The Effect of Service Quality Perceived by Users of Security Safety System on Corporate Image and Customer Satisfaction (경비안전시스템 이용자들이 인식하는 서비스품질이 기업이미지와 고객만족도에 미치는 영향)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the effect of service quality of security safety system users on corporate image and customer satisfaction. To confirm this through empirical analysis, a survey was conducted on about 200 users nationwide for about 40 days from May 2 to June 12, 2019. The survey was composed of "service quality, corporate image and customer satisfaction". The empirical analysis was conducted mainly on the analysis of importance, reliability, validity and correlation. This study used SPSS WIN 18.0 to calculate structural equations and exploratory factors. The research results are as follows: The users of the security safety system showed that the better the service quality, the better the corporate image. The better the corporate image, the higher the customer satisfaction. Also, the better the service quality, the higher the customer satisfaction. Therefore, each security safety system company should steadily improve the service quality to improve customer satisfaction.

Silver Town Satisfaction with Food Service Effect on Word of Mouth - With Charged Silver Town in Gyeonggido Area - (급식 서비스 만족도가 구전에 미치는 영향 -경기 지역 유료 실버 타운을 중심으로-)

  • This study was conducted to evaluate food service satisfaction of senior citizens in three charged silver towns in Gyeonggido. Food satisfaction factors influencing the satisfaction of silver town residents' included satisfaction and word of mouth. For this study, 210 silver town residents were surveyed; however, 16 of these resident did not complete the survey. Therefore, the results of 194 survey questionnaires were analyzed. All results were conducted using the frequency, factor analysis, and regression procedure of SPSS 12.0. The determinant factors of the silver town feeding service included food service, food feeding, emotional, physical, and sensory characteristics of the senior citizens. Among these, food service, food feeding, emotional, and sensory characteristics of the respondents had a significant effect on their level of satisfaction. In addition, satisfaction of the residents was affected by word of mouth. Thus, the results of this study suggests that if the food service is well-arranged by hiring professional workers in the food service industry while considering the needs of senior citizens, feeding service can be improved. In addition, if the feeding service is focused on providing better service with more trained and educated staff members so that the clients perceive that they receive more personalized care and differentiated concern, it would be possible to enhance the relationship with customers continuously and to induce potential customers' residence in the silver town.

The Effects of College Students' Library Satisfaction on College Life Satisfaction (대학생의 도서관 이용 만족도가 대학 생활 만족도에 미치는 영향에 관한 연구)

  • This study aims to investigate the effects of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. In order to test this relationship, two surveys were conducted involving 360 college students at two universities in Seoul. The results of the first survey show that after controlling for the educational service satisfaction and facilities satisfaction, there is a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. The second study added variables for the three components of library service quality (librarian service quality, library resources and service quality, and library facilities and environmental quality). The results of the second survey show that there is a significant influence of library service quality on college library satisfaction, and again a significant influence of college students' library satisfaction on college life satisfaction. Moreover, the results of two group analysis show that the influence of college library satisfaction on college life satisfaction is stronger in high usage group than low usage group. The theoretical and practical implications of this study are discussed.

Comparison on Satisfaction and Intention to Revisit among Men's Beauty Service Markets (남성 세분시장별 이.미용서비스 만족도와 재방문 의도의 비교)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify men's beauty service markets based on socio-cultural appearance attitude and to compare their satisfaction and intention to revisit beauty service. The study was done by survey method. Data of three hundred men aged from 20's to 40's were collected by on-line survey. Descriptive analyses, factor analyses, cluster analyses, Duncan tests, multiple regressions, and path analyses were applied. The results are as follows: First, five factors were found for men's socio-cultural attitude for their appearance. They were high involvement in appearance, social appearance, appearance satisfaction, appearance comparison and low involvement in appearance. Second, cluster analysis based on socio-cultural attitude produced three customer groups such as high involvement, social concern & satisfaction, and low involvement. Third, customer groups showed significant differences in some demographics and some items of service dimensions, which resulted in significant differences in satisfaction, and intention to revisit beauty shop services. A high involvement group was composed of young and unmarried men with more frequent visit to beauty shop service. In general, both the high involvement and the social concern & satisfaction groups showed higher evaluations than the low concern group in some of service items, level of satisfaction, and intention to revisit. In conclusion, attitude on their appearance could be useful factors in segmenting men's beauty service market. Levels and types of beauty shop service should be differentiated among consumer markets.

However, It requires complicated and various method that measure and evaluate correct value of information service by various attributes of information. Also function and efficiency of information offer service are important. Therefore, interest for satisfaction survey to heighten contents satisfaction of information offer service, service satisfaction, satisfaction of user of system satisfaction is increased. Therefor in This paper, measures lTFlND's User Satisfaction Index and establish information offer service strategy that improve. And wish to draw improvement way and present improvement method and way after direction through results of measurements of user satisfaction index in information offer service field.

  • Purpose: O2O service are becoming popular in various industries such as food delivery and taxi. This research explores how users' motivation of O2O service influence customer loyalty through expectation-confirmation and satisfaction. this study attempts to explore the motivation factor (i.e. pricing, enjoyment, immediately, social influence) and to empirically examine the relationships between those and users' loyalty to O2O service. Methods: To test the proposed research model, a survey research methodology was used. Paper survey was distributed to O2O service users in Korea. A total of 198 data were used for the analysis. Structural equation modeling was used to test hypotheses. Results: According to our findings, this study found that satisfaction was positively influenced by users' motivation factors. all hypotheses about the effect of motivation on expectation-confirmation were statistically not significant. Conclusion: O2O service providers should consider the results of this study to satisfy users' expectations and satisfaction for building a better O2O market.

  • The Internet has been identified as the worlds fastest growing marketplace with seemingly limitless opportunities for marketing products and services. Logistics service quality is considered an essential strategy for success and survival in today's internet environment. Logistics excellence has become a powerful source of competitive differentiation within diverse marketing offerings of internet firms. The quality of logistics service performance is a key marketing component that helps create customer satisfaction. As the business environment has changed, the operations based definition of logistics service have evolved. The objective of this study is to examine the logistics service quality in internet shopping mall and the impact of logistics service quality on customer satisfaction. The quality factors of logistics service in this study are consist of five quality factor. The survey result is drive from a man experienced in used internet shopping mall. The finding suggest that logistics service quality of five factor had a positive effort on customer satisfaction. Specifically, timeliness had the most consistent positive effort on customer satisfaction.

The Relationship of the Service Quality, Customer Satisfaction and Re-use Intention in Golf Culb (골프장 서비스품질, 고객만족과 재이용 의도간의 관계)

  • This research analysed the Interaction which focus on service quality perception, customer satisfaction, re-use intention in the golf club. First of all, we review the existing literature on measurement of service quality and management. As a result of this review and survey of the employer in golf club, thirteen factors emerged as important to the service management of the golf club; Reservation and Access(RSNA), Golf Course and Convenience Facilities(GCNF), Personal Services(PSER) and After Services(ASER). The structural equation model was utilized for analyzing the influence of service quality factors upon the customer satisfaction and re-use intention. Results show that service quality factors have a statistically significant impact on the customer satisfaction of the golf club. RSNA and GCNF investigated the factors influencing on the satisfaction degree of the customers. But the GCNF and PSER were not significant. Especially, GCNF factors directly influenced on the customer satisfaction and also indirectly impact on the intention of using again.

  • Understanding the antecedents of high public usage of national R&D facilities is a critical issue for both academics and facility managers. Previous researchrelated to general service management has identified service quality and user satisfaction as important antecedents of reuse and recommendation intention. The current paper reports findings from a survey which looked into the impact of service quality dimensions and user satisfaction on reuse and recommendation intention in the field of R&D facility public usage. Findings indicate that service quality appears to be linked to user satisfaction, and user satisfaction to be linked to reuse and recommendation intention. Findings also indicate that user satisfaction played as a mediator on the relationship between service quality and reuse/recommendation intentions in R&D facility public usage domain.

Relationship among Nursing Service Quality, Medical Service Satisfaction, and Hospital Revisit Intent (간호서비스 질, 의료서비스 만족, 병원 재이용 의도간의 관계)

  • Purpose: This study was done to examine the influence of nursing service quality and medical service satisfaction on intent to revisit the hospital, and to identify mediating effects of medical service satisfaction between nursing service quality and intent to revisit the hospital. Methods: This study was a cross-sectional survey. Participants were 390 hospitalized patients at one general hospital in Gyeonggi Province. Data were collected from July 21 to September 10, 2010 and analyzed using SPSS/PC version 18.0. Results: The score for nursing service quality continuously improved but the scores for medical service satisfaction and intent to revisit the hospital did not changed significantly after estimated. Factors influencing intent to revisit the hospital were nursing service quality, medical service satisfaction, 'same religion', and 'Christian', and the explanation power of these four factors was 79.7%. Medical service satisfaction had a partial mediating effect between nursing service quality and intent to revisit the hospital. Conclusion: Findings indicate that nursing service quality is a very important factor to improve both medical service satisfaction and intent to revisit the hospital. Nursing managers should develop strategies to improve nursing service quality.
