  • Spindle epithelial tumor with thymus-like differentiation (SETTLE) is an extremely rare type of thyroid tumor, with spares reports on its clinical course. SETTLE is derived from branchial pouch or thymic remnants, and classified as a low grade, malignant neoplasm due to its indolent growth and tendency to develop delayed metastasis. Therefore, stringent initial workups and long-term follow-up are required to prevent misdiagnosis. We present a case of recurrent spindle epithelial tumor with thymus-like differentiation (SETTLE) in the glottis of 57 year-old male patient, who had a history of surgical excision for the SETTLE from the thyroid gland 5 years ago. Transoral CO2 laser surgery was performed to remove the glottic tumor and there was no evidence of local recurrence at 11 months postoperatively.

  • 많은 새터민들은 물질적으로 풍요로운 자본주의 국가인 한국에 진입하면서 소비 생활 및 시장 경제활동에 있어서 쉽게 적응하지 못하고 있다. 특히, 새터민 중 69%는 여성이므로 이들을 위한 교육 프로그램의 개발 및 지원은 절실히 필요하다. 그들이 한국 사회에서 정상적으로 정착하여 합리적인 경제활동을 할 수 있도록 직무 교육 프로그램을 개발하여 지원할 필요가 있다. 그러나 일반적인 교육프로그램만을 진행하는 것은 안정적으로 정착하는데 부족하기 때문에 집단프로그램을 운영하는 것이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 새터민 여성이 한국 사회에 안정적으로 정착하기 위한 직무 교육프로그램과 정착 프로그램을 포함한 집단 프로그램을 준비하여 교육하기 위한 프로그램 구축 및 운영에 필요한 예산을 제안하고자 한다.

ERP시스템 구축단계 별 주요성공요인에 관한 실증적 연구 (An Empirical Study on Critical Success Factors in Implementing ERP System)

  • The purpose of this stuffy is to derive critical success factors for ERP system implementation by integrating managerial, technical. human resource and organizational culture factors welch have been proposed as influencing factors for the performance of ERP system implementation in previous studios. Especially, this stuffy divides ERP system implementation process into preparation stave, implement stage and settle-down and stabilization stave, and then derives critical success factors in each stage. The data for empirical analysis of the research model are collected from 64 companies and the respondents for questionnaire consist of ERP system implementation project managers and user department managers in companies which have already operated it after ERP system installation. The main results of this study are as follows. First, it derives 27 success factors through comprehensive review of various factors which may affect ERP system implementation performance, and categorizes them into one of three stapes preparation stave, implement stage, and settle-down and stabilization stage. Second, the relationship between many success factors at each stave (preparation stave, implement stage, and settle-down and stabilization stave) and performance variables is tested. As a result, the significant correlations between many success factors at each stage and ERP system implementation performance are found, and the difference among success factors in the degree of influencing the system performance is significantly shown. finally, the relationship between process-oriented performance variables and result-oriented performance ones is tested. As a result, it is found that there is significant correlation between process-oriented performance variables except for one variable-project resource management appropriateness - and result-oriented performance ones. The theoretical contribution of this study is to derive a comprehensive model of critical success factors for implementing ERP system project from the system deve1opment life cycle perspective, and empirically test it through field survey with a wide range of data collection. And, the practical implication of this study is to present the desirable guidelines for performing ERP system implementation project successfully.

  • 인터넷의 출현은 국제상거래 분야에 영화, 음악, 소프트웨어 및 기타 디지털콘텐츠 제품의 전자적 거래를 발생시켰다. 본 연구는 한 미 FTA 전자상거래 협정문의 주요쟁점을 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 우리나라 디지털콘텐츠산업의 활성화를 위한 과제에 대해 문헌연구를 중심으로 살펴보았다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같은 시사점을 제시하고자 한다. 우선 통상측면의 과제로는 디지털콘텐츠에 대한 분류 및 관세 문제, 디지털콘텐츠의 비차별대우 문제, 시청각서비스의 배제 문제 등에 대한 해결이 필요하다. 다음으로 산업측면에서는 디지털콘텐츠의 글로벌 경쟁력 강화, 수출지원 시스템의 일원화, 지역 및 장르별 해외시장 진출 전략 수립, 글로벌 전문인력의 양성, 디지털콘텐츠의 지적재산권 보호 등이 필요하다.

국내공공공사의 잠정금액(Provisional Sum) 집행기준 (Guidelines for Provisional Sum in Public Construction Projects)

  • 최근 국내 공공건설사업에 Provisional Sum(이하 PS)이라는 단어를 잠정공사비 또는 미확정설계공종이라 번역하여 적용하고 있으나 PS에 대한 정의 및 집행주체, 정산방법 등에 대한 기준이 계약조항이나 관련법규에서 규정되지 않은 채 적용되고 있어 분쟁이 발생될 가능성이 높다. 본 연구에서는 국내에서 논란이 되고 있는 PS의 정의 및 업무범위, 정산방법 등에 대한 명확하고 설득력 있는 자료 및 사례를 제시함으로써 PS의 집행기준을 제안하고자 하였다. 제안된 집행기준의 도출과정에서 관련법규 및 유권해석 내용과의 부합성을 제시하고 해외공사에서 적용된 사례와의 비교 검토를 통하여 본 기준이 합리적인 해석과 처리방법임을 제시하였다. 연구결과 PS 항목의 집행주체는 발주자이나 별도 발주는 가능치 않으며, PS 항목은 수량과 단가를 모두 정산할 수 있으며, 순공사비에 포함되는 PS 항목에 대해서는 간접비의 적용이 가능하나 물가변동(에스컬레이션)은 적용되지 않는 것이 합리적임을 알 수 있었다.

중국 법원의 선택적 중재합의에 대한 태도 (Attitudes Toward Selective Arbitration Agreements by Chinese Courts)

  • Lately each country tends to provide neutrality and ease of enforcement in order to settle disputes related to international trade through commercial arbitration. In order to expand the use of arbitration systems, most countries accept arbitration agreements as an effective tool agreed between parties that express their intent to settle disputes by the arbitration. It is applied equally to selective arbitration agreements and parties can select either arbitration or lawsuit to settle disputes based on the contract intent for selective arbitration agreements. However, China does not admit the effectiveness of selective arbitration agreements. Chinese courts regard selective arbitration agreements as not valid because the contract of a selective arbitration agreement between parties is not a definite expression to only use the arbitration and there is no exclusion of court jurisdiction. Therefore, the study attempts to consider effective conditions for selective arbitration agreements in the Chinese arbitration act and other relevant regulations, and also verifies the judgment by Chinese courts on relevant disputes. As a result, the study explores some problems and implications of Chinese selective arbitration agreements and suggests some precautions in case Korean companies pursue selective arbitration agreements with Chinese enterprises and investors.

금융분쟁에 있어서 ADR제도의 효율적인 운영방안 (A Study of the Active Plan for Alternative Dispute Resolution in Financial Dispute)

  • This article focuses on the Active Plan for Alternative Dispute Resolution(ADR) in financial Dispute. The financial consumers of Korea had suffered greatly from the IMF in 1997 and the global financial crisis in 2008, which also increased financial conflicts significantly. In particular, active financial transaction, due to the development of computer and financial techniques causes frequent consumer financial conflicts. It is beneficial to settle them for judicial economy through an alternative conflict arbitration system instead of lawsuit at the court. Many advanced countries settle financial conflicts through various ADR in their numerous financial conflicts. In the settlement of financial conflict, the ADR system, covering mediation and arbitration, is useful and appropriate. Each governmental institution has various conflict settlement organizations, and it is necessary to operate them effectively. In order to settle financial conflicts properly, it is necessary to study law on financial consumer protection, and it is also necessary to understand practical custom and practical knowledge and to systematize them. Further, it is important to manage financial conflict-related data, to accumulate professional experiences, and to prepare a financial conflict settlement system in order to introduce financial education earlier to the whole nation.

유한시간 정정응답에 의한 직류전동기의 속도제어 (Speed Control of DC Motor Using Deadbeat Response Method)

  • This paper presents the speed control of DC motor based on deadbeat response method. Since 송 deadbeat response systems are characterized by the discrete time control, the instabiliby of the systems caused by saturation and time lag problems is inevitable. In order to release these problems, we propose a compensator utilizing the predictive control so that the fast response can be also achieved in the saturation state. Experimental results demonstrated that outputs are able to settle final values in on sampling time for unsaturated reference inputs. For saturated reference inputs, outputs take one sampling time after getting free from the saturation state. Further we are able to settle the fast response with suppressed overshoot by appling the predictive control.

  • Numbers of successful companies in the world develop The core values of action in order to produce effective human resource management and organization culture. Core values are belief, and values that are shared by all members to maintain organization. Also, The core values function as to inspire motivation and decision making for organization's identity and assist to settle their own unique culture. Therefore, this study is to figure out the effect of core values to the members of organization and management performance from small and medium company that is comparatively less focused to settle their own core values.
