The purpose of this study is to explore the underlying causes of the development of private security in the United States. These include the increasing crime rates and fear of crime, the poor performance of public policing, the decentralization of political authority, the increase of mass private property, economic growth and increase of personal income, commodification of security, insurance companies' demand for tighter security and fear of litigation, and historical events such as World War I & II. Based on the findings of this study, it is suggested that no single factor would account for the growth of private security in the United States. In other words, the rapid growth of private security in the United States should be attributed to the interrelated influences of the factors given above. Finally, it might be the contribution of this study that the future development of private security in Korea would be guided by understanding the case of the United States because of the similarities of the developmental process in private security industry of two countries.

According to the development of information processing technology and mobile communication technology, the utilization of mobile banking systems is drastically increasing in banking system. In the foreseeable future, it is expected to increase rapidly the demands of mobile banking in bank systems with the prevalence of smart devices and technologies. However, the keeping 'security' is very important in banking systems that handles personal information and financial assets. But it is very difficult to improve the security of banking systems only with the vulnerabilities and faults analysis methods of information security. Hence, in this paper, we accomplish the analysis of security risk factor and security vulnerability that occur in mobile banking system. With analyzed results, we propose the information security control and management processes for assessing and improving security based on the mechanisms which composes mobile banking system.

The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of emotional labor on fatigue in regular private participation of sports workers, and to provide basic data to improve the welfare and working environment of private security guards, the core of private security industry. The survey response of 260 private security guards was used as the final analysis data, and the following conclusions were drawn through statistical tests of factor analysis, t-test, correlation analysis, and multiple regression analysis using the SPSS Windows 18.0 statistical program. First, the private security guards who regularly participate in sports showed lower sub-variability of fatigue, physical, exhaustion, and nervous system fatigue than private security guards who did not participate in sports. Second, it was found that fatigue was lower as the inner variables became higher, and that as the surface behavior became higher, the fatigue factor was lower. In conclusion, regular exercise participation can reduce emotional labor and improve fatigue of civil security personnel.

Today, the great revolution in all financial industrial such as bank have been progressing through the utilization of IT technology actively, it is called the fintech. In this paper, we draw the draft design of NFC-based electronic payment and coupon system using FIDO framework to apply the 2 factor authentication technique for strength security. In detailed, we will study that the terminal device in front-end will be applied the 2 factor authentication and electric signature, and cloud-based payment gateway in back-end will be applied malicious code detection technique of distributed avoidance type.

The Social Overhead Capital contains roads, railroad system, airports, seaport, waterworks, electric power plants, and etc. This SOC is very important, not only as a national economic competitiveness factor, but also as a national security factor. For example, 'Freedom Express Way' works as a tool of psychological warfare to the North Korea, as well as an economics infrastructure. In spite of that, until now on, we have disregarded the SOC as a national security factor. Constructing the SOC, only considering economic cost, we have not fulfilled other purpose requirement like stable national security, balanced development. When we invest the money to construct the SOC, considering multi-purpose requirement like military purpose, economic purpose, social purpose and cultural purpose, as a whole national wide point of view, the scares national resources and government budgets will be saved.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the causal relationships among social capital, job satisfaction, and organization commitment in the Korean Security Organizations. One hundred eight one questionnaires, with a 72.4% response rate from a convenient sample of 10 security organization guards, were utilized to study the relationships between research constructs. SPSS(12.0 version) were guard to analyze the unintentionality of research concepts and reliability test, and confirmatory factor analysis were performed. Factor analyses identified three internal dimensions of relational factor as superior relation. There are among results, first, the social capital is influencing to job satisfaction positively. second, the social capital is influencing to organizational commitment positively. third, the job satisfaction is influencing to organizational commitment positively.

Since the destruction of World Trade Center the attention of the United States and the wider international community has focussed upon the need to strengthen security and prevent terrorism This paper suggests an analysis prior to risk factor and structure for anti-terrorism in the korean maritime society. For this, in this paper, maritime terror risk factor was extracted by type and case of terror using brainstorming method. Also, risk factor is structured by FSM method and analyzed for ranking of each risk factor by AHP. At the result, the evaluation of risk factor is especially over maximum factor for related external impact.
