In the era of the internet and ubiquitous computing, IS users are still facing a variety of threats. Therefore, a need of more tightened information security service increases unprecedentedly. In this sense, this study is aimed at proposing a new research model in which IT assets (i.e., network, system, and information influence) Security and Information Security Service (i.e., confidentiality, integrity, nonrepudiation, authentication) affect information security quality positively, leading to users' satisfaction eventually. To prove the validity of the proposed research model, PLS analysis is applied with valid 177 questionnaires. Results reveal that both IT assets Security and Information Security Service influence informations security qualify positively, and user satisfaction as well. From the results, it can be concluded that Korean government's recent orchestrated efforts to boost the IT assets Security and Information Security Service helped great improve the information security quality and user satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to examine a security investment for firms experienced in confidential information leak. Information security is an apparatus for protection of secret information. The competence of information security is a competitiveness to avoid information leakage in changing business environment. The type of information security is divided into administrative security, technical security and physical security. It is necessary to improve the incident correspondence competence through information security investment of the three types. Therefore, the investment of information security is to enhance information-asset protection of firms. To reinforce accident response competence, an organization discussed an establishment, security technology development, expand investment and legal system of the security system. I have studied empirically targeting the only information leak of firms. This data is a technical security competence and technology leakage situation of firms happened in 2010. During recovery of the DDos virus damage on countries, company and individual, the collected data signify a reality of information security. The data also identify a security competence of firms worrying information security management. According to the study, the continuous investment of information security has a high competence of accident correspondence. In addition, the most of security accidents showed a copy and stealing of paper and computer files. Firm on appropriate security investment is an accident correspondence competence higher than no security investment regardless of a large, small and medium-sized, and venture firm. Furthermore, the rational security investment should choose the three security type consideration for firm size.

As the first step to information security, the security policy and organizational control need to be established. The purpose of this study is to investigate the policy and management of information security of five major Korean business groups. The results of case study on five giant groups can be summarized as follows. There exists a basic policy for information security. But it is outdated and not realistic in the present. The security audit and education need to be upgraded. It is also necessary to use security tools actively. The security level is low in companies which do not have independent information security divisions. Therefore, it is desirable to build information security teams. The number of security personnel is not enough for the task although there exist an information security team in the company. It is important to check if the team has the ability of perform information security task. The interview with security managers reveals that the total security management should be integrated with physical and computer security. It is suggested that an Information Security Center play the major role for information security. The study on the information security management for industry level is expected to be performed in the future.

기업은 기업의 비즈니스 정보를 보호하기 위해 정보보호 관리체계 구축, 정보보호 시스템 구축 및 운영, 취약점 점검, 보안 관제 등 다양한 정보보호 활동을 하고 있다. 기업 비즈니스를 위한 다양한 정보보호 활동들을 체계화한 것이 기업 정보보호 거버넌스라고 할 수 있으며, 이를 효과적으로 운영하기 위해서는 시스템화할 필요성이 있다. 본 연구에서는 기업 정보보호 거버넌스를 시스템화하기 위해 기존의 기업 정보 포털(EIP) 모델에 대해 알아보고, 이에 기반한 기업 정보보호 포털(EISP) 모델을 제시하고자 한다. 기업 정보보호 포털(EISP) 모델은 기업의 다양한 정보보호 활동인 기업 정보보호 거버넌스를 시스템화하여 정보보호부서의 활동을 지원하고 기업의 정보보호 활동이 정보보호부서만의 활동이 아닌 최고경영자부터 임직원까지 직접 참여할 수 있도록 통합된 환경을 제시한다.

Recently, to use the evaluated firewall is recognized as a solution to achieve the security and reliability for government and organizarions in Korea. Results of firewall evaluation using ITSEC(Information Technology Security Evaluation Criteria) and CCPP(Common Criteria Protection Peofile)have been announced. Because there are problems to apply ITSECor CCPP for the firewall evaluation in korea environment, korea government and korea Information security Agency (KISA) decided to develop our own security dvaluation critrtia fir firewalls.As a result of the efforts, Korea firewall security evaluation criteria has been published on Feb. 1998. In this paper, we introduce Korea security evaluation criteria for firewalls. The ceiteria consists of functional and assurance requirements that are compatible with CC Evaluation Assurance Levels(EALs)

사물 인터넷, 빅데이터, 클라우드, 인공지능 등 다양한 정보통신기술이 발전하면서, 정보보호의 대상이 증가하고있다. 정보통신기술의 발전에 비례해서 정보보호의 필요성이 확대되고 있지만, 정보보호 투자에 대한 관심은 저조한 상황이다. 일반적으로 정보보호와 관련된 투자는 효과를 측정하기 어렵기 때문에 적절한 투자가 이루어지지 않고 있으며, 대부분의 조직은 투자 규모를 줄이고 있다. 또한 정보보호 대책의 종류와 특성이 다양하기 때문에 객관적인 비교와 평가가 힘들고, 객관적인 의사결정 방법이 부족한 실정이다. 하지만 조직의 발전을 위해서는 정보보호와 관련된 정책과 의사결정이 필수적이며 적정 수준의 투자와 이에 대한 투자 효과를 측정 할 필요가 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 게임 이론을 이용하여 정보보호 대책 투자 포트폴리오를 구성하는 방법을 제안하고 선형계획법을 이용하여 최적 방어 확률을 도출한다. 2인 게임 모형을 이용하여 정보보호 담당자와 공격자를 게임의 경기자로 구성한 뒤, 정보보호 대책을 정보보호 담당자의 전략으로, 정보보호 위협을 공격자의 전략으로 각각 설정한다. 게임 모형은 경기자의 보수의 합이 0인 제로섬 게임을 가정하고, 여러개의 전략 사이에서 일정한 확률 분포에 따라 전략을 선택하는 혼합 전략 게임의 해를 도출한다. 여러 종류의 위협이 존재하는 현실에서는 한 개의 정보보호 대책만으로 일정 수준 이상의 방어가 힘들기 때문에, 다수의 정보보호 대책을 고려해야한다. 따라서 다수의 정보보호 위협에 따른 정보보호 대책이 배치된 환경에서 정보보호 대책의 방어 비율을 이용하여 정보보호 대책 투자 포트폴리오를 산출한다. 또한 최적화된 포트폴리오를 이용하여 방어 확률을 최대화하는 게임 값을 도출한다. 마지막으로 정보보호 대책의 실제 성능 데이터를 이용하여 수치 예제를 구성하고, 제안한 게임 모델을 적용하고 평가한다. 본 연구에서 제시한 최적화 모델을 이용하면 조직의 정보보호 담당자는 정보보호 대책의 방어 비율을 고려하여 정보보호 대책의 투자 가중치를 구할 수 있고, 효과적인 투자 포트폴리오를 구성하여 최적의 방어 확률을 도출 할 수 있을 것이다.

본 연구의 목적은 금융회사의 정보보호활동이 정보보호담당자들의 보안업무에 대한 자신감에 미치는 영향을 파악하고 미흡한 점을 보완하기 위한 학문적, 실무적 시사점을 찾기 위한 연구이다. 연구결과, 금융회사가 정보보호교육, 침해사고 대응 및 입/출입 보안에 중점을 두고 정보보호활동을 하면 정보보호담당자의 회사에 대한 정보보호자신감 및 직원들의 정보보호의식 수준이 높아진다는 것을 확인할 수 있었다.

조직의 비즈니스 환경이 스마트워크와 같이 모바일이나 네트워크에 의존하는 비중이 높아지면서, 기업들은 정보보안에 더 높은 관심을 가지게 되었다. 특히, 내부자의 의한 정보유출은 기업입장에서 상당히 부정적인 영향을 미치게 된다. 따라서 기업뿐 아니라 정보보안 관련 연구자들은 조직원의 정보보안 정책 준수에 초점을 두어 연구를 해왔다. 그 중에서 정보보안 대책(Information security countermeasure)은 조직원의 정보보안 정책 준수 의도의 선행요인으로 알려져 왔다. 하지만 조직원이 정보보안 대책을 인식하도록 하는 선행요인에 대한 연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구는 조직원의 보안대책 인식에 대한 선행요인으로 경영진의 정보보안 지능을 제안하고 이들의 관계를 실증적으로 연구하였다. 정보보안 지능은 Kirwan(2008)이 제안한 안전지능을 응용하여 정보보안 관련 문제해결능력, 사회적 역량, 정보보안 지식으로 구성된다. 연구결과 경영진의 정보보안 관련 문제해결 능력과 정보보안 지식은 조직원이 정보보안 정책 및 교육/훈련 프로그램을 인식하는데 긍정적인 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다.

This study examines the relationship between the organizational member's information security mind and organizational information security level. The influential relationships among organizational members' information security mind are investigated, and the relationship between organization's information security level and information security mind has been analyzed. As a result, too manager's information security mind is shown to give the biggest influence to other group in the organization. A strong positive correlation exists between organizational member's information security mind and the level of organization's physical, technical, managerial information security. However, there is no significant difference in information security level by types of business. In the future, a more profound study on information security mind is necessary. And alternative methods of information security level estimation need to be studied.

According to the development of new Information Technologies, firms consistently invest a significant amount of money in IT activities, such as establishing internal and external information systems. However, several anti-Information activities-such as hacking, leakage of information and system destruction-are also rapidly increasing, thus many firms are exposed to direct and indirect threats. Therefore, firms try to establish information security systems and manage these systems more effectively via an enterprise perspective. However, stakeholders or some managers have negative opinions about information security systems. Therefore, in this research, we study the relationship between multibusiness firms' performance and information security systems. Information security indicates physical and logical correspondence of information system department against threats and disaster. Studies on information security systems suggested frameworks such as IT Governance Cube and COBIT Framework to identify information security systems. Thus, this study define that information security systems is a controlled system on enterprise IT process and resource on IT Governance perspective rather than independent domain of IT. Thus, Information Security Systems should be understood as a subordinate concept of IT and business processes. In addition, this study incorporates information capability to information security system literature to show the positive relationship between Information Security Systems and Corporate Performance. The concept of information capability suggested that an interaction of human, information, technical and an effect on corporate performance using three types of capability (IT Practice, Information Management Practice, Information Behaviors and Values). Information capability is about firms' capability to manage IT infrastructure and information as well as individual employees who use IT infrastructure and information. Thus, this study uses information capability as a mediating variable for the relationship between information security systems and firms' performance. To investigate the relationship between Information Security Systems and multibusiness firms' performance, this study extends the IT relatedness concept into Information Security Systems. IT relatedness provides understanding of how corporations cope with conflicts between headquarters and business units to create a synergy effect and achieve high performance using IT resources. Based on the previous literature, this study develops the IT Security Relatedness model. IT Security Relatedness is our main independent variable, while Information Capability and Information Security Performance are mediating variables. To control for the common method bias, we collect each multibusiness firm's financial performance and use it as our dependent variable. We find that Information Security Systems influence Information Capability and Information Security Performance positively, and these two variables consequently influence Corporate Performance positively. In addition, this result indirectly shows that corporations under a multibusiness environment can obtain synergy effects using the integrated Information Security Systems. This positive impact of Information Security Systems on multibusiness firms' performance has an important implication to various stakeholders. Therefore, multibusiness firms need to establish Information Security Systems to achieve better financial performance.
