The study examines the similarities of competitive strategy between fashion industry and high-tech industry through a case study of a Japanese maker. From the study, some implications are drawn for the Korean fashion industry. It is hoped that this, will help towards establishing a suitable competitive strategy for firms in this industry. In the fashion industry, the product life cycle is so short as to prompt a new product obsolete too quickly, and the extent of product differentiation is remarkably extensive compared to any other industry. Generally speaking, firms in this industry focus more of their resources on product development and marketing rattler than on production and they attempt to maneuver the speed when they are required to enhance their competitive edge. This is enabled through being, as one might expect, information- and technology- intensive as are high-tech industries. In this sense, that of the competitive strategy of a firm in fashion industry to be similar to high-tech industry. The Japanese firm Y has transformed itself a leading firm in fashion uniform segment. The firm could achieve this status by integrating each function needed for creating customer*s value, that is, product development, production and marketing within one Quick Response System. For this purpose, Y introduced a bundle of high-tech communication systems such as SPD, SDS, ATOM, NICS and so on. In this sense it can be said that Y was aware of what sort of competitive strategy was required in the industry. Implications for Korean firms is that, first, the magnitude of understanding the industry specific factors in establishing competitive strategy in the fashion industry, are speed, flexibility and systematic integration supported by high technology which are characteristic of high-tech industries. Secondly, as can be seen in the fact that Y emphasized logistics in its technological transformation, the significance of logistics control is a key to manipulating speed and flexibility in the industry. To sum up, those who have insight into above findings will be likely to keep their competitiveness in the industry not only in the Korean market but also in global market in the near future.

In "The Animal That Therefore I Am (More to Follow)," Derrida notices that he is being watched by his cat. He becomes ashamed of being naked in front of his cat. The sense of shame is a response to being reduced to the level of an animal. He is ashamed of being as naked as an animal. His next move is, therefore, to cover his nakedness from the gaze of his cat. By contrast, he realizes, the animal is not self-conscious of being naked and so does not shield its nudity. In a truer sense, then, the cat is not naked. Humans do not see animals for what they really are but what they project on them. Whereas the gap between man and animal is clearly identified by Derrida's philosophical discourse, the possibility of going beyond the gap can be suggested by fantasy stories in children's literature. Children's literature in Britain arose in the eighteenth century with the revival of traditional fairy tales and growth of literary fairy tales. Romanticism in the early nineteenth century contributed to opening up a new horizon for the concept of the child, in which the child is no longer defined as the object to be tamed and childhood imagination is glorified as a powerful means to reach the higher state, the spiritual origin prior to separation of Man from the 'thing-in-itself.' In The Wind in the Willows, animals talk and behave like humans. The anthropomorphic figuration of animals can be understood as a result of the one-sided projection of anthropocentric perspectives on animals rather than an interaction between humans and animals. Significant contradictions also emerge in this story, however, as traits particular to animals are vividly delineated even as the main didactic theme of good triumphing over evil reflects an anthropocentric projection on animals. An attempt to capture the true characteristics of animals and locate them in the text constitutes a remarkable achievement in The Wind in the Willows. This can be evaluated as an important step toward a more ecopocentric perspective on animals which appears in later children's fantasies like Charlotte's Web.

코로나19로 인해 대면으로 진행하는 현장 전시가 불가능한 상황이 지속되었다. 이를 계기로 가상현실/증강현실 등의 기술이 주목받고 있으며 많은 분야에서 이러한 기술들이 활용되고 있는데, 가장 신속히 비대면으로 전환된 분야 중 하나가 전시 예술 분야다. 이 연구에서는 가상현실 기술을 이용하여 가상 전시 공간을 제작하고 다양한 전시물을 가상으로 전시하는 가상 전시 콘텐츠를 제작하였다. 제작된 가상 전시는 동일한 내용의 전시물을 전시하는 현장 전시와 병행하여 개최되었다. 그리고 가상 전시는 HMD를 이용해 관객이 직접 체험해 볼 수 있는 기회도 제공하였다. 높은 현장감을 제공하기 위해 개방감 있게 가상 공간을 제작하였고, 사실적인 전시 구조와 같은 3D 객체와 텍스처를 이용하였다. 가상 전시 참여 관객들은 직접 참여하는 현장 전시와 유사한 체험을 할 수 있으며 동일한 전시 콘텐츠를 감상할 수 있다. 전시 이후에는 현장 전시와 가상 전시를 모두 참여한 관객에게 설문 조사하여 반응을 분석하였다. 설문 결과 가상전시의 유사성과 몰입감에 높은 점수를 부여하였다.

본 연구에서는 조형(Form-Giving)이 가지는 언어적 능력 또는 기능으로써 'Fun' 감성의 발생과 수용을 다루고 있다. 조형언어로써 'Fun' 감성은 넓은 의미로 사용자가 인공물과의 관계를 통한 경험으로서 소유의지(가지고 싶은)를 갖게 하는 감성으로 정의한다. 좁은 의미로는 보다 능동적이고 의식적인 인지과정에서 겪게 되는 예상치 못한 조형 정보에 대한 물리적.심적 체험의 결과로써 소유의지가 생기는 경우의 감성을 'Fun' 감성으로 본다. 'Fun' 감성의 발생은 사용자의 인지적 특성으로부터 심적 정체(mental block)의 인지과정(여기서는 사용과정으로 보고 있음)을 통한 심적 정체의 해소 시점에서 발생됨을 유추할 수 있었다. 조형요소의 변형 및 규칙, 그리고 적용 조건을 인지적 관점에서 사용자 경험과 조형 컨텍스트(context)의 상호작용으로부터 제안하였다. 이는 목적하는 감성에 부합하는 조형(form-giving)에 있어 매우 중요한 요소로 다루어진다. 또한 다루고 있는 심적 정체로부터 'Fun' 감성 지향을 위한 조형 요소의 활용을 논하였다. 따라서 본 연구 내용을 기반으로 향후, 보다 실증적 연구를 통해, 디자인에 있어서 'Fun' 감성의 발생 메커니즘의 활용이 보다 매력적이고 흥미있는 제품 컨셉과 제품 형태에 효과적으로 적용되길 기대한다.

본 논문에서는 인터랙티브 아트 작품의 효율적인 분석과 창의적인 제작을 위한 효율적 의미 분석 체계를 위해 참가자와 작품 간의 상호작용에 필요한 직관 및 상식과의 합치, 자기 주도적 능동성, 제어요소의 다양성이라는 3가지의 정성적 필요 요소를 제안한다. 필자가 제작한 작품들을 비교 분석하는 과정을 통해 본 논문에서 제안하는 상호작용의 3가지 정성적 필요 요소들이 인터랙티브 작품의 효율적 의미 전달에 대한 매우 유용한 정성적 평가 요소임을 보인다. 분석 실험에서는 작용과 반응의 1회 피드백에 소요되는 시간, 작품의 감상 소요시간, 그리고 서로 다른 형태의 상호작용의 가지 수를 조사하였다. 본 논문에서 제안한 정성 평가 요소들은 기존의 작품들에 대한 평가 체계로 사용될 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 새로운 인터랙티브 작품을 구상 및 설계하는데 있어 설계 모델로 사용될 수도 있을 것으로 기대한다.

본 논문은 시민들의 Life Style 변화에 대응하고 송산그린시티의 미래상을 달성하기 위해 기술과 주거, 산업, 관광레저 등 기능이 상호 효율적으로 융합된 환경친화적 첨단도시를 건설하기 위하여 스마트도시에 적용한 u-상수도 관로파손감지시스템 구축기술에 대하여 기술하기로 한다. 관로파손감지시스템은 송산그린시티 동측지구내 상수도관 상부에 설치되는 스마트예방시트, 관로파손감지기, 관파손감지 소프트웨어, 서버 등으로 구성되며 중앙제어부(관파손감지소프트웨어, 서버)는 화성시 맑은물사업소내에 설치되어 SKT의 WCDMA방식의 무선통신망을 통하여 현장에서 화성시로 데이터를 전송하고 있다. 본 시스템은 굴착공사중 시설물 파손을 예방하고 관로 손상여부를 실시간으로 감지하여 이벤트 발생위치를 관리자에게 알려주여 누수손실을 예방하여 시설물의 수명연장을 도모한다.

In recent years, some modifications were introduced in the stress-strain relationship of the steel in order to develop a more efficient shear model for reinforced concrete members. The last contribution in this sense corresponding to the Refined Compression Field Theory (RCFT, 2009); this theory proposed a steel constitutive model that has account the tension stiffening area prescribed by technical codes, what simplifies all the design process. However, under certain design conditions supported by such codes, the RCFT model does not provide a real (non-complex) solution for the steel yield strain when the prescribed tension stiffening area is considered; then the load-strain response cannot be computed. In this technical note, the tension stiffening area is fixed in order to guarantee the application of the embedded steel constitutive model for all the standard design range.

본 연구에서는 확률론적 등가선형화 기법을 사용하여 비선형 랜덤 시스템을 선형화하였다.또 이 선형화된 시스템을 최근에 새로이 제안된 방법을 적용하여 비 백색잡음형태의 랜덤 가진을 받을 때 그 거동을 구하였다.

The present article has the purpose of evaluating subjective response of Won Buddhism sanctums by psychoacoustics experiment. Furthermore, basing on this experiment, the present article makes a suggestion of a physical sound-evaluating index. To achieve the purpose, I conducted an psychoacoustics experiment at 6 sanctuaries out of the representing 40 sanctuaries of Won Buddhism sanctums, which size is bigger than 1,000 m$^3$. I made a reanalysis with 3 Buddhist sanctums out of the subjects of psychoacoustics experiment which are generally rated superior. From the result, I can make each evaluation type into two types, sound clarity and space sense of sound. Also, I make various suggestions of physical parameter, with which I can evaluate the proper sound condition for Won Buddhism sanctums.

Determination of elastic properties of nano-scale materials using nano-indentation tests is well established, but that of plastic properties is not yet clear. This paper presents a method to extract plastic properties from nano-indentation test, together with results from detailed elastic-plastic FE analysis. It shows that the plastic properties determined from this method are not unique, in the sense that a number of different plastic properties can give the same load-displacement response from nano-indentation test. possible ways to overcome such problems are discussed.
