Cloud computing refers to borrow IT resources as needed by leveraging Internet technology and pay as much as you used by supporting real-time scalability depending on the service load. Virtualization which is the main technology of cloud computing is a technology that server, storage and hardware are regarded as not separate system but one system area and are allocated as needed. However, the security mechanisms provided by virtualized environments are difficult to cope with the traditional security mechanisms, having basic levels of visibility, control and audit function, on which the server is designed to monitor the traffic between the servers. In this paper, the security vulnerabilities of virtualization are analysed in the cloud computing environment and cloud virtualization security recommendations are proposed.

This study sought to explore the relationships between health behavior, oral health behavior and community periodontal index away the adult in korea. The date of 'The fifth korean national health and nutrition examination survey 2010' was analyzed for this study. The questionnaire was measured regarding health behavior, oral health behavior, community periodontal index and socio-economic characteristics. For statistical analysis, the SPSS 19.0 for Windows was used. We determined frequencies, percentage and determining statistical significance using multiple regression analysis. General characteristics showed differences in community periodontal index associated with residence, gender, age, income level, education, division of basic livelihood security. Health behavior showed differences in community periodontal index associated with smoking, AUDIT. Oral health behaviors showed differences in community periodontal index associated with dental care treatment, utilization of dental hospitals, dental check up, tooth brushing, use oral health supplies. In conclusion, in order to reduce community periodontal index of the adult, the importance and needs of periodontal status should be emphasized. periodontal status related education and program for the adult should be operated.

An electronic watt-hour meter with high-precision measurement technology can provide many valuable metering data of a real-time system measurements, such as per-phase voltage, ampere, active power, reactive power, apparent power, power factor, and system frequency. Also many of accumulated metering data such as active energy, reactive energy, apparent energy, and load profile can be gettable from an electronic watt-hour meter[1]. This paper presents an approach of the small-sized AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) that provides customers with a very valuable electrical service. This AMR service transmits lots of a valuable metering data by using ZigBee communication module, so that users resided in their premises can use the information to audit a power quality and improve their electrical conditions by using the PQ monitoring device equipped with ZigBee receiver. This PQ monitoring device shows metering data on LCD and transmits to the PC through an internal network. Also, the device can keep the valuable meter data into a built-in non-volatile memory. The final goal of this paper is to better understand the power quality of electrical systems and offer the power qualify information for the convenience of all power consumers.

The controls of Information Systems (IS) have been an more critical issue controls as the sophistication and integration of IS is more proceeded. ITGI (The Information Technology Governance Institute) of ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control Association) has suggested COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and related Technology) and this has been widely recognized the evaluation model of IS controls. In COBIT, IS was evaluated in terms of process, information quality, and IT resources. This study used COBIT in order to suggest and empirically test an evaluation model of IS service. The data was collated from one major Chinese SI (Systems Integration) company in four domains of processes : planning and organization, acquisition and implementation, delivery and support, and monitoring. Seven factors are extracted using an exploratory factor analysis as follows : Overall IT planning process, technological assessment process in IT planning of IT, cost-benefit assessment process in IT planning, implementation process, support process, monitoring process, post-implementation evaluation process. The results of confirmatory analysis of three alternative measurement models indicated that the measurement model with one inherent or conceptual variable has greater model fitness than the other models. This study suggests the logical and general way to test and apply COBIT in evaluating IS services.

According to the Korean government policy of expanding HACCP system application to food chain from farm to meat market, the importance of HACCP assessment to keep balance among the certified HACCP plants is urged. The objective of this study is to recommend more effective HACCP assessment methods. We reviewed major foreign countries HACCP implementation policy focused on the audit system, and compared with the Korean HACCP assessment system. We found that the checklist guidelines of prerequisite program were not enough for precise evaluation and many of the items were not directly related to the risk occurrences. And current rating grade for each items and judgments were inadequate to induce non-compliances and corrections for better HACCP implementation. We suggest revision points as follows; (1) checklists should be revised and reorganized according to the possibility of risk occurrences, (2) all the items should be supported by detailed guidelines for more objective inspection, (3) non-compliances identified must be reconfirmed after correction, (4) the items for HACCP plan should be divided into an accreditation inspection and a regular inspection, (5) rating grade 'high', 'medium', 'low', 'failure' was better for indicating non-compliances.

This paper proposes the compliance collaboration index(CCI) which can be useful to measure the level of supply chain's compliance collaboration quantitatively. It can be shown that the proposed index is quite flexible when applied in real situations at the request of the index user. For instance, even if only one company of many companies in trade supply chain to be tested through the AEO certification test is not satisfied the required specification. the index is designed in such a way that the score can't be higher than a certain predetermined value. The proposed CCI can be used as the guidance for a trade company's collaboration process control strategy to increase the efficiency of compliance improvement activity. In this paper, we use the Analysis Hierarchy Process(AHP) which is one of the methods recommended by ISO/ICE as a measurement of weight to be assigned to the relevant parameters considered in the CCI.

Recently, the Ministry of Education is striving to move education and school libraries toward the information age and to create an atmosphere open education. School libraries need to be furnished with lots of useful materials for the curriculum of open education. The results of this study can be summarized as follows. 1. Nonprofit organizations such as school libraries should adopt the concepts and techniques of marketing to solve the problems for the rational management of the system. 2. Marketing techniques can be adopted in the areas such as collection development, service fee, selection of the place of library, advertising, better library user organization etc. 3. School libraries should be total educational information centers to realize educational goal and the curricular. 4. Procedures for marketing strategies for school libraries are embodied in mission statement, environmental analysis, marketing audit, marketing mix, marketing segmentation, evaluation methods etc. 5. The 4 "Ps", product, price, place, promotion make up the marketing mix for school libraries.libraries.

Since 2005, Asan city government have executed the "Budgeting & Planning Examination Program". A construction contract more than two hundred thousand dollars, service contract more than fifty thousand dollars and purchasing goods contract more than five thousand dollars must be examined about their propriety by office of audit. Asan city government have saved its budget about fifteen million and five hundred twenty thousand dollars for the institution. Moreover, Asan citizens' trust and social capital about their local government have been increased through it Asan city government will reinforce a speed and effectiveness of it.

This study examined the existing issues and current status of how to best approach the establishment of railroad asset of the corporation in the long run. It also explored some preventative measures for further problems. Based on the law of state property and related railroad statutes, the research referred to basic plans for railroad management of Korea Rail Network Authority, the outcome of file research, handbook of asset management, guidelines and policy of Ministry of Finance and Economy for state property management, recommendations of the Board of Audit and Inspection and fact-finding research of state property (miscellaneous properties). The findings are making a few suggestions on the service of the Korea Rail Network Authority and Korail.

현재 우리나라 SI(Service Integration)에서 사업발주자 및 수행자는 소프트웨어사업 대가산정에 많은 어려움을 겪고 있다. 사업발주자는 관례적인 사업비 산정으로 일관하고, 사업수행자는 근거없이 받아들이는 것이 현실이다. 또한 감리 수행 시 사업비산정근거를 점검할 체계를 갖추지 못하고 있다. 이로 인해, 비용관리 위험 및 파생위험들을 초래할 수 있다. 이에, 사업비 산정과 위험에 대한 구체적인 인식과 연구가 필요하다.
