The number of Construction Management Professional(CMP) is 2700 among 4600 of the total CMPs in Korea. Their characters and abilities are quite different from others. Because they must have 10 year field experiences, complete 180 hours CM oriented lectures and pass the certification test including written and interview in depth. And then, their level of standard is maintained by the Continuous Professional Development(CPD) program, periodic forum, case study seminar and CMP vision execution strategy sponsored by the CMP Association.

During a survey of new antitumor substances from higher plants, we have found that the crude extract of Simaba cedron Planchon (Simaroubaceae) showed cytotoxic activity (IC$\sub$50/ 0.7 $\mu\textrm{g}$/mL) against P388 leukemia cells. Activity-guided chromatographic purification using P388 cells led to the isolation of five novel quassinoids, cedronolactones A-E (1-5) and nine known quassinoids, simalikalactone D (6), chaparrinon (7), chaparrin (8), glaucarubolone (9), glaucarubol (10), samaderine Z (11), guanepolide (12), ailanquassin A (13), and polyandrol (14). In this seminar, the structural elucidation of 1-5 and the cytotoxic activity of the isolated compounds are discussed.

호주의 쌀 수출과 가공산업 현황 및 발전기술 동향 등을 조사하기 위해 쌀 제품 유통 및 신제품 동향 시장조사를 하고, 쌀 산업 분야 전문 연구자와의 교류 활성화를 위하여 호주 시드니의 UNSW 및 Sydney 대학을 방문하였다. 현지조사는 주요 쌀 가공업체(SUNRICE)와 대형마켓을 중심으로 실시하였으며, 현지인 및 교포를 대상으로 쌀 관련 제품의 인식과 판매 전망 등을 살펴보았다.

In the way, we have to be illuminated by the seminar for the house wives of high class, by the discussion on marriage extravagancies or on the prohibition law of that which can keep.

산업의 발전에 따라 물동량이 증가하면서 크레인의 사용이 늘어나고 이와 함께 크레인에 의한 사고도 종종 발생되고 있다. 크레인의 사고는 제품의 적기이동을 어렵게 함으로 제조원가의 상승은 물론 건축공사에서는 공기의 차질을 초래하고, 컨테이너 크레인의 경우 물류의 흐름을 저해하여 원활한 경제활동을 저해하는 요인으로 작용하게 된다 특히 과거에 설치된 구형 크레인은 그 성능이나 안전성 측면에서 매우 낙후되어 있기 때문에 현대화의 필요성이 대두되고 있으며, 새로운 크레인을 설치하는 것에 비하여 비용과 기간을 절약할 수 있어서 선진국에서는 각광을 받고 있는 새로운 사업영역으로 등장하고 있다. 본 발표는 World Class Crane Management Seminar에서 발표된 내용을 요약 정리하여 선진기술 동향으로 국내에 소개하고자 한다.(중략)

본 내용은 국내 고추 주산지 지자체 고추관련 업무 담당자 중심으로 국내산 고추 가공제품의 유럽시장 수출을 위하여 수출전략을 수립하고자 독일 쾰른에서 열리는 세계 최대 국제식품박람회 2011 ANUGA에 참석하여 세계 고추 조미료 및 고추 가공제품의 품질, 기술현황, 가격 등을 조사하고 독일 뒤셀도르프, 네덜란드 로테르담, 암스테르담 등에 있는 현지 대형 식품 유통업체, 한국식품 수입업체, 농수산물 유통공사와 헝가리, 체코 지역의 농산물 시장을 방문하여 유럽 고추 제품 수집 및 시장조사를 하여 한국산 고품질 고추 조미료 및 가공제품의 해외 시장 수출을 촉진하고자 한다.

Organic based photovoltaics (OPV) have been received a lot of attention because they are lightweight, inexpensive to fabricate and flexible compare to crystalline Si solar cells. In this seminar, several important progresses in the Polymer PV, such as, formation of bulk heterojunction, development of post annealing technique, tandem cell fabrication will be introduced. In addition that, some efforts to achieve the further improvement in the performance of the Polymer PV will be discussed.

Icy dust particles in interstellar clouds are considered to play a catalytic role in molecular evolution in space. Atoms and simple molecules constituting the ice mantles of dust particles may be transformed into more complex molecules under the irradiation of UV and cosmic rays. This seminar will present our recent study results for chemistry of ice surfaces, with the emphases on the mechanistic features of elementary reactions and the implications for interstellar molecular evolution. The types of reactions studied include molecule diffusion in ice, proton and hydroxide transfers, and some UV-induced reactions wih astrobiological relevance.

There are successful multinationals like McDonald's, and International hotel chain. The reason is efficiency managing diversity workforces. Therefore, purpose of this study suggests practical guidelines to handling global workforce for creative ideas, diversity for network, and pool for superiority workforces. 1. The company or university we provided by training program for cross-culture seminar, and education program for global culture & manner. 2 The employees express their perceptions and feelings in their own language, the discussions were videotaped, and used for decreasing misfactors such as misperceptions, misevaluations, and mistrust. 3. It builds up various program for understanding cultural difference like seminar, world business manner, and costume & food culture for each country. 4. Top manager should keep in mind that cross-culture has diversity and consistency at the same time.
