  • A company's sustainable growth is a very important goal, and for this purpose, the company's business model is changing into a convergence of products and services. The purpose of PS-Offering is to maintain a long-term relationship with customers, and customer experience management is necessary for this. This study presents a service design methodology that can support customer experience management of the PS-Offering business model. The experience management portfolio analysis methodology consists of four steps: 1. Deriving service encounter through customer journey maps; 2. Identify the service structure of each service encounter in three forms (FFC, FSC, FSE). 3. Analyze the customer's emotional variables, that is, customer experience, at each service encounter, Finally, 4. After plotting the level of customer experience at the service encounter, the analysis is conducted with a customer experience management portfolio that seeks future strategic plans for this. The methodology presented in this study will help in the service design of the service encounter unit centered on customer experience. And it will improve the financial performance of the company by raising the service level of the business model.

Assessing the Effects of Service Quality, Experience Value, Relationship Quality on Behavioral Intentions

  • The study aims to examine the relationships between service quality, experience value, relationship quality and behavior intentions. Validated measurements were identified from a literature review. The total of 309 valid respondents were used in this research. The measurement model and the conceptual model depicting hypothesized relationships were evaluated based on the 309 responses using confirmatory factor analysis and a structural equation modeling, accordingly. In addition, this study systematized the concepts, defined and tested the component scales of the relationship model between service quality, experience value, relationship quality and behavior intentions from the collected data, which helps to adequately identify the relationship between the factors in the model as well as the impact. The findings confirm that service quality influences experience values, relationship quality and purchase intention. Service quality, experience value, relationship quality and behavior intentions altogether are not well understood in current literature despite the important implication for managers, academicians and consumers alike. Contributes to a better fit between relationship marketing models and managerial practice in business markets. This study provides managerial implications regarding service quality and experience value so that firms and marketers can consult and apply. Managers should not only focus on the improvement of service quality but overall strategic planning.

음악 스트리밍 서비스 사용자 경험 모델에 관한 실증 연구 (An Empirical Study on the User Experience Model of Music Streaming Service)

  • 음악 스트리밍 서비스는 음악 소비 과정에서 사용자와의 다양한 상호작용이 발생한다는 점에서 사용자 경험(User Experience: UX)에 대한 이해가 중요하다. 본 연구는 사용자 경험의 '구조'(Structure)를 분석한 선행연구, 음악 서비스 사용자가 중요하게 생각하는 '품질 특성'(Quality Characteristics)에 관한 선행연구를 토대로 음악 스트리밍 서비스의 사용자 경험 모델을 개발하고 그 타당성을 검증하였다. 음악 스트리밍 서비스 사용자를 대상으로 한 설문 데이터를 분석한 결과, 기능성(검색, 브라우징, 개인화된 추천), 유저 인터페이스 사용성, 콘텐츠 품질(현재성, 충분성, 관련성), 금전적 비용이 해당 서비스에 관한 사용자 경험 결과(사용자 만족)를 결정하는 주요 요인인 것으로 밝혀졌다. 또한, 국내 서비스들과 글로벌 서비스를 비교한 결과, 기능성과 콘텐츠 품질에 대해서 사용자 경험의 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 본 연구에서 제안한 음악 스트리밍 서비스 사용자 경험 모델은 관련 이론 기반 연구에 새로운 토대가 될 수 있으며, 실제 플랫폼들 간의 경쟁 구도 및 그들의 경쟁 전략에 대한 의미 있는 시사점을 제공한다.

  • Tourism has been widely regarded as a mentally and physically healthy pursuit. Emotional experience can increase the restoration effect of tourism. Thus, recent studies in tourism have paid more attention to the benefits of emotional experiences. This study provides and tests a model that examines the relationship emotional experience as mediating variable between perceived service quality and two outcomes (behavioral intention, subjective well-being). The results of a study with rural healing tourists provide support for the proposed model. Specifically, the results indicate that emotional experience partially mediate the relationship between perceived service quality and satisfaction. The results of this study suggest that emotional experience should be considered as important in rural healing tourism services. The study provides empirical validation that customers do, indeed, identify with service providers, and this, in-turn, provides positive consequences for both the service provider (i.e., behavioral intention) and the customer (i.e., subjective well-being).

교육 서비스 품질에 대한 소비자 인식의 차이에 관한 연구 -패션 관련 전공을 중심으로- (A Study on the Difference of Consumers' Recognition for Education Service Quality)

  • By using the formerly established SERVQUAL Model, measurement methods and determinant variables in the other papers for the Service Quality, this study first focuses to find out the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service, and second, to examine the difference consumers' evaluation between before-experience and after-experience of the educational service according to pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality. The results are derived as follows. 1. As a consequence of the simulation, the consumers distinctly tend to recognize importance of human concern and visual aspect after experience of educational service. 2. Between the group with more pre-recognition degree and less pre-recognition degree for the subjected educational service quality, have no difference.

  • Mobility as a Service: MaaS 는 지능형 교통시스템(Intelligent Transportation System)의 일종의 서비스구상으로, 이는 출행 체험을 개선하는 것을 목표로 하며, 하나의 플랫폼에 다양한 교통 출행 방식을 집약하고, 사용자가 한 번의 지불을 통해 도어 투 도어(Door-To-Door)를 사용할 수 있는 전 과정 출행 서비스이다. 그러나, 독립적인 MaaS 플랫폼은 사용자 유동량이 적고 유보율이 낮다는 문제를 직면하기 쉬우며, MaaS의 서비스 모델은 아직 교통시장에 진입할 결정적 논리를 찾지 못하고 있는 실정이다. 본 논문은 공유 자전거(bicycle-sharing)의 각도에서 출발하여, 공유 자전거에 MaaS 이념을 적용하여 새로운 출행 서비스를 구축함으로써, 공유 자전거의 서비스 모델을 최적화하고, MaaS의 부족한 점을 보완하는 것을 연구의 목표로 하였다. 공유 자전거와 MaaS 개념을 결합한 후, 비즈니스 모델, 출행 모델 및 서비스 아키텍처 방면의 혁신에 중점을 두고, 사용자의 MaaS-based bicycle-sharing서비스 모델에 대한 체험의 예상 결과에 대해 시험하였다. 연구 결과에 따르면, MaaS-based bicycle-sharing은 조합 교통 방식, 출행과 환승, 결제 지불 등의 방면에서 사용자에게 보다 융통성 있고 편리한 출행 경험을 제공하고, 수요에 따른 출행 서비스와 지속적인 교통을 가능하게 한다는 것을 알 수 있었다.

데이터마이닝을 이용한 융복합 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형 개발 (Development of a convergence inpatient medical service patient experience management model using data mining)

  • 본 연구는 환자중심성 의료문화 조성을 위한 의료기관 경영전략에 도움이 될 수 있는 융복합 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형을 개발하고자 하였다. '2018 의료서비스경험조사' 원시자료를 이용하여 만 15세 이상 입원 의료서비스 경험이 있는 593명을 분석하였다. 의사결정나무 모형을 활용하여 입원 의료서비스 경험에 대한 전반적 만족도와 환자 경험 추천 의사 예측모형을 개발하였으며 유형은 4개, 7개로 각각 분류되었다. 모형의 정확도는 68.9%, 78.3%였다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 전반적 만족도 결정요인은 간호사 영역과 병실 소음관리 영역이었으며 추천 의사 결정요인은 간호사 영역이었다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형을 제시하고 간호사 영역과 병실 소음관리 영역이 입원환자 경험에 중요한 요인임을 확인한 점이 의의가 있다. 입원 의료서비스 환자경험 관리모형의 일반화를 위한 추가 연구가 필요하다 생각된다.

Customer Acceptance of Self-service Technologies in Retail: A Case of Convenience Stores in China

  • This paper investigates how firms increase customer acceptance of self-service technologies in retail, and the impact of self-efficacy on customer experience, satisfaction, and loyalty. We conducted our empirical research by administering 308 questionnaires to customers of self-service convenience stores in China. We employed a structural equation model to analyze the relationship between service quality, revisit intention, and word of mouth. The results indicate that perceived service quality significantly influences customer satisfaction, with the service quality of self-service retail and experience value being important factors in consumer acceptance of self-service retail stores. Additionally, we investigated the relationship between customer experience value, satisfaction, and loyalty, and found that self-service retail stores exert a significant impact on perceived self-efficacy. Informed by the research on customer acceptance of self-service technologies in retail, promoting further development of self-service retail technologies can effectively aid companies in generating profit while offering more convenience to customers.

경험 메타버스 서비스에 있어 사용자의 선호도를 고려한 아바타 활용 방안 모색 (Searching for Ways to Utilize Avatars in Consideration of User Preferences in the Experience Metaverse Service)

  • Efforts to build metaverse platform services and expand profit structure are developing in a more realistic direction. The metaverse, which has been centered on 'creation and economy' and 'discovery', will evolve into an 'experience' metaverse, creating tangible business effects where satisfaction with the user experience leads directly to purchase. In this paper, the condition of the avatar used as a medium of economic activity between the metaverse platformer and the user and the business utilization plan were sought. In addition, a new 'metaverse business model' was proposed based on 'experience, discovery, creation and economy', and in particular, it was intended to lay the foundation for the experience metaverse to further develop in the form of 'business experience'. In addition, a survey was conducted on the 'application of metaverse service and avatar' targeting the MZ generation, the main customer base of the current metaverse service. In order to provide a service that satisfies the user, it was concluded that the appearance of the avatar needs to be changed according to the purpose and function. Accordingly, we propose an 'selective switch mode' that can change the avatar's appearance at the desired timing according to the 'experience' and 'purchase purpose' of each metaverse service area. In addition, by strategically utilizing the 'Digilog' psychology, we believe that it will be possible to promote the influx of new users while increasing the loyalty of existing users to the platform. Through the establishment of 'avatar purchase system' by 'selective switch mode' and 'avatar decorating system' by 'digilog' strategy, the experience metaverse, which has been focused on 'digital twin experience' so far, is As it develops into 'business experience', it is expected that the user experience can be further satisfied.

분장 체험을 활용한 테마파크 만족도, 충성도, 재방문의도에 관한 연구 - 에버랜드 중심으로 - (The satisfaction of the theme park using the makeup experience - In the center of Everland -)

  • The makeup experience service in a theme park was analyzed for the study on the makeup service using experiential marketing based on recent consumer experience. The results of the study showed that the utilization, marketing effect, and lifestyle in makeup service at the Experiential marketing are analyzed. In other words, according to the variables, the purpose of this study is to the effect on the satisfaction, loyalty, and Intent to revisit. In this study, in order to achieve this, literature research and Empirical study on the same time. In literature review, Theories and previous studies were considered which are about experience marketing, lifestyle, makeup service, loyalty, satisfaction, and the intent to revisit. Then, a research model and a hypothesis were established. In empirical study, Based on this, it was applied to the makeup service in a theme park and verified through analysis methods such as frequency analysis, reliability verification, factor analysis, and structural equation modeling. The results showed that experience marketing and lifestyle had a significant influence on satisfaction, loyalty, and return visit intention. Based on this research, the makeup service using experience marketing would be hopefully more practical as a typical culture content marketing.
