본 연구는 TQM의 철학과 원칙, 핵심개념, 적용방법 등에 관한 이론적 배경을 고찰하고 TQM 핵심개념의 도서관 적용을 분석함으로써 도서관의 TQM 적용모형 개발에 기초 자료를 제공하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여 미국과 일본의 대표적인 질 연구자들의 철학과 원칙을 고찰하고 그들이 공통으로 제시한 핵심개념을 도출하여 이들 요소들의 도서관 적용을 분석하고 대안을 제시하였다.

This study highlights the theme of human error of train drivers, conducting empirical analysis on the relationship between organizational culture, safety climates, safety behavior, and accident. The empirical test results based on questionnaires received from 223 train drivers working at A subway firm indicated that relationship conflict and psychological reward as the elements of organizational culture variables showed a significant positive effect on CEO philosophy, communication, and boss's leadership. And only boss's leadership showed a positive influence on safety behavior, which in turn showed a significant negative relationship with accidents.

As more and more the social environment change, the companies try to improve industrial structure. The role of enterprise changed direction from position power to communication power. Social contributed activity - representative of social responsible activities in companies - is means of communication with the community and new marketing strategy. The most important element of successful social contributed activity is member's volunteering minds. Volunteer mind based on practical behavioral philosophy. This is right people for company. In this paper, we discussed company social responsibility and suggested standard guide line for voluntary record reflection when the company hire new employees.

The objective of the study is to analyze expressions of modern fashion in relation to design principle of a science theory, fractal geometry, in order to identify various and multi-layered expressions of fashion. As for methodology, the study interprets principle and characteristics of fractal geometry based on literature review in areas of linguistic, philosophy, sociology and science. The research identifies expressive characteristics of fractal through empirical studies, and applies them to fashion in order to analyze how fractal design principles are reflected in modern fashion in terms of form and significance. Fractal aesthetics pursue order, balance, diversity and openness among disorder and insecurity. They are closely related to the function of modern fashion that works as a multi-layered code, instead of being confined to conventional idea about fashion that "functions" as "wear."

The numbers of older patients increase year by year as the effect of care in illness prolongs the average life span, and it will be quite common to find octogenarians and nonogenarians. The philosophy and technics used in the rehabilitation of older patients are essentially the same as those in general rehabilitation, modified to comply with the physiology of the aging patient. Rehabilitation of the elderly is essentially a matter of teamwork and an attitude of mind. Mo one of us can accomplish a cure by ourselves and there must be confidence and continuing consultation between all members of the team.

The article is devoted to the consideration of the methodological and general theoretical foundations of a rational methodology for teaching foreign language communicative competence of students of a non-linguistic university. The analysis of the vectors of research of problems of increasing the efficiency of the process of mastering foreign language communicative competence of non-linguistic students is presented. As a methodological basis for a rational methodology for teaching a foreign language communicative competence, the key aspects of the philosophy of rationality are considered, the basic principles of a rational methodology are formulated, linguo-didactic means of its implementation are determined, indicators of rationality are identified.

Stanley Kubrick's 1968 film titled 2001: A Space Odyssey has generally been considered as a monumental piece of mainstream epic science-fiction. However, this film can be evaluated as having properties of experimental cinema by boldly trying technical innovation and aesthetic experiment in various aspects. From the filmmaker's process to filmic structure, technical innovations, screening method, $mise-en-sc\grave{e}ne$, cinematic style and its (auto-)reflexivity, 2001: A Space Odyssey is highly experimental. We will attempt to separate out aspects of 2001: A Space Odyssey that derive explicitly from traditions in experimental cinema, whether adopting those traditions or innovating within them, by identifying the film's experimental strategies and relating them to other experimental films that came before and after. This will show that the purely formal characteristics of the film's conception carry meanings on their own relating to Kubrick's personal expression, ideas about cinema and philosophy that go beyond the scope of the film's narrative.

Recently, a lot of consumers in the United States are trying to find out the diverse Asian foods due to the raw material used,sauce,flavor,taste, and cooking philosophy. Asian fare has boomed up in the past decades at restaurants and retail food markets. These phenomena are considered to continue since many Americans become more cautious for health since they believe the traditional Asian foods are better for health than European, Latin, and traditional American diets. The increase of Asian population in America also induce the increased consumption of Asian foods, and those who traveled and tasted Asian foods during their journey want to take Asian foods after back home. Several sauces including gochujang, ramen, and seaweed snack are examples of Asian foods consumed in a large quantity. Many Asian food and material suppliers are trying to pioneer and penetrate American food market with exotic multifaceted Asian cuisine.
