Second, we find from the residential quality, brand of the housing value were statistically effect of the residential satisfaction and investment value. Finally, residential satisfaction and investment value had a positive influence on purchase intention. The result indicates the housing buyers' positive investment value and residential satisfaction increase the purchase intention in housing market. The better the housing buyers' investment value on the real estate market, the higher the market activity.
Order spectrum analysis is widely used to grasp the features of noises due to powertrain system including engine and intake/exhaust system. It is known from many previous researches that order components related to the first and second firing frequencies of engine considerably affect the noise of car interior. The purpose of this paper is to find out the difference in sound quality: Pleasantness of car interior noise according to the change of its order spectrum. For this, car interior noises of 6-cylinder and 4-cylinder engines are recorded and their order spectrum levels are modified by applying adaptive digital filters. After subjective listening test employing paired comparison method is conducted, it is investigated that the level change of half-order components is a noticeable factor to improve Pleasantness of the car interior noises whereas level decrease of firing order does not always give the positive effect on its sound quality.
The purposes of this study were (1) to describe the effects of transformational leadership and transactional leadership on the hospital member's organizational commitment and turnover intention, (2) to provide with fundamental data in enhancing organizational effectiveness. For this purpose, the types of leadership, organizational commitment and turnover intention were evaluated among hospital members. A survey was conducted with 827 respondents working in a general hospital in Sungnam-shi. For the data analysis SPSS 10.0 was utilized. To verify the reliability and validity of variables, Chronbach's ${\alpha}$ and confirmatory factor analysis were processed. After descriptive analysis, regression analysis was conducted. In these progresses all the statistical significant levels were set at ${\alpha}$= 0.05. Results of the study can be summarized as follows. First, the types of leadership had differences in the level of organizational commitment and turnover intention of the hospital members and then transformational leadership had a more influence than did transactional leadership. Second, there were significant correlations for organizational commitment and turnover intention with overall characteristics of leadership(p<.05). Third, the factor influencing hospital member's organizational commitment and turnover intention were transformational leadership(p<.001). Total explanatory powers($R^2$) were 20.2% (organizational commitment) and 12.1%(turnover intention). Multiple regression analysis demonstrated that organizational commitment significantly high when transformational leadership was higher and it also showed turnover intention was significantly lower. In conclusion, the results of this study show that the leadership influence hospital member's organizational commitment and turnover intention and they are different the types of leadership. This results suggest that in order to be as successful leaders in hospital, the leaders should know their employee's behaviors and change their leadership styles.

This study classifies the lifestyle of elderly female consumers in their 60's and 70's and examines the influence of lifestyles on personal clothing purchase behavior. This paper classified the types of lifestyle and examined the influence of lifestyle types on the perceived importance of salesperson's characteristics and store evaluation criteria. A survey was conducted on 194 elderly females in their 60's and 70's living in Seoul. The SPSS 14.0 program was used to analyze the data. Descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, K-means cluster analysis, and one-way ANOVA followed by Duncan post hoc comparisons were conducted. The research results are as follow. First, in order to identify the lifestyle factors of elderly female consumers a factor analysis was conducted that indicated 9 factors. Second, as a result of the cluster analysis of lifestyle types, the respondents were classified into 'proactives', 'passive stagnants', 'independent misers', and 'conservative consumers'. Third, according to lifestyle, weight on 'appearance and image', 'professionalism', 'ethics', 'similarity', and 'customer orientation' abilities of the salesperson were significantly different. Fourth, in relation to the store evaluation criteria by lifestyle, a significant difference was found in the attention to 'physical service' by a salesperson.
The moment analysis of lysozyme was implemented using chromatograms that were obtained from weak cation exchange column in high performance liquid chromatography system. Three elution sodium phosphate buffers containing 1.0, 0.75, 0.5M sodium chloride were used. Experiments were conducted by varying flow rate, elution sodium chloride concentration, and lysozyme solute concentration. The general rate (GR) model was employed to calculate the first moment and the second moment. By plotting $L/u_0$ vs. $({\mu}_1-t_0)/(1-{\varepsilon}_e)(1-{\varepsilon}_i)$] equilibrium constants (K) were obtained from first moment analysis. Intra-particle diffusivity was obtained from theoretical plate number data. Based on the results of moment analysis, van Deemter plots were drawn in order to investigate the contributions of $H_{ax}$, $H_f$, and $H_d$ to total Height Equivalent to a Theoretical Plate (HETP, $H_{total}$). The effect of intra-particle diffusion ($H_d$) was the most dominant factor contributing to HETP while external mass transfer ($H_f$) was negligible factor.
Purpose: The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of CEO's self-determination on entrepreneurship, business performance (operational and financial performance). Also, this research provide some strategic insights for improving business performance. In the proposed model, self-determination consists of autonomy, competence, and relatedness, and entrepreneurship consists of innovation, initiative and risk sensitivity, and proactiveness. More specifically, this study proposes a framework that entrepreneurship and operational performance will play mediating roles between self-determination and financial performance. Research design, data, methodology: In this study, an online survey was conducted on SME CEOs for analysis, and a total of 122 samples were used. In the analysis process for hypothesis verification and evaluation, frequency analysis was first performed to identify the demographic characteristics of the respondents, and confirmatory factor analysis was conducted to assess the reliability and validity of the measurement model. In addition, a structural model analysis was conducted to examine the structural relationships between CEO's self-determination, entrepreneurship, and business performance (operational and financial performance) using SmartPLS 3.0. Results: The findings and summary are as follows. First, the autonomy of self-determination has a positive effect on entrepreneurship. Second, the competence of self-determination affects entrepreneurship and operational performance. Third, it affects the innovation, initiative and risk sensitivity of the CEO's entrepreneurship, and ultimately, its operational performance. The results show that the business performance of Start-up also increases when self-determination can be a factor in increasing entrepreneurship in three sub-dimensionalities. Conclusions: The conclusion of this study is that in order for SMEs to develop into a sustainable company by securing competitiveness after start-up, external motivation such as external help and support from the state (local government) is important, but competence and relationship, which are components of self-determination. The intrinsic motivation of the CEO may be more important. To this end, CEO's should prioritize learning for competency development, and the government should pay attention to providing various educational programs through establishment of education policies and education systems to enhance the competency of start-up CEO's.
An aqueous extract s of fresh ginseng roots was heated at loot for 64 hrs. and the changes of color intensity, pH and the amount of free sugars and amino acids during the various intervals of the heating time were investigated. Color intensity and absorbance of the solution at 490nm were increased in proportion to the length of the heating time. Most of brown pigments produced during the treatment were water soluble, and pH 5.1 at initial stage of the solution, was slightly decreased at the final stages of the reaction. Sucrose, glucose and fructose were major free sugars in ginseng roots, and the amounts of sucrose was over 90 % of total free sugars. Sucrose. was largely decreased approximately 50%, by 64 hrs of the treatment, whereas sharp increase in the amount of glucose and fructose was observed during the reaction in the solution. The observed increase in reducing sugars, glucose and fructose was presumed due to hydrolysis of sucrose. Evidently, glucose and fructose were not important factor to control the browning reaction of the solution. Most of free amino acids and peptides except alanine and isoleucine especially arginine, serine and threonine, were sharply decreased up to 40 : 50% of the original concentration within 2 hrs. Accordingly, the content of free amino acids and peptides seems to be extremely important factor to control the browning reaction in ginseng. A free amino acid, presumed to be nor-leucine, was found in fresh ginseng root on the basis of re mention on liquid chromatography. Kinetic analysis of the browning reaction indicated a pseudo second order with respect to amino acid concentration at the initial stage.
In order to analyze possible effects of senior hospital selection factors and service satisfaction on senior hospital patients' revisit of senior hospital, this study surveyed guardians of total 204 patients hospitalized in major 4 senior hospitals in Busan. As a result, this study came to the following conclusions: First, it was found that guardians considered appropriateness of medical treatment cost as the biggest factor of choice, which was followed by kindness of doctor and hospital employees, locational accessibility (traffic convenience), and doctor's medical capacity. Second, the factor analysis about patients' satisfaction showed that the influential factors consisted of satisfaction at medical staffs, satisfaction at nursing and care, and satisfaction at facilities. Third, there was not significant difference in the overall impression of hospital and the intention of revisit depending upon sociological variables. Fourth, satisfaction at nursing and care and satisfaction at facilities had significant effects on better satisfaction at overall impression of hospital, and it was noted that the shorter admission period and the less complaint led to the higher intention of revisit. Therefore, it is necessary to improve satisfaction at medical staffs, nursing and care, and facilities rather than patients' own sociological characteristics.
This study analyzed and identified various causes of caustic alarms of 163 fire detectors that occurred from January 2019 to December 2021 at domestic semiconductor manufacturing plants equipped with about 30,000 fire detectors, and proposed a new non-fire prevention cause investigation plan by applying the NFPA 921 scientific methodology. The results of the study are as follows. First, in terms of necessary recognition and problem definition, an analog detector and an integrated monitoring system were proposed to quickly determine the location and installation space information of the fire detector. Second, in order to prevent speculative causes and errors in various analyses in terms of data analysis and hypothesis establishment, non-fire reports were classified into five by factor and defined, and the causes of occurrence by factor were classified and proposed. Finally, in terms of hypothesis verification and final hypothesis selection, a non-fire prevention improvement termination process and a final hypothesis verification sheet were proposed to prevent the cause from causing re-error.
