Data were collected through a self-administered questionnaire survey from 503 netizen through internet by using the server of ECMiner Research Company. Data were analyzed by factor analysis, one-way ANOVA and Duncan's multiple range test. Regarding the satisfaction/dissatisfaction with internet shopping mall, 5 factors were found. Netizens wee divided into 3 groups based on purchase experiences: the less-purchased(1-6 times) the more-purchased(above 7 times) and the not-purchased. The respondents tended to be dissatisfied with the 5 factors. The more they purchased experiences through internet, the more satisfied they were with convenience of shopping and after-sales service factors. Gender and age were the factors influencing the most on the satisfaction/dissatisfaction with the internet shopping malls for the not-purchased. However, for the groups with purchase experiences, experiences, evaluative criteria for selecting shopping malls, the number of hours using internet per week, and the extent of experiences of using internet were the main variables.

Data collection using a questionnaire with a period between January - June 2019. Data analysis use PLS. The stages of testing the results of analysis go through several stages: the first stage, analysis of variable descriptions, the goodness of fit model (AVE, CR, Cronbach Alpha, R2) and hypothesis test. Results and Findings - From the fifteen hypothesis by direct and indirect effect state six hypothesis are rejected and eleven hypothesis are accepted. Overall, the concepts of Resource Based View theory (RBV) and Structure-Conduct- Performance theory (SCP) also provide a strategic picture for businessmen related to product innovation and service innovation and the urgency of regeneration in order to maintain the continuity of superior products in the future.

  • In order to know the residual pattern of pesticides and predict to the degradation period until below MRL we experimented procymidone and chlorothalonil for grape which were the most detected pesticide in grape by NAQS(National Agricultural product Quality management Service) survey. In this experiment we sprayed those pesticides 10 days before harvest and analyzed 0, 1, 2, 3, 5, 7, 10 day sample to establish logical equation and to calculate $DT_{50}$. Also the same day samples stored at $4^{\circ}C$ and $20^{\circ}C$, which were compared their degradation patterns. During the cultivating period, the residue amount of procymidone was changed from 1.85 mg/kg (0 day) to 0.33 mg/kg (10 day), $DT_{50}$ was 3.5 days, and chlorothalonil was changed from 5.5 mg/kg (0 day) to 3.49 mg/kg (10 day), $DT_{50}$ was 4.4 days. During the storage period, $DT_{50}$ of procymidone and chlorothalonil at $4^{\circ}C$ were 10.5 and 7.6 days, and 6.3 and 6.1 days at $20^{\circ}C$, respectively.

  • Plants have developed a sophisticated battery of defence responses to protect themselves against attempted pathogen ingress. Manipulation of these defence mechanisms may provide significant opportunities for crop improvement. While plant resistance genes have had a long service history in plant breeding, they possess significant limitations. Recent advances are now providing significant insights into strategies designed to increase the field durability of this class of genes. Hypersensitive cell death is a common feature underlying the deployment of plant defence responses against biographic pathogens. In contrast, necrotrophic pathogens actively kill plant cells. Recently, transgenic plants have been developed that either promote or suppress cell death, providing resistance against either biotrophic or necrotrophic pathogens respectively. Methyl-jasmonate is a key signalling molecule in the establishment of resistance against some fungal pathogens. Increasing the concentration of this molecule in plant cells has been shown to increase resistance against Botrytis cineria, without significantly imparting plant growth or development. Due to the multifarious infection strategies employed by plant pathogens, how-ever, it is unlikely a single commercial product will prove a panacea for global disease control. Future stategies will more likely entail an integrated disease management approach.

  • The purpose of this paper is to derive the categories of negative e-WOM (electronic word of mouth) via consumer review. Disclosing the details of negative e-WOM based consumer reviews has never been done before. For this reason, a content analysis was adopted to provide knowledge and understanding of the phenomenon. This paper analyzes the content of 630 consumer reviews posted on the open market internet site, www.auction.co.kr. The analysis was conducted from October 20th, 2008 to March 10th, 2009. The results indicated that the negative e-WOM based consumer reviews can be divided into two categories: the cognitive evaluation and the expression of consumer's emotion. The category of cognitive evaluation is consisted of negative e-WOM of product, negative e-WOM of service, and warning about the risk of purchasing products. The category of expressing consumers' emotion are composed of venting customers' dissatisfaction and passive response of dissatisfaction. Investigating the details of negative e-WOM has a number of implications. Most importantly, the results revealed multidimensional structure of negative e-WOM. This understanding of negative e-WOM communication allows marketers to improve products and services that better meet customers' current and future needs.

  • The objective of this study was to propose motivation for the analysis of consumer's purchasing behavior and willingness to pay for the new soymilk products in cooperative stores. We surveyed the purchasing behavior, willingness to purchase, willingness to pay, and impact factors on willingness to pay. The results indicated that most consumers drank soymilk more than once per week. The reasons for consuming soymilk were health, nutrition, and taste, in order. When purchasing soymilk, consumers considered environment-friendly, quality, country of origin, brand, and price, consecutively. Taste was also an essential quality factor. Thus, consumers showed some willingness to purchase new soymilk products. In addition, cooperative members considered environmental characteristics of raw material and improvement of preference for final product as more important than functionality or food additives. Differentiation of process and marketing strategies are required for the development of soymilk products for cooperative members.
