  • As the size of the data is getting larger and larger due to improvement of the telecommunication techniques, it would be main issues to develop and process the database. The bloom filter used to lookup a particular element under the given set is very useful structure because of the space efficiency. In this paper, we introduce the error probabilities in Bloom filter. Especially, we derive the revised false positive rates of the Bloom filter using experimental method. Finally we analyze and compare the original false positive probability of the bloom filter used until now and the false decision probability proposed in this paper.

  • Even though there have been a surge in demand for Internet addresses, but the existing IPv4 addresses are virtually depleted. Therefore, the conversion of IPv6 is being made consistently and the need for systematic situation grasp for IPv6 adoption through the measurement index of the IPv6 is on the rise. This study investigated domestic and overseas IPv6 usage measurement techniques and cases. Through evaluating existing measurement indices, this study derives the improved indices of measuring IPv6 usage and proposes the implementation methods of them.

  • This paper presents a new one-time password approach generated based on $4{\times}4$ pattern schedule. It demonstrates generation of passkey from initial seed of random codes and mapping out in table pattern schedule which will produce a new form of OTP scheme in protecting information or data. The OTP-2FA has been recognized by many organizations as a landmark to authentication techniques. OTP is the solution to the shortcomings of the traditional user name/password authentication. With the application of OTP, some have benefited already while others have had second thoughts because of some considerations like cryptographic issue. This paper presents a new method of algorithmic approach based on table schedule (grid authentication). The generation of OTP will be based on the random parameters that will be mapped out in rows and columns allowing the user to form the XY values to get the appropriate values. The algorithm will capture the values and extract the predefined characters that produce the OTP codes. This scheme can work in any information verification system to enhance the security, trust and confidence of the user.

  • This paper aims to develop an IDS (Intrusion Detection System) that takes into account class imbalanced datasets. For this, we first built a set of training data sets from the Kyoto 2006+ dataset in which the amounts of normal data and abnormal (intrusion) data are not balanced. Then, we have run a number of tests to evaluate the effectiveness of machine learning techniques for detecting intrusions. Our evaluation results demonstrated that the Random Forest algorithm achieved the best performances.

  • Using the mobile device, such as Smartphones tablet PC, online banking and e-commerce, as well as process and to their work. While going to high availability and convenience of mobile devices castle, SNS, letters, using an email Smishing financial fraud and leakage of personal information such as crime has occurred many. Smishing smartphone accidents increased sharply from 2013, MERS infection cases, landmine provocative events, such as the delivery of Thanksgiving has occurred cleverly using social engineering techniques. In this paper, i analyze the trends in Smishing hacking attacks on mobile devices since 2014. With regard to social issues, it analyzes the process of hacking attacks Smishing leading to financial fraud to mobile users. And, in this paper, i propose a secure way and measures of financial damage for mobile Smishing hacking.

  • By the dependence on Web from popularization of internet and increasing number of users, web services capability and security problem of communication is becoming a great issue. Existing web services technology decrease the capability of web application server by limiting the number of synchronous client, decreasing the processing load and increasing average response time. The encryption process to secure communication and the early expense of handshake decrease transmission speed and server capability by increasing the calculation time for connecting. Accordingly, this paper executes an encryption procedure by elliptical encryption algorithm to satisfy secure demands, improve the overload of server for web services and get reliability and security of web server architecture and proposes an improved mobile web sever which provides better ability and the techniques for deferred processing.

  • Recently smartphones, tablet, etc. Various types of smart terminal is due to the increased security in mobile devices are becoming an issue. How to enter the password in this environment is a very important issue. Difficult to have a secure password input device on various types of mobile devices. In addition you enter on the touch screen the password of character, uncomfortable and it is vulnerable to SSA attack. Therefore, in this paper provide for defense the SSA(Shoulder Surfing Attacks) and useful password input mechanism is proposed with Smartphone GPS uses a value generated via a graphical password techniques.

  • Steganography is to conceal the existence of secrete data itself. The Emulab is a framework to provide real systems and network topology that can set up at anytime by researchers. In this paper, we show that steganography techniques can be applied in the Emulab environment. Steganography methods are evaluated on a standalone and sharing environments using the color bitmap images. The cover image is divided into RGB channels and then embedded the secret data at each client. The experimental results demonstrate that execution time is better in client/server environment as cover image size is increasing.

  • Data modeling is a process of developing a model to design and develop a data system that supports an organization's various business processes. A conceptual data model represents a technology-independent specification of structure of data to be stored within a database. The model aims to provide richer expressiveness and incorporate a set of semantics to (a) support the design, control, and integrity parts of the data stored in data management structures and (b) coordinate the viewing of connections and ideas on a database. The described structure of the data is often represented in an entity–relationship (ER) model, which was one of the first data-modeling techniques and is likely to continue to be a popular way of characterizing entity classes, attributes, and relationships. This paper attempts to examine the basic ER modeling notions in order to analyze the concepts to which they refer as well as ways to represent them. In such a mission, we apply a new modeling methodology (thinging machine; TM) to ER in terms of its fundamental building constructs, representation entities, relationships, and attributes. The goal of this venture is to further the understanding of data models and enrich their semantics. Three specific contributions to modeling in this context are incorporated: (a) using the TM model's five generic actions to inject processing in the ER structure; (b) relating the single ontological element of TM modeling (i.e., a thing/machine or thimac) to ER entities and relationships; and (c) proposing a high-level integrated, extended ER model that includes structural and time-oriented notions (e.g., events or behavior).

  • The problem of congestion in the licensed radio channels spectrum can be solved by Cognitive Radio Networks (CRN). Several algorithms exist to ensure the rendezvous between Secondary Users (SUs), they are increasingly efficient, allowing faster rendezvous under multiple scenarios. In parallel, several jamming algorithms are developed to counter rendezvous which are also improving. The goal in CRN is to ensure the rendezvous by warding such jammers with robust algorithms. In this paper, we classify various jamming techniques and analyze the performance of various well-known rendezvous algorithms under jamming attacks.
