This study investigated the effect of service quality and using experience on a royalty in a electronic commerce. Expecially, used HTS (Home Trading System of securities companies)as a online service system. HTS (Home Trading System) is a electronic commerce system of securities companies that is a most progressive tool of it. Almost securities companies are offering these typical trading system, because it is a required factor for a competitive position in their compound market. This paper made hypotheses of five cases, and collected some data through survey questionnaire for an analysis of actual proof. For attaining the object of this research, used a structure equation modeling, and found that almost paths of the research model are supported among the service quality, using experience, involvement and royalty. This study could provide academic and managerial implications in a electronic commerce business.

The aim of this paper is to investigate the laws of building service system among the laws of construction and to show alternative proposals against the problems. The result of this paper is to simplify the construction laws which will reduce construction administration complexity and to increase productivity of construction works. Among the construction laws, we must revise mechanical engineers' role because of increasing mechanical system's importance than before. Through this study the author will show the improvement of building service system technology and the quality of construction industry.

The aim of this paper is to analysis mechanical system flaw in apartment building service system. From this paper, most mechanical flaws are from design mistake, materials flaw, other engineering construction's negligence of construction execution and careless system operation management. Through this study, the author suggested the way to reduce mechanical flaw, during construction process from drawing survey before execution start to completion of construction.

Big data technology is being used in various fields followed by the development of information and communication technology. In the corporate and public sectors, diverse system platforms are built and operated due to the needs of users, but efficiency is low because they are built from an individual service perspective rather than an integrated service perspective. In this study, the relationship between presenting the characteristics of the type of shared information platform, the integration plan, and integration performance of the shared information system platform was analyzed. The results of the study will provide guidelines for the integration of shared information system platforms by the government and private companies in the future.

클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 이용자 요구에 실시간으로 유연하게 컴퓨팅 자원을 제공하고 사용량만큼 과금하는 고효율의 차세대 IT 서비스이다. 그러나 이용자는 데이터를 '위탁'하고, 인프라, 플랫폼, 어플리케이션 서비스를 '제공'받는 '위탁/제공'의 서비스 구조와 적용기술, 자원공유, 데이터센터 위치 등으로부터 비롯된 많은 위협에 직면해 있다. 클라우드 서비스 도입의 가장 큰 걸림돌로 작용하는 보안과 신뢰성을 담보하기 위해서는 객관적인 평가 기준이 필요하다. 지금까지 정보보호관리체계는 조직의 보안관리 및 IT 운영의 보안 지표로 활용되어 왔다. 그러나 클라우드 컴퓨팅 서비스는 기존의 조직 내 IT 환경과는 다른 관점의 보안관리와 평가기준이 필요하다. 본 논문에서는 클라우드 특성에 맞는 정보보호관리체계를 설계하기 위하여 클라우드 서비스의 핵심요소를 위협관리영역으로부터 도출하고 기본적인 보안관리가 누락되지 않도록 기존 정보보호관리체계의 모든 통제영역을 포함하고 있다. 또 온라인 셀프환경에 따른 서비스 이용을 지원하고 서비스 계약, 제공자 사업현황을 포함하는 서비스 보안관리를 추가하여 설계한다.

Mobile service is highly becoming in the limelight on information society by offering infringement problem about individual privacy or information by political and scientific interest This study is focusing on primary LBS application Mobile service that emphasize position confirmation, especially, looking for friends. 비생산적 활동이며 제조의 보조 활동으로 인식되었던 서비스가 '서비스' 자체로 고객의 수요를 이끌어내는 동력이 되면서 서비스 활동의 저변이 확대되고 서비스가 빠르게 진화하고 있다. 서비스시스템을 이해하기 위해 서비스 개념의 변화를 살펴보는 것은 중요하다. 서비스 시스템 자체가 서비스 개념을 기반으로 한 순환적 성격을 띠고 있으므로, 서비스 개념의 진화에 따라 서비스 시스템이 어떻게 변화하고 있는지를 살펴봄으로써 서비스를 '어떻게' 가치 있게 활용할 수 있는지 연구할 수 있기 때문이다. 관계를 구성하고 활용하는 능력은 서비스경제시대에 경영자에게 더욱 중요한 핵심 요인으로 꼽히고 있으나, 여전히 기업 경영자들의 관심은 내부적 역량에 초점이 맞추어져 있고, 외부자원(고객의 지식과 역량 등) 활용에 익숙하지 않은 실정이다. 이에 본 연구에서는 서비스 유형별 사례연구를 통해 서비스 관계 속에서 상호 작용하는 서비스 공급자-수요자들의 활동을 분석하고, 무형적 가치와 장기적 효과(Outcome)를 강조하는 신 서비스시스템모델을 구축하였다. 본 연구는 오늘날의 서비스경제시대에 맞는 고객의 역할을 재조명하고, 기업의 경영 성과를 위해 신 서비스 모델이 적극 활용될 수 있는 가치가 있다.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance of Housing Service Centers in terms of a new attempt made by NGOs and to then determine the implication of collaboration with lower level local governments in a housing welfare delivery system. The evaluation of the performance of the Housing Service Centers focused on three aspects: the performance outcomes for three years, comparative advantages to lower level local governments, and the vulnerability as an NGO. As a result of evaluating the outcome of Housing Service Centers and comparative advantages of Housing Service Centers to the local government, it is expected that a more effective housing welfare delivery system is able to be constructed when Housing Service Centers and lower level local governments collaborate. However, fiscal vulnerability of Housing Service Centers as NGO's will restrict the sustainability of the collaboration of both organizations. Therefore, as a conclusion, this study proposed that the governments should make use of Housing Service Centers as a public policy agency and projects should be based on a contract.

본 연구는 비대면 교육서비스 품질 구성요소인 시스템 편리성, 시스템품질, 상호작용성이 학생이 지각하는 교육서비스 가치와 학습몰입과 전공만족도에 영향을 미치는 영향을 분석하고자 하였다. 본 연구를 통해 다음과 같은 연구결과를 도출할 수 있었다. 첫째, 비대면 교육서비스품질의 구성요소인 시스템편리성, 시스템품질, 상호작용성의 3가지 요인이 교육서비스가치에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 둘째, 비대면 교육서비스품질의 구성요소인 시스템편리성, 시스템품질, 상호작용성의 3가지 요인중에서 시스템품질과 상호작용성은 학습몰입에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 비대면 교육서비스 가치가 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 교육서비스가치는 전공만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 넷째, 학습몰입이 전공만족도에 미치는 영향을 분석한 결과, 학습몰입은 전공만족도에 통계적으로 유의한 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 나타났다.
