최근 많은 기업은 IoT가 적용된 제품들을 개발하여 판매하고 있으며, 외부의 위협으로부터 제품 및 사용자 정보를 보호하기 위해 기획 단계서부터 보안을 고려하고 있다. 그러나 IoT의 다양성으로 인해 제품별 보안요구사항 개발을 하기 위해 투자되는 시간과 인력의 한계가 있어 현재 낮은 수준의 보안이 적용되어 있다. IoT가 적용된 제품에서 취약점이 지속적으로 발표되고 있고, 이에 실제 Home IoT에 대한 보다 상세한 보안요구사항이 필요하게 되었다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 Microsoft사의 Threat Modeling Tool을 사용하여 Home IoT의 위협을 도출하였으며, 도출된 위협과 국내 외 취약점 평가 기준 및 논문 등과 비교 분석하여 실제 보안성 점검에 사용할 수 있는 항목을 개발하여 Home IoT 제품의 보안성 강화방안을 제시하였다. 또한 도출된 보안요구사항과 기존의 보안요구사항을 바탕으로 점검을 실시하여 효과성 검토를 하였으며, 그 결과 본 논문에서 도출된 보안요구사항의 취약점 발견 효과성이 대체로 높은 것으로 나타났다.

국방부에서는 2012년도에 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 시범적으로 도입하는 것으로 계획하고 추진하고 있는데 군과 같이 고도의 보안이 요구되고 전시 임무 등을 고려할 때 자칫 잘 못 설계될 경우 국가안보와 국가이익에 엄청난 피해가 예상된다. 특히, 남북이 대치되어 있고 평시에도 보안사고가 지속적으로 발생하여 보안취약점이 대군불신을 유발하고 있음에도 불구하고 보안대책 검토 없이 무조건 도입하는 것은 보안관련 법규에 위반될 뿐만 아니라 국내 외적인 여러 부작용을 유발할 수 있다. 따라서, 본 논문에서는 국방업무 중에서 클라우드 컴퓨팅을 적용해도 가능한 업무와 보안기술, 보안관리, 보안사고 처리 방법 및 보안관련 법적 해결 조건 등을 제시하면서 도입조건을 정립하였다.

Public rental housing in Korea has been initially provided for residential stability of low-income household focusing on solving quantitative insufficiency since 1980s. In the process of early stage of designing and planning public rental housing, qualitative aspects of considering children were not primary concern. This study aims to analyze the priority of environmental improvement of outdoor spaces for children's safety in public rental housing. First, literature review was performed in the reference of local residential safety guidelines, Universal Design, and CPTED guidelines. In each guidelines, common safety planning factors for children were extracted within different types of outdoor spaces. Second, based on literature analysis, residents evaluated importance and satisfaction level by different safety types, outdoor space type, and environmental planning factors. In results, residents evaluated high importance and showed low satisfaction for crime and traffic safety. Through IPA, facilities and parking space was evaluated where improvement is needed for the first priority, and planning factors were mostly concerned with surveillance and safety management system. Result shows general concern of public rental housing residents, about weak facility management and security system, and about socially isolated environment which heightened the fear of crime safety. Overall, poor maintenance of the complex environment and decrepit facilities are constantly raising risk of safety accidents especially for children. Considering residents' concern, environmental improvement should be considered in perspective of not only physical repair, but also facility management and security system.

The primary purpose of this research was to set up the standard guidelines for the planning of interior architectural environments of the detention facilities at the Korean Police Stations. By visit-studying the actual interior environmental conditions of 5 different kinds' domestic Correcting Facilities and 5 domestic police detention facilities and 2 foreign police detention facilities, comparing them to the existing Korean correctional institutions' cell facilities, that the strengths and weaknesses had been analyzed to extract the main concepts and the planning scheme for the Standard Korean Police Detention Facilities. By reserching the National human Right Commitee's Anual Reports, three different indexes were picked out for those analysis : the Environmental control index, the Detention Service support index, the Environmental support index. These three indexes will be used as Key factors for the planning of interior architectural environments of the detention facilities at the Korean Police Stations.: (1)the Environmental control index to establish the Space Program, the Spatial Hierarchy and the horizontal & vertical Security Blocks, (2)the Detention Service support index for the central Environmental Control & Security System, the Secured Privacy for both detainees & police offices, (3)the Environmental support index for the gender-respected segregation of cell zones, the psychological & physical safety design factors, the construction standards of all rooms in a detention facility. The result of this study should be used as the guidelines for "The Standard Plans and Regulations for the Korean Police Detention Facilities" to respect fundamental human rights.

베이비부머들의 대량 퇴직은 우리사회를 급속한 고령화 사회를 만들고 이를 부양하는 젊은 세대들에게 부담을 주는 원인이 되고 있다. 그중 군인 퇴직자들은 국가에만 너무 의존하지 말고 자구책을 강구해야 할 필요성이 있다. 현재 평균 수명 80세인 현실을 감안하면 연금만 가지고 생활하기에는 너무 긴 생이고 이에 대한 국가 부담도 크다. 따라서 50-60대인 군인 퇴직자들은 아직 일할 수 있는 시기임을 인식하여 경제활동을 적극적으로 할 수 있는 자세를 가져야 한다, 국가에서는 군인연금에 의존하는 기간을 짧게 하면서 일 할 수 있는 기회를 제공해 줄 수 있는 방안들을 연구할 필요성 대두되었다. 국가를 위해 헌신한 군인 퇴직자들에 대한 노후 일자리 제공 등 경제활동에 속적으로 참여할 수 있는 다양한 프로그램을 제시하여 이들에게 군인연금 의존도를 낮추고 건전한 인생 2막을 펼칠 수 있도록 현실성 있는 대책이 필요하다.

정보시스템을 이용하는 금융, 무역, 의료, 에너지, 교육 등 사회 각 분야에서 정보화가 급속하게 진전되고 있다. 정보시스템에 대한 보안관리는 위험분석평가가 선행 되어야하며, 보안위험분석은 요구되는 정보보호서비스의 취약점을 해결하고 위협으로부터 시스템을 안전하게 관리할 수 있는 최선의 방법이다. 본 논문에서는 최적의 평가계획을 수립한 수 있는 평가사례기반추론 기능을 모델링하였다. 평가 사례기반추론(case-based reasoning) 기능은 보안위험분석평가를 프로젝트단위로 관리하며, 기존의 평가사례 간유사도를 평가하고, 유사한 평가 사례를 바탕으로 최적의 보안위험분석평가 계획을 수립할 수 있다.

Ensuring the economic security of agro-industrial complexes of Ukrainian regions has become a top-priority task of state regional policy, as their stable functioning is an essential element of economic security of the whole country. It is overcoming threats to the development of the agro-industrial complex that ensures its further effective functioning and has a significant impact on the economic security of our state. Methods: logical method; methods of system analysis; synthesis; economic and statistical method; method of expert assessment; SWOT analysis; economic and mathematical modelling and planning. Results. Characteristic features of economic security have been given. The essence and significance of the agro-industrial complex in improving the economic security of the state have been determined. It has been noted that in recent years, the agro-industrial complex, which acts as a driver of the domestic economy and has a direct impact on the development of the country, has been growing (in 2019 the cereal and legume harvest exceeded 75 million tons, 20,269 thousand tons of potatoes were dug, more than 15 million tons of sunflower, 9,688 thousand tons of vegetables and 2,119 thousand tons of fruits and berries were harvested, meat and egg production increased by 137.5 thousand tons (or 5.8%) and 545.5 million pieces (or 3.4%), respectively, the number of employed population in agriculture increased by 139.8 thousand people (or 4.9%), the labour productivity in crop production increased by UAH 294.4 thousand (or 44.6%), in livestock production - by UAH 311.3 thousand (or 61.8%)). Based on the system of production and economic indicators, the analysis of the state of the agro-industrial complex has been carried out. Taking into account the results of the obtained data and using SWOT-analysis, the major threats to the development of the agro-industrial complex have been identified. Ways of overcoming threats enhancing the economic security of Ukraine have been proposed.

기계경비업무의 오경보는 불필요 출동에 따른 기계경비원의 사기저하, 업무량 증가에 따른 피로도 증가, 기계경비업자의 경영상 부담 증가, 고객의 불신으로 기계경비서비스 이용률 하락 등 여러 가지 심각한 부작용을 초래하게 된다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 현재 한국 기계경비업무의 오경보 대응책을 제시하고자 하였다. 본 연구에서는 오경보 대책의 시스템적 해결과제와 정책적 과제를 제시하였다. 시스템적 해결과제는 첫째, 기계경비업자는 최초 경비대상시설에 대한 Security Consulting 및 Security Planning 시점부터 정확하고 세밀하게 기계경비시스템을 구축하여야 한다. 둘째, 영상관제시스템의 설치 운용을 장려해야 한다. 셋째, 감지기 결선의 구분설치가 요구된다. 넷째, 시스템의 주요 원인별 오경보 대책을 마련해야 한다. 그리고 '세트 해제 알림음' 발생장치 설비 의무화를 검토해야 하며, 감지기별 특성에 따른 오경보 대책이 마련되어 표준화되어야 한다. 다섯째, 보수점검을 강화해야 한다. 오경보 대책의 정책적 과제는 첫째, 교육훈련의 강화가 요구된다. 기계경비업자 스스로 개별적 양성교육과정을 운영하거나 또는 "경비업법"상의 직무교육시 오경보 대책 등에 대한 집중적인 교육이 필요하다. 둘째, 법제적 규제강화와 장치의 마련이 요구된다. 경찰기관에서 오경보관련 서류를 표준화하여 서식으로 제공하고, 이러한 서류를 정기적인 신고사항이나 제출서류로 의무화한다면 향후 오경보 대책이 실질적인 자료에 기초하여 좋은 대책들이 나올 수 있을 것으로 기대된다. 셋째, 오경보 대책방안을 논의할 수 있는 '기계경비업무 오경보 대책 협의회'와 같은 협력기구의 구성과 운영을 제안한다. 넷째, 기계경비업자와 기계경비지도사의 관심과 역할 증대가 요구된다.

When parents as primary care takers to the mentally disabled adult are no longer taking care of their care-needed offsprings because of their own death or illness, instead themselves. who take care of their offsprings with the mental disability? Therefore, 'permanency planning' is very important for reduction of parents' care burden and social integration of mentally disabled adults. Accordingly, this study aims to find out factors which are related to permanency planning for adults with the mentally disability For the purpose of the study, 192 parents of the adult with the mental illness and mental retardation were conducted a survey regarding type of permanency planning, and its related factors including social functioning level of the mentally disabled, care burden, parents' self-perception of being aged, help from offspring without mental disability, social support, and financial ability. Furthermore, this study examined correlation between these factors and residential planning. Results obtained by the study were as follows: 1) 51% of the parents are having a plan for institution and most parents want other family member to take care for financial planning for their mentally disabled offsprings. 2) As a result of multiple regression for finding out factors which affect parents' permanency planning, social functioning level of the mentally disabled, parents' self-perception of being aged, help from offspring without mental disability, social support, and financial ability were statistically significant influenced factors, which has 23.3% of explanatory power. 3) As a result of step-wise multiple regression, financial ability, parents' self-perception of being aged, and help from offspring without mental disability were the most powerful influenced factors for permanency planning. 4) In case of having a plan for residential types-which are institution and community living-, parents who have a plan for the mentally disabled offsprings' future residence as community living than institution have the offsprings with more social functioning and also have more help from offspring without mental disability. Therefore, this study concluded that welfare policy for mental health and the handicapped which secure various types of community living facilities and income security is strongly needed. At the same time, mental health profession is needed to have more active interest and intervention for permanency planning for their adult clients and parents.
