Basil 양액재배 시 Selenium 첨가가 저장 중 품질에 미치는 영향 (Effect of Selenium on Internal Quality of Basil (Ocimum basilicum L.) During Storage)

  • 본 실험은 바실의 양액재배시 기능성 원소 selenium(Se)을 처리하였을 때 basil의 저장중 품질 변화를 조사하기 위하여 수행되었다. European Vegetable R ' B center에서 개발한 허브 배양액 1배액을 사용하여 담액 순환식으로 재배하였으며, Se을 sodium selenate($Na_2$Se $O_4$)의 형태로 수확 3주전에 2, 4mg. $L^{-1}$를 양액 내 처리하였다. 1$0^{\circ}C$에서 40um ceramic film로 PET 상자를 사용하여 MA저장을 15일간 하였다. 바실의 수경재배시 기능성 물질의 첨가가 저장중 품질 변화에 미치는 영향은 다음과 같다. Se 함량은 양액내 처리 농도에 따라 증가하였고 저장 후에도 같은 경향을 나타내었다. 포장재에 따른 휘발량의 차이는 크지않았다. 엽록소와 정유함량은 Se처리에 의해 증가되었다. 정유 함량은 $Na_2$Se $O_4$.4mg. $L^{-1}$ 처리가 저장후 감소율이 가장 적었다. Se 함량은 2mg. $L^{-1}$처리시 저장전 함량이 112.73ug. $g^{-1}$DM이었고 저장중 감소량은 50%정도였다. 저장중 품질유지와 소비자가 안전하게 Se를 섭취할 수 있는 적정 농도는 2mg. $L^{-1}$이며, 40um ceramic film을 이용한 MA저장이 효과적이었다. 이상에서 바실의 양액재배시 Se처리는 작물의 품질 증진 및 저장중 품질 유지에 효과가 인정되었다. 또 Se 휘발에 의한 정유성분의 변화는 나타나지 않았다. 또 Se 휘발에 의한 정유성분의 변화는 나타나지 않았다.

Remote O2 plasma functionalization for integration of uniform high-k dielectrics on large area synthesized few-layer MoSe2

  • Transition metal dichalcogenides (TMDCs) are promising layered structure materials for next-generation nano electronic devices. Many investigation on the FET device using TMDCs channel material have been performed with some integrated approach. To use TMDCs for channel material of top-gate thin film transistor(TFT), the study on high-k dielectrics on TMDCs is necessary. However, uniform growth of atomic-layer-deposited high-k dielectric film on TMDCs is difficult, owing to the lack of dangling bonds and functional groups on TMDC's basal plane. We demonstrate the effect of remote oxygen plasma pretreatment of large area synthesized few-layer MoSe2 on the growth behavior of Al2O3, which were formed by atomic layer deposition (ALD) using tri-methylaluminum (TMA) metal precursors with water oxidant. We investigated uniformity of Al2O3 by Atomic force microscopy (AFM) and Scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Raman features of MoSe2 with remote plasma pretreatment time were obtained to confirm physical plasma damage. In addition, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was measured to investigate the reaction between MoSe2 and oxygen atom after the remote O2 plasma pretreatment. Finally, we have uniform Al2O3 thin film on the MoSe2 by remote O2 plasma pretreatment before ALD. This study can provide interfacial engineering process to decrease the leakage current and to improve mobility of top-gate TFT much higher.

안정화 CdS-cdSe계 채료에 관한 연구 제1보 CdS-CdSe 적색채료와 $ZrSiO_4$의 합성 (Study on Stabilized CdS-CdSe Red Stain A Study on Syntheisis of CdS-CdSe Red Stain and Zircon)

  • Effects of additionof $NH_4Cl$, NaBr and LiF on the formation of Zircon and the synthesis of CdS-Se red stain were investigated by means of XRD, DTA and the color standard and color nomenclature. The red stain of CdS-Se system shows a little difference dependent on firing temperature on firing conditon. Consequently it forms a good soid-solution with red color under the ratio of CdS and Se 3.5 -4.1 at 58$0^{\circ}C$. But it changes to dark red as increasing Se. LiF is the most effective in mineralizer to preparae zircon with the equilbrant molar $SiO_2$ and ZrO Zircon makes a good preparation in 0.33 mole LiF from 90$0^{\circ}C$.

  • PEC전지 전극으로 사용될 수 있는 CdSe는 수용액상에서 광부식이 심하기 때문에 투명한 보호막이 필요하다. TiO2는 광부식이 심한 광전극의 보호막으로 적당하며 이 논문에서 화학적 방법(전기증착과 화학조증착)을 이용하여 산성용액이나 알칼리용액에서 TiO2 박막을 제조하여 광흡수나 광전류를 측정하였다. XRD를 이용해서 제조된 TiO2 박막의 결정성을 확인하였으며 막의 표면특성은 SEM으로 측정하였으며 광흡수 특성이 관찰되었다. 제조된 TiO2 박막의 광전류는 100 mw/cm2의 광세기를 가지는 제논 램프를 이용하여 측정하였다. CdSe에 TiO2박막을 코팅했을 때의 CdSe막의 광흡수와 광전류를 측정하여 TiO2 코팅효과를 관찰하였다.

A Preliminary Study on Effects of Different Dietary Selenium (Se) Levels on Growth Performance and Toxicity in Juvenile Black Seabream, Acathopagrus schlegeli (Bleeker)

  • This preliminary feeding trial was conducted to study the effects of different dietary selenium (Se) levels on growth performance and toxicity in juvenile black seabream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli (Bleeker). Fish averaging $7.0{\pm}0.1g$ ($mean{\pm}SD$) were fed one of the five semi-purified diets containing 0.21, 0.30, 0.52, 1.29 and 12.3 mg sodium selenite ($Na_2SeO_3$)/kg diet (Se 0.21, Se 0.30, Se 0.52, Se 1.29 or Se 12.3) for 15 weeks. After the feeding trial, weight gain (WG), feed efficiency (FE), specific growth rate (SGR) and protein efficiency ratio (PER) of fish fed Se 0.21, Se 0.30, Se 0.52 and Se 1.29 diets were not significantly different, however fish fed Se 12.3 diet showed significantly lower WG, FE, SGR and PER than those of fish fed the other diets (p<0.05). Fish fed Se 0.21, Se 0.30, Se 0.52, Se 1.29 and Se 12.3 diets showed no significant differences in hematocrit (PCV), hemoglobin (Hb) and red blood cells (RBC), however fish fed Se 12.3 diet showed lower values of PCV, Hb and RBC than those of fish fed the other diets. Histopathological lesions such as tubular necrosis and polycystic dilation of tubules in the kidney tissues were observed in fish fed Se 12.3 diet. Se was accumulated in a dose-dependent manner in the liver, kidney, muscle and gill tissues. Based on the results of this preliminary feeding trial, a dietary Se level of 0.21 mg $Na_2SeO_3/kg$ diet could be optimal for proper growth performances, and a dietary Se level of 12.3 mg $Na_2SeO_3/kg$ diet may ultimately be toxic to juvenile black seabream, Acanthopagrus schlegeli.

  • $O_3$, one of the air pollutants, has been related increasing morbidity rates due to respiratory damages. To investigate the effect of Ikgieum(益氣飮) on rats induced by exposur of $O_3$, an experimental study was done the changes on white blood cell(WBC), Erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR), $pCO_2$ and, $pO_2$ in Blood. The experimental groups are the Normal group, Control group and Sample group(administered Ikgieum to rats induced by exposur $O_3$). The results were as follows; 1. The change on WBC on rats induced by exposur of $O_3$ were made significant differences in Sample group compared with Cntrol group. 2. ESR were made is significant differences in Sample group compared with Control group. 3. $pCO_2$ and $pO_2$ were made significant differences in Sample group compared with control group.

안정화 CdS-CdSe계 채료에 관한 연구 제2보$ ZrSiO_4-Cd(S_xS_{1-x})$ 의 합성 (A Study on Stabilized CdS-CdSe Red Stain A Study on Zircon Cadmium Sulphoselenide Stain)

  • The synthetic conditions of $ ZrSiO_4-Cd(S_xS_{1-x})$ stains from CdS, Se, $SiO_2$ , 4ZrO_2$ and Lif were investigated and the colors were examined. Colors of the stains prepared were yellow orange red pink ruby and violet in relation to both the content of CdS-Se in $ZrSiO_4$ and firing temperature. Colors of these series stains were thermally stabilized probably by the structural stability of zirconium silicate. Furthermore by the result of X-ray diffraction analysis it is assumed that color of the zircon cadmium sulphoselenide $ ZrSiO_4-Cd(S_xS_{1-x})$ stain is developed by neither the coloring ions in $ZrSiO_4$ lattice nor the solid solution of $ZrSiO_4$ and $Cd(S_xS_{1-x})$ but by the small crystals of $Cd(S_xS_{1-x})$ being occluded by the zirconium silicate during sintering process.

  • The electronic properties of quantum dots can be tuned by changing the size of particles without any change in their chemical composition. CdSe quantum dots, the sizes of which were controlled by changing the concentrations of Cd and Se precursors, were adsorbed on $TiO_2$ photoelectrodes and used as sensitizers for photovoltaic cells. For applications of CdSe quantum dot as sensitizers, $CdSe/TiO_2$ films on conducting glass were employed in a sandwich-type cell that incorporated a platinum-coated conductive glass and an electrolyte consisting of an $I^-/I_3^-$ redox. The fill factor (FF) and efficiency for energy conversion ($\c{c}$) of the photovoltaic cell was 62 % and 0.32 %, respectively.

Effect of Ultrathin Al2O3 Layer on TiO2 Surface in CdS/CdSe Co-Sensitized Quantum Dot Solar Cells

  • In order to enhance the photovoltaic property of the CdS/CdSe co-sensitized quantum dot sensitized solar cells (QDSSCs), the surface of nanoporous $TiO_2$ photoanode was modified by ultrathin $Al_2O_3$ layer before the deposition of quantum dots (QDs). The $Al_2O_3$ layer, dip-coated by 0.10 M Al precursor solution, exhibited the optimized performance in blocking the back-reaction of the photo-injected electrons from $TiO_2$ conduction band (CB) to polysulfide electrolyte. Transient photocurrent spectra revealed that the electron lifetime (${\tau}_e$) increased significantly by introducing the ultrathin $Al_2O_3$ layer on $TiO_2$ surface, whereas the electron diffusion coefficient ($D_e$) was not varied. As a result, the $V_{oc}$ increased from 0.487 to 0.545 V, without appreciable change in short circuit current ($J_{sc}$), thus inducing the enhancement of photovoltaic conversion efficiency (${\eta}$) from 3.01% to 3.38%.

  • 양자점은 밴드갭을 조절할 수 있거나 multiple exciton generation등 과 같은여러가지 장점을 갖고 있어 양자점 감응형 태양전지에 대한 많은 연구가 진행되어왔다. 하지만 아직까지 이론적인 에너지 전환 효율에 비하여 낮은 효율을 보여주고 있다. 이러한 낮은 효율은 양자점과 전해질 계면에서의 defect나 surface state로 인한 전자-정공의 재결합으로 설명할 수 있다. 본 연구에서는 CdSe 양자점 합성법 중의 하나인 Chemical Bath Deposition의 전구체 농도조절을 통하여 고품질의 CdSe양자점을 합성하였다. 특정 농도에서 CdSe 양자점 표면에 생성되는 SeO2층을 억제하여 CdSe양자점/전해질 계면에서의 전하 재결합 저항을 높였고 가장 높은 에너지 전환 효율을 보여주었다.
