ZnO layers are deposited by Atomic layer deposition (ALD) method. I-V transfer characteristics and stability of the suggested devices are investigated under the positive gate bias condition while the channel defects are also analyzed by the photoluminescence spectrum. The TFTs with AZO layer show lower threshold voltage ($V_{th}$) and superior sub-threshold slop. In the case of $V_{th}$ shift after positive gate bias stress, the stability is also better than that of ZnO channel TFTs. This improvement is thought to be caused by the reduced defect density in AZO/ZnO stack devices, which can be confirmed by the photoluminescence spectrum analysis results where the defect related deep level emission of AZO is lower than that of ZnO layer.

Lancaster 법과 Soiltek KA-1 분광광도계를 이용한 유효인산 측정법의 정밀도 비교 (Comparison of Precision for Available Phosphate Measurement between Lancaster and Soiltek KA-1 Spectrophotometric Method)

  • 토지이용 유형과 유효인산 함량이 다양한 56개 토양을 대상으로 범용 분광광도계를 사용한 Lancaster법과 분석과정 및 측정과정을 간편화시킨 Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-1에서 제시하는 방법으로 측정한 유효인산함량에 대하여 정확도 및 정밀도를 비교 분석하였다. 두 방법으로 분석된 인산함량은 고도의 유의성 있는 정의상관 ($r=0.998^{***}$)을 보였으며, 기울기는 0.97로 거의 일치하여 두 방법간의 정확성은 차이가 없었다. 또한, 두 방법으로 측정된 인산함량 분석결과의 표준편차, CV, 상대정밀도(RS)는 거의 차이가 없으므로 정밀도에서도 차이가 없었다. 따라서, 분석과정 및 기기조작의 편리성 및 신속성을 고려한다면 Soiltek$^{(R)}$ KA-1에서 제시하는 방법으로 유효인산 함량을 측정하는 것도 유용한 방법이라고 생각된다.

배수밀도와 수원유역의 기하학적 특성을 기반으로 한 배수구조에 대한 해석 (Analysis of Drainage Structure Based on the Geometric Characteristics of Drainage Density and Source-Basin)

  • 수로가 시작되는 지점의 정확한 위치를 찾는 것은 구릉지 사면상의 물의 동적거동으로 인하여 매우 어렵다. 이러한 목적을 위하여, 김주철과 김재한(2007)은 DEM을 이용한 경사와 면적 사이의 규모에 따른 거동특성에 따라 실제 유역내 수로망을 제시한 바 있다. 본 연구는 이들의 연구 성과의 연장으로서, 배수밀도와 수원유역의 기하학적 특성을 기반으로 하여 DEM으로부터 동정된 가설수로망의 신뢰성을 평가하여 보았다. 그 결과 경사-면적한계기준에 의한 가설수로망이 자연유역의 배수구조를 매우 잘 묘사하고 있음을 확인할 수 있었다. 또한 지형학적 동질성을 가진 지역내 수원유역의 형상들 사이에는 훌륭한 기하학적 상사성이 존재함을 추론할 수 있었다. 면적한계기준은 수원유역의 형상을 구속하여 왜곡된 배수구조를 야기할 수도 있었다. 그럼에도 불구하고 DEM으로부터 동정된 가설수로망들이 공간 채움 구조를 잘 표현하고 있는 점이 특히 주목된다.

풍동을 이용한 간척지 내 양지붕형 온실의 지붕 경사에 따른 풍압계수 평가 (Estimation of Wind Pressure Coefficients on Even-Span Greenhouse Built in Reclaimed Land according to Roof Slop using Wind Tunnel)

  • To cope with increasing of vegetables and flowers consumptions, horticulture facilities have been modernized. Korea government recently announced construction plan of new greenhouse complex at reclaimed land. However wind characteristics of reclaimed land is totally different from those of inland, wind pressure on greenhouse built in reclaimed land should be carefully evaluated to secure structural safety on the greenhouse. In this study, as a first step, wind pressure coefficient and local wind pressure coefficient on even-span greenhouse were measured using wind tunnel test. ESDU was adopted to realize wind characteristics of reclaimed land such as wind and turbulence profiles. From the wind tunnel test, when wind direction was 0 degree, it was concluded that KBC2009 standard underestimated scale of wind pressure coefficients at roof area of greenhouse whereas NEN-EN2002 standard underestimated those at every surface of greenhouse. When wind direction was 90 degree, both standards did not well reflect the characteristics of wind pressure distribution. From the analysis of local wind pressure coefficients according to wind direction conditions, design of covering, glazing bar of greenhouse where large effects of the local wind pressure were estimated should be well established. Wind pressure coefficients and local wind pressure coefficients according to parts of the greenhouse were finally suggested and these results could be practically used for suggesting new design standards of greenhouse.

공간적으로 보강된 복합재료의 강도예측 (Strength Prediction of Spatially Reinforced Composites)

  • 본 연구에서는 공간적으로 보강된 복합재(SRC)의 강도를 예측하였다. 각 방향의 라드(rod)와 라드의 체적에 비례하는 기지의 강성으로 표현되는 구조요소(structural element)를 정의하고, 이 구조요소에 파손판단식을 적용하여 SRC의 강도를 예측하였다. 라드의 파손판단식의 경우는 최대파손변형률을, 기지의 경우는 수정된 Tsai-Wu 파손판단식을 각기 적용하였다. 또한 SRC의 강도를 예측하기 위해서 라드와 SRC의 물성치를 측정하였다. 측정된 물성치는 라드의 인장 파손변형률, 3D SRC의 압축 파손변형률, $45^{\cir}$ 회전된 방향에서의 인장 및 압축 강도와 전단강도들이다. 3D/4D SRC의 강도분포는 각 SRC의 라드방향에서 크게 나타나고 라드에서 벗어날수록 작은 강도 값을 보였다. 강도의 전체분포를 보다 빠르게 계산하기 위해서 하중증분을 유동적으로 사용하였고, 하중이력을 구할 때는 균일한 하중이력을 사용하였다. 3D SRC의 라드방향 압축실험결과 해석의 비교에서 초기 기울기는 서로 잘 일치하였고, 강도값은 18% 정도의 차이를 보였다.

센서를 장착한 차량을 이용한 도로 횡단경사 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study for Measuring of Cross Slope Using Instrument Vehicle with Multiple Sensors)

  • 본 논문은 차량에 각종 센서를 장착한 도로안전성 조사 분석 차량을 이용하여 도로의 횡단경사를 측정하는 방법에 관해 소개하였다. 횡단경사는 평면선형, 종단선형과 더불어 도로 설계의 중요한 요소이며, 도로의 안전성을 평가하는 데에도 필수적인 요소이다. 그러나 횡단경사의 경우 도로의 잦은 덧씌우기로 도면과 다르게 나타날 수 있으며, 교통량이 많은 도로에서 횡단경사를 측정하는 데에는 많은 어려움이 존재한다. 이에 본 연구에서는 GPS/INS 및 레이저 스캐너 등을 장착한 도로 안전성 조사 분석 차량으로 주행 종횡단경사를 측정하는 알고리즘을 개발하였다. 또, 현장에서 개발된 알고리즘의 적용성을 검토하기 위해 횡단경사 중 편경사가 설치된 곡선구간을 선택하여 레이저 스캐너와 GPS/INS 통합시스템을 사용하여 주행중 편경사를 측정하고. 이를 통계적으로 검증하였다.
