This study approach the conflict in the process of promoting Dam construction plan from a hydrological method and comprehend the cause of conflict on conservation and flood collect all interested parties direct involvement and develop Shared Vision Model (SVM) to plan simulation and result. We forecast water for living, industrial water and agricultural water in each administrative district on conservation and simulate promptly in case that each structural alternative is formed and suggest water level deduction effect and change of area on watted surface and damage and organize the system to draw and agreement through exchanging mutual opinion. Also, it considered to contribute meditation and soften of conflict by securing accuracy of releasing information and trust of the result.
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the effect of three different oblique mechanical loading to occlusal surfaces of posterior implant partial dentures on the stress distributions in surrounding bone, using 3-dimensional finite element method. A 3-dimensional finite element model of a posterior implant partial dentures composed of three unit implants, simplified 3 gold alloy crown and supporting bone was developed according to the design of AVANA self tapping implant for this study. Three kinds of surface distributed oblique loads(300 N) are applied to following occlusal surfaces in the three crowns; 1) All occlusal surfaces in the three crown(load of 300 N was shared to three crown), 2) Occlusal surface of centered crown (load of 300 N was applied to a centered crown), 3) Occlusal surface of proximal crown(load of 300 N was applied to a distal proximal crown). In the results, 141 MPa of maximum von Mises stress was calculated at third loading condition and 98 MPa of minimum von Mises stress was calculated at first loading condition. From the results, location and type of occlusive loading conditions are important for the safety of supporting bone.

Background: In this study, the bleaching effect and surface damage of two types of over-the-counter home tooth bleaching agents were explored using an in vitro study of bleaching agents applied to bovine teeth specimens for 14 days. Methods: Domestic over-the-counter home tooth bleaching agents of gel and patch form that shared common active ingredients and manufacturers were selected and tested. The experiment specimens were made using composite resin with bovine tooth samples and then measured the initial microhardness. Specimens were then divided into a Gel group and a Patch group and underwent bleaching treatment once a day for two weeks for 30 to 60 minutes (recommended) or 7 hours. All specimens were coffee-stained prior to bleaching. The bleaching effect was measured using a spectrophotometer and surface damage was measured using a microhardness meter. Results: The difference in color following the bleaching procedure was positive in both the Gel and Patch group, although there were no statistically significant differences in bleaching effect between groups. There was no significant difference in bleaching effect based on duration. The microhardness test revealed that both the Gel group and the Patch group had surface damage after bleaching. The greatest surface damage was found in the Patch group that had undergone a 7-hour bleaching treatment, although the differences were not statistically significant. Conclusion: The bleaching effect of the home tooth bleaching agent was visible to the naked eye. However, longer applications than recommended did not result in greater bleaching, unlike consumers' expectations, and instead increased the chance of enamel damage. As such, there is a need for consumers to be alert and adhere to recommendations provided by each company.
We used holes defined by color similarity (Experiment 1) and binocular disparity (Experiment 2) to study how the inner contour of an object (i.e., boundary of a hole in it) is encoded in visual working memory. Many studies in VWM have shown that an object's boundary properties can be integrated with its surface properties via their shared spatial location, yielding an object-based encoding benefit. However, encoding of the hole contours has rarely been tested. We presented objects (squares or circles) containing a bar under a change detection paradigm, and relevant features to be remembered were the color of objects and the orientation of bars (or holes). If the contour of a hole belongs to the surrounding object rather than to the hole itself, the object-based feature binding hypothesis predicts that the shape of it can be integrated with color of an outer object, via their shared spatial location. Thus, in the hole display, change detection performance was expected to better than in the conjunction display where orientation and color features to be remembered were assigned to different parts of a conjunction object, and comparable to that in a single bar display where both orientation and color were assigned into a single bar. However, the results revealed that performance in the hole display did not differ from that in the conjunction display. This suggests that the shape of holes is not automatically encoded together with the surface properties of the outer object via object-based feature binding, but encoded independently from the surrounding object.
Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) are promising candidates for cell therapy and tissue engineering, but their application has been impeded by lack of knowledge of their core biological properties. In order to identify MSC-specific proteins, the hydrophobic protein fraction was individually prepared from two different umbilical cord blood (UCB)-derived MSC populations; these were then subjected to two-dimensional (2D) gel electrophoresis and peptide mass fingerprinting matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization (MALDI)-time of flight (TOF)-mass spectrometry (MS). Although the 2D gel patterns differed somewhat between the two samples, computer-assisted image analysis identified shared protein spots. 35 spots were reliably identified corresponding to 32 different proteins, many of which were chaperones. Based on their primary sub-cellular locations the proteins could be grouped into 6 categories: extracellular, cell surface, endoplasmic reticular, mitochondrial, cytoplasmic and cytoskeletal proteins. This map of the water-insoluble proteome may provide valuable insights into the biology of the cell surface and other compartments of human MSCs.
We have calculated the probability of the OH formation and energy deposit of the reaction exothermicity in the newly formed OH, particularly in its vibrational motion, in the gas-surface reaction O(g) + H(ad)/Si → OH(g) + Si on the basis of the collision-induced Eley-Rideal mechanism. The reaction probability of the OH formation increases linearly with initial excitation of the HSi vibration. The translational and vibrational motions share most of the energy when the H-Si vibration is initially in the ground state. But, when the initial excitation increases, the vibrational energy of OH rises accordingly, while the energies shared by other motions vary only slightly. The product vibrational excitation is significant and the population distribution is inverted. Flow of energy between the reaction zone and the solid has been incorporated in trajectory calculations. The amount of energy propagated into the solid is only a few percent of the available energy released in the OH formation.
Human infections due to the monkey malaria parasite Plasmodium knowlesi is increasingly being reported from most Southeast Asian countries specifically Malaysia. The parasite causes severe and fatal malaria thus there is a need for urgent measures for its control. In this study, the level of polymorphisms, haplotypes and natural selection of full-length pkmsp8 in 37 clinical samples from Malaysian Borneo along with 6 lab-adapted strains were investigated. Low levels of polymorphism were observed across the full-length gene, the double epidermal growth factor (EGF) domains were mostly conserved, and non-synonymous substitutions were absent. Evidence of strong negative selection pressure in the non-EGF regions were found indicating functional constrains acting at different domains. Phylogenetic haplotype network analysis identified shared haplotypes and indicated geographical clustering of samples originating from Peninsular Malaysia and Malaysian Borneo. This is the first study to genetically characterize the full-length msp8 gene from clinical isolates of P. knowlesi from Malaysia; however, further functional characterization would be useful for future rational vaccine design.

Anaerobically grown cells of an Fe(III)-reducing bacterium, Shewanella putrefaciens IR-l, were electrochemically active with an apparent reduction potential of about 0.15 V against a saturated calomel electrode in the cyclic voltammetry. The bacterium did not grow fermentatively on lactate, but grew in an anode compartment of a three-electrode electrochemical cell using lactate as an electron donor and the electrode as the electron acceptor. This property was shared by a large number of Fe(III)-reducing bacterial isolates. This is the first observation of a direct electrochemical reaction by an intact bacterial cell, which is believed to be possible due to the electron carrier(s) located at the cell surface involved in the reduction of the natural water insoluble electron acceptor, Fe(III).
In this paper, we present the 3DOF force-reflecting interface which allows to acquire force of object within a virtual environment. This system is composed of device, virtual environment model, and force-reflecting rendering algorithm. We design a 3 DOF force-reflecting device using the parallel linkage, torque shared by wire, and the controller of system applied by impedance control algorithm. The force-reflecting behaviour implemented as a function position is equivalent to controlling the mechanical impedance felt by the user. Especially how force should be supplied to user, we know using a God-Object algorithm. As we experiment a system implemented by the interface of 3D virtual object and 3DOF force-reflecting interface, we can feel a contact, non-contact of 3D virtual object surface and sensing of push button model.

Thermal characterization of individual pixels in microbolometer infrared image sensors is needed for optimal design and improved performance. In this work, we used thermoreflectance microscopy on uncooled microbolometer image sensors to investigate the thermal characteristics of individual pixels. Two types of microbolometer image sensors with a shared-anchor structure were fabricated and thermally characterized at various biases and vacuum levels by measuring the temperature distribution on the surface of the microbolometers. The results show that thermoreflectance microscopy can be a useful thermal characterization tool for microbolometer image sensors.
