Objectives: This pilot study was designed to examine whether the adolescent smoking cessation program with harmonica therapy was effective or not. It was qualitatively explored perceived smoking consequences, cessation and relapse experience, specific harmonica help to overcome smoking urge, preference of harmonica toward cessation, and harmonica intervention planning to quit. Methods: The treatment program was conducted 30-minute, 6-session, and once a week basis. Qualitative data using Focus Group Interview were collected at the completion of the program with 6 participants, and analyzed by Krueger's systematic process. Results: Participants were smoking daily and consumed 3-10 cigarettes. They recognized undesirable smoking consequences in terms of cost, interpersonal relationship, and health that might lead to cessation attempts in the past. Participants who did not want to quit smoking at the program beginning changed their attitude to quit after exploring partial cessation efforts with the help of harmonica therapy. They believe harmonica's consistent help of quitting and leading to success. Conclusion: Adolescent attitudinal change toward smoking cessation has promising insight of motivation enhancement through harmonica therapy that was a major barrier to successful quit.

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate a parent-child reading interaction program. Based on the importance of the parent-child relationship and the home literacy environment vis-a-vis the extent to which reading is encouraged, and with regard to the existing empirical research in this field, a five-session parent-child reading interaction program has been developed, targeting 18 parents with children enrolled in th lower grades of elementary school. The effectiveness of this program has been evaluated by a pretest and post test and then analyzed by a paired t-test. The findings are as follows: 1) Following the implementation of this program, there were improvements in scores related to the home literacy environment, the encouragement of reading, and the attitude of the child toward reading. 2) In addition, there was an increase in the level of the mother's "rational guidance" parenting while tendencies toward overprotective and hostile parenting traits declined. The importance of the parent-child relationship and home literacy environment concerning reading guidance was discussed.

Generating an action plan and obtaining commitment to achieve it is desired in organizations, but not always achieved. Whatever the reason, there is a room for an improved approach to decision making, so that people can arrive at a common understanding of a problem and commitment to action. Those are the purposes of a Decision Conferencing(DC). A DC, one example of single workstation-based GDSSs, is a two-day session attended by a group of people who attempt to resolve important issues of concern to their organization with the help of group facilitation techniques and decision analytic computer modelling. The interchange of differing perspectives on the issues is encouraged by the facilitator who attends to group processes but does not contribute to the content of discussions. Decision analysis provides a variety of structures for modelling the differing perspectives. Information and value judgements are incorporated in these models, whose results usually reveal new, higher-level perspectives on the issues. Information technology is needed to combine the part of the model and to facilitate on-the-spot replay of results. The experimental case study in this paper shows that how a DC can help a Korea's trading company to develop new, corporate level resource allocation strategies which are based on improved consensus among competing participants.

In this paper, we propose and implement a hybrid-type video conference system using SIP protocol proposed in IEFT. This conference system, all signaling is controled by the server, while the media communication can be managed either by UAs or by the server. as a result, the complexity of its routing and user state management is reduced and it is applicable to the mobile environment of the ad-hoc models. The implemented server is scale enough to be used in a large conference because it only takes charge of signaling part. And also we see that UAs are only suitable in the small conference where less than ten people can join.

이동성 관리 기술은 인터넷의 주요 접속 수단이 고정 접속 환경에서 이동 접속 환경으로 빠르게 변화함에 따라 그 중요성이 점차 커지고 있다. 특히 IP 기반의 차세대 유무선 통합망은 기지국마다 라우터가 구현되는 형태를 가정하고 있으므로 IP 를 기반으로 한 이동성 관리 기술의 제공은 필수적인 요소이다. 현재의 Mobile IP 는 빠른 이동성의 지원이 미약하여 차후 다양한 IP 멀티미디어 서비스 지원을 위한 신속한 핸드오버 시에는 많은 문제점을 가지고 있다. 따라서 본 논문에서는 SIP 를 기반으로 한 계층적 이동성 및 세션 관리 메커니즘에 대해서 제안한다. SIP 는 다양한 무선 액세스망에 상관없이 이동성 관리를 제공해 줄 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 세션 관리 기능까지 제공해 줄 수 있다. SIP 서버의 기능을 분산화 시킨 계층적 구조로서 이동성 및 세션 관리 기술을 제시하고 시뮬레이션을 통해 현재 제안된 이동성 관리 프로토콜인 Mobile IP 와의 비교를 함으로서 성능을 측정, 분석한다.

This report details a case of post-traumatic pseudocyst in the spleen that was successfully treated with sclerotherapy using ethanol. A sixteen-year-old boy visited our hospital for a follow-up examination of a splenic cyst. He had experienced blunt trauma to the abdomen three years prior to presentation. An abdominal computed tomography scan revealed a large cyst of the lower pole of the spleen. The cyst was $6.8{\times}9.5{\times}7.0cm$ and conservative management was tried. A follow-up ultrasonographic examination three years later revealed that the size of the cyst was unchanged and another treatment was needed to prevent complications. One session of sclerosis with ethanol (90 mL of 99% ethanol) percutaneously was applied to the cyst. A follow-up after four months revealed that the cyst had completely resolved.

In this paper, H.235-based security mechanism for H.323 multimedia applications was implemented. H.235 covers authentication using HMAC, Diffie-Hellman key exchange, session key management for voice channel, and encryption functions such as DES, 3DES, RC2. Extra encryption algorithms such as SEED, and AES were also included for possible use in the future. And, we also analyzed the quality of service (QoS), the requirement of implementation, and interoperability to the result in this study. The results could be applied to secure simple IP phone terminals, gateways, or gatekeepers.

As people are damaged increasingly by personal information leakage, awareness about user privacy infringement is increasing. However, the existing DRM system does not support the protection of user's personal information because it is not necessary for the protection of copyrights. This paper is suggesting a license administration protocol which is more powerful to protect personal information in DRM. To protect the exposure of users identifier, this protocol uses temporary ID and token to guarantee anonymity and it uses a session key by ECDH to cryptography and Public-Key Cryptosystem for a message so that it can protect the exposure of personal information and user's privacy.

Purpose: This study was conducted to develop a resilience training program for nurses and test its effects. Methods: A non-equivalent experimental group and a control group pretest-posttest study design was used with 56 participating nurses (28 nurses in the experimental group and 28 nurses in the control group). The resilience training program was provided to participants for 4 weeks from August 12 to September 4, 2013. Each session was scheduled for two hours per week. Participants completed the tools for resilience, positive affect, and perceived stress assessment. Data were analyzed using ${\chi}^2$ test, Independent t-test, and 2*2 repeated measures multivariate analyses of variance (MANOVAs) with the SPSS/WIN 21.0 program. Results: Application of the resilience training program significantly helped nurses enhance their resilience and positive affect to workplace adversity, and reduce their perceived stress. There were significant positive differences for these variables in the experimental group compared to the control group. Conclusion: The findings indicate that the resilience training program for nurses is effective and can be used as an intervention for a stress management guide for nurses.

The purpose of this study is, first, to develop a Therapy Competency Enhancement Program for Novice Play-therapists Using Traditional Play to enhance therapy Competency and second, to examine the program's effectiveness. The program consists of 10 sessions and each session employs a variety of traditional plays. The Therapeutic relationship Scale and Playfulness Scale were used as a pre-test and post-test respectively. The data were analyzed by the SPSS 18.0 program, which applied the Mann-Whiteney U test and Wilcoxon rank sum test. Twelve novice play therapists participated in ten sessions of the Therapy Competency Enhancement Program, and were compared with the control group of twelve novice play therapists who did not receive treatment. The treatment group statistically showed significant enhancement in therapeutic relationships, and playfulness in comparison to the control group. It was concluded that the Therapy Competency Enhancement Program for Novice Play-therapists Using Traditional Play was effective for enhancing therapeutic relationships and playfulness. This study has significance in its attempt to develop a Therapy Competency Enhancement program to improve the therapeutic relationship, and playfulness of novice play therapists by Traditional Play.
