사회적기업 종사자의 비전공유가 조직사회화에 미치는 영향 -조직건강을 매개로- (The Effect of Vision Sharing at Social Enterprise on Organizational Socialization - Focusing on Mediation Effects of Organizational Health -)

  • 우리나라에서 사회적기업은 양적 성장에도 불구하고 대체적으로 영세한 규모, 경영 역량과 기술 부족의 문제, 취약한 자원 확보 능력의 문제를 갖고 있으며, 이에 따라 사회적기업의 지속가능성에 대한 우려가 제기되고 있다. 그러나 이러한 환경 속에서도 영리기업과 차별화되는 사회적기업만의 특성은 사회적 미션을 갖고 있다는 점이다. 또한 사회적기업은 취약계층 근로자와 일반근로자가 함께 공존하는 특성을 지니며, 취약계층의 자립을 돕는 역할을 한다. 이러한 특성에 따라 사회적기업에서 조직구성원의 성공적인 조직사회화는 중요한 요소이다. 본 연구는 사회적기업의 사회적 미션이 비전공유를 통해서 사회적기업만의 경쟁력으로 활용될 수 있으며, 조직구성원의 조직사회화에도 긍정적인 영향을 줄 수 있을 것으로 보고 비전공유와 조직사회화 간의 관계를 연구하고자 하였으며, 비전공유와 조직사회화 간의 관계에서 조직건강의 매개효과를 밝히고자 하였다. 156명의 부산, 대구 소재 사회적기업 종사자들을 대상으로 실시한 조사 결과, 비전공유는 조직건강 및 조직사회화에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 비전공유와 조직사회화간의 관계에서 조직건강의 하위요소 중 활기와 공동체지향이 매개효과를 가지는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구를 통해 조직의 비전이 공유될수록 자신이 속한 조직이 건강하다고 인식하며, 이를 통해 성공적인 조직사회화를 이룰 수 있음을 알 수 있었다. 본 연구를 바탕으로 취약계층을 포함한 사회적기업 조직구성원의 성공적인 조직사회화를 위한 방안을 제시할 수 있었다. 마지막으로 본 연구의 한계를 제시하였다.

An Efficient List Successive Cancellation Decoder for Polar Codes

  • Polar codes are one of the most favorable capacity-achieving codes due to their simple structure and low decoding complexity. However, because of the disappointing decoding performance realized using conventional successive cancellation (SC) decoders, polar codes cannot be used directly in practical applications. In contrast to conventional SC decoders, list SC (SCL) decoders with large list sizes (e.g. 32) achieve performances very close to those of maximum-likelihood (ML) decoders. In SCL decoders with large list sizes, however, hardware increase is a severe problem because an SCL decoder with list size L consists of L copies of an SC decoder. In this paper, we present a low-area SCL decoder architecture that applies the proposed merged processing element-sharing (MPES) algorithm. A merged processing element (MPE) is the basic processing unit in SC decoders, and the required number of MPEs is L(N-1) in conventional SCL decoders. Using the proposed algorithm reduces the number of MPEs by about 70% compared with conventional SCL decoders when the list size is larger than 32.

Design Parameter Structure for Architectural Elements of External Kinetic Facade

  • Purpose: This paper aims to analyse the composition system of architectural elements including shape, kinetic and material elements of kinetic facades and establish the design parameter system as a common conceptual and practical knowledge sharing platform with mechanical and electrical experts. Method: This research has been conducted in a three steps. At first, 120 cases of external shading devices are analyzed and their classification criteria have been established. Secondly geometric, kinetic and material elements are categorized in a common kinetic facade coordinates system considering environmental effects and operation method, and the applicability of combination of each element are tested. Lastly core design parameters for each element have been established in a common office building installation coordinate. Result: Geometry elements are categorized into seven geometric shapes and kinetic elements is categorized into basic linear and rotational motion and combinational folding and rolling motion. The combined set of parameters for three elements composes the whole design parameters for architectural elements of kinetic façade. Design parameters of shape elements are composed of shape, installation and arrangement parameters; design parameters for kinetic elements are composed of axis and range parameters; and design parameters of material elements are composed of thermal, lighting and color parameters.

  • The growth of the World Wide Web and the advances in high-speed network access have greatly changed existing CAD/CAE environment. The WWW has enabled us to share various distributed product data and to collaborate in the design process. An international standard for the product model data, STEP, and a standard for the distributed object technology, CORBA, are very important technological components for the interoperability in the advanced design and manufacturing environment. These two technologies provide background for the sharing of product data and the integration of applications on the network. This paper describes a distributed CAD/CAE environment that is integrated on the network by CORBA and product model data standard STEP. Several prototype application modules were implemented to verify the proposed concept and the test result is discussed. Finite element analysis server are further distributed into several frontal servers for the implementation of distributed parallel solution of finite element system equations. Distributed computation of analysis server is also implemented by using CORBA for the generalization of the proposed method.

Influence of Removed Web Members in Shaping Formation for Hypar Space Truss

  • This paper discusses the behavior of post-tensioned and shaped hypar space truss, with consideration of the influence of removing some web members. Hypar space truss is post-tensioned at the bottom chords of one diagonal on the ground; the essential behavior characteristic of shape formation is discussed by using a small-scale test model. Results of experiments and nonlinear finite-element analysis indicate that a planar, rectangular- arranged structure can be deformed to a predicted hyper shape, by the proposed shape formation method. Also the feasibility of the proposed method for furnishing of a hypar shaped face truss has been presented, under the condition of both non-removed and partially removed web members. It follows that a nonlinear finite element analysis method can be used in predicting the behavior of the space shape and the post-tensioning force in sharing of hypar space truss. Further, in comparison to the other cases, the results of test and analysis show that the active diagonal shaping in the non-removed web members and passive diagonal shaping of partially removed web members are in relatively good agreement.

요소 절단법을 사용한 섬유강화 복합재료의 대규모 통계적 체적 요소 모델 개발 (Development of the Big-size Statistical Volume Elements (BSVEs) Model for Fiber Reinforced Composite Based on the Mesh Cutting Technique)

  • 본 논문에서는 섬유강화복합재의 멀티스케일 해석을 위해 필요한 대규모/소규모 통계적 체적요소 모델을 개발하였다. 미시영역모델의 크기효과를 최소화하기 위해서 섬유를 최대한 포함한 거대모델을 구성하였다. 이를 위해 국부 영역의 요소 절단법을 이용하여 전체 유한요소 크기에 상관없이 신속한 격자 섬유/기지의 모델링이 가능한 요소생성기를 구성하였다. 이를 통해 대규모 통계 체적 모델을 도출하여 체적모델의 크기에 따른 국부하중 공유의 차이를 고찰하고, 섬유방향의 연속체손상역학모델을 BSVEs 모델 해석으로부터 도출 하였다. BSVEs 모델을 보편적인 RVE모델과 비교 검증하였다.

경골 내 변형률 및 응력 분포 특성 분석을 통한 새로이 개발된 재치환용 인공슬관절의 생체역학적 안정성 평가: 유한요소해석 (Evaluation of Biomechanical Stability of Newly Developed Revision Total Knee Arthroplasty through Strain and Stress Distribution Analysis within the Tibia: Finite Element Analysis)

  • In this study, biomechanical stability of the newly developed revision total knee arthroplasty (rTKA) was evaluated through strain and stress distribution analysis within the implanted proximal tibia using a three-dimensional finite element (FE) analysis. 2000N of compressive load (about 3 times body weight) was applied to the condyle surface on spacer, sharing by the medial (60%) and lateral (40%) condyles simulating a stance phase before toe-off. The results showed that PVMS within the revision total knee arthroplasty and the proximal tibia were less than yield strength considering safe factor 4.0 (rTKA: less than 10%, Cortical bone: less than 70%, Cancellous bone: less than 70%). The materials composed of them and the strain and stress distributions within the proximal tibia were generally well matched with those of a traditional revision total knee arthoplasty (Scorpio TS revision system, Stryker Corp., Michigan, USA) without the critical damage strain and stress, which may reduce the capacity for bone remodeling, leading to bone degeneration. This study may be useful to design parameter improvement of the revision total knee arthoplasty in biomechanical stability point of view beyond structural stability of revision total knee arthoplasty itself.

  • If a brief direction and plan for a remodeling project are decided, it may moves to a concrete design step of which to select the most suitable alternative out of applicable compounding devices to reveal dynamic drifting performance. However, the volume of knowledge baseed utility which can refer to systematic evaluation regarding remodeling element technology and the accumulation of realistic cases are not only sufficient, but also short including its system for expression and consistency. Therefore, it may necessary to deliver the main frame which make enables the Owner, designer and builder to get performance technology for applying advanced remodeling element and knowledge based utility. There is a necessity to provide an information with latest made by virtue of modeling in the 3D/4D based on construction-based knowledge etc. which we can use for life cycle of a project, as a prominent way of knowledge based utility. Then, it is sure that remodeling can become more activative by sharing of knowledge based utility formed in electronic 3D/4D which is a systematic and expressed consistently to a performance and applicability in preservation of savings. It is expected for modeling of the 3D/4D in knowledge based utility enables to verify the practicability of each technology on effective application, and the use of technology might be spread widely due its obvious and oriented expressions. Further, this knowledge based utility formed in electronic 3D/4D may applicable for VE process in addition to remodeling design fields.

  • In these days, IT is the most essential element that secures continuous competitive advantage in current business organizations. The success of IT in rapid changing business environment depends on how we successfully secure and develop the IT human resources that have the appropriate knowledge and skills. The purpose of this study is to define the essential knowledge and skills for IT manager's role, and to find out appropriate training programs for the reinforcement of IT manager's competency from case studies. Through the training programs for IT managers, we find that it reinforces IT managers recognition, enlargement of human relation network, the obtainments of knowledge sharing culture, and the improvement of communication skills.

감성공학에 의한 디자인 (Study of Design by Human Sensibility Ergonomics)

  • Design that is emotionally gratifying is a product design that has been produced by considering user's emotions to give satisfaction through a compositive integration of environmental elements, user's psychological and cognitive element and products' physical elements. In the 21c, where this process of integration is much more appreciated, it could be predicted that the competitiveness of a product relies not on technological aspect but on how close the product to a human being as a communication aid. In the world these days, the changes of lifestyle has been excelled due to the rapid growth of scientific technology. It is needed more than ever for the designers to participate in Human Sensibility Ergonomics to cope with the changes and to design products that are emotionally correct. Therefore, Human Sensibility Ergonomics and design should work closely, organizing a system to sharing the research outcomes and investing opportunities for numerous researchers to study.
