This paper deals with a control strategy for constant output power of SSRT(Soft Switching Resonant Type) FB(Full Bridge) DC-DC converter by an improved phase shift controller. When the FB DC-DC converter for the high density and the high effect control is operated in high speed switching, the switching loss and switching stress of the switching devices are increased. So, the soft switching method, which has the phase shift control with the digital I-PD controller, must be use in order to reduce its. And the output voltage that controlled by the digital I-PD controller tracks a reference without steady state error in variable input voltage. The validity of control strategy that proposed is verified from simulation results and experimental results by the DSP(TMS320C32).

The competitive advantage of technologies is required for survival of enterprises in the social environments which change rapidly. So the strategy of technology development becomes more and more important. For the establishment of strategy, the situational analysis and the forecasting analysis are executed and they include the technology assessment and the technology forecasting. This research is intended to find out the problems and the difficulties in the current Matrix Method, and to improve the method, finally to help the R&D departments of enterprises applying the method. The suggested matrix(TSM : Technology Shift Matrix) method is designed so that one can judge the current situation of technology and future trend, by moving the matrix which is placed to the upside of the basic matrix.

Test methodology is diversity by devices and the number of test pattern is tremendous because the digital circuit includes TTL and CMOS family ICs as well as high density devices such as ROM and RAM. Accordingly, the quick and effective test strategy is required to enhance the test productivity. This paper proposes the test strategy which is able to be applied efficiently to the diversity devices on the digital circuit board by analyzing the structure and characteristic of the digital device. Especially, this test strategy detects the faulted digital device or the faulted digital circuit on the digital board using SSA(Serial Signature Analysis) technique based on the polynomial division theory The SSA technique identifies the faults by comparing the reminder from good device with reminder from the tested device. At this time, the reminder is obtained by enforcing the data stream obtained from output pins of the tested device on the LFSR(Linear Feedback Shift Register) representing the characteristic equation. Also, the method to obtain the optimal signature analysis circuit is explained by furnishing the short bit input streams to the long bit input streams to the LFSR having 8, 12, 16, 20bit input/output pins and by analyzing the occurring probability of error which is impossible to detect. Finally, the effectiveness of the proposed test strategy is verified by simulating the stuck at 1 errors or stuck at 0 errors for several devices on typical 8051 digital board.

This article recapitulates the recent changes in trade laws, which may be accentuated due to the intriguing emergence of fortified protectionism and Mega FTAs. It points out the need to formulate not only the corporate strategy for enhancing the product differentiation and architectural capabilities but also the public policy, which comprises the industrial adjustment policy to cope with possible negative impulses caused by the digital trade and foreign direct investment. It is imperative for Korea to facilitate the alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy as an effective means of enhancing industrial structure by nurturing those linkage effects between relevant forward and backward industries. Given the drastically volatile trade norms of multi-track trade policies, it may be a pivotal momentum for Korea to pursue a paradigm shift of its trade policy with a prime objective of achieving such an alignment between corporate strategy and industrial adjustment policy, which affords increased value-added and the further development of product or generic technology instead of resorting to the misuses and abuses of economies of scale and production technology for the maximization of export amount.

This paper attempts to examine the changes in China's naval strategy and to analyze the goal, range, and method of each strategy during the Xi Jinping's era. Since the founding of New China, the People's Liberation of Army Navy(PLAN) has made four changes in the naval strategy. Under Xi Jinping's administration, China's naval strategy is far seas operation combined with near seas active defense. Now, China's naval strateg y is shifting from a defensive to an aggressive one, increasing the proportion of offensive weapon systems and the number of state-of-the-art warships, and the scope of the naval strategy has been specified in the second island chain including the Indian Ocean. With the changes of naval strategy, the PLAN will set a new strategic goal to secure maritime dominance and implement an assertive strategy to actively respond to the intervention and intrusion of external forces. Moreover, the PLAN will also improve its sea-based deterrence force and the maneuver force to block other countries in the long-distance maritime conflict zones. The operation method of China's future naval strateg y will gradually shift from 'interdiction' to 'rapid-response.'

The purpose of this paper is to provide an innovation strategy for a leading industrial company. We analyze the process of a shift in industrial leadership using the shipbuilding industry as a case study. This paper explains that the three core factors of decline are immobilization, lack of innovation for major products, and organizational inertia. This study presents that the leader of a market is not decided by strong competitiveness, but by quick reaction to major customers' needs, and that out-of-date strategies do not contribute to maintaining leadership. As a result of this study, it shows that the leading Korean industrial companies shall establish a new innovation-oriented and customer-oriented management system that is flexible enough to anticipate and respond to the changes in new competitive environments. These findings contribute to the formulation of new strategies for other manufacturing industries in Korea.

Increasing affectability of high-speed Internet and convenient access devices has made the Internet a major source of information search and sharing. As the provision of information has rapidly becomes an important and viable business model, the objective utility and marketability of information contents have become a focus of interest among many academicians and managers. Researchers have traditionally focused on the design of the interface, availability of resources, network accessibility, the format of web sites and their underlying systems. However, the usefulness of contents has been left as a little explored issue. To correctly diagnose and pursue the viability of contents provision business a shift of perspective is required : a shift from technology-oriented perspective toward user-oriented perspective, and a shift from form and design focus toward content focus. This research attempted to analyze consumer-oriented information quality in a more systematic way by focusing on a limited domain travel-related information contents. We proposed a relationship among consumers'behavior, characteristics of information, and the values of information measured by users. An empirical examination of the model was performed using a survey on Internet users in Korea. Implications are drawn for managers responsible for creating marketable contents.

This paper attempts to investigate the tonal implementations of English stress clash, arguing that a preceding stress shifts leftward when two lexical stresses conflict across word boundaries or that H* and L* pitch accents are alternatively manifested on the stressed syllables, establishing intonational peak and valley contours. We claim that the H*/L* alternation might be a tonal strategy to avoid stress clash, and that pitch could be solely manipulated to display a rhythmic effect with maintaining lexical stress. In the experiment, we examined two-word combinations whose boundaries involve stress clash, and divided them into two categories. One has the preceding words involving a heavy syllable ahead of stress to guarantee the place for a shifting stress and the other, a light syllable, in which case stress shift is completely prevented. We analyzed the distribution of pitch accents in the word combinations, focusing on the pitch configurations in the cases where stress should not be shifted. Results show that approximately 50% of the stimuli show stress shift in the heavy syllable combinations of the preceding words; the preceding stress is moved leftward within the word. The other 50% and the light syllable combinations show various pitch accents patterns; H* and L* alternation, deaccentuation of either stressed syllable, or L-insertion between two H* pitch accents, etc. We interpret this as a rhythmic effect of tone to avoid stress clash and suggest that a true stress clash would be confined into cases without H*/L* contours.

This study represents an attempt to forecast the increasingly complex and dynamic interplay between the transformation of media and collection management function in the networked environment. As the importance of electronic media rather than printed media is emphasized, there is a need to shift from the traditional collection management to content management for collection development strategy. In order to satisfy the needs of library users who have thirst for more various information, the traditional function of collection management has limitations. Therefore, we suggest that the future collection management must shift from the traditional collection management to content management.
