Zhangshi established his own ideal system in the process of self-cultivation in the Southern Song dynasty period, where academic exchanges were active. A common feature in the process of self-cultivation is the transformation of ideas. In the case of Zhangshi, his academic exchanges with contemporary mainstream scholars had a major impact on them, and Zhangshi was also able to systematize his own ideas. However, while there have been a lot of researches on the mainstream schools of the Southern Song period, there has been little research on the ideological trends and trends of the time when mainstream schools could have occurred. This paper attempts to understand the ideological trends of the Southern Song era by examining the formation process of the his theory of self-cultivation, and to examine the process of exchanging of mainstream schools through the field of self-cultivation. This work will be a meaningful process for understanding the philosophy of the Song era and for examining the tendency objectively. This paper examines the formation process of self-cultivation in the first half and the second half. In the first half, this paper refers to the ideological impact of schools that had influenced Zhangshi's thought, in the second half, this paper deals with the process of change of his theory of self-cultivation and then examines how his ideas had changed. This work will help to understand Zhangshi's own ideas and to understand how Zhu Xi's theory of Zhu xi, who had an ideological exchange with him, could be established.

This paper uses 601 cited papers of Pakistani LIS researchers with the purpose to examine the individual performance of these Library and Information Science (LIS) researchers in terms of their research output and its impact on the LIS (national/international) literature by using various bibliometric indicators. A list of 139 authors was compiled with the help of the Library, Information Science, and Technology Abstracts (LISTA) and some other sources. Data were collected from Google Scholar and SPSS version 20 was utilized in order to identify the relationship between self-citations and various performance indices of the authors. The average citations received per paper vary from 1.80 to 10.08. About half of the papers were single-authored whereas less than one-fifth were by three or more authors. The authors who worked in collaboration produced more papers and received more citations. The h-index, g-index, hI-index, hI-norm, and e-index were used to determine the rank for each author. The intra-group citations grid revealed the volume of self-citations and a small group who cite each other more due to close academic and social relationships. The correlations between self-citations and the impact indices used revealed significant differences. Findings are useful for concerned institutions regarding award, promotions, etc. Further, future research should seriously consider the self-citations and social networking of authors while examining their citations-based research performance.

The purpose of this study is to investigate adult learners' experience by studying Humanities & General Education and get to know types and characteristics by classifying their learning experiences. This study uses grounded theory method which is suitable to investigate subjective experiences. In this study, data is collected from 13 adult learners by using Focus Group Interview(FGI) who participate in learning experience of Humanities & General Education of D university in Busan region. The data is categorized by open coding, axial coding and selective coding based on data analysis method of grounded theory and analysis processes. This study provides several outcomes as follows: 113 concepts, 38 subcategories and 16 upper categories are derived through the process of abbreviation and categorization of learning experience of Humanities & General Education. In a process of learning experience, this study shows interrelationship in a frame of paradigm and derives results of a process of abbreviation and categorization casual condition, contextual condition, phenomenon and interaction(help/obstruction factor). Tree types of learning experiences and characteristics are drawn as follows: 1) "Self-realization" is the type who participate in Humanities & General Education with desire of learning and they want to find identity and plan detailed future. 2) "The pursuit of happiness" has less desire on learning than "self-realization" and they are types who participate in Humanities & General Education because of someone else's help and suggestion. 3) "Local community" is the type who participate in Humanities & General Education because they feel necessity of social role and they expect local development based on their interest in local community. Several conclusions and suggestions are provided for further studies.

This study, which analyzed the factors of women's sexuality from the viewpoint of beauty college students in the fashion style of the newcomers, makes it possible to present a sample of women' s sexuality that establishes constructive self - help theory. It is thought that a solid foundation of femininity will be provided.
The purpose of this study was to develop the problem solving instruction facilitating novice learner to represent the problem. For the purpose, we mainly focused on three aspects of problem solving. First, learner should represent the targeted problem and its solutions for problem solving. Second, from crucial notions of cognitive load theory, learner's mental load should be optimized for problem representation. Third, for optimizing students' mental load, experts may support making their thinking more visible and mapping from their intuition to expert practice. We drew the design principles as follows. First, since providing worked examples for the targeted problem has been considered to minimize analogical errors as well as reduce cognitive load in problem representation at line of problem solving and instructional research, it is needed to elaborate the way of designing. The worked example alternatively corresponds to expert schema that consists of domain knowledge as well as strategies for expert-like problem representation and solution. Thus, it may help learner to represent what the problem is and how to solve it in problem space. Second, principle can be that expert should scaffold learner's self-explanations. Because the students are unable to elicit the rationale from worked example, the expert's triggering scaffold may be critical in that process. The unexplained and incomplete parts of the example should be completed not by expert's scaffold but by themselves. Critical portion of the expert's scaffold is to explain about how to apply and represent the given problem, since students' initial representations may be reached at superficial or passive pattern of example elaboration. Finally, learner's mental model on the designated problem domain should be externalized or visualized for one's reflection as well as expert's scaffolding activities. The visualization helps learner to identify one's partial or incorrect model. The correct model of learner could be constructed by expert's help.
Alcoholism affects not only the individuals who depend on it, but also their families. Children who have an alcohol dependent parent have various problems and need help, but little attention has been given to them. Many references report only negative characteristics of these children. In order to help the children of alcohol dependent parents, health professionals need more information. A wholistic understanding and analysis of these children is needed as a basis for the development of suitable programs of help them. A phenomenological methodology was used to identify the experience of children whose fathers were addicted to alcohol. The findings portray the essence of the lived experience of children of alcohol dependent fathers. Nine adolescents participated in in-depth inverviews and observation with the researcher, done between October and December 2001. The data were recorded on audio tape and transcribed. Sampling was continued until the data were theorectically saturated. The Colaizzi's method was used for data analysis. The results of this study are as follows. Three themes and twenty six meanings were identified. The first theme is Living Alone: living abusively as partner to an alcohol dependent father, living dangerously like an explosive fury, living as an object that ha no self, living with rejection of fatherly being, living with felt responsibility but having no power to help mother who suffers patiently with pain and abuse, living along with no shoulder to lean on, and living with the prejudice of sex discrimination. The second theme is Paradoxical Coping in Life. The meanings are obsessive behavior as a way to control father's behavior, always on the defensive due to anxiety and tension, being afraid of life alone due to paranoid thoughts, contradictory expectation about father's drinking behavior due to life with chronic tension, stress becoming familiar and life being boring and tendious without stimulation, life that is fake and filled with misinterpretations about reality, affection sought from others due to loneliness, compensatory life within peer group, negative expectation about the future due to negative experiences, controling others to protect ego, denial of real emotion to protect self from hurt, life of regretting self, and strong need for approval from others. The third theme is sustaining life. The meanings are ambivalence between revenge on father and pity, struggle for desirable self against fear of gather-like image, understanding father through self reflection, hope to find fatherly being through father's recovery, being able to stand through emotional control and cognitive restructuring, nurturing the seed of hope for the future while in a situation of desperation. The contribution of this study is to give a wholistic understanding of the empirical reality of children of alcohol dependent parents and to develop substantive theory in nursing knowledge. In nursing practice, the results of this study can provide a foundation for the development of programs for children of alcohol dependent parents.
Many mathematics teachers in characterization high schools have been troubled to teach students because most of the students have weak interests in mathematics and they are also lack of preliminary mathematical knowledges. Currently many of mathematics teachers in such schools teach students using worksheets owing to the situation that proper textbooks for the students are not available. In this study, we referred to Chevallard's didactic transposition theory based on Brousseau's theory of didactical situations for mathematical teaching and learning. Our lessons utilizing worksheets necessarily entail encouragement of students' self-directed activities, active interactions, and checking the degree of accomplishment of the goal for each class. Through this study, we recognized that the elaborate worksheets considering students' level, follow-up auxiliary materials that help students learn new mathematical notions through simple repetition if necessary, continuous interactions in class, and students' mathematical activities in realistic situations were all very important factors for effective mathematical teaching and learning.

In the foreign language learning theory, self-regulated learning, subject interest, learning flow, and self-efficacy have been studied as major constructs. With the help of researches regarding these constructs, a research model was set up and the contents were analyzed through SEM analysis in order to grasp the influence of these constructs on each other. Through data collected from middle school students in Gyeongnam, the analysis result shows as follows. First, the subject interest has a positive influence on learning flow. Second, the subject interest has a positive influence on self-efficacy as well as self regulated learning. Third, learning flow has a positive effect on self-efficacy. Fourth, self regulated learning has a positive influence on self-efficacy. Fifth, self-regulated learning has a positive influence on learning flow. As is shown in the analysis, in case of English education, subject specific interest brings forth learning flow and enhances self-efficacy as well as self-regulated learning thus, leading to academic achievements.

The purpose of this study is to develop and evaluate the effectiveness of the pre-parent education program and its application to adolescents in residential care. The following research question will be used in the evaluation of the program's effectiveness: a change in self-esteem of the adolescents in residential care and a change in defining an ideal family. With these research questions, a survey of the requirements for its contents and previous studies were researched, and adolescents in residential care participated in the program in 12 sessions of 4 stages. The research showed a meaningful change of p>.001 for self-esteem and the ideal family in pre, post-test to the experimental group and control group. That proved the effectiveness of the pre-parent education program. Observing the experimental group's change process, the researcher proved the following results. At the beginning of the program experimental group showed hopelessness and disliked participating in the program. At the end of this, they had active attitudes, confidence and challenge to the vision. This study contains theory and various practical family activities. This study made a contribution to help adolescents in residential care enhance self-esteem and define the future ideal family.
Purpose: The article focuses on studying the impact of brand anthropomorphism, and brand love, on brand advocacy, and at the same time the moderate role of brand self-connection in the process of customers' perception of the brand, especially the brand distribution. The survey subjects are customers with millennial consumers in Ho Chi Minh City, who have the behavior of buying brands in the smart mobile device industry many times with a specific brand in terms of brand distribution. Results: The findings show that Brand anthropomorphism and brand love are crucial factors to impact brand advocacy and the role of self-brand connection also is a confirmed positive effect on the relationship between brand anthropomorphism and brand love. Research design, data, and methodology: The article uses quantitative research to test the model and research hypotheses. The way to collect quantitative data is to use questionnaires with 1531 samples in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. Conclusion: The research results can help businesses build a long-term brand strategy and expect to get new rewards and value from customers. They can also add to the theory about the relationship between brands and customers.
