In this paper, it is shown the in-vehicle network architecture and implementation for multimedia service which supports Human machine interface of multi-passengers. For multi-passengers' vehicle, it has to be considered the factor of network traffic, simultaneously data transferring to multi users and accessibility to use variety of media contents for passengers compared to conventional in-vehicle network architecture system Therefore, it is proposed the change of network architecture compared with general MOST network, implementation of designed software module which can be interoperable between ethernet and MOST network and accessible interface that passenger can be plugged into MOST network platform using their device based on ethernet network system.

O2O service contribute to sales increment by marketing of offline store using online. In particular, O2O business allowed various services by smart-phone due to rapid increase of mobile device use and various services depend on customer's location. This O2O service play major roll in real purchase making of offline store. In smart-phone apps. development for O2O service, recent an Object-oriented Analysis and Design Method, that is, UML is more useful method than Structured Analysis and Design Method. Therefore in this paper, Software analysis and design method which is smart-pone app. for O2O restaurant service is presented. Also it shows that this analysis/design method is very useful for the Restaurant O2O Commercial System production.

It is hard, but important to evaluate and select a new service model for the public sector, accompanying unexpectable risk. The purpose of this study is to build and develop the evaluation framework of public projects and to present a project evaluation system which is more rational and methodical. The evaluation framework has been developed by calculating the evaluation criteria and weights resulted from an interview with an expert group and Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Moreover, market-oriented characteristics, technology-oriented characteristics, service development capabilities and policy-oriented characteristics were predominantly chosen as the evaluation items. The re-evaluation of the app development support programs was conducted to check the feasibility as an evaluation system influencing the performance of firms. The result of an evaluation system proposed by this study showed better evaluation performance than previous ones, better predicting the actual business performance. Currently, though the policies of the public sectors and support programs focus on the outcome and performance management, the result of this study shows the importance of project selections. Also, implications of the study are discussed.

Product-service system (PSS) is a novel type of business model integrating products and services in a single system. It provides a strategic alternative to product-oriented economic growth and price-based competition in the global market. This paper first reviews the current status of PSS, including its concept, characteristics, benefits, and cases. This paper then reviews the existing literature and identifies major research issues for three main phases of a PSS development lifecycle, namely, PSS design, PSS evaluation, and PSS operation. This research is expected to contribute to promoting awareness and improving understanding of PSS in our society and planning of future research in this field.

Recently, as the era of ubiquitous has arrived, an infrastructure for the short-distance wireless communication has been extended socially, and thus a variety of services are being proposed. The Multimedia Contents Delivery System using the ZigBee, in particular, has an important stance in enlargement of a variety of services in the aspect of individual-oriented service support though Wireless Personal Area Network (WPAN). Nonetheless, the ZigBee, or the IEEE 802.15.4 Standard, has many restrictions on the Multimedia Contents Delivery System due to the low data transport rate. In order to improve the ZigBee which presents a limit on the transport rate at the IEEE 802.15.4 Standard, this thesis has designed the burst mode which is a method of transmitting a certain amount of data in block units at a high speed without any stoppage until the completion of the transmission. Also, to provide a Multimedia Contents Delivery Service with an application of the normal data transmission mode, it improved the transmission performance of the ZigBee. In addition, for the Multimedia Contents Delivery Service under the ubiquitous environment, it designed and implemented a broadcasting Multimedia Contents Delivery System based on the ZigBee to conduct a comparative analysis on the data transmission performance according to the transmission method.

There are two streams on e-Learning. The first one is to create new value through aligning products included information systems and service. The second one is to utilize the service system and the service process for service systematization. The service system is made up human, technology, value proposition, service network, and shared information. The service process consists of design, development, operation and evaluation phases. In this paper, we design and implement the evaluation management of e-learning service based on the service science. The evaluation management service is sets of evaluation type management, general review management, award management, evaluation sheet management and evaluation result management. Feature of this paper is that we can service with different criteria to learner, guardian and evaluator. The worthy of this paper is that we construct service oriented environment possible to systematize evaluation work easily and provide evaluation results clearly.

According to accelerate the convergence of defense and information technology, there is a need for innovative change in Military e-Learning service system. In other words, It has increased the need for system integration based on standards and interoperability to develop into a network-centric information and knowledge. In this study, It would like to introduce an integrated direction Military e-Learning service system on the SOA-based video content services in the operating system for the operating model. SOA is taking advantage in integration and expansion of the unit with a process. Using it, define of video services platform architecture and define of business model based on the Imprimatur model. Based on this, it define the role of actors for video content service in each step of the operating model, that is Production model, Brokerage model and consumption model. In the operating system, it define the functions and data to control and handle the needed functionality for video content services based on the operational model.

Real-time(RT) object-oriented(OO) distributed computing is a form of RT distributed computing realized with a distributed computer system structured in the form of an object network. Several approached proposed in recent years for extending the conventional object structuring scheme to suit RT applications, are briefly reviewed. Then the approach named the TMO(Time-triggered Message-triggered Object)structuring scheme was formulated with the goal of instigating a quantum productivity jump in the design of distributed time triggered simulation. The TMO scheme is intended to facilitate the pursuit of a new paradigm in designing distributed time triggered simulation which is to realize real-time computing with a common and general design style that does not alienate the main-stream computing industry and yet to allow system engineers to confidently produce certifiable distributed time triggered simulation for safety-critical applications. The TMO structuring scheme is a syntactically simple but semantically powerful extension of the conventional object structuring approached and as such, its support tools can be based on various well-established OO programming languages such as C++ and on ubiquitous commercial RT operating system kernels. The Scheme enables a great reduction of the designers efforts in guaranteeing timely service capabilities of application systems. Start after striking space key 2 times.

With the growth and maturation of IT industry, the necessity of audit about development, maintenance and management of high-quality information system is gradually increasing. In addition, the necessity of inner auditing system, which could totally verify and evaluate the effectiveness of project according to the characteristics of organization conducting information-oriented business, also being proposed. Government offices including Korea Institute of Science and Technology(KISTI) collectively controlling nationwide science-technology related information have no guiding principle or organization within themselves even though performing information-oriented businesses are becoming more bigger and complicated. In this paper, we propose scheme for devising framework, which can audit construction and operation of knowledge information, check list and guideline. In addition, we present concrete ways for adapting these schemes to institutes which manage science-technology knowledge information. Audit framework consists of points of time in audit, audit domain and audit criterion. Points of time in audit are defined as three phases as followings: pre-audit, in-progress audit and post-audit. Audit domain includes 16 detail audit domains and especially we set 11 check items and 40 detail investigation items for database implementation business. We expect that management level of science-technology implementation business of organizations using this research result will increase and they could offer high-quality information service.
