Product recommendation services that have been researched recently are only recommended through the customer's product purchase history. In this paper, we propose the digital signage service through customers' behavior pattern analysis that is recommending through not only purchase history, but also behavior pattern that customers take when choosing products. This service analyzes customer behavior patterns and extracts interests about products that are of practical interest. The service is learning extracted interest rate and customers' purchase history through the Wide & Deep model. Based on this learning method, the sparse vector of other products is predicted through the MF(Matrix Factorization). After derive the ranking of predicted product interest rate, this service uses the indoor signage that can interact with customers to expose the suitable advertisements. Through this proposed service, not only online, but also in an offline environment, it would be possible to grasp customers' interest information. Also, it will create a satisfactory purchasing environment by providing suitable advertisements to customers, not advertisements that advertisers randomly expose.

Recently, way of Electronic Commerce is changing with increment of Internet users. In the previous way of commerce, users used to search for information by themselves. However, for user's convience, it can be done for users from one site. Mobile in order to provide users with such service. By the mobile agent-based Electronic Commerce system, users can get information from one site, and service companies can provide various and useful information to users. This is very important for construction of reliable Electronic Commerce environment, However, in generally used mobile agent-based platforms, the user should know URL information. and it is based on search engines. And as user's requirement levels become higher, they want to be provided with integrated and summarized service. In this paper, we implement product-trading system by applying mobile agent concept in order to satisfy user's requirement of getting required information from one site with minimal mouse click. For implementing the product trading system, E-speak, which is a platform for E-Service, is used And contents are saved as XML documents and data are shared based on these documents.
The purpose of the study was to divide social commerce websites' information into components of product, price, service, and seller information, and to systematically analyze each component of information. A content analysis was used as a research methodology, and 100 webpages from social commerce websites were analyzed. As results, the social commerce websites provided basic information (front view, fabric contents, country of origin, care, color, size) for product information and emphasized price information, including discount rates, sales dues, product quantity, and the amount of products sold. They basically provided expected delivery date, delivery company, Q&A, and return/refund service for service information. In addition, they basically presented brand logo and brand name but need to add information about brand concepts, history and volume as seller information. This study suggested diverse theoretical and practical implications of social commerce information.

U-AD using Mobile RAD detail shows product information by cell phone, user exactly knows desire product and looks forward purchasing efficiently. Also advertiser benefit from U-AD using Mobile RFID since advertises effects of product sufficiently are increased. And then it expands demand on product.

In order to screen out indicators for the discrimination of ginseng habitat, some physical and chemical characteristics of Korean red ginsengs (94 kinds) and Chinese red ginsengs (50 kinds) were analyzed by using a rheometer, an electronic nose system, a combined technique of solid phase micro-extraction (SPME) and gas chromatograph equipped with an electron capture detector (GC/ECD), an X-ray fluorescence spectrometer (XRF), an inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometer (ICP/MS), a near infrared spectrometer (NIRs) and high performance liquid chromatography equipped with evaporative light scattering detector (HPLC/ELSD). The results are summarized as follows: (i) The rhizome strengths of Korean red ginsengs were significantly higher than those of Chinese red ginsengs. (ii) The electronic nose patterns of Korean red ginsengs were significantly different from those of Chinese red ginsengs. (iii) Some unidentified peaks were detected not in the headspace of Korean red ginsengs but in the headspace of Chinese red ginsengs when the headspace volatiles prepared by the SPME technique were analyzed by GC/ECD. (iv) Either the content ratios of K to Ca or Mn to Fe were significantly different between Korean red ginsengs and Chinese red ginsengs. (v) The reflectance ratios of NIRs wavenumbers such as $904\;cm^{-1}\;to\;1088\;cm^{-1}$ for Korean red ginsengs were significantly different from those for Chinese red ginsengs. (vi) The content ratios of ginsenoside-Rg to ginsenoside-Re of Korean red ginsengs were significantly higher than those of Chinese red ginsengs. These results indicate that the rhizome strength, the electronic nose pattern, the occurrence of ECD-sensitive headspace volatile components, the content ratios of K to Ca and Mn to Fe, the NIRs pattern and the content ratio of ginsenoside-Rg to -Re may be indicators for the discrimination of ginseng habitat.
Purpose: The main purpose of this study is to develop assessment measures for the quality of service for dental labs. Methods: In order to construct the measure of service quality assessment for dental labs, relevant modifications were extracted around theoretical studies, and the survey was conducted on dental technician workers through internet survey. final scale questions were extracted through exploratory factor analysis and confirmed factor analysis of measurement variables, the demographic characteristics of the subjects and the perceptual difference of dental labs were analyzed for the extracted variables. Results: The final five variants of the interactive factor analysis that include the ability to change employee growth, reliability, responsiveness, materiality, interoperability, confirmatory factor analysis excludes variations in employee growth wages, welfare benefits, by changing its name to network capabilities, the quality of service factors for the final dental labs consisted of five variations: network competence, reliability, responsiveness, materiality and interoperability. Conclusion : The service quality of the dental labs showed that the reliability of the product related to the dental materials and the product production responsiveness related to the production order, the Materiality of the materials and equipment of the dental labs, the Interoperability responsiveness related to dental orders, And the importance of network capability to form a mutual network.

This study attempts to understand how the perception of service quality as well as shopping motives influence on the emotional responses in store shopping, and to examine how these relevant variables influence on the store satisfaction. The 463 questionnaires were collected from the purchasers in department stores, fashion specialty stores, and national brand franchise stores. The results of this study are as fellows: 1. In regard to shopping motives, two dimensions of product motive and experiential motive were identified, explaining 47.39% of shopping motives. 2. In regard to emotional response, two dimensions of pleasure emotion and displeasure emotion were identified, explaining 65.95% of emotional responses. 3. Shopping motives led to the store satisfaction after the perception of service quality and then the experience of pleasure emotion. These related variables explained 60% of the store satisfaction. 4. The consumers of fashion specialty store showed the highest product motive, whereas the consumers of department stores showed the highest displeasure emotion in the store. As the results showed, customers' shopping motives influence their perception of service quality and pleasure emotion. Therefore, in order to stimulate shopping motives, the store environment that can give customers pleasure and opportunity to pursue various experiences should be provided. As the service quality is a very important variable that leads pleasure emotion in the store, sales persons should be trained to satisfy customers.
This study introduced the components of apparel store, which include product and service factor to reflect the modified conception of service. The purposes of this study were to investigate the dimensions of the components of apparel store and to examine consumers' rating of importance on the components of apparel store. In addition, this study explored the effect of clothing involvement and demographic variables on importance perception. Data were collected via a questionnaire from young adult females in their twenties. The results of this study revealed five dimensions of service factor: environmental service, salesperson service, attitude and policy service related to exchange and refund, policy service related to promotion, and policy service related to convenience. Factors related to product were identified price, quality, variety, fashion, design and brand. Attitude and policy service related to exchange and refund is the most important factor that consumer perceived. Salesperson service and product quality were the second important factors. The relatively important factor in each service dimension was this : display in the environmental service, the ability of salesperson to resolve customer's complaints in the salesperson service, sales person’s courtesy in managing exchange or refund in policy service. Clothing involvement and demographic variables do affect consumers’perception on importance.
Purpose - The purpose of this study was to propose a specific and empirical continuous transaction strategy through service quality of improvement to small and medium Korean companies whose main business is B2B distribution and sale of general-purpose SW. Research design, data, and methodology - The research procedure is largely divided into two phases. In the first phase, the service quality, the customer satisfaction, and the continuous transaction research hypothesis and the verification are carried out. Experimental data were collected from 450 companies, CEO companies of SMEs innovation institutes, and 510 companies from medium and large enterprises. From September 15 to October 5, 2015, 215 questionnaires were used. And research hypothesis and test were conducted by SPSS SW Ver. 20. Results - The results of the study confirm that service quality has a positive effect on customer satisfaction and continuous transaction: as the detailed items for improving the service quality, 'responsiveness', 'assurance' and 'empathy' have been adopted. Therefore, there are critical factors of a company's survival through continuous transaction. Conclusions - Through this study, we confirmed that the survival of small businesses require continuous improvement in service quality. Among the factors improving service quality, empathy means service satisfaction of customers; so, it is necessary to continuously improve it by evaluating customer satisfaction. Responsiveness means rapid response to customer needs and reliability; it is necessary to enhance customer responsiveness by continuous job training and service training. Finally, assurance is the same as sales product or after service. This means that it is necessary to not only issue the "supply contract," but also improve the reliability of the sales product by securing the competence of the consulting professional. However, because the service quality measurement factors selected in this study are the measurement factors that are mainly applied to large companies or those in the service industries, it is important to consider the type of sales of software distribution companies.
Most published work on product quality focuses on manufactured goods. The subject of service quality has received less attention. This distinction is important because some of the quality-improving strategies avaliable to manufacturers may be inappropriate for service firms. Services are performances, not objects. They are often produced in the presence of the customer, as in the cause of hotel restaurant services, quality occurs during service delivery, usually in an interaction between the customer and contact personnel of service firm. for this reason, service quality is highly dependent on the performance of employees, an organizational resource that cannot be controlled to the degree that components of tangible goods can be engineered. The study has begun as a basic study for customer satisfaction-oriented management in understanding the service quality of food & beverage products and through a systematic analysis of it. The major purpose of the study was to examine the relationship of the customer satisfaction and service quality in consideration of reliability, empathy, responsiveness, tangibility and assurance. An empirical research was conducted based on the previous theoretical studies. 286 customer at first class hotels in Seoul were selected as samples of this study. The time period of research was from February through March 1999, and answers were processed by SAS to yield frequency analysis, multivariate statistical analysis and regression analysis. The finding of the statistical treatment are frequencies, factor analysis, multiple regression analysis, path analysis. SERVQUAL method was used the service quality evaluation methods. After factor analysis, it was resulted to 3 factors. those were factor 1(assurance.empathy.responsiveness), factor 2(reliability), factor 3(tangibility). The findings of the statistical treatment are as follows. First, the attribute measurement of performance service quality was affected by customer satisfaction. Second, the attribute measurement of performance service qualify was affected by repurchase intention. Third, The attribute measurement of performance customer satisfaction was affected by repurchase intention. The result of study model was followed, service quality was affected repurchase intention than customer satisfaction. indirected effect through, service duality and customer satisfaction was affected repurchase intention.
