R을 이용한 고용노동부 민원·정책 연관분석 (Analysis of the complaints and policy of the Ministry of Employment and Labor using the R program)

  • 본 연구는 대한민국 정부가 운영하는 의견수렴 및 고충처리 전산망인 국민신문고(http://www.people.go.kr)'의 고용노동부 민원 정책 게시판의 의견을 통해 고용노동부에서 시행하는 직업훈련, 노사관계, 산업안전, 임금정책, 근로기준법 등의 민원 정책에 대한 국민적 의견을 수렴하여 분석하였다. 본 연구는 R프로그램 빅데이터 기법을 이용하여 데이터 시각화, 빈도 분석, 연관분석 등을 실시하였으며, 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 한국의 복잡한 임금구조와 노사 간에 인식부족 등으로 임금개념의 불일치, 노사갈등 이 많은 민원요소로 발견되었다. 둘째, 최근 최저임금의 파격적 인상으로 인한 자영업자 및 근로자의 경제적 공황상태 등으로 기인한 각종 민원이 발생하고 있다. 셋째, 생산직 등 제조 분야 등의 영세한 사업장의 안전의식의 부재로 인한 산업재해가 끊임없이 발생하고 있으며, 일 가정 병립을 위한 제도적 뒷받침이 많이 부족한 것으로 나타났다.

  • The study examined work and family life of married women employed in a manufacturing industry. Data were gathered from the use of face-to-face interview method from a sample of 230 married working women. The major findings of this study can be summarized as follows: (1) Most of the respondents found the work repetitive and unappealing, with the double burden of a paid work and housework. Thus, it is necessary for the government to implement social policies for married working women, such as establishment of various child care centers, part-time jobs, and dissemination of egalitarian sex-role attitudes. (2) More than half of the respondents were born in rural areas and immigrated to the urban sectors, forming a nuclear family structure. Most of these women were married with love, but some of them could not have a marriage ceremony because of the economic reasons. Thus, it may be necessary to increase the service centers to offer a free marital ceremony. (3) About 30% of the respondents answered they left their preschool aged children unattended, after dismissing from a kindergarden on a private institution. It was shown that working women, even though they were in charge of child-rearing, did not have an effective mechanism to control or protect their children while they were away from home. Most of them frequently used material compensations from their children in order to make up their absence at home. (4) It was found that the strategy for working women to decrease a dual-role conflict is to make a hierachy on the work they to do and to do only basic housework for everyday life and to do the rest of work on a off-day.

전문간호사 업무에 대한 의료인의 경험: 전문의와 전문간호사를 중심으로 (Experiences of Health-care Providers about Advanced Practice Nurses: Focusing on the Perspectives of Physicians and Advanced Practice Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study aimed to describe the experiences of health-care providers about advanced practice nurses (APNs) focusing on the perspectives of physicians and APNs in Korea. Methods: Qualitative data were collected with snowball sampling. Six physicians and 13 APNs participated in this study through in-depth interviews or a focus-group interview. Qualitative content analysis was employed. Results: Three themes and seven categories were emerged. Three themes were 1) challenging start and attempts to settle down on unfamiliar system, 2) being positioned as an APN at clinical settings, 3) long journey for social recognition and legal institutionalization of APNs' role. Seven categories were 1) challenges to new area, 2) introduction and conflict of APN system, 3) driving force for stepping toward becoming APNs, 4) dedication and commitment to role development, 5) efforts to prove APNs' competency, 6) approaches to guarantee legal APNs' activities, and 7) filling the gap in health-care service. Conclusion: The findings suggest that health-care providers who have collaborated with APNs are aware of the needs to operate APN system more stably through the legislation of APNs' scope of practices. Further research is needed to provide the evidences of APNs' practice outcomes such as health care quality, patient safety, reduction of medical expenses, etc.

간호사의 정서적 지지 경험 (Experience on Emotional Support of Hospital Nurses)

  • Purpose: This study was designed to explore what experiences nurses had while caring and providing emotional support for patients. Methods: Participants were eight nurses working at hospitals for more than one year. Data were collected from June, 2006 to January, 2007 through in-depth interview by using tape-recordings. Data were analysed with the phenomenological method proposed by Colazzi(1978). Results: From significant statements, 4 clustered themes, 7 themes and 23 sub-themes were extracted from the essential meaning of the emotional experience of hospital nurses. The 4 clustered themes were 'movement of mind', 'affection and service for patients', 'worthwhile and conflict' and 'control oneself'. The 7 themes were 'special feeling', 'rapport formation', 'consideration', 'human interaction', 'value discovery', 'loss of volition', and 'keep to balance'. Conclusion: Although nurses had tough experiences for providing care for patients' emotional support, they had also experienced spiritual maturity from its experience. The result of this study would contribute for nurses not only to care for patients who need emotional support but also to develop knowledge in nursing.

장애인 공동생활가정 종사자의 업무환경이 직무만족에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Work Environment of Staff in Group Home for the People with Disabilities on their Job Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 장애인그룹홈 종사자 148명을 대상으로 종사자의 업무환경이 직무만족에 어떠한 영향을 미치는지 분석한 것이다. 연구결과, 종사자들은 직장의 업무환경의 6개 하위영역 중 도전과 역할모호성에 대해서는 3.08점과 3.61점으로 보통 이상의 수준에서 인식을 하고 있었으나, 편안함, 금전적 보상, 역할갈등, 업무량에 대해서는 평균 1.80점에서 2.73점 사이로 보통 이하의 수준으로 상대적 취약성을 보였다. 다중회귀분석 결과 도전과 역할모호성이 유의미한 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과는 업무환경에서는 사회재활교사의 업무기준을 명시하고 다양한 방법으로 그룹홈 지원체계를 강화하여 종사자들의 자기개발과 도전의 기회를 높이고, 문제해결을 위해 필요한 지원이나 지지를 높여나가야 함을 제언하였다.

영유아교사의 자아강도, 자기효능감이 문제해결력에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Young Children Teachers' Ego-strength and Self-efficacy on Problem Solving)

  • 본 연구는 영유아교사의 자아강도, 자기효능감이 문제해결력에 미치는 영향을 알아보고자 실시하였다. 연구대상은 K시와 J지역에 재직하고 있는 영유아교사 293명이다. 연구도구는 자아강도 척도와 자기효능감 척도, 문제해결력 척도를 사용하였다. 자료는 t검증, 일원변량분석, 상관관계, 회귀분석으로 처리하였다. 연구결과, 영유아교사의 자아강도와 자기효능감, 그리고 문제해결력은 상관관계가 있었으며 문제해결력에 자아강도와 자기효능감이 영향을 주는 변인임이 밝혀졌다. 영유아교사는 자신에게 일어난 문제를 얼마나 효율적으로 해결하고 있는가에 따라 문제해결과 대처능력의 차이를 보이며 자아를 통합하는 자아강도에 중요한 요소로 자기효능감과도 연관이 있다. 자신의 심리적인 갈등과 불안을 해결하지 못한 교사는 영유아를 따뜻하고 편안하게 돌보고 지도하기에 미흡하므로 긍정적인 자기상(self-image)을 형성하여 문제해결을 증진시킬 수 있는 자아성장 프로그램 개발의 필요성을 시사하고 있다.

스마트 분배기를 이용한 효율적인 병렬 IP 주소 검색 구조 (Efficient Parallel IP Address Lookup Architecture with Smart Distributor)

  • 인터넷에서 초고속 서비스의 제공을 위해서, 라우터는 신속하게 IP 주소 검색을 수행해야 한다. 본 논문에서는 4 단계의 파이프라인으로 구성된 하이브리드 방식의 병렬 IP 주소 검색 구조를 제안한다. 단계 2의 다중 SRAM과 단계 3의 분할 TCAM을 사용하여 저렴한 비용으로 병렬화를 이루고, 파이프라이닝을 통해 처리율을 향상시켰다. 단계 1에서 스마트 분배기는 선행된 IP 주소와 동일한 주소를 다음 단계로 진입시키지 않고 선행의 검색 결과를 그대로 활용하게 한다. 이에 따라, 캐싱 효과에 의해 검색 처리율을 더욱 향상시키고, 단계 3인 TCAM bank로의 접근 충돌도 완화시킬 수 있다. 마지막 단계의 재정렬 버퍼는 처리된 IP 주소 순서를 입력 순서에 맞도록 재조정하는 기능을 수행한다. 또한, 실제 사용되는 라우팅 테이블과 Zipf 법칙에 따라 생성된 트래픽 분포를 사용하여, 병렬 파이프라인 IP 검색 구조의 성능을 기존의 하이브리드 구조와 비교하여 평가한다.

한의약분업과 관련된 여러 가지 문제 (Tasks for the Separation of Prescribing and Dispensing medicinal herbs in Traditional Korean Medicine)

  • Preconditions for the separation of prescribing and dispensing medicinal herbs in Traditional Korean Medicine are classification of medicinal herbs for general public and special medical uses, establishment of national medicinal herb distribution company of governmental base, restriction in purchase of medicinal herbs for special medical use, partnership between doctors and pharmacists of Traditional Korean Medicine, and coverage of herbal medicine-based medication in national health insurance, etc. The number of Traditional Korean Medicine Pharmacists which was born during 'the herbal medicine conflict' initiated in 1993, goes over 1,000 and will increase by 120 annually. The number of Traditional Korean Medical Doctors is over 17,000 and increases by 850 annually. So in order to engage partnership between two groups, the government have to arrange the number of outputs of each group. Standardization and classification of diagnosis and diseases in Traditional Korean Medicine is a matter of course in the separation of prescribing and dispensing medicinal herbs. Related societies and academies need to do researches with governmental fund first. After these works, we can launch a task force team for implementation of process for the separation of prescribing and dispensing medicinal herbs in Traditional Korean Medicine properly. Entering the national health insurance system for full coverage of Korean Medicine care service will be essential for the patients. Implementation the separation of prescribing and dispensing medicinal herbs in Traditional Korean Medicine would be the core of health insurance coverage for medication.

의료감정(鑑定)에 있어 포괄성에 대한 고찰 (The Study on the Comprehensiveness of Medical Appraisal)

  • The conventional medical appraisal which was done in the process of medical lawsuit was requested from the court to the designated hospital and was delivered as a pattern of one question and one answer in each. However, the comprehensiveness of medical appraisal which was pursued, for example, in Korea Medical Dispute Mediation and Arbitration Agency, could be guaranteed in terms of in-depth medical analysis as well as the broader capacity of the causality estimation besides. The comprehensiveness of appraisal would also include how well organized hospital system of medical care is and how well correlated job system among medical staffs, when medical dispute was happened at the hospital. This comprehensiveness will exert a big contribution on making a demonstrative medical care to prevent from the medical dispute and it could achieve the national plan of building the patient safety net which is effective in restoring the worsened quality of contemporary medical service. Therefore, the comprehensiveness of medical appraisal has to be designed to go forward interdisciplinary fused speciality rather than one division of medicine, which is also aiming at the reliable and consistent appraisal with the supreme dignity from one window. In addition to that, the objective and concrete frame of comprehensive appraisal under the computed connection has to be deliberated to make itself possible in collaboration with positive participation of medical community. The comprehensiveness of medical appraisal would serve to expand not only the capacity of speciality but also the ability of influence on a restorative justice, so that it give effect to an increased number of mediation and arbitration rather than medical lawsuit as well as a decreased number of the social cost and social conflict.

델파이 방법을 이용한 완화의료 도우미 직무범위 개발 (Development of the Scope of Practice for Palliative Care Aides with Delphi Method)

  • 목적: 본 연구의 목적은 델파이 합의방식을 통해 '완화의료 도우미'라는 새로운 직종의 직무범위를 개발하는 것이다. 방법: 호스피스 완화의료 실무와 정책에 관여하는 전문가 패널 36명이 참여하였고, 4단계에 걸친 델파이 조사를 통해 각 책무-과업-과업요소의 내용 타당도를 검증하였다. 내용 타당도는 5점 척도에서 4점 이상인 항목을 채택하였다. 결과: 4단계의 델파이 조사결과를 분석하여, 완화의료 도우미의 직무로 책무 4개, 과업 15개, 과업요소 46개를 최종 확정하였다. 결론: 본 연구를 통해 완화의료 도우미의 직무범위가 명시되었으며, 이를 통해 역할갈등과 혼란을 예방하고 서비스의 질 향상에 기여할 것으로 기대한다.
