Food policy is considered as the most basic and central issue for all countries, while making efforts to keep each country's food sovereignty and enhance food self-sufficiency. In the case of Korea where the staple food is rice, the rice yield prediction is regarded as a very important task to cope with unstable food supply at a national level. In this study, Korean paddy Rice yield Prediction Model (KRPM) developed to predict the paddy rice yield using meteorological element and MODIS NDVI. A multiple linear regression analysis was carried out by using the NDVI extracted from satellite image. Six meteorological elements include average temperature; maximum temperature; minimum temperature; rainfall; accumulated rainfall and duration of sunshine. Concerning the evaluation for the applicability of the KRPM, the accuracy assessment was carried out through correlation analysis between predicted and provided data by the National Statistical Office of paddy rice yield in 2011. The 2011 predicted yield of paddy rice by KRPM was 505 kg/10a at whole country level and 487 kg/10a by agroclimatic zones using stepwise regression while the predicted value by KOrea Statistical Information Service was 532 kg/10a. The characteristics of changes in paddy rice yield according to NDVI and other meteorological elements were well reflected by the KRPM.

The purpose of this study is to measure IPA(Importance Performance Analysis) of the hospital choice factors between internal and external customers at rural general hospital. This study was used 5 types of choice factor such as physical, human, accessibility, connection, and external image. Also, this study was used IPA which can be applied to identify the strengths and weaknesses quality attributes from customers' viewpoint by simultaneously evaluating importance and performance. IPA was assessed using a sample of 98 patients and 96 internal employees who work at C general hospital in Chunkcheongbuk-do. Data were collected with self-administered questionnaires from February 13 to March 30 in 2012 and analyzed SPSS 18 by using frequency, paired t-test and scatter plot graph. The results of IPA show that "Keep up the good work" quadrant was human factor and "Low Priority" quadrant was physical and connection factors between internal and external customers. The finding of this study will be applied to improve human service quality in administrative department of hospital. Also, this study presents primary data for correct decision making to authorities of local hospitals that have concern about hospital strategy. The implications of this study are discussed and areas for future research are presented.

With increasing interest in key areas of the 4th industrial revolution such as artificial intelligence, deep learning and big data, scientific approaches have developed in order to overcome the limitations of traditional decision-making methodologies. These scientific techniques are mainly used to predict the direction of financial products. In this study, the factors of apartment prices, which are of high social interest, were analyzed through SOM. For this analysis, we extracted the real prices of the apartments and selected a total of 16 input variables that would affect these prices. The data period was set from 1986 to 2021. As a result of examining the characteristics of the variables during the rising and faltering periods of the apartment prices, it was found that the statistical tendencies of the input variables of the rising and the faltering periods were clearly distinguishable. I hope this study will help us analyze the status of the real estate market and study future predictions through image learning.

Princess Bari, the seventh daughter of the King and Queen, is abandoned at birth. She one day embarks on a solitary journey into the underworld to seek the antidote she needs to save her ailing father. The shamanic myth then depicts terrible ordeals, after which the Princess manages to obtain the elixir of life to bring her parents back to life, leading to her deification as the Queen of all shamans. The life of Princess Bari as the ancestor of shamans incorporates the necessary rite of passage to become a shaman, persevering through all manner of trials and tribulations until death and then being reborn. Princess Bari's story of deification as the goddess of shamans constitutes the archetype or the primitive image of the collective unconscious, the mytheme. From the perspective of analytical psychology, Princess Bari, who became the Queen of shamans after undergoing a process of pain, death, and then rebirth demonstrates a facet of the individuation process, evident in heroic mythology. Princess Bari not only cured her parents of disease but also brought them back to life. What enabled her to obtain the elixir to resurrect her parents was her love and compassion for them based on self-sacrifice, enduring all the trivial and repetitive undertakings of everyday life. She viewed the world and behaved from the perspective of a broader Self. Making herself a powerful healer through the ordeals in the underworld, Princess Bari is the psychopomp as well as the healer archetype. The sacred power of healing that goes beyond the Princess' sufferings represents the Self Archetype inherent in the mentality of the Koreans, in other words, a symbolic power that indicates the divine representation of a healer.

With globalization and the execution of a self-governing system, the government-oriented system has been transformed into a city-oriented system. The importance of the competitive power of a city is thus increasing. Because of this each region is trying to develop its own differentiated image and to create branding using unique historical and cultural resources and, as one of the strategies for this, public spaces have been developed. For a public space to be used as a means to promote the attractiveness of a city, creates a local image and works as a medium to help a community of people realize a pleasant life. Therefore, in this study, I am clarified theoretically the meaning of placeness and form factors. and study realization methods in the space around the public space case. The results of the study are as following. In the modern space, Place is to be understood as a recognition and experience. Therefore rather than spatial structure physical fixed, recognition through the human experience is an important feature of the place-making, it is necessary to access in spatial planning based on this point of view. The factors of the placeness formation are physical environment factors, activity elements of the human, the meaning factors. and these elements form the placeness through via interaction. Therefore, even space implementation of the place, it is necessary to grasp the elements of each, as well as the physical aspects in particular, planning programmatic and various functions must be parallel strategically. There is a need to implement a space device that can be carried out in space activities.

The purposes of this research are suggesting the needs of further studies about human brand by analysing the antecedents and consequents of brand attachments to celebrities in Korean Wave and marketing implications. In especially, this study uses attachment as a one of important marketing performance factor that may be a appropriate word in person to person relations. Research conclusions show the trust is more important factor to brand attachment than competence and self congruity. And there is no direct effect of competence to brand attachment. This is partially because emotional evaluation of consumers is much important than rational evaluation when they are making relationships with celebrities. Second, as similar with past studies, higher attachments lead to higher buying intention toward products that celebrities endorse, next entertainment products they record or play, extension products, and country image.

This study employs Lacan's psychoanalytic approach to reinterpret the images of others and teachers that influence the process of self-formation within the teaching profession as students enter a university of education Seventy-four first- and second-year students majoring in science education at the College of Education from three regions across the country participated in this study, which was conducted using Lacan's L schematic as a representative theoretical framework. Through qualitative analysis and a word cloud analysis, it was confirmed that the students developed perceptions of the teaching profession based on somewhat fictitious and unrealistic teacher images, while others actively intervened in the process of career decision-making. In addition, although parents or teachers mainly occupied the realm of the Other, it was found that they failed to appropriately fulfill the role of the Other, in that they should have corrected the fictional image of teachers. Accordingly, it is necessary to recognize the limitations of ego-psychological career education that can deepen fixations on distorted self-images and, therefore, seek a new career education and counseling model through a psychoanalytic approach.

The study of application using multimedia contents have been worked out a lot. But those trial can be hardly to be applied because each social study curriculum has a little difference which is a peculiar properties in social study. So we try to find the most efficient study method making multimedia contents system with computer graphic design and animation and sound and movie. This study introduce the method of image transcoding in real time based on repurposing structure to make better use of a multimedia contents system. We assume that developed multimedia contents system could be a big help to increase study efficiency through graphic, sound, movie as well as to encourage student's motive and interest. It is mostly possible to use for creative, self-controlled and social study material which is used to study the subject with conversational and repetitive way. So we hope this study will be a good guide line of developing various contents in multimedia contents.

As the local self-government are stabilized and the environmental value is becoming more important among local residents, the occurrence of the anti-movements against waste treatment facilities is getting more frequent. Opposing to build the reuse facilities of wastes takes place because of concerning of health and hygiene, as well as matters of unclear policy making process. However, these facilities must be built in somewhere for the convenience and profit of the public. The NIMBY phenomenon against reuse facilities of wastes could be a burden for the city operation system, and it could worsen citizens' quality of life in the long run. In these lights, reuse and recycling facilities of wastes in East region are necessary facilities improving citizens' quality of life and enhancing the growth of cities in the region. However, there have been concerning of deforestation during the construction process of the facilities. The landscape design presented here for these facilities considers the features of the environmental ecosystem and tries to establish a plan to preserve the natural environment of the City of Ichon. This paper presents methods minimizing adverse effects of the facilities on the existing environments and promoting the city image with integrating culture, tourism, landscape and environment of the city. The landscape design makes efforts to harmonize natural environments in the site, human activities and culture. Well-being park was aimed to lead healthy and energetic outdoor activities of local residents. Ecological park was aimed to enhance the ecological functions of the forests and restore the valley ecology. Culture park was aimed to capture the city identity by creating a place that contains all the variety of meanings of the City of Ichon.

With the drastic development of technology for almost eternally saving digital information, cases for giving sufferings to a person who deserves to enjoy privacy have increased. So I study the right to be forgotten focusing on the collision between that right and freedom of expression. I also study the concept of the right to be forgotten and its legal basis for the protection of that right. That right can be protected mainly by the self-decision making right under the Article 10, and secondly the privacy right under the Article 17 of the Constitutional Law. The Press Arbitration Law can be applied to protect the right to be forgotten, but that Law needs the revision of time-limit clause for complain, protection clause for the right to ask to delete factual past article, and the clause of staleness doctrine for the consent of giving personal information.
