Recently the use of personal mobility devices is rapidly increasing, and the businesses related to personal mobility devices are quickly growing as well. Although the use of personal mobility devices provides convenience for short distance movements, many problems occur due to the lack of safety devices and the absence of associated road traffic laws. The number of accidents caused by using personal mobility devices continues increasing every year, and the injuries or deaths are seriously happening with those accidents. When using personal mobility devices, there are basic safety precautions such as wearing a helmet, prohibiting boarding with more than two people, prohibiting boarding with more than 100kg, prohibiting using after drinking alcohol, and so on. However, it is exposed to traffic accidents because there is no way to check before using the system. Therefore, to ensure the user's safety in using the electric kickboard among personal mobility devices, this paper proposes a system that can check the user's safety state before using the electric kickboard. It is possible to safely use personal mobility devices and prevent accidents by proposing a system structure of the electric kickboard that can be used after checking for the use of more than two people, overweight, wearing a helmet, and drinking alcohol.

경찰청에 따르면 도로교통법이 개정된 이후 3개월단 개인형 이동장치(PM)를 단속한 결과 무면허 운전이 3199건에 달하는 것으로 나타났다. 공유 킥보드 서비스의 경우 회원가입을 할 때 운전면허증 취득 여부를 확인하긴 하지만 서비스를 이용할 때는 별도의 확인 절차 없이 대여할 수 있기 때문에 운전면허증을 취득하지 않았어도 대여하는 경우가 발생한다. 본 논문에서는 공유 킥보드 서비스의 보안 취약점을 보완하기 위해 오토인코더와 변이형 오토인코더를 사용한 딥러닝 기반의 공유 킥보드 대리 대여 방지 시스템을 제안한다. 오토인코더는 지문 데이터로부터 특징만을 추출할 수 있어, 사용자의 지문 원본을 서버에게 노출시키지 않을 수 있다. 변이형 오토인코더는 생성형 모델로써, 사용자의 지문 데이터를 증폭 시켜 합성곱 신경망의 성능을 높이는데 도움을 준다. 이러한 오토인코더와 변이형 오토인코더의 특징을 이용해 사용자의 지문을 서버에 노출시키지 않으면서 적은 데이터로 신뢰성 높은 사용자 인증이 가능한 전동 킥보드 대여 시스템을 제안한다.

Background: The aim of this study was to investigate the current state of the assistive devices and appliances provision system for cerebral palsy patients registered with brain disability. Methods: From 2003 to 2013, we analyzed the records of cerebral palsy patients who had assistive devices and appliances provisioned at least once in their lives based on National Health Information Database. Patients with cerebral palsy were divided into three groups: infants and toddlers, school age and adolescence, and adults. Results: Data on short leg plastic orthoses, ankle joint orthoses, and wheelchair were mainly analyzed. The types of ankle joint orthoses divided into three categories: limited, $90^{\circ}$ limited, and Klenzac. Limited ankle joint orthoses was most frequently supported of the three in all age groups. Powered wheelchair and scooter were most supported to adult patients. When the re-supply duration was evaluated, the duration was suitable to the duration on guideline of regulation of re-supplement according to the related laws in adult patients but not in infants/toddlers and school age/adolescence as the actual re-supplement duration was much shorter than the reference value. Conclusion: This study confirmed the pattern of assistive devices and appliances supply differed depending on the age of cerebral palsy patients.

본 연구는 장애인 그리고 비장애인이 사용할 수 있는 미래형 전동스쿠터인 자율주행 탑승용 옴니 드라이브 라이더 로봇의 정보을 제공하는데 그 목적이 있다. 그러므로 자율주행 탑승용 옴니 드라이브 로봇 개발을 하기 앞서 49명의 장애인과 고령자의 욕구 조사의 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 전동스쿠터의 승하차 불편사항과 밧데리 충전문제 등의 불만족한 이유로 가장 시급히 해결해야 할 문제로 나타났다. 이를 위해 본 연구개발 시 고려되어야할 사항으로 밧데리 충전시간과 거리, 팔 받침대, 발 받침대, 시트각도 등이 요소가 개선되어야 할 것이다. 둘째, 인도, 차도, 경사도, 보도블럭 등과 같은 도로환경에 주행안전에 위험을 느끼고 있으며, 이를 위해 편의기능으로 조이스틱 핸들형, 네비게이션 기능, 장애물 회피기능, 옴니 드라이브 휠, 우천 시 사용할 수 있는 자동 오픈형 덮개 등 본 연구개발과 관련한 여러 요소를 포함하여 장애인과 고령자에 맞는 설계 방안을 제안하였다.

Purpose: The purpose of this paper is to provide logical basis on enlargement of toilet floor space for the disabled by "ACT ON GUARANTEE OF PROMOTION OF CONVENIENCE OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES, THE AGED, PREGNANT WOMEN. ETC" Revised Enforcement regulation [Asterisk 1] (2018.2.10.) and to help with making plans, designs and establishing policies by conducting experimental study with the enhanced floor area regulations. Methods: We conduct Experimental study, field work and interview for this paper. In experimental study, verification of the effective floor area was proceeded by measuring activity space for people in manual wheelchair, electric wheel chair and electric scooter and also reviewed useable area with the space expanded 0.2m both width and depth. In filed work, conducted an observation what other things (ex. sanitary equipment, hand rail and so on) can also affect the active space as well as effective floor space. In the interview, other problems and requirements that were not revealed were experimental study and observation of field work. Results : it's expected to provide better access to toilets for the disabled with the law revision of effective floor area. But, with the usage increasement of enlarged wheel chair and electric wheel chair, expanding side areas of toilet is also highly likely to be required going forward. Implications : Additional research is required on locations of exists and internal arrangement that effect the usage of toilet. It should be led to Universal design by making additional investigation and verification of the users patterns.

The following contents are the results from the examination of unisex fetishism minimal and active which are Mods look. Unisex-becasue of the changing in musician and the role of sex Mods girl adopted much from men's clothing. The unisex mods look expressed in the 1990s is not the expression confronting the estab-lished value and the confusion of sex as it did in the '60s but possibly the appearance of a fashion trend. Fetishism-in the '60s the Mods look changed mens clothing into more wonman-like clothing which expressed their internal and external values of thinking. this fetishism phenomenon is also strongly expressed among the in the 1990s. This gives a future-orientid feeling by expressing with a modern sense the 60's fetish dress which used woman-like silhouettes bright and stretch fabric colorful and vivid tone. Minimal-The 60's Mods put on mini skirts called the revolution of length as a mode of re-sistance and mininmal dress as a way of ex-pressing the liberation of body and the con-sciousness of beauty. Minimal is reflected well on slim and fit jackets and pants and short and fit pants etc. mods look in the '90s also consists of the general trend of slim and fit silhouette. Active-Mods that reject the value of estab-lished generation in the 60s showed a sporty and casual trend on fashion. Mods works around clubs wore polo shirts and cadigan and Mods enjoys scooter often wore anorak parkas This active style of Mods approched to the young' casual with freshness expressing newly in the '90s polo shirts took a seat as an item of street fashion especially in the beginning of 1996. Mods in the 1960s shows well a fashion flow of the age as a street fashion which expresses the mental world reflected in politics econo-mics society and culture within the people of the age. These Mods looks revived in the early 1990's awaken an importance of the culture of the young as the cultural qualities included in Mods of the past life and this fashion trend expected to take a part as a symbol of fashion culture.

The purpose of this study was to determine if any differences exist in eye contact before and after vestibulaar stimulation in mentally retarded children. The subjects of this study were 20 mentally retarded children with a mean age of 9 years and 8 months and a mean intelligence quotient of $30.4{\pm}9.1$. Vestibular stimulation was given for 15 minutes, 5 times a week, for 4 weeks from September 1 to September 30, 1989. Equipment used included a rocking-horse, see-saw and scooter board. Two testers used a digital watch calibrated to 1/100 second to measure object-eye contact duration and the Blocks and Shapes test for determining frequency of object-eye contact in the subjects. The results of this study were as follows : 1. There was a significant prolongation in the duration of eye contact after 15 minutes of vestibular stimulation (p<0.005). 2. There was no significant difference in duration of eye-object contact between the first and last vestibular stimulation. 3. There was no significant difference in the length of time of attention paid to objects (frequency of eye-object contact) before and after 15 minutes of vestibular stimulation on the first vestibular stimulation. 4. There was no significant difference in the frequency of eye-object contact between the first and first vestibular stimulation. In conclusion, there was u significant improvement in duration of eye-object contact on intrasession measurement in mentally retarded children. However, there was no significant improvement over time after 4 weeks of vestibular stimulation on intersession measurement. Nor was there any statistically significant improvement in frequency of eye-object contact over time during the study period.

최근 국내 PM 시장의 성장과 다수의 전동킥보드 공유 서비스 등장으로 이용자 수가 급증하면서 PM 관련 민원 및 안전사고 발생이 증가하고 있는 추세이다. 이에 따라, PM 조작 및 운행 미숙으로 인한 사고 감소 방안으로 PM 교육·연습 공간의 필요성이 대두되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 PM의 체계적 운영 및 활성화 방안을 마련하기 위해 관련 갈등 요소를 분석하고 그 대안으로 PM 플레이그라운드 운영 및 PM 시범구역 운영 방법을 검토하여 제안하였다. PM 플레이 그라운드 운영을 통한 기초데이터 수집 및 초보운전자 행태 분석으로 이용자의 운행 안전성 개선이 가능하며, 안전성 확보를 위한 시설 설치 방안을 통해 이용자와 비이용자 간 다양한 이해관계의 갈등 해소가 가능할 것으로 기대된다.

Recently, e-Mobility, which is a personal mobility device such as an electric bicycle or an electric scooter, is rapidly emerging. However, since E-Mobility has various voltage systems due to the characteristics of its products, it is essential for companies that operate them to use multiple dedicated chargers. A universal charger capable of charging batteries of various voltage systems with one charger is required to reduce the cost of purchasing and managing multiple dedicated chargers. For this, information on the EOC(End of Charge) is essential. In order to know the EOC, it is necessary to detect the internal impedance of the battery. However, the internal impedance of the battery changes according to various conditions such as SOH(State Of Health), SOC(State Of Charge), and ambient temperature. By observing the change in these parameters, the state of the battery can be diagnosed and the EOC can be predicted. In this paper, we propose an algorithm to analyze the battery's internal impedance and to predict the EOC, in order to acquire information on the EOC of the battery, which is an essential requirement of a universal charger.

Purpose: This study aimed to identify the factors that contribute to head injuries among drivers of personal mobility devices and provide insights into safety perceptions. Methods: This retrospective study analyzed data of 221 trauma patients obtained from electronic medical records and the National Emergency Department Information System (NEDIS) over one year, from August 1, 2021, to July 31, 2022. The patients, all in their 20s and 30s, presented to a single emergency medical center following personal mobility device accidents (motorcycles, electric scooters, and bicycles). Results: Among motorcycle riders, 18.2% were not wearing helmets, while the percentage of e-scooter riders not wearing helmets was 87.5%. Wearing a helmet was associated with a 71.2% lower likelihood of head injuries (OR=0.288, CI=0.163 to 0.509, p=0.000). Of the personal mobility devices, motorcycles had a 0.431 times lower odds ratio for head injury compared to e-scooters (p=0.009), and there was no significant difference between e-scooters and bicycles (p=0.776). Conclusion: It is imperative to strengthen safety regulations by mandating helmet use for riders of personal mobility devices. A system to enhance driving enforcement for electric scooters, which are increasingly popular among young adults, should also be established.
