TCI를 활용한 심리기술훈련이 브레이킹선수의 심리변인 및 행복감에 미치는 효과에 대한 단일사례연구 (A Single Case Study on the Effect of Psychological Skill Training Using TCI on the Psychological Variables and Happiness of Breaking Players)

  • 이 연구는 TCI를 적용한 PST에 대한 사례를 분석함으로써 참여자의 경험에서 나타나는 의미있는 변화를 살펴보고자 하였으며, 이들의 심리증진을 위해 TCI와 PST를 활용할 수 있다는 것을 제안하는데 목적이 있다. 이를 위해 국가대표 선발전과 세계대회에 출전하고 있는 비보잉 선수 1명을 대상으로 3개월간 총 8회기의 PST를 위한 심층면담을 실시하였으며, 1회 소요시간은 60분 정도였다. 사례연구 A-B방식을 적용하여 사전-사후 측정결과를 분석하였다. TCI 결과를 활용하여 선수의 특성과 심리적 장단점을 파악하는데 초점을 맞추어 PST를 실시한 결과 선수의 심리기술과 행복감을 향상시키는 것으로 나타나 PST의 효과가 입증되었다. 이는 브레이킹 분야에도 PST가 적용될 수 있다는 최초의 보고이며, TCI를 심리기술에 적용했다는데 그 의미가 있다.

  • As economic rapid growth, large structures are damaged by defects from design and construction process of the formation and environments. Therefore, safety diagnosis and monitoring skills are bringing importance into relief and legislate for safety diagnosis of large structures. However, the existing monitoring systems are difficult by using wire cable because of cost, error of date, location, revise. In this paper, wireless sensor network which are accelerator, temperature sensor system using ubiquitous had been field test on Sea-Hea Grand bridge. We compare accelerator, temperature sensor system with wire and wireless sensor network.

혼종모형을 이용한 정신 간호사의 공감적 의사소통역량 개념분석 (A Concet Analysis of Psychiatric Nurse's Compassionate Communication Competence: Hybrid Model)

  • 본 연구는 혼종 모형 방식을 사용하여 정신 간호사의 공감적 의사소통역량에 대한 개념을 명확히 하기 위해 분석되었다. 이론적 단계에서 2000년부터 2022년까지 출판된 문헌을 수집하여 최종 38편의 논문을 분석하였다. 현장 작업단계를 위하여 2022년 12월 1일부터 12월 28일까지 8명의 정신 간호사를 대상으로 심층 면담을 진행하였다. 최종 분석 단계를 통해 정신 간호사의 공감적 의사소통역량의 차원과 속성을 도출하여 개념을 분석하였다. 이론적 단계와 현장 작업단계에서 파악된 속성을 바탕으로 정신 간호사의 공감적 의사소통역량을 정의하면 5개의 차원과 12개의 속성으로 종합되었다. 이에 따라서 정신 간호사의 공감적 의사소통역량은 정신 간호사가 대상자에 대한 공감과 이해를 바탕으로 효과적인 의사소통을 위해 적극적 경청과 공감적 스킬을 사용하고, 대상자의 생각과 감정에 민감하게 반응하여 대상자가 표현하고자 하는 바를 정확하게 전달하고 대상자를 존중하며 대상자에게 힘을 실어주는 기술과 능력을 의미한다.

메타버스를 기반으로 한 안전교육 방법론에 관한 연구 (Research on Safety Education Methodology Based on the Metaverse)

  • 본 논문은 안전 교육 분야에서 메타버스 기술의 개념과 지속적으로 발전하는 응용에 대해 논의하며, 메타버스 기술을 안전 교육에 활용하기 위한 방법론을 제안한다. 또한, 메타버스를 사용한 교육 사례들을 분석하여 안전 교육의 발전 방향을 탐구한다. 따라서, 이 연구는 메타버스 기술을 활용한 안전 교육 방법론을 제안하는 것을 목표로 한다. 최근 메타버스는 교육을 포함한 다양한 분야에서 새로운 플랫폼으로 부상하고 있다. 특히, 메타버스 기술을 사용한 안전 교육은 상호 작용을 통해 이해와 몰입을 증진시키며, 일방적인 교육 방식에서 벗어나 참여적인 학습 경험을 제공할 수 있다. 이 논문은 메타버스 기술을 사용한 안전 교육을 위한 3단계 교육 과정을 제안하고, 각 단계에 대한 다양한 실행 가능한 프로젝트와 활동 예시를 제시한다. 이러한 접근 방식은 전통적인 안전 교육 방법을 넘어서 다양한 상황에 대한 실질적인 대응 능력을 개발하는 데 기여할 수 있다.향후 연구에서는 이러한 교육 방법론의 장기적인 효과와 교육 현장에서의 실질적 적용 가능성에 대한 심도 깊은 탐구가 기대된다.

치기공과 학생의 자기존중감, 비판적 사고성향 및 현장실습 스트레스 간의 연관성 (Association between self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress of dental laboratory technology students)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to verify the effects of self-esteem and critical thinking disposition on dental laboratory technology students' field practice stress. Methods: The subjects of the study were 198 dental laboratory technology students with clinical practice experience located in Gyeongsangbuk-do and Gyeongsangnam-do. The collected data were analyzed by t-test, ANOVA, correlation analysis, and linear regression analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics ver. 22.0 (IBM). Results: The average self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress scores were 3.76, 3.50, and 2.40, respectively. There was a significant correlation between self-esteem, critical thinking disposition, and field practice stress. It was found that the higher the self-esteem, the lower was the field practice stress. On the contrary, among the sub-items of critical thinking disposition, when intellectual fairness increased, the field practice stress decreased; however, when healthy skepticism increased, the field practice stress increased. Conclusion: Self-esteem and critical thinking disposition were both found to have a substantial effect on field practice stress. Therefore, various educational programs need to increase self-esteem and cultivate critical thinking skills for a successful field practice and field practice stress relief of laboratory technology students.

Design and Implementation of IoT based Low cost, Effective Learning Mechanism for Empowering STEM Education in India

  • India is a developing nation and has come with comprehensive way in modernizing its reducing poverty, economy and rising living standards for an outsized fragment of its residents. The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics) education plays an important role in it. STEM is an educational curriculum that emphasis on the subjects of "science, technology, engineering, and mathematics". In traditional education scenario, these subjects are taught independently, but according to the educational philosophy of STEM that teaches these subjects together in project-based lessons. STEM helps the students in his holistic development. Youth unemployment is the biggest concern due to lack of adequate skills. There is a huge skill gap behind jobless engineers and the question arises how we can prepare engineers for a better tomorrow? Now a day's Industry 4.0 is a new fourth industrial revolution which is an intelligent networking of machines and processes for industry through ICT. It is based upon the usage of cyber-physical systems and Internet of Things (IoT). Industrial revolution does not influence only production but also educational system as well. IoT in academics is a new revolution to the Internet technology, which introduced "Smartness" in the entire IT infrastructure. To improve socio-economic status of the India students must equipped with 21st century digital skills and Universities, colleges must provide individual learning kits to their students which can help them in enhancing their productivity and learning outcomes. The major goal of this paper is to present a low cost, effective learning mechanism for STEM implementation using Raspberry Pi 3+ model (Single board computer) and Node Red open source visual programming tool which is developed by IBM for wiring hardware devices together. These tools are broadly used to provide hands on experience on IoT fundamentals during teaching and learning. This paper elaborates the appropriateness and the practicality of these concepts via an example by implementing a user interface (UI) and Dashboard in Node-RED where dashboard palette is used for demonstration with switch, slider, gauge and Raspberry pi palette is used to connect with GPIO pins present on Raspberry pi board. An LED light is connected with a GPIO pin as an output pin. In this experiment, it is shown that the Node-Red dashboard is accessing on Raspberry pi and via Smartphone as well. In the final step results are shown in an elaborate manner. Conversely, inadequate Programming skills in students are the biggest challenge because without good programming skills there would be no pioneers in engineering, robotics and other areas. Coding plays an important role to increase the level of knowledge on a wide scale and to encourage the interest of students in coding. Today Python language which is Open source and most demanding languages in the industry in order to know data science and algorithms, understanding computer science would not be possible without science, technology, engineering and math. In this paper a small experiment is also done with an LED light via writing source code in python. These tiny experiments are really helpful to encourage the students and give play way to learn these advance technologies. The cost estimation is presented in tabular form for per learning kit provided to the students for Hands on experiments. Some Popular In addition, some Open source tools for experimenting with IoT Technology are described. Students can enrich their knowledge by doing lots of experiments with these freely available software's and this low cost hardware in labs or learning kits provided to them.

생체신호 기반 바이오인식 시스템 기술 동향 (Biometrics System Technology Trends Based on Biosignal)

  • 바이오인식 기술은 개인의 고유한 특성인 신체적 또는 행동적 특징을 이용해 사용자를 인증하는 기술이다. 현재 금융, 보안, 출입관리, 의료복지, 공공, 검역, 엔터테인먼트 등 광범위하게 그 필요성 및 효용성으로 서비스 범위가 확대되고 있는 추세이다. 지문, 얼굴과 같은 생체정보를 이용한 바이오인식은 위조, 변장 위협에 노출되어 사회적 문제가 되었다. 최근 신체 외부의 생체정보가 아닌 신체 내부의 생체신호를 이용한 연구가 진행되고 있다. 이에 따라 본 논문에서는 생체신호인 심전도, 심장음, 뇌전도, 근전도를 이용한 바이오인식 시스템의 최근 연구 및 기술들을 분석하고 발전 방향을 위해 필요한 기술들을 제시하고자 한다. 향후에는 개개인의 복합적 상태에서 생체신호 기반 빅 데이터를 관리하는 데이터베이스 구축, 빅 데이터를 분석하는 딥러닝을 이용하여 실시간 환경에 적합한 바이오인식 시스템 기술들이 연구될 것으로 예상된다.

The Effects of Group Composition of Self-Regulation on Project-based Group Performance

  • Collaborative learning encourages the use of high-level cognitive strategies, critical thinking, and interpersonal relationships. Despite these advantages, most instructors reveal the difficulties of using project-based collaborative learning; a common problem is the failure of the group to work effectively together. Thus, this study attempted to provide practical advice on group composition with self-regulation. In a college course, 31 groups with 129 students were asked to discuss and prepare the final presentation material and present it together as a collaborative work. All students' self-regulation skills were measured at the beginning of the semester, and the collective self-regulation was computed as an average of the individual scores of each group. The results of regression analysis indicate that the group's collective self-regulation shows a highly significant positive effect on group performance and satisfaction, as self-regulation predicts individual academic performance. The results also show that there is a significant positive relationship between students' self-regulation and participation in group work.

Development of Contents for Effective Computer Programming Education in Curriculum of Elementary Schools

  • In a variety of fields, highly developed technology is being combined to create a lot of value. In order to keep up with this global trend, the Ministry of Education, which is in charge of national education, continuously develops and applies content for creative education to textbooks. The continuous development of content for creative education is not only related to national interests, but also to the continued development of mankind. Today, the succession and development of human knowledge is in charge of the education system. Research into an effective educational system is necessary for effective succession of rapidly developing science and technology and building up technical personnel with such skills. In particular, the computer science field is faster in development than other scientific fields and has accumulated many technologies, indicating that it takes a lot of time and good teaching to foster talent that can effectively utilize the technology. In this paper, elementary school subjects were analyzed to achieve the purpose of cultivating talent in the field of computer science. In addition, we have investigated techniques related to computer programming learning not covered in elementary school subjects. So we developed content that students need to practice. Next, we taught the content to randomly selected elementary school students and assessed their educational effectiveness. As a result of training using the content we developed, 55.37% increased academic performance.

A Novel Classification Model for Employees Turnover Using Neural Network for Enhancing Job Satisfaction in Organizations

  • Employee turnover is one of the most important challenges facing modern organizations. It causes job experiences and skills such as distinguished faculty members in universities, rare-specialized doctors, innovative engineers, and senior administrators. HR analytics has enhanced the area of data analytics to an extent that institutions can figure out their employees' characteristics; where inaccuracy leads to incorrect decision making. This paper aims to develop a novel model that can help decision-makers to classify the problem of Employee Turnover. By using feature selection methods: Information Gain and Chi-Square, the most important four features have been extracted from the dataset. These features are over time, job level, salary, and years in the organization. As one of the important results of this research, these features should be planned carefully to keep organizations their employees as valuable assets. The proposed model based on machine learning algorithms. Classification algorithms were used to implement the model such as Decision Tree, SVM, Random Frost, Neuronal Network, and Naive Bayes. The model was trained and tested by using a dataset that consists of 1470 records and 25 features. To develop the research model, many experiments had been conducted to find the best one. Based on implementation results, the Neural Network algorithm is selected as the best one with an Accuracy of 84 percents and AUC (ROC) 74 percents. By validation mechanism, the model is acceptable and reliable to help origination decision-makers to manage their employees in a good manner.
