Scholars are paying increasingly close attention to brain research and the creation of biological neural networks, artificial neural networks, artificial intelligence, neurochips, brain-computer interfaces, prostheses, new research instruments and methods, methods of treatment, as well as the prevention of neurodegenerative diseases based on these data. The authors of the study propose their hypothesis on the understanding of the phenomenon of consciousness that answers questions concerning the criteria of consciousness, its localization, and principles of operation. In the study of the hard problem of consciousness, the philosophical and scientific categories of consciousness, and prominent hypotheses and theories of consciousness, the authors distinguish "the area of the conscious mind", which encompasses several states of consciousness united by the phenomenon of integrated consciousness. According to the authors, consciousness is a kind of executor of the phenomenological idea of the "chalice", so the search for it should be conducted deeper than the processes in the power of thought consciousness and transconsciousness, to which integrated consciousness can act as a lever. However, integrated consciousness may have the capacity to transcend into lower states of consciousness, which requires further study.

인적 재난은 체계적인 예방과 지속적인 점검을 통해 피해를 대폭 줄일 수 있는 재난이므로 시설을 이용하는 시민의 안전의식도 중요하지만 시설안전을 관리하는 경비원의 안전의식이 더욱 중요하게 고려된다. 즉, 경비원의 안전의식과 전문성 함양은 인적 재난을 포함한 사회적 재난의 피해규모를 축소시키고 효과적 안전관리를 가능하게 한다는 것이다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 시설경비원의 재난안전의식을 향상시키기 위한 영향요인으로 교육훈련 및 조직 안전분위기를 변수로 선정하여 분석을 실시한 후 다음과 같은 연구결과를 확인하였다. 첫째, 교육훈련 중 교육내용과 교육환경은 재난안전의식에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 조직 안전분위기는 재난안전의식에 유의한 영향을 미친다. 즉, 교육훈련의 개선과 조직적 차원에서의 안전문화형성은 재난안전의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미쳐 효과적인 안전관리를 가능하게 할 것이다.

This study aims to inspect national security consciousness of marriage migrant women, and to figure out factors which affect on awareness of national security. Based on this, this study also suggests a way to build up national security of marriage migrant women. As the result of the factors on security situation, there were several things which are necessity of education, trust in the army and government, positivity toward North Korea and so on, while necessity of education, trust in the army and government, national pride and positivity toward North Korea were on the awareness of national security. There are three ways of building up national security consciousness of marriage migrant women. First, security education is needed to be in the social adjustment program of marriage migrant women. Secondly, concern on security is required to them. Third, a necessity of production on security education material is demanded for marriage migrant women.

본 연구는 민간경비원을 대상으로 실시한 신임교육훈련이 직업의식과 직무만족에 미치는 영향에 대한 연구이다. 또한, 분석결과를 통해 민간경비원의 신임교육과 직무만족의 영향관계를 규명하여 민간경비원의 전문성 함양을 도모하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 이러한 연구목적을 위하여 서울에 본사를 두고 있는 경호 경비업체와 그 지사를 대상으로 200부의 설문지를 배포하여 최종적으로 180부를 분석에 사용하였으며 자료처리는 SPSS 21.0과 AMOS 21.0 통계 프로그램을 사용하여 빈도분석, 신뢰도 및 요인분석, 상관분석 경로분석을 실시하였다. 이상의 연구방법과 절차에 따른 자료 분석을 통하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 첫째, 교육훈련은 민간경비원의 직업의식에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 둘째, 교육훈련은 민간경비원의 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 셋째, 민간경비원의 직업의식은 직무만족에 긍정적인 영향을 미친다. 넷째, 민간경비원의 직업의식은 매개효과로써 교육훈련과 민간경비원의 직무만족 간의 관계에서 유의한 영향력을 가진다. 이러한 연구결과를 바탕으로 본 연구에서는 교육훈련프로그램의 개선과 민간경비원의 직업의식 함양의 중요성을 강조하고 민간경비업체의 효과적인 관리행정의 방향성을 제시하였다.

This article reviews recent advances and perspectives in neuroscience related to consciousness, cognition, and neural networks in the brain. The neural mechanisms underlying cognitive processes, such as perception, attention, memory, and decision-making, are explored. The article also examines how these processes give rise to our experience of consciousness. The implications of these findings for our understanding of the brain and its functions are presented, as well as potential applications of this knowledge in fields such as medicine, psychology, and artificial intelligence. Additionally, the article explores the concept of a quantum viewpoint concerning consciousness, cognition, and creativity and how incorporating DNA as a key element could reconcile classical and quantum perspectives on human behaviour, consciousness, and cognition, as explained by genomic psychological theory. Furthermore, the article explains how the human brain processes external stimuli through the sensory nervous system and how it can be simulated using an artificial neural network (ANN) consisting of one input layer, multiple hidden layers, and an output layer. The law of learning is also discussed, explaining how ANNs work and how the modification of weight values affects the output and input values. The article concludes with a discussion of future research directions in this field, highlighting the potential for further discoveries and advancements in our understanding of the brain and its functions.

이 연구는 경호경비직 종사자집단과 경호학과 학생집단의 신체적, 정신적 자각상태 호소를 통해 건강프로그램이 개인의 건강에 미치는 영향과 남${\cdot}$여 간의 차이를 규명하는데 그 목적이 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 2년 이상의 경호경비 경력자 358명과 경호학과 학생 220명을 대상으로 T.H.I.에 의한 설문지 조사를 하였으며, 자료의 분석은 건강프로그램 처치여부, 성별, 경호경력에 따른 심신자각증상 호소점수의 차이를 비교하기 위해 변량분석(Analys of Variance/ANOVA)을 실시하였고, 통계적으로 유의한 차이가 나타났을 경우 사후비교 검정방법으로 Scheffe의 다중비교법을 사용하여 다음과 같은 결론을 얻었다. 1. 전체적으로 경호학과 학생집단이 경호경비원 집단보다 심신자각상태 호소점수의 분포에서 낮은 평균치를 나타내었으며, 특히 정서불안정, 다자각증상, 생활불규칙, 우울성, 호흡기, 눈과 피부, 공격성에서 유의하게 낮게 나타났다. 2. 건강프로그램 처치 후 남${\cdot}$여간 심신자각상태의 비교에서는 모든 항목에서 남성이 여성보다 낮게 나타났으며, 허구성 및 호흡기 항목에서만 통계적으로 유의 하지 않았고, 그 외 항목에서는 유의한 차를 보여주었다. 3. 경호경비 경력에 따른 경호경비원의 심신자각상태 비교에서는 정서불안정, 우울성, 허구성 항목에서 유의한 차이가 나타났는데 정서불안정 및 우울성은 경호경비 경력이 많을수록 낮았고, 허구성은 오히려 경호경비경력이 많을수록 높게 나타났다.

군 조직의 보안수준 변화요인을 확인하기 위해 시작된 본 연구는 현역 간부들이 군의 보안수준 향상을 바라며 국방일보에 투고한 기고문으로부터 수집된 데이터를 근거이론(Grounded Theory)이라는 질적연구 방법에 의해 분석 후 조직구성원들이 내부자 보안위협에 대해 어떻게 대응하는지에 관한 인과적 관계를 도출하였다. 분석 결과, 인과적 조건은 '내부자의 보안위협', 맥락적 조건은 '군 조직의 특수성', 중심현상은 '군인으로서 가치관의 충돌', 중재적 조건은 '보안의식', 전략은 '보안위협에 대응', 결과는 '보안수준 변화'로 나타났다. 핵심범주는 '내부자 보안위협에 대한 가치관의 충돌 정도'로 제시할 수 있으며, 두 가지의 가설이 도출되었다. 첫째, 군 조직의 구성원은 안보를 중시하는 성향이 강할수록 보안위협에 대한 가치관의 충돌을 강하게 느끼며 이에 강경하게 대응하여 조직의 보안수준을 발전시키는데 일조하고 있었다. 둘째, 동료를 중시하는 성향이 강할수록 보안위협에 대한 가치관의 충돌 정도가 약하며 이에 미온적으로 대응하여 조직의 보안수준을 퇴보시키고 있었다. 최종적으로 조직의 보안수준 향상을 위해서는 조직구성원들의 확고한 안보의식 확립을 위한 방안과 더불어 이를 뒷받침할 수 있는 제도적 발전이 필요함을 나타낸다.

This article defines the process of formation of anti-corruption consciousness as one of the areas of interaction between public authorities and civil society institutions. It is concluded that the implementation of the state anti-corruption policy in Ukraine may be more promising if the institutions of civil society are actively involved. The degree of citizen engagement can be increased by increasing social trust, as well as by increasing the level of political and legal education and culture. Particular attention should be paid to the organization of public control and monitoring of the activities of public authorities, impartial coverage of information on the fight against corruption in the media, as well as the joint conduct of an information and educational campaign and the promotion of the formation of anti-corruption consciousness among a large number of citizens.

본 연구는 경호전공 대학생의 학과만족이 직업기대의식에 미치는 영향을 규명하고, 이를 통해 대학생들이 적극적인 진로준비 행동을 행 할 수 있도록 합리적인 학과만족 향상을 위한 기초자료를 제시하는 것에 목적이 있다. 이러한 연구의 목적을 달성하기 위하여 2013년 경기도 Y시에 위치한 Y대학교, 경상북도 G시의 K대학교, 충청남도 C시의 H대학교에 재학 중인 경호전공 대학생들 가운데 남 여를 대상으로 모집단을 설정한 후 무선표집법(random sampling)을 이용하여 총 352명을 대상으로 연구를 수행하였다. 조사도구는 설문지로서 국내 외 선행연구를 기초로 하여 재구성하여 사용하였으며, 자료처리는 SPSS WIN 18.0을 이용하여 빈도분석, 일원변량분석, Duncan사후비교분석, 신뢰도분석, 요인분석, 상관관계분석, 다중회귀분석을 실시하였다. 이러한 과정을 통해 얻은 결과와 논의를 토대로 결론을 내리면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 경호전공 대학생의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 학과만족은 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 둘째, 경호전공 대학생의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 직업기대는 부분적으로 유의한 차이가 있었다. 셋째, 경호전공 대학생의 학과만족이 직업기대의식에 미치는 영향은 부분적으로 영향을 미친다.

최근 정보보안을 전공하는 대학생과 보안 업무를 담당하는 내부자가 사이버범죄의 유혹에 넘어가 범죄에 가담하는 사건이 잇따라 발생함에 따라 컴퓨터 및 보안전문가들의 직업윤리의식 부재가 심각하다는 지적이 나오고 있다. 본 논문에서는 정보보안을 전공하는 대학생들을 대상으로 보안윤리에 대한 인식과 교육 실태를 조사하여 분석하고, 인성과 자질을 갖춘 인재양성을 위한 보안윤리 교육 방안을 고찰하였다. 정보화 사회 기반이 확대될수록 직업윤리가 더욱 중요해지고 있는 시점에서 정보보안을 전공하는 대학생들의 보안윤리에 대한 인식과 교육, 그리고 정보보안 전문가의 일탈행위에 대한 인식 등 윤리성과 직업의식이 미흡한 것으로 확인되었다. 이러한 문제를 해결하기 위한 방안으로 제안한 정보보안 전공 대학생들의 보안윤리를 제고하는 교육 방안을 통해 소명의식을 갖춘 보안전문가의 양성이 가능할 것으로 기대된다. 논문에서 제안한 보안윤리 교육체계에 따라 교육을 받은 그룹에서 보안윤리 의식이 현저하게 개선된 것으로 분석되었다.
