인터넷 벤처기업 창업자의 행위특성에 관한 이론적 연구 (A Study on the Internet Venture Company)

  • IT 혁명시대에 벤처기업은 증가와 더불어 지식산업사회로의 진전은 가속화되고 있다. 특히 인터넷 창업은 진입과 퇴거가 자유스럽고, 창업의 용이성 때문에 그 만큼 창업이 증가하고 있다. 본 논문은 우리나라 벤처기업이 창업자들의 주요 행위특성과 창업한 기업들이 성공한 주된 요인(critical success factor)이 무엇인가를 문헌적으로 분석한 연구이다. 따라서 벤처창업자의 성공적인 창업을 이루기 위해서는 우선 지신의 사업분야에 대한 풍부한 경험을 가지고 있어야 하며, 타기업들이 모방을 하지 못하는 제품으로 정부자금이나 벤처캐피탈과 같은 외부자금을 적절히 활용했으며, 타기관과의 교류를 원활히 하는 등 외부자원을 적절히 활용했다. 그리고 벤처기업들은 R&D분야에 상당한 투자를 지속적으로 했으며, 자신의 속한 사업분야의 산업특성을 잘 파악하여 적절히 대응했다. 결국 성공한 벤처기업의 경영자는 의사결정을 신속하게 했으며, 계급간, 계층간의 의사소통이 원활하게 이루어지도록 했고, 또한 종업원들에게 지속적인 교육훈련을 시키고, 직무의 자율성을 보장해 주었으며 그와 더불어 변화하는 고객과 고객의 욕구에 부합하기 위해 여러 가지 제품을 생산하며, 한 지역의 시장에 만족하지 않고 전세계시장을 목표로 하여 기업을 경영함으로써 보다 성공한 기업으로 거듭날 수 있었다.

선수미 흘수마크 용접을 위한 벽면이동로봇 개발 (Development of a Wall-climbing Welding Robot for Draft Mark on the Curved Surface)

  • The vertical displacement of a ship on the basis of the sea level is an important parameter for its stability and control. To indicate the displacement on operating conditions, "draft marks" are carved on the hull of the ship in various ways. One of the methods is welding. The position, shape and size of the marks are specified on the shipbuilding rules by classification societies to be checked by shipbuilders. In most cases, high-skilled workers do the welding along the drawing for the marks and welding bead becomes the marks. But the inaccuracies due to human errors and high labor cost increase the needs for automating the work process of the draft marks. In the preceding work, an indoor robot was developed for automatic marking system on flat surfaces and the work proved that the robot welding was more effective and accurate than manual welding. However, many parts of the hull structure constructed at the outdoor are cowed shapes, which is beyond the capability of the robot developed for the indoor works on the flat surface. The marking on the curved steel surface requiring the 25m elevations is one of the main challenges to the conventional robots. In the present paper, the robot capable of climbing vertical curved steel surfaces and performing the welding at the marked position by effectively solving the problems mentioned earlier is presented.

국내·외 TBM 시뮬레이터 개발 현황 (Current Status of Technical Development for TBM Simulator)

  • TBM의 운전 전문인력은 세계적으로 부족한 상황이며 신규 인력의 시공경험 부족은 각종 시공리스크 발생 시 대응능력 저하를 가져올 수 있다. TBM 시공품질이 TBM 운전자의 숙련도와 경험에 크게 좌우되는 점과 숙련인력 부족에 의한 생산성 저하, 숙련도 저하에 의한 안전성 저하는 TBM산업에서의 자주 거론되는 문제점이다. 이를 위해 국외의 몇 개 업체와 기관에서 시뮬레이터를 개발하였고 국내에서도 시뮬레이터 개발이 이루어지고 있다. 국제터널협회에서는 강의실 교육, e-learning, 시뮬레이터 교육 및 현장 실습을 포함하는 포괄적인 교육을 계획하고 있다. 국내외 진행상황으로 볼 때, TBM 운전자 교육 및 인증 또는 라이센스를 통한 공식적인 교육 인정은 멀지 않은 미래에 표준이 될 것으로 예상된다.

성인간호학 학습목표 개발을 위한 간호실무 조사연구 (A Survey of the Scope of Nursing Competency for Developing Learning Objectives In Adult Health Nursing)

  • Nurses in today's challenging health care settings need to be skilled critical thinkers and clinical experts. The nurse must be able to use a broad knowledge base to mobilize resources, coordinate actions and evaluate outcomes in complex new situations. So the national licensing examination for registered nurses is change to improve the quality of professional competency of nurses in Korea. Prior to this, learning objectives should be developed and improved periodically. The purpose of this study is to describe the nursing competency to provide base line data for developing learning objectives in adult health nursing. This study was conducted by means of a questionnaire which was developed by the researcher after reviewing the literature. The questionnaire was based on learning objectives which were developed by a nation-wide nursing faculty majoring in adult health nursing. The subjects were 45 nurses in a middle level hospital. The collected data were treated using SPSS Win 7.5 Statistical Package so as to obtain such descriptive statistics as mean score, frequency, and to test reliability test, nonpar-Friedman test. To summarize the major findings in this study, it showed the scope of nursing competency and can guide the direction of study and methodological criteria to develop learning objectives. Recommendations for further research are: firstly, it is necessary to state learning objectives with learners' behavioral terminology; secondly, to overcome locality in scope of this study, there is a need to analyze with nation-wide sampling by an in-depth statistical analysis; thirdly, because the subjects of this study are mostly three-year graduate nurses, there is a need to compare this study with other studies of different subjects.

한국인의 스트레스 반응양상 -미국이민 한국인을 대상으로- (A Study on Stress Responses of Korean-American)

  • Immigration of Koreans to the United States has increased since the 1960's. Adjusting to life in the United States produces a great deal of stress for immigrants. Despite better economic opportunites, many see the U.S. culture as threatening to their family and cultural values. Differences in culture, language, expectations and social behavior can lead to misunderstandings between health care providers and clients. These misunderstanding can leaf to frustration on the part of each. The ultimate result of this is that often Korean-immigrants do not get their health care needs met and stress response symptoms can lead to disease if there is no appropriate care. To determine the health care needs and concerns of Korean-Americans, a health needs assessment is needed. Appropriate and adequate information about the health care needs of these individuals is important as it relates to American policy changes allowing greater numbers of immigrants to enter the U.S. The purpose of this prospective study was to describe Korean-American stress response. This study focused on the primary presenting problems for which subjects reported having sought care. These included a variety of stress-related symptoms, including peripheral manifestations, cardiopulmonary symptoms, central-neurological symptoms, gastrointestinal symptoms, muscle tension, habitual patterns, depression, anxiety, emotional irritability and cognitive disorganization. Of the 300 subjects who entered the study, 80% (N=223) completed the questionnaire in full. Demographically, the percentage of females and males was 50% each and they ranged in age from 20 to 69 years. Ninety percent of the subjects were highly educated, 25% owners of business, 25% white collar professionals, 15% employed in sales or as skilled /unskilled labor, 30% had no occupation : and 5% were housewives or students. The SOS inventory is designed to quantify self-perception of behavioral, cognitive, and physiological components of the stress response. It consisted of 94 items divided into 10 subscales. The result of this study are as follows : The total mean 505 of all subjects (N=223 was .8129 ; the mean 505 for male(N=114) was .7665 and for females, (N=108) .8594. The level of symptoms for central-neurologic and muscle tension was higher for than for males. The highest stress response of all subjects was emotional irritability symptoms(1.0644) : the lowest stress response of all subjects was peripheral manifestation symptoms.

수간호사의 리더쉽에 대한 수간호사와 일반간호사의 지각정도와 간호업무성과간의 관계 연구 (A Correlation Study on the Relationship between Nursing Performance and Leadership Style as perceived by Head Nurses and Staff Nurses)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify relationships between the nursing performance of staff nurses and the leadership styles of head as perceived by the head nurses and the staff nurses. The subject consisted of 33 head nurses and 200 staff nurses who were working at SNUH between July 1, and July 31, 1991. Leadership styles as perceived by head nurses and staff nurses were measured using an instrument adapted by Park (1988) . Evaluations of the nursing performance of staff nurses were done by head nurses utilizing a questionnaire adopted by Park(1988). Data were analysed using percentage distribution, ANOVA, Scheffe test and Pearson Correlation Coefficient. The results are summarized as follows : 1. The majority of the head nurses and staff nurses perceived the head nurse as having a tendency to exercise high level authority and benevolence oriented leadership. 2. The majority of the staff nurses carried out their nursing performance in a highly skilled manner. 3. There were significant differences in perceptions of leadership style between head nurses and staff nurses. 4. “Authority” and “Benevolence” in leadership style as perceived by the head nurses were related very weakly to the nursing performance of the staff nurse. 5. “Benevolence” of leadership style as perceived by the staff nurses was related very weakly to the nursing performance of the staff nurse. 6. Group comparisons of nursing performance and leadership style found that high nursing performance by the staff nurse was related in the group with high “Authority” as perceived by the head nurse and low “Authority” as perceived by the staff nurse. From the above findings, this study suggests the following : 1) Further studies are needed to control extraneous variables. 2) Efforts in leadership development are needed to enhance nursing performance. 3) Factor exploration study are needed to seek factors that contribute to the perception gap between the head nurse and the staff nurse.

불평등 완화의 정치경제 : 네덜란드와 덴마크의 경험 (Political Economy of Inequality Mitigation : Experiences of Netherlands and Denmark)

  • 이 연구에서는 세계 각국의 소득불평등이 심화되는 가운데 네덜란드와 덴마크는 어떻게 불평등이 증가하는 정도를 낮출 수 있었는지를 살펴보았다. 한국, 미국, 독일, 스웨덴과 비교하여 네덜란드와 덴마크의 불평등 수준과 추이는 어떠한지, 불평등 변화의 분해를 통해 이 국가들에서 불평등 변화에 영향을 미친 요인은 무엇인지를 밝혔다. 또한 네덜란드와 덴마크는 어떠한 노동시장정책을 통해 불평등을 완화하였는지를 탐색하였다. 네덜란드에서 근로소득 불평등이 완화된 중요한 원인 중의 하나는 자발적 시간제 노동의 증가를 통해 여성의 경제활동 참여가 증진되었기 때문이다. 여성들이 시간제 노동에 적극적으로 참여하게 된 배경에는 정규직과 비정규직 간의 동등한 대우를 통해 자신의 상황에 맞게 경제활동에 참여할 수 있는 제도적 여건을 마련한 것이 중요한 요인으로 작용하였다. 덴마크는 기술훈련 강화 등 적극적 노동시장 정책을 통해 저숙련, 저임금 근로자의 숙련도를 향상시켜 임금격차를 완화할 수 있었다. 네덜란드와 덴마크의 경험에 기반하여 이 연구에서는 한국의 소득 불평등을 완화하는 정책방향을 논의하였다.

장류가공사업 농가의 장류 생산실태에 관한 연구 (Actual Production Conditions of Fermented Soybean Products on the Level of Farmhouses)

  • To assess the actual status of businesses selling fermented soybean products, this study surveyed 130 Farmhouse style small size soybean sauce processing sites supported by the Rural Development Administration nationwide. The sex composition of the businesses representatives of 2% male and 98% female showed that a farmhouse soybean processing business is generally operated by rural women as a non-filming business. The percentage of co-worked sites was 71.2 and that of sites with permits was 39.2. The main products were meju, doenjang, and kanjang. Total production volume was found to be 523 tons, 256 tons, and 135 k$\ell$s, respectively. The number of years of experience of the manufacturers of the kanjang and doenjang was found to be 25.7 on average which shows that long-experienced, skilled manufacturers are participating in this project. The traditional measuring unit differed greatly depending on the region. This difference in the measuring unit of soybeans resulted in a large difference in the volume of doenjang and kanjang produced Per Province. For one kg of raw soybeans, the weight of Doenjang produced also varied from 2.14 kg in the Gyeongbuk area to 1.62 kg in Jeju. In the aspect of salt use, 1.75 $\ell$ (translated by volumetric unit 0.704 due) of salt pet kg of meju, in Jeju, was the highest in Korea. Government supervision would be beneficial in the areas of raw material products, standardization of measuring units and production methods, organization and operation of a conference for the different groups of producers, and in construction of a nationwide database.

  • The Korean fashion industry is composed of originality, technique and business management. It is going to be the main role in the living and cultural industry in 21th century as a strategic advanced industry. On the other hand, more than 15,000 persons who majored in correlated fashion are graduated from universities, colleges, and fashion schools every year. But professional and competent persons specialized in clothings are very insufficient. So cultivation of the talented for fashion industry must be suitablely and differentially carried out, according to regional distinction or characteristics of each university, college level, institute and so on. At same time, it is for the subdivided professional educations in fashion field, also. Education institutions related fashion have to practice not only theory but also field-oriented education of fashion industry. The fashion enterprise must invest resolutely in reeducations for incoming and reading employees, too. Briefing the program of cultivating the competent as follows : (1) The execution of certification programes based on professional job series. (2) Cultivation of the talent by cooperation of industry and educational field. (3) Upbringing the specialists who have both abilities of foreign language and living cultural profession. (4) Establishment of a base oriented north-east Asia as the central fashion business. (5) Efficient using of multi-media. (6) Innovation of technology. (7) Preferential treatment of skilled labors apparel industry field. (8) Establishment of the Korean Society of Fashion Business for a bridge of industrial-educational complex and government, for cultivation of the talent. The programs of 'cultivation of the talent' must be differed from to whom', 'what', 'how long'. But the commonness in all is to need the stimulative education and creativity. Through it, 'what and how think' and 'how application' to all directions is acquired.

외국인 노동자의 이주 특성과 연구동향 (Migrant Characteristics of Foreign Workers and Research Trends in Korea)

  • 이 연구는 외국인 노동자에 대한 연구들을 주제와 방법론을 중심으로 메타분석적 차원에서 논의한다. 외국인 노동자들이 본격적으로 유입되기 시작한 1980년대말 이후 외국인 노동자 사회는 유입 인구의 급증, 불법체류자의 높은 비율, 개발도상국 출신 저숙련직 종사 젊은 남성층의 높은 비중, 외국인 노동자 지원단체의 성장 등의 변화를 겪으며 꾸준히 성장해왔다. 이와 더불어 외국인 노동자에 대한 연구들도 이 같은 외국인 노동자의 이주과정의 특성들을 반영하면서 주제들이 다양해졌고 방법론도 세련되어 왔다. 그럼에도 불구하고 이들 연구는 여전히 주제면에서 거시적 수준에 치중된 측면이 있고, 외국인 노동자 일부에 한정되어 있으며, 실태와 현황에 관한 기술적인 연구의 비중이 높은 문제점이 있다. 방법론적인 측면에서는 경험적이거나 양적인 자료보다는 이론적이거나 질적인 자료에 바탕을 둔 연구의 높은 비중, 표본의 대표성 결여, 언어소통의 중요성에 대한 인식부족의 문제점을 지니고 있다. 이상의 분석결과를 바탕으로 이 연구는 외국인 노동자들에 대한 연구를 보다 향상시키기 위한 방안을 제시한다.
