바이오가스 기반 수소 생산공정에 대한 경제성 및 환경성 분석 (Techno-Economic Analysis and Life-Cycle Assessment for the Production of Hydrogen from Biogas)

  • Due to fossil fuel depletion and environmental pollution, H2 production from organic waste has received an increased attention. In this study, we present an integrated process for the H2 production from biogas and evaluate the economic feasibility and sustainability via rigorous techno-economic analysis (TEA) and life-cycle assessment (LCA). Through the TEA, we determine the minimum H2 selling price using discounted cash flow analysis and investigate the main cost drivers. The environmental impact of the proposed process is quantified via LCA.

한국 주식시장에서의 융합적 모멘텀 투자전략 (Convergent Momentum Strategy in the Korean Stock Market)

  • 본 연구는 한국 주식시장에서 가치투자 전략과 연계해 모멘텀 투자전략의 유효성을 분석하였다. 본 연구는 2001년~2014년 동안 한국 주식시장의 상장기업의 주가 및 재무자료를 실증 분석해, 과거 승자 주를 매수하고 패자 주를 매도하는 모멘텀 투자전략과 장부가/시가 비율이 높은 가치주를 매수하고 장부가/시가 비율이 낮은 글래머주를 매도하는 가치 투자전략의 유효성이 기간별로 서로 다르며, 전체 분석기간에 걸쳐 역(-)의 상관관계가 있음을 관찰하였다. 또한 Fama and French[1]가 개발한 3 요인 회귀분석 모형을 추정해, 모형의 절편이 유의적인 양(+)의 값으로 추정됨을 관찰함으로써, 역(-)의 상관관계로 인해 상호 대체관계에 있는 모멘텀 투자전략과 가치 투자전략을 하나의 시스템으로 분석할 때, 모멘텀 투자전략이 세계 주요 증권시장에서와 마찬가지로 한국 증권시장에서도 유효함을 분석하였다.

국내 의류업체의 재고처리 및 재고감축실태 연구 (A Study on Stock Management and Reduction for Apparel Industry)

  • The purpose of this study is to create the program for efficient inventory management and reduction, investigating the present conditions and factors of the inventory throughout current apparel industry. The research method applied in this study is to survey 92 domestic companies which were randomly selected with respect to the kinds of goods produced : men′s wear, women′s wear, and unisex wear. The research can be summarized as follows : 1. The seasonal stock rate of current apparel industry was 28.75%, and the rate of men′s wear companies was higher than that of women′s and unisex wear companies. 19.43% of stock cost reflection rate was applied, and the stack cost of men′s and women′s wear companies was higher than that of unisex wear companies. 2. Periodic bargain sale was the most frequently used way of stock clearance, and "uniform price sale"and outlet stores were the second and the third irrespectively. Unisex wear companies appeared to be more enthusiastic in stock clearance than the companies belonging to the other two categories. The main places for the stock clearance were department stores, outlet stores and enterprises specialized in the stock clearance. 3. QR production was proved to be the most commonly adjusted method of stock reduction, and the emphasis on development of new design and the utilization of stock management system through computer network were the next, While unisex wear companies had established the positive policies, men′s wear companies took lukewarm altitudes in every aspect. The companies selling on an order were 18.64%, and unisex wear companies showed the higher rate. The lead-time after QR production was 10.91 days, and it seemed to take more time for men′s wear companies than for women′s and unisex wear companies. The rate of the chance in stock was proved to decrease by 12.94%, and there was found no meaningful difference among the three categories of apparel companies.

식품업체의 건강편의식 개발 경향 및 유용성 조사 (Trends and Feasibility of Health-Oriented Convenience Food of Korean Food Industry)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the development trends and feasibility of health-oriented convenience foods in Korea for promoting health. Special objectives were to investigate characteristics of health-oriented convenience foods; to determine the factor affecting the sale of health-oriented convenience foods; to examine marketing strategies of the foodservice industry; and to provide feedback for the development plan. Questionnaires were developed in this study and mailed to 10 food companies in Korea and then telephone interviews were carried out. Also, marketing strategies of each industry are analyzed by the visit interview with food processing and marketing chargers. The survey was conducted between September 30 and October 30, 1997. The results of this study were summarized as following : The most popular health-oriented convenience foods were completely precooked type, pouch/PE bag packaging type, diet purpose, 100-300 gram size, and convenience store sales with regard to selling and developing health-oriented convenience foods. About factors affecting selling health-oriented convenience foods, the best contributors among factors were seasonality, convenience, and negative image for instant foods. For health-oriented convenience foods, the most important factor was the improvement of taste and quality. Adults should be the most promising customers for health-oriented convenience foods. Food companies must promote variety, taste, nutrition, convenience, price, and advertising of health-oriented convenience foods for the powerful marketing strategies in the future.

유방절제술을 시행한 유방암 환자의 시판 인조유방 착용 및 판매실태 (A Study on the Wearing and Manufacturing Condition of Artificial Breast in Breast Cancer Patients with a Mastectomy)

  • The study surveyed patients undergoing a mastectomy to understand their experience and requirements on artificial breasts and sales status. We retrieved 149 of the 150 surveyed questionnaires; subsequently, 144 questionnaires, excluding missing values, were used in the analysis. According to the results of the study, about 67% of respondents said that artificial breasts were not used after undergoing a mastectomy, and more than half of the breast cancer patients were not aware of the importance of artificial breasts. Breast cancer patients wearing artificial breast felt uncomfortable and hot during daily activities as well as experienced difficulty in size selection and purchase price burdens. The three most responded brands were selected based on the results of the survey that also investigated the sales status of the commercial artificial breast. Company A was selling artificial breast to reflect the consumer's functional requirements, and Company C was selling artificial breast with various kinds of reduced weight. However, it is thought that consumers will have less choice since artificial breasts have more limited forms than various types. Therefore, it is believed that the patient needs artificial breasts that satisfy the shape of various types of mastectomy. This study can be used as basic data for artificial breast development studies.

국내 소비자들의 김치 소비 실태 연구 (A Survey on the Nationwide Customers' Usage of Kimchi Consumption)

  • In this study, Kimchi usage was examined by nationwide consumers. 1,000 consumers between 20~60 years olds from 15 cities/province based on an administrative district participated in this questionnaire, which were one-on one interviews from September 23th to October 14th, 2009. 76.1% of the customers prepared Kimchi by them self, 26.9% customers received Kimchi from relatives and, 13.1% purchase Kimchi from the market. In addition, the rate of preparing Kimchi by themselves increased with age(p<0.05). 4~6 cabbage heads(34.5%) was the most preferred quantity for preparing Kimchi at a time, which was followed by more than 10 heads(25.2%) and 2~3 heads(22.9%). Chinese cabbage Kimchi was the most preferred type for purchase. 49.1% of customers purchased Kimchi at the supermarket and warehouse market and the origin of the ingredients, taste and-, price of Kimchi were considered important factors. The satisfactory scores of selling Kimchi were variety 3.60, taste 3.11, freshness of main ingredient 3.10, hygiene 2.86, -appropriate salt usage 2.99 and-, the origin of ingredients 2.94. There were significant difference between gender in taste and hygiene of selling Kimchi (p<0.05). In conclusion, to provide more appropriate Kimchi based on changes in Kimchi usage and consumption patterns at home and in the community, new types of Kimchi should be developed.

거대조류 바이오가스를 연료로 하는 고체산화물 연료전지를 이용한 삼중발전 (Trigeneration Based on Solid Oxide Fuel Cells Driven by Macroalgal Biogas)

  • 이 논문에서는 3세대 바이오매스 중 거대조류, 즉 해조류 바이오매스로부터 유래된 바이오가스를 연료로 사용하여 열, 전력 및 수소를 생산하는 삼중발전의 타당성 평가를 수행하였다. 이를 위해 3 MW급 고체산화물 연료전지와 가스터빈, 그리고 유기 랭킨 사이클로 이루어진 상용 규모의 열, 전력 및 수소 생산공정을 공정모사기를 사용하여 설계, 모사하였고, 공정모사로 부터 얻은 열 및 물질 수지를 통해 각 단위조작 장치의 가격을 추정하고 경제성을 분석하였다. 수소를 생산하기 위해 고체산화물 연료전지의 설계를 수정하였는데, 연료전지 내 애프터-버너를 제거하고 수성-가스 전환 반응기를 추가하였다. 공정모사 결과 설계된 삼중발전 공정은 시간당 3.47톤의 건조 갈조류 원료로부터 생산된 2톤의 바이오가스를 이용하여 2.3 MW의 전력과 50 kg hr-1의 수소를 37%의 효율로 생산한다. 이 결과를 토대로 가장 현실적인 시나리오에 대해 경제적으로 평가하고 BESP (breakeven electricity selling price)를 계산하였는데, ¢10.45 kWh-1로 기존의 고정 발전 대비 동등 이상의 수준으로 나타났다.

주가지수선물의 가격발견기능에 관한 특성 고찰 (The study on the characteristics of the price discovery role in the KOSPI 200 index futures)

  • 본 연구에서는 1998년 7월부터 2001년 6월까지의 KOSPI 200 주가지수선물시장을 대상으로 가격발견기능의 특성에 관한 세 가지 가설을 검증하였다. 먼저 현물시장의 공매제약으로 인한 가격발견기능의 변화 여부를 검증하기 위한 '가격발견기능은 상승장보다 하락장에서 강하게 나타난다. '는 가설은 상승장보다 하락장에서 선도시간이 더 길게 보고되었고 이는 예상대로 현물시장의 공매제약으로 인한 하락장에서의 정보 실현의 난점으로 인하여 하락장에서의 가격발견기능이 더 크게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있었다. 다음으로 주식시장의 빈번하지 않은 거래 효과가 가격발견기능에 미치는 영향을 살펴본 '현물시장의 거래량의 증가로 인하여 가격발견기능은 감소한다' 는 가설은 현물시장이 거래량이 많은 경우보다 적은 경우에 선물시장의 가격발견기능이 크게 나타났다. 현물시장의 거래량이 미약할 때 빈번하지 않은 거래효과로 인하여 주가지수를 구성하는 종목들이 시장에 새로 진입한 정보를 빠르게 소화하지 못하여 현물 시장에 대한 선물시장의 가격발견기능이 더 크게 나타나는 것을 알 수 있다. 마지막으로 차익거래가 가격발견기능에 대한 영향을 간접적으로 살펴보기 위한 '만기일의 가격발견기능은 만기일전과 다르다' 는 가설은 만기일과 만기일전의 가격발견기능에는 특정한 차이가 없음을 밝혀냈다.

다이아몬드의 유통구조와 국내감정 현황에 관한 연구 (The Rationalization of Distribution Structure in Diamond Market and Study on Diamond Grading System In Korea)

  • Purpose - This study investigates the improvement of rationalization of distribution structure in Korean diamond market. It also explores the international distribution of diamond and how the distribution of Korean diamond market system was improved. This study also for providing the evaluation method in case of purchasing diamond on the consumers. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - The research investigates how international diamond distribution market has been changed since 1933 by De Beers. The international Diamond rough stone has been deregulated in supply and demand by Debeers since July, 2000, therefore, the price maintenance policy of diamond market also has been changed. In the short term, the diamond price in market has been down, whereas, in the long term, the market share of Debeers has affected the high quality of diamond price in world market. Before 1985, both G color and VVS1 clarity were used as the level of percentages in the diamond certificate of authenticity in Korea. But, after 1985, the diamond certificate of authenticity uses Diamond Grading Report. Results - Between the 1970's and 1980's, Debeers had controlled about 80 percentages of international diamond supply market. But, Debeers share in diamond market fell by 60 percentages in 2000's. Debeers supplied 31%(4390 carets) of international diamond supply and 41%(39 billion dollars) in 2003. However, Debeers shares 50% of market shares in the diamond supply market by Alosa in Russia. In Korea, the diamond grading report system has been used since 1985. But, the diamond grading report system has price bubbles and much irrational parts in grading system methods. Conclusions - 4C, the grading system of diamond, is a method for comparing and evaluating diamond objectively. Diamond is graded according to its color, cut, clarity, and carat. The price of diamond is determined based on its each item. Consumers purchase diamond for the purpose of investment and wearing. In terms of investment, it is recommended to purchase diamond with color of D grade, cut with Excellent or Very Good Cut grade, Clarity of FL or IF, and more than 3 carat. As for wearing purpose, it is highly recommended for diamond to have color of F or G grade, cut of Excellent or Very Good Cut, clarity of VS2 or SI1, and more than 1 carat Before 2000, Central Selling Organization(CSO) distributed about 80 percentages rough diamond to world market exclusively by purchase, classification, assessment, and sales. After 2000, Dbeers diamond company looses slowly market shares, while Almosa diamond company etc. in Russia are taking over world market shares more and more. Debeers market shares have been falling over the years, and the international diamond markets are gradually growing by other international diamond companies. But, there is no change in Korean diamond market after 1980's. Korean diamond distribution needs to follow international level of Diamond Grading System. By using different grading systems with different panel members, Korean diamond grading system needs to follow international perfect grading systems to grow diamond markets and maintain within top 10 diamond markets countries.

서울 오피스 빌딩 매매가격 결정요인 분석 : 부분매매를 중심으로 (An Analysis on Determinants that Affect the Sale Price of an Office Building in Seoul after Focusing on Strata Property Sales)

  • 본 연구는 오피스 매매가격에 영향을 주는 결정요인에 대한 연구를 진행하였다. 그 중에서도 특히 부분매매가 미치는 영향에 대해 초점을 맞춰서 헤도닉 가격모형을 활용하여 실증분석을 실시하였다. 본 연구에는 2000년부터 2017년까지 서울에서 거래된 오피스 사례 1,171건이 분석에 이용되었다. 오피스 매매가격에 영향을 주는 요인을 분석하기 위해 거시경제변수, 입지특성변수, 자산특성변수, 거래특성변수, 거래시점변수로 독립변수를 구성하였다. 본 연구에 있어서 주요 관심사항인 부분매매에 대해서 분석결과를 살펴보면, 부분매매는 전체매매보다 약 156만원 정도 평당 매매가격이 할인 효과가 있는 것으로 나타났다. 할인율 측면에서는 전체매매에 비해 부분매매가 12.6% 할인되는 것으로 나타나 부분매매가 오피스 매매가격에 적지 않은 영향을 미치고 있는 것으로 밝혀졌다. 이는 집합건물의 경우 소유자가 재산권에 대한 행사와 유지관리에 따른 비용 배분 등 측면에서 단독소유보다 어려움을 겪고 있기 때문이라고 볼 수 있다. 본 연구 결과를 통해 향후 오피스 거래 특히 부분매매의 경우 거래 투명성 확보 및 리스크 관리 측면에서 일정부분 기여를 할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.
