The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of consumption experience on customer satisfaction and customer happiness for dessert cafe. The survey was conducted with those who have visited dessert cafes in Seoul and Kyonggi area, using a convenience sampling method. After a total of 200 responses was collected, 172 responses were included for the multiple regression analyses in order to test the hypotheses. The results are as follows. First, it was found that consumption experience did not have an effect on customer satisfaction for dessert cafes. Second, the consumption experience (diversity, symbolism, sociality, and playfulness) of dessert cafe significantly impacted customer happiness. As a conclusion, consumption experience at dessert cafes has increased customer happiness by improving the psychological gratification rather than cognitive satisfaction.

Previous literature supports the importance of corporate social responsibility (CSR) by demonstrating its effects on various aspects of firm performance. However, the extent to which CSR contributes to social well-being, its original objective, has rarely been examined. The current research investigates the impact of customers' perceived CSR of service firms on customer happiness. Two studies confirm our proposition that perceived CSR increases customer happiness by enhancing perceptions of warmth and competence associated with the service company. Furthermore, we examine how the type of service moderates this effect. Specifically, we find that the indirect effects of CSR on customer happiness through perceptions of warmth and competence are stronger for credence services than for experience services. This research makes theoretical contributions to the literature on CSR, happiness, and service, and offers practical implications for marketing tactics, including fostering long-term customer relationships and monitoring the effectiveness of CSR activities and corporate budget allocations.

Gap junctional intercellular communication (GJIC) plays a key role during development, process of tissue differentiation, and in maintenance of adult tissue homeostasis. Neural stem cells leading to formation of cell clusters termed 'neurospheres', can differentiate into neurons, oligodendrocytes, and astrocytes. We investigated the expression levels and distribution of connexin43 (Cx43) and connexin32 (Cx32), abundant gap junctional protein in neural cells and in neurospheres isolated from rat fetus embryonic day (ED) 17. During differentiation of neurospheres, expression of Cx43 and 32 were increased time-dependently within 72 h, and then decreased at 7 day in western blot analysis. TPA-induced inhibition of GJIC was confirmed by decreased fluorescence by SL/DT assay, and induced hyperphosphorylation of Cx43 while no changes in Cx32 levels in western blot assay. Our results indicate that GJIC may be a crucial role in the differentiation of neuronal stem cell. And this GJIC can be inhibited by TPA through the hyperphosphorylation of Cx43.

In the management activities of head office in supporting franchisees in domestic food-service enterprises, the raw material supply plays a positive role to support franchisees' operation activity and it comes into conflict with them at the same time. In this paper, I have tried to find out the relationship between raw material supplying and the satisfaction of the franchisees by experimental research in order to research the route of head office's raw material supplying. To sum up the results, it was found out there is no meaningful relationship between the raw material supplying and the franchisees satisfaction (intention to renew the agreement), It indicates it would be more effective for the franchisees to buy the raw materials from the suppliers developed by the franchisees except some key materials in order to reduce the conflicts with the franchisees.

The purpose of study was to examine child emotion regulation as a function of child's sex, temperament, mother's emotion regulation, and mother's parenting. The subjects were 386 mothers of fifth or sixth graders in Seoul and Kyonggi province. The data were gathered through questionnaires developed for the current study. The major findings were as follows: 1) There were significant sex differences in some categories of child's emotion regulation. 2) The more active the child's temperament, the child showed more negative emotion regulation(venting, aggressive expression, avoidance). 3) Mother's negative emotion regulation was significantly related to the child's negative emotion regulation. 4) There were significant correlations between mother's parenting and child's emotion regulation. That is, mother's positive parenting was related to child's positive emotion regulation. 5) The relationship between mother's emotion regulation and child's emotion regulation was mediated by mothers' parenting.

The shot peening process is most often used to improve fatigue properties of metal parts. The single most critical parameter of the shot peening process is the shot ball itself. Without the correct quality media, all other shut peening parameters are extraneous and the desired fatigue improvement and consistency of improvement will not be achieved. Shot peening involves modifications of the surface and subsurface condition of a material that can be described by the change of the residual stresses, the hardness, and the surface roughness. This Paper Presents the shot peening to optimize the shot ball parameters. The effect of shot peening parameter on the surface roughness, surface hardness and residual stress are investigated.

To find new species of Basidiomycetes in Korea, 15 species were collected in the medicinal plants garden of Sook Myung Women’s University during the period from May to November, 1983. Of them, 11 species were identified and classified into 10 genera and seven families. Among these species, Macrocystidia cucumis(Pers. ex Fr.) Heim and Melanoleuca verrucipes (Fr.) Singer were found to be unrecorded species in Korea. Also their two genera are newly found ones in Korea. They were named 'Bahm Saek Min $B\breve{u}s\breve{u}t$' and 'Hin Bol Lock $B\breve{u}s\breve{u}t$' respectively and their characteristics were here reported.

In order to improve osseo-integration of a dental implant with bone crystal we studied an implant with holes inside its body to deliver bioactive materials based on a proposed patent. After bioactive material is absorbed, bone crystal can grow into holes to increase implant bonding in addition to surface integration. The larger cross section area of outlet holes showed the less values of the maximum stress, and the stress concentrations near the uppermost outlet holes were also reduced with an increasing number of outlet holes. The conclusion, that the uppermost outlet design improvement was most effective to reduce the stress concentration and improve the growth rate of bone crystal, could be drawn. After the design optimizations, Type 6-C had provided the best results in this study. The overall shape optimization studies on the shape, location, number, and so on, of the outlet holes, should be carried out further.

In the double-talk situation where both the near-end and far-end signal present, the performance of echo cancellation using the conventional LMS algorithm is degraded easily since it freezes the adaptation in this situation. Recently CLMS and ECLMS algorithm were proposed to solve this problem. These algorithms could be used to adapt the filter's parameters continuously even in the double-talk situation. In this paper, we compare and analyze their performance. The computer simulation was performed and the results showed as that both algorithms were robust and kept the desirable performance even in the double-talk situation.

In this study, demand side management for efficiency enhancement of district heating has been investigated. Objectives of demand side management of district heating are classified and analyzed. Foreign and domestic examples are studied. Evaluation methods of demand side management of district heating are studied. Applications and expected effect of the results are presented. Finally directions for demand side management of district heating efficiency enhancement are suggested.
