소셜 네트워크 서비스의 지속적 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 서비스 및 개인 특성에 대한 실증연구 (An Empirical Study on the Influence of Social Network Services(SNS) and Individual Characteristics on Intention to Continuous Use of SNS)

  • Social network service(SNS), provided by social network sites such as Facebook, Twitter and Cyworld is rapidly growing in online business. Furthermore, many companies have growing interests in finding effective ways to use SNSs for their innovations, marketing and advertisement. In fact, firms have recognized the utility value of the SNS for their business. In this aspect, this study attempts to identify key factors influencing the intention to continuous use of SNSs. Based on the UTAUT(the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Usage of Technology)model, this study proposes the research model, including the effects of social network service characteristics(social relationship support, information sharing, image expression) and individual characteristics(self-disclosure, extroversion, familiarity) on performance expectancy as well as the moderating effect of perceived information security among UTAUT variables. The 412T sets of data collected in a survey were tested against the modeling using SEM using SmartPLS. Results indicated that social network service and individual characteristics had significant effect on performance expectancy with exception of self-disclosure. In addition, the moderating effect of perceived information security had significant effect. The results had important implications for firms providing SNSs hoping to develop a successful business model.

외식기업의 정보원천이 신뢰, 구전의도, 그리고 온라인 구전의도에 미치는 영향 (The Effects of Information Sources on Trust, WOM Intention, and eWOM Intention in the Restaurant Sector)

  • Purpose: In the restaurant sector, it has been known that consumers' positive perception of brands influences their positive WOM intention, and information sources play an important role in increasing credibility by enhancing consumer awareness and developing differentiated brands. This study examines the effects of information sources (e.g., advertisement, WOM, SNS) on trust (cognitive and affective) and, WOM and eWOM intention in the restaurant context. In the model, cognitive and affective trust play mediating roles in the relationships between information sources (e.g., advertisement, WOM, SNS) WOM and eWOM intention. Research design, data, and methodology: Research models and hypotheses were developed according to the research direction. The survey questionnaire items were developed and used appropriately according to the contents of this paper based on prior studies. All constructs were measured with multiple items developed and validated in prior studies. A total of 502 responses were collected from an online survey. The research model was evaluated using SmartPLS 4.0. Frequency analysis was performed to understand the demographic characteristics of the survey respondents. The reliability, convergent validity, and discriminant validity were assessed using measurement model analysis. The proposed model was verified using the structural equation model. Results: Advertisement, WOM, and SNS information sources all had a positive effect on affective trust, whereas only WOM had a significant effect on cognitive trust. In addition, affective trust had a positive effect on cognitive trust and eWOM intention but did not affect WOM intention. Finally, cognitive trust was found to have a positive effect on both WOM intention and eWOM intention. Conclusions: This study redefines the concept of where restaurant service companies should focus when providing consumers with information about their products and services. As a result, the conceptual framework of positive word of mouth intention to increase new customer visits to the restaurant brand has been expanded. In addition, this study not only presents an information source management strategy for restaurant brands, but also presents practical implications for resource allocation guidelines for customer management in the restaurant sector.

경로식당 이용 노인의 급식 만족도 조사 (Satisfaction of the Elderly toward Free Congregated Meal Service)

  • This study was designed to determine the attitude and degree of satisfaction of recipients toward the meal service program for elderly people. Nine hundred and eight elderly people(male: 301, female: 607) were interviewed by trained personnel. The results were as follows. Forty two percent of them had no income and 43.8% of the respondents were supported economically by the government. Their main reasons for attending the free congregated meal program was economic hardship(37.9%) The channels of becoming aware of the free meal program were through their friends(33.4%) and the meal service centers were located in the respondents residence area(36.0%) Thus any other advertisement from local government of official channels about the free meal program were not effective for the elderly 26.9% of the respondents felt inconvenience in visiting the meal service centers because they had some difficulty in walking, 53.5% of them however answered that they didn t have any complains and were quite satisfied with the meal service. The average satisfaction score for the free meal service was 63.4(maximum score 75) As for each evaluation item respondents were highly satisfied with volunteers attitude in meal serving(4.58$\pm$0.65: maximum 5 point) The evaluation score of females was generally lower than that of males(p<0.05) Oncemore, respondents who were in lowere socio-economic classes were marked by having significantly lower satisfaction scores for the meal service compared with higher scocio-economic classes. For the welfare of elderly people, meal service programs should be extended to more elderly persons and developed considering the elderlys ecological factors.

  • VOD 서비스는 일반 유료방송가입자들 사이의 보편적인 인기뿐만 아니라 가입자 기반 수신료, 광고료와 같은 기존 방송사의 수익 외의 추가 수익을 제공하고 있다. 이와 같은 이유로 각 방송사들은 자신의 VOD 서비스를 개발하고 매출을 높이기 위해 잦은 개선 작업을 수행하기 때문에 개발업체는 이런 개발 요구들에 효과적으로 대응할 방법이 필요한 실정이다. 이 에 본 연구는 사례연구들을 통해 그 효율성이 입증된 대표적 피처지향 분석모델인 FODA (Feature-Oriented Domain Analysis)를 VOD 서비스 개발에 적용하였다. FODA는 카네기멜론대학 SEI에서 개발한 피처지향 분석모델로서 특정 도메인에 해당하는 소프트웨어의 피처모델을 개발하고 이를 기반으로 고객이 원하는 소프트웨어 형상을 결정하는 도구를 제공한다. 본 연구는 개발업체와 함께 VOD 서비스 도메인의 피처모델을 개발하고 VOD 서비스 개발 프로세스 향상을 위한 피처모델 기반의 VOD 서비스 기능과 테스트케이스들을 개발하였다.

실버패션마켓의 의복충동구매행동 관련 변수에 관한 연구 (Related Veriables of Impulse Buying Behavior in Silver Fashion Market)

  • The purposes of this study were to investigate the relationships among shopping orientation, information source, service duality, and impulse buying behavior of the elderly women, which nay provide insights related to silver fashion market in Korea. Data were obtained from 50's and 60's women living in Busan(N=285), and analyzed Using by factor analysis, Cronbach's alpha and t-test. The results of this study are as follows: 1. Comported to unimpulse buying group, impulse buying group was more likely to be influenced by hedonics shopping orientation, economic shopping orientation, personal shopping orientation, and convenient shopping orientation. 2. for information source, impulse buying group seemed more to use various information sources than unimpulse buying group, such as advertising of newspaper, magazin or TV, experience, salespersons' opinions. 3. For perceived service quality, impulse buying group was more likely to be effected by events of store, product advertisement, and opening/closing time of store. But demographic characteristics doesn't significant differences between impulse-group and unimpulse-buying group of elderly women. This study suggests some implications and strategies for silver fashion market.

아이스크림 전문점의 고객 선택 요인과 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Determinant Factors and Choice Intentions Ice Cream Stores)

  • This study focused on the attribution factors affecting customers' satisfaction and revisit behaviors related to ice cream stores. For this study, 180 ice cream consumers who were patrons of ice cream franchise stores were randomly selected. Among them, 31 did not completed the survey. Therefore, a total of 149 survey questionnaires were analyzed for the results. All results were carried out using the frequency, factor analysis, cross tabs, and regression procedure of the SPSS 10.0 package. The results indicated that customers who visit ice cream stores $2{\sim}3$ times per month have a preference for a particular ice cream store. Determinant factors for ice cream specialty stores were summarized as the extensiveness of the menu, advertisements and familiarity, economical benefits, convenience inside the store, location and accessibility, and kindness. Among these, four factors (extensiveness of menu, advertisement and reputation, economical benefits, location and accessibility) significantly affected the level of customer satisfaction.

공공 디지털 사이니지 서비스 개발 연구 (A Study on the Development of Public Digital Signage Services)

  • 본 연구는 행정안전부의 시범사업 중 하나인 '세종특별시 디지털 사이니지 국가시범사업'을 위한 기초연구를 기반으로 하고 있다. 본 연구에서는 첨단 기술이 결합된 스마트 플랫폼인 '디지털 사이니지'를 '공공 서비스 콘텐츠 플랫폼'으로 보고 콘텐츠의 배치를 계획하기 위한 전략이 기술우위 공급자 대신 해당 지역 커뮤니티 또는 사용자에 초점을 맞춰야 한다고 전제하였다. 이러한 맥락에서 첨단 기술 기반의 공공 서비스에 대한 수요 증가에 대응하여, '공공 디지털 사이니지 서비스' 개발 전략에 관해 연구하였다. 또한 동 전략을 쉽게 수립하거나 실행할 수 있도록 '디지털 사이니지 서비스 툴'들을 설계하였다. 결론적으로 본 연구는 '디지털 사이니지 기능'을 '디지털 광고 기능' 뿐만 아니라 '공공 및 문화 서비스 기능'으로 확대, 발전시키는 전략을 모색해 보고자 하였다. 연구의 최종 목표는 시민들의 적극적인 참여와 인터랙티브 미디어의 혁신적인 활용을 통해 '세종시 상권 활성화 프로젝트'가 창출하는 공공 가치를 추구하는 것이라고 할 수 있다.

신규 융합형 방송서비스 속성에 대한 소비자 선호 분석을 통한 미래 방송서비스 시장 예측 (Forecasting Future Broadcasting Service Market based on the Consumer Preferences for the Attributes of New Convergence Broadcasting Services)

  • Under the recent trend of telecommunications and broadcasting convergence, much more various forms of new convergence broadcasting services are being introduced than ever before. Owing to the unique advantages, new convergence broadcasting services are expected to bring drastic changes to the current broadcasting service market. In this research, we attempt to examine what kind of attributes critically affect the competition among new convergence broadcasting services, and how much competitive they will be, based on the quantitative information about consumer preferences for the important attributes of new convergence broadcasting services. Conjoint survey was used in order to obtain stated preference data of consumers. From the results, some implications are obtained as follows. First, even though new convergence broadcasting services have many unique advantages, still price is the most important for the consumers. Second, it is expected that considerable consumer valuation exists for the unique advantages of new convergence broadcasting services like mobility and dual-way interactivity, which will add the competitiveness of those services in the future. Third, since midterm advertising puts negative utility on consumers, broadcasting services with midterm advertising will not be preferred to those with neither advertising nor midterm advertising. Fourth, service coverage and the number of consumers using the same broadcasting service have a significant feedback effect on the competition between broadcasting services from the dynamic aspect. Lastly, the consumer preference can be affected by demographic variables like age and gender, and broadcasting service usage patterns such as channel switchover for escaping advertisement and frequency of using other recorded media. Main findings of our research might become useful information for both telecommunication and broadcasting companies, contents providers, advertisers, and policy and regulation makers to cope with the uncertain environment of telecommunication and broadcasting convergence.

위치문답형 지역광고 기반의 문화정보 서비스 모델링 (Regional Culture Contents Service Modeling Based On Localized Advertising of Question And Answer Format)

  • 지역에서 생산되는 문화행사 및 문화 콘텐츠가 다양하고 많지만 관련한 경제소비의 확대를 위한 지역정보의 유통과 확산이 부족하다. 본 연구는 지역 문화정보의 확산과 사용을 목적으로 위치기반 서비스 관점에서 지역광고주의 지역광고를 질문과 답변 형식의 지식검색 방법과 결합하고 서비스화 하였다. 접근 방법으로는 지역에 기반한 지식검색에 대한 국내외 사례와 위치기반 광고 연구를 살펴보고, 위치문답형 정보서비스의 커뮤니티 모델 그리고 지역광고의 수익 모델을 제시하였다. 이를 통해 본 연구는 지역 문화행사와 문화콘텐츠의 정보유통을 위한 문답기반 커뮤니티와 지역광고의 운영구조 모델을 설계하고 정보 서비스 시스템을 프로토타이핑 형태로 개발하였다. 사용자간의 문답 데이터의 유통을 위치정보에 확장함으로써 지역의 문화콘텐츠 정보와 사용자 접근의 수요를 지역광고의 수익모델과 결합하여 제공하는 비즈니스 서비스 모델을 제시하였다는 의의를 갖는다.

플랫폼 사업자의 보편적 서비스 기여금 분담 효과 분석 (Analysis of Contributions to Broadband Universal Service of Platform Operator)

  • 본 연구는 콘텐츠 제공자를 포함한 플랫폼 사업자가 광대역 인터넷 접속을 통해 고품질의 콘텐츠를 제공하는 경우 보편적 서비스 기여금을 분담할 때 이것의 경제적 효과를 분석한다. 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 플랫폼 사업자가 독점적 위치에 있다면 트래픽 이용량은 사회적 최적 수준보다 적으며, ISP가 결정하는 가격들은 콘텐츠 수요의 가격민감도에 영향을 받는다. 둘째, 플랫폼 사업자가 경쟁적인 경우 ISP가 책정하는 요금은 사회적 최적 수준과 동일하다. 셋째, 플랫폼 사업자가 콘텐츠 요금을 부과하지 않는 경우는 ISP는 요금을 사회적 최적 수준으로 결정하고 광고 수입이 많을수록 소비자에게 부과하는 망 이용대가는 줄어든다. 이는 플랫폼 사업자에게 고품질 콘텐츠 서비스를 제공할 수 있는 네트워크 서비스를 이용하는 대신, 보편적 서비스 기여분 분담을 의무화한다면 사회후생은 증가될 수 있기 때문에 플랫폼 사업자에게 보편적 서비스 기여분을 분담하는 것이 사회적으로 바람직하다는 것을 시사해 준다.
