오감인지를 통한 지하철 화재 비상대응시스템에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Emergency Response System by Five Sense in the Subway Fire)

  • 지하철 화재사고 경우 정확한 화재 유형 파악과 그에 따른 적절한 초기대응은 사고피해를 최소화하기 위한 중요한 사항이다. 그러나 지하철 화재사고 발생 시 기관사 또는 비상대응직원이 직접 목격하지 않으면 화재 유형을 즉시 파악하기란 불가능하다. 본 연구에서는 화재사고로 나타날 수 있는 오감(五感) 유형을 분석하여 오감 정보를 통해 신속한 화재사고 정보를 전달할 수 있도록 오감 유형을 제안하였다. 또한, 화재 시나리오에 따른 비상대응을 Activity-Action Diagram(AAD)로 정의하여 비상대응을 시스템화 하기 위한 기반을 제시하였다.

Single nucleotide polymorphism of GSTP1 and pathological complete response in locally advanced rectal cancer patients treated with neoadjuvant concomitant radiochemotherapy

  • Purpose: Standard treatment for locally advanced rectal cancer consists of neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy with concomitant fluoropyrimidine or oxaliplatin and surgery with curative intent. Pathological complete response has shown to be predictive for better outcome and survival; nevertheless there are no biological or genetic factors predictive for response to treatment. We explored the correlation between the single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) GSTP1 (A313G) and XRCC1 (G28152A), and the pathological complete response and survival after neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy in locally advanced rectal cancer patients. Materials and Methods: Genotypes GSTP1 (A313G) and XRCC1 (G28152A) were determined by pyrosequencing technology in 80 patients affected by locally advanced rectal cancer. Results: The overall rate of pathological complete response in our study population was 18.75%. Patients homozygous AA for GSTP1 (A313G) presented a rate of pathological complete response of 26.6% as compared to 8.5% of the AG+GG population (p = 0.04). The heterozygous comparison (AA vs. AG) showed a significant difference in the rate of pathological complete response (26.6% vs. 6.8%; p = 0.034). GSTP1 AA+AG patients presented a 5- and 8-year cancer-specific survival longer than GSTP1 GG patients (87.7% and 83.3% vs. 44.4% and 44.4%, respectively) (p = 0.014). Overall survival showed only a trend toward significance in favor of the haplotypes GSTP1 AA+AG. No significant correlations were found for XRCC1 (G28152A). Conclusion: Our results suggest that GSTP1 (A313G) may predict a higher rate of pathological complete response after neoadjuvant radiochemotherapy and a better outcome, and should be considered in a more extensive analysis with the aim of personalization of radiation treatment.

유아기질이 유아자아존중감과 또래유능성에 미치는 영향 (The effect that infant temperament has on the infant's sense of self-respect and peer competence)

  • 본 연구는 유아기질이 유아의 자아존중감, 또래유능감에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 지를 살펴봄으로써 유아의 자아존중감과 또래유능감을 향상시킬 수 있는 방법을 제안하는 데 목적이 있다. 분석을 통해 나타난 연구의 주요 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 유아기질의 적응성, 활동성, 자아존중감의 인지적능력, 동료수용의 경우 어린이집의 평점이 더 높은 것으로 나타났으며, 유아기질의 반응성, 자아존중감의 어머니수용, 동료관계, 또래유능성의 사교성은 유치원의 평점이 더 높은 것으로 조사되었고, 남아의 '생리적규칙성'이 여아에 비해 더 높은 것으로 조사되었다. 둘째, 유아의 연령에 따른 유아기질, 자아존중감, 또래유능성의 차이를 살펴본 결과, 유아기질의 '반응성'의 경우 만 5세가 a그룹으로 만 3세, 만4세가 b그룹으로 나뉘어 차이를 보였으며 '생리적규칙성'의 경우 만3세의 규칙성이 가장 컸으며 만5세의 규칙성이 상대적으로 적어 차이를 보였다. 자아존중감과 또래유능감에서는 만4, 5세가 만3세보다 높은 것으로 확인되어졌다.

물리치료사 유머감각과 임파워먼트와의 관계 (The Relationship Between a Physical Therapist's Sense of Humor and Empowerment)

  • Purpose : This study aims to provide fundamental information for increasing a physical therapist's empowerment and suggesting effective ways to incorporate humor into the physical therapist's organizations by investigating a level of perceived sense of humor and empowerment, as well as examining the relationship between them. Method : This study was conducted in the country's 9 general hospitals, 11 rehabilitation hospitals, 20 clinics. The data of general characteristics, sense of humor, and empowerment were collected from 1 August 2012 to 25 August 2012. A total of 300 clinical instructors were distributed and collected. The call response rate was 94.7%(n=284). The collected data were analyzed by spss/pc + 12.0 Result : 1. The mean score of the physical therapist's sense of humor was $56.53{\pm}05.58$ out of 84 and each of the sub-dimensions were scored in order of emotional expressiveness, liking of humor and metamessage sensitivity. 2. The mean score of the physical therapist's empowerment was $56.67{\pm}12.72$ out of 84 and each of the sub-dimensions scored in order of meaning, competence, self-determination and impact. 3. There was no significant difference between the sense of humor and the empowerment(r=0.093, p=0.118). 4. There were no significant difference in sense of humor. 5. There were significant differences in the levels of the empowerment by sex, marriage, workers satisfaction, age, attainment in scholarship, workplace, and duration of work. Conclusion : Although there was no significant difference between the sense of humor and the empowerment. the sub-dimension of human preference was significant.

물성치가 다른 시트에서의 인체 진동 측정 및 승차감 평가 (Human Response Measurement and Ride Quality Evaluation for Seats having various Material Porperties)

  • This paper deals with the whole-body vibration and ride quality evaluation in the vertical direction. The responses of the floor, hip, back, and head in four subjects were measured for various seats when the floor was excited by random vibration with r.m.s of 1.2m/s2 in the vertical direction. In the transmissibility between the hip and floor, the fundamental mode is observed at 4.4 Hz. In the transmissibility between the head and floor, the fundamental mode at 4.4Hz and the second mode at 7.6Hz are observed. It is shown that the head motion is 41% larger than the hip motion and the response of female subject is larger than that of male subject. The response without backrest also was compared with that with backrest. From these human responses ride quality of five seats were evaluated by the ride value such as transfer ration having frequency weighting function is the statistical sense. It is observed that the seat having high damping property can reduce the most acceleration exposed to hip in the statistical sense for all ride valves, while the seat having different seat spring doesn't show statistical difference.

공동체의식에 따른 코하우징 선호도 (Preference of Cohousing according to sense of Community)

  • "Purpose of this study was to investigate influence on preference of cohousing (eg. intention to spread and intention to move in cohousing) according to sense of community by married people residing in Seoul and its outskirts. Research method used for this study was a social survey. Respondents were 214 people by accidential sampling. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program using frequency, mean, average, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Duncan's Multiple Range test and Multiple Regression. Findings of this study were as follows. 1) Though respondents took part in interaction meetings rarely, they took part more often in meetings for health issue, leisure and hobby. Members of meetings were mostly job colleagues. 2) The respondents were interested in meetings for exchange of used stuffs, and children and the youth program most. It was revealed that the group taking part in meetings more often have higher sense of community than others. 3) Respondents who were older, who have been living longer in the same town had higher sense of community as well as closer interaction with neighbors than others. 4) As respondents showed positive response about preference of cohousing, there was a difference between intention to spread and intention to move in cohousing. While women, more educated, less income, and higher sense of community groups showed higher intention to spread cohousing, home owner and higher sense of community groups showed higher intention to move in cohousing.

  • Psychological action is physiological response of outernal stimulus. Physiological response is accompanied b physiological signals which are EEG, EMG, GSR, ECG, BP, and tec. Physiological signals are recently studied for determination of human phychological state. Psychological activity causes electric potential of brain. Physiological signal is considered as measurement of human psychological state. Aditory sensibility which is one of the sense of human may determine differences between positive and negative feeling. EEG and GSR variation with auditory quality of stimulus can be define human negative and positive mental state. This study is to characterize parameters which can determine negative and positive psycholigical state of human.

  • 웹사이트는 이제 단순한 정보전달의 차원을 넘어서 사용자들의 유희성 증대를 위한 다양한 방법으로의 접근을 필요로 한다. 이에 촉각의 자극은 타 분야에서의 활발한 연구를 통해 그 중요성이 입증되고 있으며 이러한 촉각을 웹사이트에도 적용을 한다면 큰 효과가 있을 것으로 기대된다. 본 연구는 웹사이트에서의 직관적 유희성 증대를 위해 직관을 위한 경험과 유희성 증대에 대하여 분석하고 촉각의 중요성에 대해서 살펴보았다. 이러한 촉각을 통한 사용자 경험은 디자이너와 사용자 사이의 보다 풍부한 커뮤니케이션과 사용자의 직관적 유희성 증대를 가져온다. 따라서 웹사이트에서의 촉각적 사용자 경험요소의 분석과 그의 활용에 대해 고찰해 보고 이러한 요소들을 인터넷 쇼핑몰에 적용해 보았다. 그 후 실험을 실시하여 촉각적 사용자 경험요소가 적용된 인터넷 쇼핑몰 사이트에서의 사용자 반응분석을 조사하였다.

주생활 공동체 의식에 따른 코하우징 선호도 (Preference of Cohousing according to Sense of Community in Housing Life)

  • Purpose of this study is to investigate influence on preference of cohousing (eg. intention to spread and intention to move in cohousing) according to sense of community, especially in housing life by married people residing in Seoul and its outskirts. Research method used for this study was a social survey. Respondents were 214 people by accidential sampling. The collected data were analyzed by SPSS 12.0 program using frequency, mean, average, T-test, one-way Anova, Duncan's Multiple Range test and Chi-square test. Findings of this study were as follows. Most respondents took part in interactive activities with colleagues from the same occupation. They Focused on the issues about health, leisure and hobby. The respondents mainly wanted to have interaction for changing recycling materials and education programs for children and juveniles. Degree of ideal relationships with neighbors, they think, were greeting and chatting as well as communication about issues on child-care, education for children, offense-prevention and safety. Although respondents were interested in community life and in interaction with their neighbors, they did not build up communal society due to lack of a sense of belonging in their living areas. While respondents showed positive response about preference of cohousing, there were difference between intention to spread of cohousing and intention to move in cohousing. As a result of this study, the stronger sense of community in housing life meant the more interests in thoughts to spread and to move in cohousing. Therefore, in order to increase sense of community in cohousing, the plan of various communication programs that enables frequent interaction among neighbors is needed. Also, in order to spread cohousing in Korea, promotion of cohousing community and cognitions about it are the most needed.

일체감이 스폰서십에 대한 반응에 미치는 효과 (The Effect of Identification to Sponsorship Response)

  • 스폰서십의 효과를 결정짓는 여러 요인 중 기업이 스폰서하는 공동체(community)의 구성원들이 어떤 태도를 가지고 있는가 하는 점이 가장 중요한 요인이라 할 수 있다. 공동체 구성원의 태도를 이해하는데 매우 중요한 이론으로 동일시(identification) 혹은 일체감 이론을 생각할 수 있다. 공동체 구성원이 자신이 속한 공동체에 어느 정도의 일체감을 느끼는가에 따라 공동체에 대한 행동과 공동체에 스폰서하는 기업에 대한 태도가 달라질 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 공동체의식 개념을 적용하여 공동체 일체감의 주요 선행요인을 확인하고, 공동체 일체감과 기업의 스폰서십에 대한 반응간의 관계를 살펴보고자 하였다. 연구방법으로는 설문조사와 공변량 구조분석등을 사용하였다. 연구결과 공동체 의식이 공동체 일체감과 공동체에 대한 충성도에 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 공동체 의식의 세부 요소별로 보면, 욕구의 충족, 소속감, 정서적 유대감은 공동체 일체감과 공동체 충성도에 모두 긍정적 영향을 미치며, 영향력은 공동체 충성도에만 영향을 미치는 것을 알 수 있었다. 또한 공동체 일체감이 높을수록 공동체 충성도가 높아지며, 공동체 충성도가 높아지면 스폰서에 대한 태도가 개선되는 반응이 나타남을 확인할 수 있었다.
