물류센터 관리자의 전문직정체성이 서비스지향성과 직무열의에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effect of the Professional Identity of the Manager of Logistics Center on Service Orientation and Work Engagement)

  • Despite the growing importance of the logistics industry, it has been socially recognized as a 3D job and is perceived as a field of lower professional identity since the workers themselves think that they are engaged in a less important job. According to the related researches, it shows that professional identity affects the quality of service to customers, and applying it to the workers who are engaged in the logistics industry should be a meaningful subject of research. Therefore, this study intends to look into the impact of professional identity by managers in logistics centers on their service orientation and job engagement. To this end, this study surveyed managers in logistics centers across the country and conducted exploratory factor analysis, confirmatory factor analysis, and path analysis through structural equation models. The results of this study are summarized as follows. First, among the sub-factors of professional identity, recognition of professionalism did not have a significant effect on service orientation and job engagement, while acquisition recognition and range cognition had significant effects on it. Second, service orientation had a significant effect on job engagement. It believes that this study suggested implications for educational institutions and logistics companies that develop human resources of logistics in the aspect of that it presented the importance of developing human resources of logistics as well as the directivity to where the working environment such as the autonomy in their works and the extension of their authority should take their way.

대학도서관 서비스 품질의 측정 (Measuring Service Quality in Academic Libraries)

  • The purpose of this research is to evaluate the service quality measure and service quality level between one sample library and the other. Most typically, service quality is defined in terms of reducing the gap between customer expectations and the actual service provided. This research also focuses on gap reduction. Service quality concept was originally discussed in a commercial environment and may require some adaptation to the non-commercial environment of the academic library. A revised service quality measure that developed by P. J. Calvert and P. Hernon(1996) was used for this research. Results showed that service quality measure of this research was reliable(99 service quality items scale's Cronbach Alpha coefficient was 0.983) and was validated by correlation and factor analysis. Therefore service quality measure of this research will be applied positively for academic libraries. And this research showed that the service quality level of sample academic library was inferior to that of the others. The service quality of sample academic library should be improved to meet the customer's needs and expectations immediately.

서울.경기지역 일식체인 레스토랑의 선택속성에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Customer's Selection Attributes for Japanese Chain Restaurants in Seoul.Kyunggi Area)

  • The specific purposes of this study are that ; 1) to investigate the distinguished selection attributes on performance of Japanese chain restaurant according to general characteristics of the respondent ; 2) to find out relationships between selection attributes on performance for Japanese restaurant and customer's satisfaction Frequency analysis. one-way ANOVA, reliability analysis, factor analysis, multiple regression were used to analyze the data. Total 350 questionnaires were distributed and 312 were replied(89.14%). Selection attributes on performance for Japanese chain restaurant was divided into 7 factors. There are Factor1 'Store Image & Kindness', Factor2 'Sanitation & Taste', Factor3 'Approximation & Children's Menu', Factor4 'Delivery & Business Hours', Factor5 'Food Quantity & Korean Food', Factor6 'Service & Parking' Factor7 'Price & Publicity'. Monthly income, eating-out expense per once and type of companion have significant influences on selection attributes for performance. Customer's total satisfaction is significantly affected by selection attributes on performance. Factor7 'Price & Publicity' has the most significant influence on customer's satisfaction. We expect that the results can be used to provide basic information to plan marketing strategies, and take improved customer's satisfaction for Japanese chain restaurants.

인터넷 쇼핑몰의 성공요인 탐색에 관한 연구 (Search for Successful Factors in Accessing Internet Shopping Sites)

  • 본 논문은 고객들이 인터넷 쇼핑몰을 이용함에 있어서 가장 중요시 하는 요인이 무엇인지를 탐색하는 것이었다. 중요요인은 요인분석을 이용하여 도출하였으며, 도출된 중요 요인인 주문속성, 상품속성, 배송속성을 대상으로 하여 AHP 분석을 실시하였다. 분석결과 상품속성이 가장 중요한 요인으로 작용하는 것으로 나타났으며, 상품속성 중에서 가장 중요하게 인식되고 있는 세부 요인들은 사후서비스로서 여기에는 반품 및 환불보장, 반품 및 교환허용 등의 순서로 나타났다. 그리고 그 다음의 중요 요인으로는 인센티브의 제공이었으며, 여기에는 할인쿠폰 제공, 포인트 적립제도 등의 세부요인이 중요하게 작용하는 것으로 분석되었다.

Empirical Comparison of Measurement Methods for Educational Service Quality

  • Nowadays almost all universities are endeavoring to improve the quality of education offered. The quality of education that is provided should be measured beforehand. This study examined three methods, SERVQUAL, SERVPERF and Lee and Yun(2004)'s method of measuring service quality: SERVQUAL, SERVPERF are well known and the most commonly used measurement of the quality of education offered and the Lee and Yun(2004)'s method measures service quality using fuzzy numbers. As a result of this research, SERVQUAL was proven to be the most efficient method to measure the quality of education offered. Even though, more actual analysis related to this study should be followed, the research is meaningful in a way that it provided clues and reasons for the study.

  • The purpose of this study was to identify convention service attribute that affecting participants' satisfaction and intention-to behavior. theory and existing literature related convention service are reviewed. Based on the literature review, the measurement scale was developed and used for collecting the data. A total of 171 useful sample was collected and utilized for the study. factor analysis, regression analysis, cluster analysis, and ANOVA were operated in SPSS. Three convention service factors were identified. It was found that these three factors affected participants' convention satisfaction and intention-to-behavior. Theoretical and managerial implications were discussed.

  • Quality is recognized as one of the key components of business strategies. In this respect, this study aims to investigate quality factors that influence customer satisfaction and loyalty in Korean Tofu restaurants and promote the quality improvement in their service operations. The experimental data were collected from the questionnaire answered by 130 customers in Seoul and Kyonggi area. They were statistically analyzed using SPSS Win.12.0. For statistical analysis, frequency, factor analysis, reliability analysis, and regression analyses were conducted. The results of the analyses show that two dimensions such as "empathy" and "IT use" influence the satisfaction of customers. "Empathy", "tangibles", "well-being food", and "customer satisfaction" were identified as critical factors influencing the loyalty of customers.

  • A key factor of competitiveness of a firm is technology innovation including product and process innovation. This paper explores the importance and performance of innovation in IT industry across manufacturing and service business. Using importance-performance analysis based on a survey of Korean manufacturing and service firms, we find the characteristics of innovation in IT under the context of industry difference. Out study indicate that Korean IT firms need to recognize the importance of technology innovation and enhance the performance in some areas. In future research, we will expand the boundary of innovation into non-technology innovation as well as service-specific innovation.

  • Purpose The purpose of this study is to examine the variables affecting user satisfaction through previous studies and to examine the differences between apps. Differences are based on factors that determine the quality of real estate service apps and derived by the topic modeling results. Design/methodology/approach This study conducts topic modeling to find factors affecting user satisfaction of real estate service apps using user reviews. Sentiment analysis is additionally conduct on the derived topics to examine the user responses. Findings Users give high sentiment scores for services that can manage factors such as usefulness of information, false sales, and hype. In addition, managing the basic services of app is an important factor influencing user satisfaction.

  • The analysis result regarding the influence where the enterprise culture goes mad to a duty satisfaction with afterwards is same. First. The enterprise culture factor who causes an effect in the duty form factor or duty satisfaction clearness or example by leadership and belief, duty affirmation appeared with the factor. Fifth. The enterprise culture factor who causes an effect in the service environment factor of duty satisfaction appeared with the all feeling factor of system. Conclusion the enterprise culture appeared with the fact that it causes an effect duty satisfactorily.
