인구의 고령화 및 건강에 대한 관심이 증가됨에 따라 유헬스케어 서비스는 발병 후 관리관점에서 발병 전의 예방 관점으로 그 목적이 점차 이동하고 있다. 그러나 기존의 유헬스케어 서비스는 원격진료 차원의 의료 서비스 성격이 강하여, 만성 성인병과 같은 대사 증후군을 예방 및 관리하기에는 한계가 있을 뿐만 아니라, 관리자 중심의 단방향 서비스를 제공함으로 인해 사용들이 중도에 이용을 포기하는 비율이 높았다. 이와 같은 문제를 해결하기 위하여, 본 연구에서는 사회 네트워크를 이용한 사용자 기반 유헬스케어 서비스 추천 시스템을 제안하였으며, 실세계에서 유헬스케어 서비스 추천 시스템의 활용 가능성을 제시하기 위하여 실제 의료원에서 대사 증후군 예방 및 관리를 위해 처방한 식단 및 운동 정보를 기반으로 유비쿼터스 컴퓨팅 환경에서 적용가능한 시스템을 구현하였다. 본 연구에서 제안한 시스템은 사용자가 선호하지 않는 서비스가 네트워크를 통해 확산될 가능성을 낮추는 동시에 추천의 신뢰성 제고를 위해 네이버들이 이용한 서비스를 공유함으로써 전체적인 추천 품질을 높인다. 즉, 사용자의 식습관 및 운동습관 등과 같은 생활습관을 개선하기 위하여 사회 네트워크를 활용함으로써 사용자간의 자율협업을 통한 개인화된 추천이 가능하다. 따라서 본 연구에서 제안하는 유헬스케어 서비스 추천 시스템은 생활습관 개선을 위하여 사용자에게 적합한 식단 및 운동을 제공하고, 생활습관의 개선을 통해 만성 성인병과 같은 대사증후군을 사전에 예방할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

Various types of media services are emerging due to the development of Internet and digital media production and distribution technologies. Various DRM technologies are being developed to prevent illegal copying of media contents and to protect the rights of content creators. There is a problem that the DRM provider and the content service provider must provide services in a mutually dependent manner through individual contracts. In this paper, we propose a cloud-based DRM market system which can be used only by content service providers when necessary for various DRM. The DRM market system is expected to show the effect of service activation for related small and medium sized companies by providing an interface that satisfies the requirements of DRM providers and contents service providers by using multi DRM technology.

본 논문에서는 이동통신망을 이용한 WiFi 위치 측위기술 및 서비스에 대해 소개해 보고자 한다. 또한, 본 논문에서는 이동통신망을 이용한 WPS(WiFi Positioning System)의 기본적인 기술요소 및 품질요소 등을 살펴보고자 한다. 위 이동통신 기반의 위치서비스를 제공할 때 단말의 위치 결정 기술을 통하여 사용자 또는 가입자에게 편리성을 제공해 줄 뿐만 아니라 위치기반서비스 산업활동에 대하여 많은 기여를 할 것으로 본다.

신정부 출범이후 최근에 '정부 3.0'이 화두이다. "정부3.0 추진 기본계획"에 의하면 이는 개방 공유 소통 협력의 가치를 중심으로 양방향 맞춤형 행정서비스를 국민 개개인을 대상으로 제공함을 의미한다. 현재 태풍, 호우 등 자연재해로 사유재산 피해를 입은 이재민들이 금융, 세제, 전기 통신료 감면 등의 구호서비스 지원을 받으려면 해당 기관들을 일일이 방문해서 서비스를 신청하도록 되어 있다. 신청서 종류와 처리절차가 너무 다양하고 복잡하여 이재민들이 많은 불편을 겪고 있는 실정이다. 이에 따라 본 논문은 연구목표를 이재민 원스톱 서비스 신청을 통해 주민불편 해소 및 실질적인 혜택제공으로 설정하였다. 이를 위해 행정서비스 지원체계 구축과 법적 제도적 장치의 마련, 원스톱을 위한 전산시스템 구축과 협업과제의 성공적 추진을 위한 종합홍보 강화라는 구호서비스 증진전략을 마련하여 이에 대한 해결방안을 구체적으로 제시하였다.

전 세계적으로 급속하게 증가하는 항공교통량으로 인해 ICAO는 기존의 항행장비를 위성항법 기반으로 대체해 나가고 있으며, 이의 일환으로 기존의 ILS를 이용한 이착륙 서비스를 GBAS 로 대체할 계획을 수립 하였다. GBAS는 활주로까지 항공기를 유도하는 정밀 접근 서비스와 공항 주위의 정밀위치정보 서비스를 제공하는 위성항법 보강시스템을 이용하여 ILS와 달리 한 개의 시스템으로 활주로의 수에 관계없이 요구 성능을 제공할 수 있으며 curved approach가 가능하다는 장점을 보유하고 있다. 본 논문에서는 태안비행장 비행시험을 통한 ILS접근 절차와 GBAS curved approach절차를 비교하여 비행시간 단축 및 연료 감소효과를 분석하였으며 실제 비행시험을 통하여 이를 측정 확인 하였다.

This paper calculates the effective capacity of EES providing the primary frequency control service based on its contribution to the frequency response of the power system. The amount of governor response from conventional generators which can be replaced by the primary frequency control from EES keeping the frequency response of the power system is defined as the effective capacity. The proposed method for calculating the effective capacity of EES is verified through case studies employing Korean power system. Furthermore, the application of the effective capacity of EES to power system operation is also discussed.

PURPOSE: The present study was aimed at providing political basic data for introduction home-based physical therapy service through conducting In-depth interviews with professionals for complementing the survey of previous studies. METHODS: we conducted In-depth interviews to 10 professionals with their consent after describing the intent and purpose of the study. RESULT: Interviewees has significant recognition of home-based physical therapy service, and were sympathetic to the need for the introduction of the home-based physical therapy service. They suggest that it should be required to public relations, incorporation home-based physical therapy into the regular curriculum and research the foreign cases. Also home-based physical therapy system service should be include therapeutic exercises, education for families & caregivers and providing the rehabilitation of the team approach. Most professionals think the sooner Home-based physical therapy service introduction, the better for public. Also they propose that hospitals and clinics under the national and local government become a principal and operate in conjunction with the health center. CONCLUSION: Home-based physical therapy service should be conducted in early for relieving the physical, mental and social discomfort of patients, physical therapists and caregivers, also providing the quality of physical therapy to chronically ill patients. It is necessary to efforts of the physical therapy association and physical therapist and government`s political supports. In addition, we must be prepared on the basis of policy development and operation through continuously converging the opinions of experts who have been associated with home-based physical therapy service.

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to suggest a key quality factor affecting user satisfaction based on quality attribute of weather information system and additionally, a managerial implication for activating weather information service market by analyzing causal relevance between weather information system and business performance. Methods: As its method, a causal relevance of quality factor of weather information system affecting satisfaction and business performance was analyzed by using structural equation model. An enterprise utilized in analysis sample performed a survey by targeting 186 distribution/logistics and general manufacturing company. Results: It was revealed that information, service quality of weather information system exerted a significant influence on user satisfaction and it did not take a significant influence on business performance in terms of quality of information, system and service. A significant relevance between user satisfaction and business performance was strong supported. Finally, it was revealed that utilization level of weather information system had a moderating effect on business performance. Conclusion: Domestic weather information system mainly focused on information utilization based weather information system and additional service level utilizing weather information is very low in practical terms. Therefore, in order to expand domestic weather related service market, systematic market expansion strategy of providing corporate customized service and case enlargement would be required.

Much of the past work regarding repairable item stockage has concentrated on the development of models and policies for systems in steady state. However, there are important situations in which the transient behavior is most important. A dramatic example of this is the potential dynamic behavior exhibited by demands and service in the deployment of an Air Force squadron at the onset of a conflict. The purpose of this paper is to derive some probability distributions necessary for providing an integrated approach for a multi-echelon inventory system with nonstationary demands and service rates.

In Korea, NSDI(National Spatial Data Infrastructure) was implemented for integrating and sharing the nationally generated spatial data. One of the main roles of implementing NSDI is providing spatial data to public agencies. And now, the establishment plan for NSDI with the technical advancement should be needed. This paper deals with the technical aspects of adopting cloud service in the NSDI. First, we propose the concept for target system, which shows the current and future NSDI. In the future NSDI model, GIS cloud and governance systems are included. Service functions for cloud system and infrastructure implementation design directions are derived. Finally, governance system implementation plan is described. This research will contribute to the implementation of NSDI cloud service system.
