실크 정련 세리신 단백질의 분리특성과 응용(1) (Separation Performance and Application of Sericin Protein in Silk Degumming Solution(1))

  • In this study we have evaluated the separation characteristics and concentration of sericin using tubular type ultrafiltration membrane in silk degumming solution that extracted from electrolytic reduction water process. Ultrafiltration membranes have used in sericin separation performance and the separation characteristics of membrane satisfied typical Hagen-Poiseuille equation. It had the increase of flux according to the increase of feed pressure and temperature in occasion of pure water flux. And also the flux and solute rejection had about $25{\sim}60{\ell}/m^2{\cdot}h$ and more than 95% in sericin feed solution with concentration 1.00~1.89% at feed pressure force of $3{\sim}8kgf/cm^2$ respectively. In addition, the separation performance of tubular type ultrafiltration membrane for silk degumming solution was very steady-state with long experiment time.

  • Clinical myography(EMG) is a technique for diagnosing neuromuscular disorders by analyzing the electrical signal that can be records by needle electrode during a muscular contraction. The EMG signal arises from electrical discharges that accompany the generation of force by groups of muscular fiber, and the analysis of EMG signal provides symptoms that can distinguish disorder of mLecle from disor- ders of nerve. One of the methods for analysis of EMG signal is to separate the individual discharge-the motor unit action potentials(MVAPS) - from EMG signal. But we can only observe the EMG signal that is a superimposed version of time delayed MUAPS. To obtain the information about MUAP(, i.e., position, firing number, magnitude etc), first of all, a method that can separate each MUAP from the EMG signal must be developed Although the methods for MUAP separation have been proposed by many researcherl they have required heavy computational burden. In this paper, we proposed a new method that has less computational burden and performs more reliable separation of superimposed EMG signal using wavelet filter which has multiresolution analysis as major property. As a result, we develope the separation algorithm of superimposed EMG signal which has less computational burden than any other researchers and exacutes exact separation process. The performance of this method has been discussed in the automatic resolving procedure which is neccessary to identify every firing of every motor unit from the EMG pattern.

미세기포를 이용한 Spirulina platensis의 입자 부상분리 특성 및 수거효율 (Particle Separation Characteristics and Harvesting Efficiency of Spirulina platensis Using Micro-bubble)

  • Since algae had been issued an environmental problem, water blooms, deepened due to increase of retention water basin in Korea as well as a biomass resource for producing biofuel, this study conducted a series of experiments for Spirulina platensis using the flotation process with micro-bubble. To elevate utilization of collected-algae, this study focused on omitting or minimizing coagulant's doses as changing a cultivation period and condition affected on physical property change of algae. Two coagulants, PAC and Chitosan, were used to test the collecting rate of algae and the result found no difference between two rates. For flotation experiments without adding the coagulant, dried algae weight (passing 14 days after cultivation for 20 days) detected high separation efficiency 98.2 % and it (passing 7 days after long-term cultivation for 28 days) presented good separation efficiency 91.9 %. Chlorophyll's separation efficiency showed a similar tendency with the case of the dried algae weight. In endogeny conditions, a light source and a carbon source were not considerably affected on the flotation separation efficiency. Thus, this study confirms that algae biomass may be collected without the coagulant during the endogeny condition period after enough cultivation time, 3 weeks.

분리 상태를 고려한 탄성마찰시스템의 임계 쐐기 계수 (Critical Wedging Coefficient in Frictional Elastic System Considering Separation State)

  • Wedging in a frictional elastic system is defined if the state of stick exists after the external loading on the system is removed. This paper presents a method to determine the critical coefficient of wedging for an elastic frictional system by considering the separation state. Wedging is always possible if the coefficient of friction exceeds a critical value known as the critical wedging coefficient. This method requires two concepts: a necessary and sufficient condition for wedging, which can be interpreted as positive spanning sets of constraint vectors existing in the wedged system, and the minimal positive basis that enables a minimum wedging coefficient. The algorithm based on the positive spanning concept is repeatedly executed after eliminating nodes from the contact stiffness matrix, for which the separation states are impending. The simulation results show that once a node enters the separation state, it never returns to the contact state again and the critical wedging coefficient reduces during repeated algorithm execution. The benefit of this method is that the computation time permits handling models with large numbers of contact nodes. The algorithm can also numerically find the critical wedging coefficient, thereby contributing to fastening and assembly performance improvements in mechanical systems.

Game Optimal Receding Horizon Guidance Laws and Its Equivalence to Receding Horizon Guidance Laws

  • In this paper, a game optimal receding horizon guidance law (GRHG) is proposed, which does not use information of the time-to-go and target maneuvers. It is shown that by adjusting design parameters appropriately, the proposed GRHG is identical to the existing receding horizon guidance law (RHG), which can intercept the target by keeping the relative vertical separation less than the given value, within which the warhead of the missile is detonated, after the appropriately selected time in the presence of arbitrary target maneuvers and initial relative vertical separation rates between the target and missile. Through a simulation study, the performance of the GRHG is illustrated and compared with that of the existing optimal guidance law (OGL).

  • 본 논문에서는 OFDM-CDMA기반의 광대역 무선 접속시스템에서 다중 안테나를 적용한다. 이로서 시간영역에서 윈도우 기반의 채널추정 기법과 OFDM기반의 공간영역에서 다중 안테나 전송시스템에서 채널추정의 불완전성을 극복하기 위한 다채널 분리용 프리앰블을 적용함으로서 광대역 무선 접속시스템에서 사용자수를 최대로 확대하고 사용자 용량을 증대하는 광대역 무선접속시스템의 성능을 분석하였다.

DAF(Dissolved Air Flotation)를 이용한 팽화 슬러지 농축 (Thickening of Bulking Sludge using DAF (Dissolved Air Flotation))

  • An effective technique of sludge separation is required for excess sludge of sewage or wastewater plant. The separation of bulking sludge of paper manufacturing plant was studied using DAF(Dissolved Air Flotation) system. The effects of parameters such as nozzle type, A/S(air/solid) ratio. pressure, injection time of pressured water and saturation time were examined. The results showed that the best nozzle type was flat which had small orifice hole, The optimum A/S ratio and pressure were $7.070\times10^{-3}$(recycle ratio of pressured water $20\%$) and 5atm, respectively. Injection times of pressurized water around 20-25 sesc and flotation time of 30 min appeared to be optimal for the DAF operation. The order of performance of packing was 18 mm > 22 mm > 32 mm.

  • 삼중수소를 함유하는 수소동위원소 시설의 운용이나 취급 또는 핵융합소재의 관리기술분야에서는 기체크로마토그래피 분리법이 중요한 분석 및 농축기술중의 하나로 활용되고 있다. 수소, 중수소 및 삼중수소의 수소동위원소 혼합기체시료를 상용 기체크로마토그래피를 사용하여 분리하였다. 기체시료는 특별히 제작된 진공-시료주입장치를 통해 액체질소온도의 분위기로 유지된 분리컬럼을 통과하는 비활성 캐리어 기체의 흐름을 주입하였다. 10% 함량의 염화망간으로 부분-비활성화한 산화알루미늄 고정상에서 수소동위원소들이 완전히 분리됨을 확인할 수 있었다. 그리고 이성질체피크의 억제와 분리 용리시간이 단축되어 실제 수소동위원소의 분리 및 농축기술에 유용하게 적용할 수 있는 비교적 우수한 분리조건을 얻었다.

물리적 정제방법에 의한 규석의 고순도화 연구 (High Purification Characteristics of Quartz with Physical Separation Method)

  • 본 연구에서는 $0.1{\sim}0.3mm$ 입도의 규석을 대상으로 물리적 선별공정을 적용하였을 때의 정제효과를 조사하였다. $SiO_2$ 품위가 99.41 wt.%, 99.54 wt.%이고 불순물 함량이 각각 5,864 mg/kg과 4,568 mg/kg인 시료에 대하여 자력선별, 비중선별 및 scrubbing 공정을 단계별로 적용시킨 결과, 주요 불순물인 철 성분은 자력선별에 의하여, 알루미늄 성분은 비중선별에 의해 효과적으로 제거되었다. 최종 정제산물의 $SiO_2$ 품위는 99.98 wt.%였으며, 산출율은 각각 79.05 wt.%와 75.43 wt.%였다. 이때 불순물의 함유량은 각각 126 mg/kg, 174 mg/kg을 나타내어, 불순물의 제거율은 97.85wt.%, 96.19 wt.%였다. 따라서 물리적 분리 선별에 의하여 저급 품위(Low grade)의 규석을 불순물 함유량이 200 mg/kg 이하인 중 고급 품위(Medium-high grade) 이상으로의 품위 향상이 가능하였다.

A Rapid Preparation of Carrier-Free Fluorine-38 for Medical Use

  • 의료용 $^{18}$ F을 단시간내에 생산하기 위하여 반조분리(recoil separation), 알루미나 칼럼크로마토그래피, 증류등 지금까지 알려진 분리방법들을 검토하고 각각의 분리방법으로 얻은 생성물중의 잔사, ${\gamma}$ 방출불순물, 및 $^3$H 함량등을 결정하였다. 핵반조분리 생성물이나 알루미나 칼럼크로마토그래피에 의한 분리생성물은 순도면에서 증류 분리 생성물보다 좋지 못하였고 특히 천연탄산리티움을 표적으로 사용하는 경우는 증류법이 가장 효과적임을 알수 있었다. 천연 탄산리티움 7g을 중성자속밀도 1$\times$$10^{13}$n/$\textrm{cm}^2$/sec에서 3시간 중성자 조사하고 증류에 의해 $^{18}$ F를 정제함으로서 무담체 $^{18}$ 를 대략 2mCi 이상 (10mCi 이하)의 규모로 일상생산할 수 있으며 이때 정제에 소요되는 시간은 35~40분이다.
