Hair will be persuit of beautifulness of human being in various permanent wave by many kinds of its drugs. Skin is based upon the hair which enroll the body of high living animals and have multiple membrane structure In this study used rat the effects of commercial permanent wave products to skin which are composed with L- cysteine and bases Results are as follow: the content of penetration 4 hors later with steady state and no significant changeable after 20 hours later. In cysteine groups, lag time and permeability coefficient of healthy skin is 2.22hr and 0.13$\mu\textrm{g}$/㎥ hr, lag time and permeability coefficient of old skin is 4.01 hr and 0.108 $\mu\textrm{g}$/㎥ hr . In conclusion of study lag time and permeability coefficient in old skin and wounded skin are faster than healthy skin. We notified that fine rinkle and rash of skin were changeable in the case of treating with permanent wave drugs than normal skin.
Patients with febrile illness and skin rashes need full and immediate attention. In general, these diseases show mild manifestations and good prognosis. However, causalities of some diseases with fever and rash may be life threatening or trivial. So, the differential diagnosis for those patients is extensive. A through history, a careful physical examination and close observation of clinical progress are very helpful and essential to confirming the diagnosis. Histories of recent travel, drug or specific food ingestion, exposure to human or an animal source of infection may be useful to discover the cause. Although laboratory tests can be useful in making the diagnosis, laboratory results usually are not available immediately. Knowledge and experiences of such diseases may be helpful to reduce the differential diagnosis to a few major possibilities. Rashes can be categorized as petechial, maculopapular, vesicular, urticarial and erythematous. Potential causes include infectious pathogens such as virus, bacteria, rickettsiae, spirohetes, connective tissue diseases, allergic diseases and heamto-oncologic diseases. Because the severity of these diseases can vary mild to life threatening, physicians must perform prompt management decisions regarding empirical therapies. In this article, the differential etiological diagnosis of each type rash is reviewed and discussed, and with emphasis on intensive care of life threatening febrile diseases with rashes that are seen in our country.

Diaper rash is found on the skin inside of babys diaper area. Most diaper rashes are caused by prolonged contact with the moisture, germs, and ammonia of the stool and urine. Some diaper rashes are caused by fungi infection such as candida albicans and Preteus vulgaris. In this study, Candida albicans was used as a test microorganism and experiment was carried out to inhibit diaper rash. Handsheets were treated with chitosan oligosaccharide, bamboo extractives, as well as mixture of monolaurin as an emulsifier and bamboo extractives. Both shake flask method and halo test were applied in order to examine the antimicrobial activity of each sample. It was found from both results of the halo test and shake flask method that handsheets treated with chitisan oligosaccharide or bamboo extractives showed antimicrobial property. In the treatment of bamboo extractives without emulsifier, no distinct difference in antimicrobial effect was found between bamboo branch and bamboo leaves extractives. In case of mixture of bamboo extractives and emulsifier, the result also suggested that bamboo branch showed better syngergistic effect than bamboo leaves. Both chitosan oligosaccharide and bamboo extractive can be used as antifungal agents against Candida albicans for making diaper.

Tsutstugamushi disease is a major febrile disease that generally occurs in the fall in Korea with hemorrhagic fever with renal syndrome and leptospirosis. This disease is often accompanied by interstitial pneumonia, acute renal failure and liver failure. The causative agent, namely Orientia tsutsugamushi, is transmitted to humans through the bite of a laval trombiculid mite, which is commonly known as a chigger. A 78 year old man was admitted in October 2004 with intractable fever and a drowsy mentality. Two weeks earlier, he visited a private clinic complaining of a simple skin rash. He was treated with antihistamine and steroid, but his symptoms were aggravated and he was referred to our hospital. His physical examination and laboratory findings showed a septic shock status. The maculopapular rash had spread over his face, chest, abdomen and extremities. Eschar was observed in lower back area but it was too difficult to distinguish it from other skin rashes. His chest X-ray appeared as diffuse nodular patchy consolidations in the bilateral lung parenchyme. He was treated with a mechanical ventilator and doxycycline under th suspicion of Tsutstugamushi disease. However, he suffered multiorgan failure accompanied by acute respiratory distress syndrome, acute renal failure and acute hepatitis. He was treated in the intensive care unit for approximately 12 weeks and his general condition was recovered.

A boy who was eight years old visited the Dept. of Oriental Medical Ophthamology & Otolaryngology & Dermatology Hospital, Dongeui University with allergic purpura. He was suffering from the purpuric rash occurring on the lower extremities and the edema of leg. We treated a patient with only Oriental Medicine(a internal use of the herbal medicine, Dangguisusangamibang and a acupuncture). After four days or so, the symptom of the skin disease was recovered remarkably. The second case, a different boy who was ten years old visited the same hospital with allergic purpura. He was suffering from the purpuric rash occurring on the lower extremities, too. We also treated a patient with only Oriental Medicine(internal use of the herbal medicine, Dangguisusangamibang and a acupuncture). After one weeks or so, the symptom of the skin disease was improved remarkably, we think that these are good cases to treat with Oriental Medicine, Dangguisusangamibang. We suggest that the Oriental Herb medicine, Dangguisusangamibang have an effect with allergic purpura which means Podoyug in Oriental medicine.
1. Objectives The purpose of this study was to give an account of the effects of Sasang constitutional medicine and fasting therapy for the patient who has suffered from various signs or symptoms caused by psoriasis. 2. Methods The cases were one 50-year old man diagnosed as Taeeumin and one 29-year old man diagnosed as Soyangin. They all have the symptoms caused by psoriasis, such as rash, erythema, scaly skin, itching, etc. So we've recorded the progress of their symptoms as a score at the tables to check their conditions throughout the hospitalized period. We've diagnosed them as Soyangin, Taeeumin have prescribed Yangdokbaecho-tang and Galgeunhaegi-tang and have carried out fasting therapy. 3. Results and Conclusions The general condition of the patient have improved incredibly, where the each scores at the tables dropped from 4 to 0,1 and their symptoms like rash, erythema, scaly skin, itching, edema have almost disappeared at the end of the hospitalization period. This indicates that Yangdokbaecho-tang and Galgeunhaegi-tang can be used to treat main symptoms of psoriasis and fasting therapy can be used as a subsidiary therapy for the psoriasis.

An important technique of the present invention is primarily to parallel light detection, self-pulse therapy after diagnosis. Herpes zoster is a disease caused by varicella zoster virus, and the virus that has been latent in the dorsal root ganglion that controls the skin segment loses its immune system and physically damages it. It is an acute skin disease in which acute pain and bullous rash occur along the sensory ganglia, which are rehab by inducers such as malignant tumors. Dorsal root ganglion after complete recovery of varicella, relapsed after incubation in brain ganglion, latent virus sometimes suppressed activity by cell mediated immunity, and in cell ganglion with reduced cellular immunity. It proliferates and destroys neurons, causing pain while forming a rash and blisters. This can reduce cell necrosis and increase the phagocytosis and enzymatic activity through the movement of ions through the cell membrane, depolarization and membrane potential change, growth factor secretion, calcium ion transfer, chondrocyte synthesis, etc., And may offer treatment options for lesions of herpes zoster and post-herpetic neuralgia (PHN).Therefore, according to the present research, the diagnosis and treatment device of treating paing for herpes zoster and post-herpetic pain can be implemented in the early stage of herpes zoster, and conventional analgesic regulation, anti-inflammatory effect, post-herpetic neuralgia.

Chemicals for cosmetics, including skin, the skin absorbs some of the research in the field of science or pharmacy recently, about the environment and the health of the heightened interest in skin absorption, and many other human attributes and absorption evaluation studies are underway in various areas. In this study, The effects of commercial permanent wave products to skin which are composed with cysteine and bases using rat. Results are as follows; the content of penetration 4 hours later with steady state and no significant changeable after 20 hours later. In cysteine groups lag time and permeability coefficient of young skin is 3.32hr and $0.102{\mu}g/cm^2{\cdot}hr$, lag time and permeability coefficient of old skin is 4.04hr and $0.106{\mu}g/cm^2{\cdot}hr$. In conclusion of study lag time and permeability coefficient in old skin and wounded skin are faster than healthy skin. Dermatomyositis (DM) is an idiopathic inflammatory connective tissue disorder and a systemic autonomic immune disease which shows a progressive muscle weakness and characteristic rash. It is identified by a characteristic rash accompanying, or more often preceding muscle weakness. Pathognomonic skin lesions are a blue-purple discoloration on the upper eyelids with edema (heliotropic rash), a flat red rash on the face and upper trunk, and erythema of the knuckles with a raised violaceous scaly eruption (Gottron's papule). The myopathy represents inflammatory and degenerative changes primarily affecting proximal muscles. DM often involves GI tract and respiratory system with as risk of 15-25% internal malignancy. It's managed with sun protection since muscle weakness as well as a rash could be aggravated by sun exposure. Systemic corticosteroid is an initial therapy and other immunosuppressive agent has been used as alternatives. Facial muscles are unaffected and masticatory muscles are rarely affected in DM. We present trismus close to muscle contracture in a patient with DM. Therefore, it needs continuous mouth-opening exercise to prevent progressive muscle contracture and to ensure normal mouth opening.
