This study demonstrates how the composition of VM based on regulatory focus influences shopping value and how shopping value influences shopping satisfaction. A survey form was developed and 90 copies were used for analysis. SPSS 19.0 for Windows Package was used to perform frequency analysis, factor analysis, and regression analysis. The results of the study were: First, convenience of VM had a significantly positive (+) influence on utilitarian shopping value. Second, both utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value had a statistically significant influence on shopping satisfaction. Third, in terms of promotion focus, suitability, fashionableness, reconcilability, and attractiveness of VM had a significantly positive (+) influence on the hedonic shopping value. In terms of preventive focus, convenience and reconcilability of VM had a significantly positive (+) influence on utilitarian shopping value, and convenience, suitability, and fashionableness had a significantly positive (+) influence on hedonic shopping value. In the promotion focus, both utilitarian shopping value and the hedonic shopping value had a significantly positive (+) influence on shopping satisfaction. In the preventive focus only the utilitarian shopping value had a significantly positive (+) influence on shopping satisfaction.
Conceptualization of store image have been suggested in the past by many marketing scholars. The dominant perspective about store image is treated as the results of a multi-attribute model. Store image is expressed as a function of the salient attributes of a particular store that are evaluated. Though, there is a little confusions about what elements compose the store image, most scholars agree that merchandise, service, atmosphere, physical facilities, comfort, and location are generally accepted elements as store image. A considerable researches support that shopping can provide both hedonic and utilitarian value. Hedonic shopping value reflects the value received from fantasy and emotive aspects of shopping experience, while utilitarian shopping value reflects the acquisition of products. These two types of shopping value can affect shopping satisfaction. This study examines the relationships among stores images(store atmosphere, salespeople services, facilities, product assortment, and store location), shopping values(utilitarian shopping value and hedonic shopping value), and shopping satisfaction based on discount stores (E-Mart, Home plus, and Lotte Mart). The author hypothesized that five store image components affect shopping values, and these shopping values affect shopping satisfaction. The author focused on the roles of perceived retail crowding between these relationships. Specifically, the author hypothesized that perceived retailing crowding moderated the relationship between shopping values and shopping satisfaction. The author also hypothesized the direct effect of perceived retail crowding on shopping satisfaction. Finally, the author hypothesized that five store image components affect directly shopping satisfaction. Research model is presented in

Subjects were 479 women in their 20's to 50's in Seoul, Korea. The factors of the shopping orientation of cosmetics derived by factor analysis:'impulsive shopping','conspicuous shopping','rational shopping', and 'independent shopping. Four shopper types were classified by cluster analysis of the 4 factors. The shopper types were the same as the 4 factors. total satisfaction of cosmetics was influenced by independent shopping orientation, age, brand, impulsive shopping orientation, conspicuous shopping orientation, and rational shopping orientation(R2=.217). Satisfaction of basic cosmetics was influenced by conspicuous shopping orientation. independent shopping orientation. age. rational shopping orientation, impulsive shopping orientation, and social class(R2=.407). Satisfaction of coloring cosmetics was influenced by brand, independent shopping orientation, age, and impulsive shopping orientation(R²=.167).
This study investigated the effect of consumers' shopping value in social commerce on consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction and future behavioral intention. Respondents were limited to consumers aged 20 to 39 who had recently purchased fashion products through social commerce over the last month. The final analysis used 318 samples. Descriptive statistics, Cronbach's alpha, confirmatory factor analysis, and structural equation model were conducted. The results are as follows. First, hedonic and utilitarian shopping value significantly influenced consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce. Hedonic shopping value was more strongly related to fashion shopping satisfaction. Second, fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce had an effect on behavioral intention and SNS word-of-mouth. Behavioral intention consisted of repurchase intention and recommend intention. SNS word-of-mouth intention represented word-of-mouth intention using SNS such as Facebook and Twitter. When consumers were satisfied with their shopping experience, they were willing to have re-patronage intentions and SNS word-of-mouth intention. The results suggested that social commerce should try to raise consumers' fashion shopping satisfaction in social commerce and offer a pleasant experience. Also, social commerce should try to be connected to SNS such as Facebook and Twitter to increase word-of-mouth intention.

First, shopping satisfaction of the vacation travel showed a positive effect on tour satisfaction, which affected the quality of life after travel. Second, travel specific quality of life had a significant effect on overall quality of life and confirmed the bottom-up spillover effect. The data were collected from a sample of 239 internet shopper of college female students. The covariance structural model and research hypothesis analyzed by using SPSS 16.0 and AMOS 5.0 program. Recently, there has been an increase in wellbeing marketing, which focuses on increasing consumer life satisfaction or consumers' sense of subjective wellbeing. Numerous studies have been conducted to identify which aspects contribute to consumer life satisfaction. In order to provide additional insights into consumer life satisfaction, this study aimed to identify the relationships among social psychological variables (consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, and career anxiety), shopping confidence, and life satisfaction. Shopping confidence in this study relates to confidence for clothing/accessories. It was hypothesized that social psychological variables influence life satisfaction not only directly but also indirectly through shopping confidence. Data were gathered by surveying university students in Seoul, using convenience sampling. Two hundred eighty six questionnaires were used in the statistical analysis. Factor analysis of consciousness of social face revealed two factors, 'desire to gain face' and 'fear of losing face'. Factor analysis of social interaction anxiety, shopping confidence, and life satisfaction revealed that these variables were uni-dimensional. Test of the hypothesized path showed that all social psychological variables influenced life satisfaction indirectly through shopping confidence, whereas 'fear of losing face' of consciousness of social face and career anxiety influenced life satisfaction directly. The results give marketers some understanding of their consumers' life satisfaction in relation to consciousness of social face, social interaction anxiety, career anxiety, and shopping confidence.
Fashion market in the past had a physical structure, and the supply and demand developed within that space. However, this has changed with the development of online fashion market, as it no longer requires physical space. The purpose of this study was to examine the satisfaction level of online shopping purchase based on the purchase motivation of women in their 20's. It aimed to look into how the online media affected the market, and find ways to improve the shopping malls according to the demands of the market. This study examined the effect of female students' online shopping motivation on their satisfaction with a premise that purchase motivation is related to the satisfaction level. The researched subjects were selected among female college students, and the regression analysis was done using the collected questionnaires. Results showed that economic purchase motivation, product purchase motivation, hedonic purchase motivation, and social purchase motivation had positive correlation to satisfaction level. The most influential factors to the satisfaction level were convenient purchase motivation and product purchase motivation, then social purchase motivation in shopping. Hedonic purchase and economic purchase were less influential than other factors in online shopping. Social purchase motivation factor is least influential when compared to others. As for detailed purchase motivations affecting the satisfaction level, reasonable price, latest fashion goods, interest and fun of online shopping, and the ease of shopping were important factors. The research result indicates that alternative shopping solutions can be better understood by examining the online shopping satisfaction according to purchase motivation, and improve current online shopping malls.
