This thesis aims to analyzing the fact that how the Korean troops Intranet impacts on military service satisfaction to give something back to the community by doing time management, mental and physical health care of human resources who are in an army life in their 20's. This is full of suggestions as efficient operation of military service at the national and personal level. Also, this is able to be a guideline that provides useful information about self-discipline to new generation soldiers. This study regards it as meaningful to analyze causes that how the Korean troops Intranet impacts on military service satisfaction and provide information for effective utilization to new generation soldiers in their 20's consisted of the Internet generation at a military organization level. In conclusion, the Intranet has proved as important causes and tools that influence job satisfaction effectively. Also, the fact that the Intranet used in military organization should be developed to be useful to achieve their goal not to simple work or a means of transmission has came up.

Network virtualization refers to a technology creating independent virtual network environment on a physical network. Network virtualization technology can share the physical network resources to reduce the cost of establishing the network for each user and enables the network administrator to dynamically change the network configuration according to the purpose. Although the network management can be handled dynamically, the management is manual, and it does not maximize the profit of network virtualization. In this paper, we propose Machine-Learning technology to allow the network to learn by itself and manage its management dynamically. The proposed approach is to dynamically allocate appropriate resources by predicting resource demand of VNF in service function chaining, which is a core and essential problem in virtual network management. Our goal is to predict the resource demand of the VNF and dynamically allocate the appropriate resources to reduce the cost of network operation while preventing service interruption.

The service industry needs face-to-face customer service, which suggests the need for education training for workers. In other words, it is meaningful to look at whether education training for workers has a positive impact on the organization's performance. The success through education training will be due to the combined role of various factors. In this regard, the study focuses on how the attitude of workers in education training can play a role rather than just verifying the effectiveness of education training alone. As a result of the study, it was found that an employee's attitude toward education training, which was considered necessary to produce more effective results, was a regulator to further improve the educational satisfaction of training. After all, the more positive workers are about education training, the better workers' job performance can be. Therefore, promoting employee's education attitude before education training needs to be a priority, and further studies may call for more in-depth examination of the role of education training attitude.

The purpose of this study is to examine how perceived service quality, value congruence influences uncertainty avoidance, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, and in turn, provides insight for Korean banks when they penetrate into the Chinese marketplace. In so doing, this study conducts a survey on participants who are using banking services in the Changchun, Jinan, Guangzhou of Jilin Province, Shandong Province and Guangdong Province. The findings are as followed. First, Uncertainty avoidance plays an important mediating role in the relationship between perceived service quality and customer satisfaction, between value congruence and customer satisfaction. Uncertainty avoidance has a direct effect on customer satisfaction, but is significantly negative. Second, value congruence has a direct effect on uncertainty avoidance, but is significantly negative. Third, customer satisfaction has a direct effect on attitudinal loyalty and behavioral loyalty.

REM sleep behavior disorder is parasomnia characterized by unpleasant dreams and dream-enactment behaviors associated with excessive electromyography activity in REM sleep. This may appear idiopathic or secondary to other neurological or medical conditions. REM sleep behavior disorder, which appears to be idiopathic, most often implies the possibility of later neurodegenerative diseases due to synucleinopathy, so accurate diagnosis is important in predicting prognosis. For the diagnosis of REM sleep behavioral disorder, REM sleep without atonia, which appears in the polysomnography, is essential. Obstructive sleep apnea, trauma-related sleep disorders, and vigorous periodic leg movements during sleep are known as diseases that show dream enactment behavior in elderly patients. This Study will focus the fact that large portion of inpatient treatment cost might incurred in nursing hospital and consider whether policy of allowing inpatient treatment is appropriate or not. Finally This study will suggest alternative way to make improvement based on cases from other countries. This study use data published by Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service. & National Health Insurance Service which is very reliable. This Study found biggest medical spending in allowance of medical care is inpatient treatment cost and large portion of inpatient treatment cost might incurred in nursing hospital. This Study found policy of allowing patient to get inpatient treatment is not clearly determinded. Therefore patient who don't actullay need medical service enter and stay in nursing hospital. Their inpatient treatment cost is paid by allowance of medical care and this cost is unnescessary medical cost. This study suggest policy of allowing patient need to be clear. Government should mandate nursing hospital to check whether patient's condition is appropriate to enter and stay in nursing hospital. This study suggest way to reduce unnecessary inpatient treatment cost incurred in nursing hospital

Graphical Processing Units(GPUs) achieve high performance undertaking from relatively uniformed computation in parallel. The technology related to General Purpose GPU(GPGPU) has been enhanced, which provides concurrent kernel execution of multi and diverse applications at the same time, but it is still limited to support resource sharing or planning. NVIDIA recently introduces Multi-Process Service(MPS), which allows kernels from different applications can be execute concurrently. However, the strength of MPS comes along with the characteristics of applications and the order of their execution. This paper shows the performance analysis of diverse scientific applications in real world. Based on the analysis, we prove that it is important to the identify characteristics of co-run applications, and to schedule multiple applications via profiling to maximize MPS functionality.

As the video streaming service are supported by various devices, the amount of usage increases and efforts to improve the service from the viewpoint of users have continued. When a user watches a video, a response time occurs from input to playback, and if this response time becomes longer, the user's service satisfaction decreases. In this paper, we are proposing a method prefetching each user's preference video data obtained by analyzing user's past history record to the device for reducing the response time. We will show the result that prefetching data can improve the response time to 41% at most. And we analyzed real-video streaming viewing record and got each user's preferred video list. We investigated the change of response time according to a hit-ratio and amount of overhead data that was prefetched to the device, but not viewed. It was shown that as the hit-ratio grows bigger, the improvement of response time becomes more effective.

The use of service robots, particularly guide robots, is becoming increasingly prevalent in public institutions. However, there has been limited research into the interactions between users and guide robots. To explore the customer experience with the guidance robot, we selected 'QI', which has been meeting customers for the longest time, and collected all reviews since the service was launched in public institutions. By using text mining techniques, we identified the main keywords and user experience factors and examined factors that hinder user experience. As a result, the guide robot's functionality, appearance, interaction methods, and role as a cultural commentator and helper were key factors that influenced the user experience. After identifying hindrance factors, we suggested solutions such as improved interaction design, multimodal interface service design, and content development. This study contributes to the understanding of user experience with guide robots and provides practical suggestions for improvement.

Osteochondroma is a common benign bone tumor, but relatively rare in the spine. Spinal osteochondroma originates mainly from the posterior column and sometimes invades the spinal canal causing cord compression and myelopathy. A 36-year-old man was admitted to the authors' institution with a two-year history of neck pain. A radiology examination revealed osteochondroma, arising from the left superior articular process of the T1 vertebra with significant central canal narrowing. Most cases of the spinal osteochondroma originate in the cervical vertebra, but there are few reports of an origin of the cervicothoracic junction. This paper reports a case of osteochondroma at the cervicothoracic junction with a review of the relevant literature.
